随着中国流动人口规模快速增长和影响日趋深远,各级政府在制订经济社会发展战略、区域与城市规划等各类重大决策时,亟需准确地认识和把握中国流动人口的空间分布特征及不同地域类型。本文在综合比较现有流动人口地域类型划分方法优缺点的基础上,提出了综合考虑净迁移率和总迁移率的复合型指标及其修正方法,并根据中国第五次人口普查分区县的流动人口数据,运用以上多种划分方法实证研制出中国流动人口地域类型的多种划分方案,并进行了比较分析。结果表明:① 综合考虑净迁移率和总迁移率的复合指标法,可以同时测度区域流动人口的方向性与活跃度,兼具以上两种单一性指标法的特色和优势,特别是能清晰地分辨出区域流入人口与流出人口的规模均比较大的平衡型活跃区这种独特类型,具有显著的优势。② 进一步考虑份额指标的修正型复合指标法,能有效地消除因区域人口总量过小或过大而导致流动人口活跃度被高估或低估的偏差,划分结果更加符合实际。③ 中国流动人口地域类型的空间分布格局与其自然环境、人口密度及经济社会发展水平的区域差异关系密切。中国各类流动人口活跃区主要分布在位处第三阶梯和大于800 mm等降雨线的东部季风区,其人口密度及经济社会发展水平相对较高。  相似文献

人口年龄结构是人口多年自然增长和迁移变动综合作用的结果,又是今后人口再生产变动的基础和起点,其空间意义在于它反映了不同区域流动人口的规模、流向、就业机会差异、发展程度的高低.以第六次全国人口普查数据为基础,针对目前河南省城乡和区域人口年龄结构的差异现象进行了分析,发现河南省城乡和区域人口年龄结构差异都有扩大的趋势,乡村和经济发展相对滞后区域的人口老龄化程度要高于中心城市,形成了局部的人口高赡养负担区和人口红利区.而如何有效地利用这种局部空间的人口红利强化期,同时尽量减少高赡养负担空间范围、降低负担强度,是未来区域发展中面临的一个重要问题.  相似文献

采用2000年第五次人口普查数据,以市辖区(县、市)为基本地理单元,对广东省的21个地级市133个样本进行阶层化背景下的就业空间研究。通过对常住人口和流动人口的就业构成和就业类型区的分析发现:(1)与流动人口相比,常住人口就业空间的分异更显多元化,其就业的体制内特征更为明显。两类人口就业空间没有形成社会极化结果,收入与职业的极化并未导致社会空间极化的出现,但也存在着类社会极化的特征。(2)常住人口和流动人口的就业构成具有中产化特征,在空间上具有中心城市指向性。而就业差异是否导致常住人口和流动人口之间的结构性阶层分异,则需进行后续的深入论证。  相似文献

基于成都市主城区各街道的流动人口数据,分析2010-2015年流动人口规模的空间分布格局及居住空间分异程度,并从流动人口行为决策的视角选取影响变量,分析其对居住自选择的影响程度及其空间差异,据此揭示居住自选择中的空间权衡过程,探讨流动人口的空间权衡对其居住自选择和居住空间格局形成的作用。结果表明:2010-2015年,成都流动人口在主城区南部和城市中心快速增加,其集聚态势为西高东低;流动人口相较于本地户籍人口表现出一定程度的居住空间分异性;流动人口占常住人口比、居住区面积、房租、公交、企业及生活服务设施对流动人口居住自选择有明显影响,且流动人口占常住人口比、居住区面积和房租影响显著,但影响关系受流动人口空间自相关影响显著;地理加权回归结果显示不同变量对居住自选择的解释能力存在空间差异性,流动人口通过不同变量空间分布的差异性权衡不同区域,以此完成居住自选择并最终形成居住空间格局。  相似文献

