车载钻机可满足多种钻进工艺施工,具有钻进效率高、事故处理能力强、机动灵活和操作简单等优点,主要用于地面煤层气抽采井的施工。为检验ZMK5530TZJ100型车载钻机的性能,在山西晋城进行了实钻验证,完成了一口终孔直径171.50 mm、井深1 675.39 m的水平定向煤层气抽采井。施工过程中,采用了空气潜孔锤、泥浆正循环、孔底马达定向钻进等不同的工艺,检验了钻机对工艺的适应性;潜孔锤最高钻速达32 m/h,泥浆循环最高钻速达11.2 m/h,钻进速度快;设置的多种电液联动保护功能,避免了因误操作造成的机构损坏;试验中未发生任何机械故障并成功处理一次卡钻事故,该钻机为地面煤层气抽采井施工提供了一款实用装备。   相似文献

本文研究了空气潜孔锤钻井技术在贵州省复杂碎屑岩层地热深井中的应用,涉及结构复杂、软硬互层、软弱夹层多及强水敏性泥页岩地层的56~1029m井段和Φ216~Φ315mm井径的条件,探讨了在这样环境下空气潜孔锤钻进设备机具配置组合、钻进参数;分析了深井碎屑岩层复杂井况的空气潜孔锤钻进效率。结果表明,该设备钻速是牙轮钻进的12.4~35倍,综合成本为198.73~693.93元/米,比牙轮钻进850~950元/米低得多。从复杂碎屑岩的结构特征和空气潜孔锤钻进特性,剖析了钻进中常遇问题的原因,并总结了相应的钻进技术和工艺措施。研究结果表明,合理设备机具的组合配置和钻进工艺措施能有效提高复杂碎屑岩层条件下空气潜孔锤钻进施工效率。  相似文献

空气潜孔锤钻进是基岩尤其是坚硬岩石地区施工首选的一种高效钻进技术。但目前国内直径大于660 mm的空气潜孔锤一次性扩孔钻进的不多,特别是660 mm的集束潜孔锤正循环一次性扩孔排渣钻进更是屈指可数。在金能2号瓦斯抽放立井的钻进试验证明,660 mm集束潜孔锤扩孔能够实现正循环一次性扩孔排渣钻进,并具有扩孔速度快、钻进效率高、施工周期短、适应性强等优点。在较坚硬的岩石地层平均钻进速度6.36 m/h,最高钻进速度9 m/h,比正循环牙轮钻头钻进速度高10倍。对矿井发生灾害事故时,可在最短时间内进行被困人员施救提供了行之有效的方法,同时,也可解决缺水地区或严重漏失地层钻进技术难题。  相似文献

地面生命保障孔作为井下被困人员的保障通道,是矿山事故造成人员被困井下时重要的地面应急救援方案之一,面对救援区易坍塌、易漏失、涌水大、易斜地层等复杂条件,单一成孔工艺存在地层适应性匹配差、综合钻进效率低、透巷难度大等问题,无法满足救援要求。为形成生命保障孔高效成孔工艺技术体系,提高应急救援响应速度,从解决钻效低、透巷难等科学问题和关键技术入手,快速安全钻进和精准透巷是高效成孔的两个核心任务:围绕快速安全钻进,针对深厚覆盖层、复杂基岩层,开展高压射流、空气潜孔锤跟管、复合钻进、空气潜孔锤、双钻头自平衡等钻进工艺研究,形成了深厚覆盖层安全高效钻进、基岩层复合“一趟钻”提速增效、基岩层空气潜孔锤“一趟钻”提速增效等安全快速钻进技术组合;围绕精准透巷,依据不同钻进工艺孔身轨迹控制机理,阐述了复合钻进轨迹监测控制与空气钻进轨迹监测关键技术方法,针对应急救援现场大偏移井无法透巷难题,提出了超短距离螺旋纠偏技术。成果应用于宁夏梅花井矿生命保障孔工程试验,钻孔深度670.50 m,成孔孔径215.9 mm,用时46.83 h,平均钻速14.32 m/h,孔底水平偏移0.27 m,从开钻至下套管高效成孔总用时55 h,证明该工艺技术体系能确保生命保障孔在72 h黄金救援时间内高效成孔,为地面应急救援钻孔的施工提供技术支持。   相似文献