中国城城流动人口的空间分布、流动规律及其形成机制   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1  
在人口城城流动日益成为中国人口流动的重要形式背景下,基于人口普查数据和流动人口动态监测数据,分别探讨城城流动人口空间流动的结果、过程和成因,也就是探讨城城流动人口的空间分布、流动轨迹及形成机制。研究表明:城城流动人口倾向于向发达地区和大城市流动,同时在流动过程中会考虑空间的邻近;地区间经济发展水平、就业机会以及高水平教育医疗设施的差距是诱发城城人口流动的内在动力,而在实际的流动过程中会综合考虑由于空间摩擦而产生的金钱成本、心理压力等障碍;同时,已有城城流动人口存量会通过减少适应流入地的成本、提供相应的生活和就业信息等方式降低流动成本,刺激城城流动人口按照已有路径流动。借鉴西方发达国家人口流动的阶段划分,认为中国人口流动仍然处于从小城镇进入大城市的阶段。在这一时间节点上,依据人口流动的自然规律,鼓励人口向大城市流动,并通过发展副中心和卫星城等形式疏散中心区功能,推动城市郊区化发展才符合城市发展的自然逻辑。  相似文献

1982-2010年中国县市尺度流动人口核算及地域类型演化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
县市是中国新型城镇化发展过程中调控流动人口的重要单元。本文系统梳理了1982年、1990年、2000年、2010年四期人口普查的流动人口统计口径,根据地理流数据的空间尺度转换原则,核算四期人口普查县市尺度的流入人口和流出人口,构建对应的流动人口空间数据库。并提出新的修正复合指标法,划分出6种流动人口地域类型,包括大规模净流入活跃型、小规模净流入活跃型、大规模净流出活跃型、小规模净流出活跃型、平衡活跃型、非活跃型,据此分析中国流动人口地域类型的演化格局。主要结论为:(1)中国流动人口地域类型经历了从不活跃到活跃、从相对均势到高度极化的演化过程,大部分地区逐步转化为净流出活跃型,流动人口向少数净流入活跃型县市集聚,51个大规模净流入活跃型县市集聚了全国55.85%的流入人口。(2)中国流动人口地域类型在空间格局同样呈现高度极化的演化过程,形成长三角地区、珠三角地区2个流入人口高度集聚区,京、津及其他省会或首府等大城市则呈现单核式吸纳流入人口,净流出活跃型在"胡焕庸线"东南侧的"秦岭—淮河"以南地区呈现大面积扩张,成为中国最大的流出人口源区。(3)社会经济因素逐步成为影响流动人口集疏的主导因素,行政等级因素的作用也愈发突出。  相似文献

利用全国与河南省六普数据,对河南省流动人口的空间格局进行研究。(1)流动人口省内空间格局具有很强的不均衡性,具有向重要热点、重要轴带、重点区域集聚的特征,呈现出"一心多点、一区四带"的空间格局,形成"多点+弓箭"的空间迁移模式;(2)河南省迁出人口具有较强的沿海指向性与地域临近性的特征,而省外外来人口具有明显的地域临近特征;(3)在全国人口流动的趋势与流动人口空间集聚影响下,河南省成为全国的重要人口输出大省与人口净流出区域,人户的空间分离现象日益突出,并且人口规模东南多西北少的分布格局逐渐改变,人口分布与空间格局正发生重组。基于此,提出了河南省实现未来一系列的空间发展战略的保障措施和对策建议。  相似文献

系统回顾了中国流动人口的省际变动与集疏格局,包括总体特征与演化趋势,基于迁出地和迁入地属性差异的省际流动人口模式以及基于城市规模的流动人口分布特征,采用趋势分析和马尔科夫链方法预测了中国省际流动人口的空间迁移趋势,由此提出了中国流动人口的市民化路径与建议如下:人口的跨区域流动重塑着中国的人口空间格局,东部地区应审慎而稳妥地推进市民化;积极稳妥地推进中西部地区的城镇化进程,重点推进省内流动人口的就近市民化;不同地区要制定不同的政策,因地制宜地推进市民化进程。  相似文献

对Repast以及由RepastS构建仿真模型的基本流程作了简单介绍,并以昆明市主城区为例,以RepastS松散集成GIS,构建了一个反映城市人口空间分布的仿真模型。模型首先将昆明市主城区的324万总人口分为3240个Agent,选取对人口空间分布影响较大的交通、经济、行政驻地、企事业单位、水体、坡度六类因素作为影响因子,运用主成份分析功能以及专家打分的方式对各影响因子分别赋予对人口空间分布的影响权重以及自身的影响度值,建立影响Agent随机移动以及停留的函数模型。模型根据Agent最终停留的坐标自动计算落在每一个行政区内的Agent个数。将模拟结果与昆明市主城区实际人口分布数据进行对比,结果表明模型的仿真度较高,证明模型的构建是成功的。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