王台铺矿矿井关闭后的涌水对临近矿井安全生产造成了严重的影响,实施大直径直排井进行排水是降低上述影响的重要手段。根据煤层地质及涌水量,直排井井眼直径设计为?650 mm,垂深205 m。由于目的层为巷道且穿过3号煤层采空区,常规钻进方法对目的层安全产生一定的影响,且其钻速慢、成本高。为此,提出了一种大直径潜孔锤跟管钻进新技术,利用潜孔锤进行碎岩,利用跟套管降低环空上返面积进而降低风量要求,有效解决了大直径井眼空气钻进风量需求大、成本高的技术问题。该技术在王台铺矿3口大直径直排井施工中的应用表明,该跟管钻进技术耗气量低、排渣效果好、密封性能优良,平均建井周期20天,平均时效10 m,大幅提高了大直径井眼的钻进效率,降低了钻探成本。  相似文献

空气(泡沫)潜孔锤钻进工艺在王家岭煤矿紧急避险孔钻进中,有效解决了钻孔垂直度要求高、地层漏失等施工难点,实现了高质量快速成孔。该工艺平均机械钻速高达7.99 m/h,终孔水平位移仅为0.48 m,二开孔段每米综合成本504.8元。邻孔SW1水文补勘孔以泥浆作为循环介质、采用牙轮回转正循环钻进工艺,平均机械钻速为0.86 m/h,二开孔段每米综合成本为820.5元。前者平均机械钻速约是后者的9倍,较后者节约成本38.5%。与邻孔泥浆正循环牙轮回转钻进工艺相比,该工艺不仅解决了紧急避险孔施工难点,还提高了孔身质量、节约了工期、降低了成本,达到降本增效的目的,值得类似工程借鉴。  相似文献

可靠的密封结构是大直径反循环潜孔锤能够实现反循环钻进工艺的关键,同时也是大直径反循环潜孔锤设计的难点。现有的大直径反循环潜孔锤都是基于孔底钻具本体进行密封结构设计的。提出了一种孔底与孔口联合密封的方法,以该密封方法为设计原则研制了扩孔用φ710/311 mm集束式反循环潜孔锤与孔口密封装置,并配套φ127/70 mm双壁钻具进行了现场试验,取得了较好的连续反循环排渣效果,平均机械钻速为2.1 m/h,与常规牙轮钻头扩孔方法相比提高了2.6倍。试验结果表明孔底与孔口联合密封方法是可行的,值得进一步推广应用。  相似文献

近年来,大直径工程井被广泛应用于煤矿瓦斯抽采、输冰降温、强排水、通风送料等,其施工工艺主要有正循环气动潜孔锤钻井技术和反循环气动潜孔锤钻井技术;前者需要风量大,成本高,后者需要配置全套专用机具,实施难度大。为对现有空气潜孔锤钻井技术进行优化,以王台铺矿大直径抽排水井为例,对单体大直径空气潜孔锤钻井工艺进行研究,单体大直径潜孔锤+跟管钻进技术,解决大直径工程井施工效率低、深度浅、技术装备不完善、施工成本高等难题,可为国内同类型井施工提供借鉴。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Some olistolites reworked in a Tertiary flysch of Mount Parnon (Peloponnesus, Greece) exhibit a Late Permian assemblage, dominated by Paradunbarula (Shindella) shindensis, Hemigordiopsis cf. luquensis and Colaniella aff. minima. This association corresponds to the Late Wuchiapingian (=Late Dzhulfian), a substage whose algae and foraminifera are generally little known. Contemporaneous limestones crop out in the middle part of the Episkopi Formation in Hydra, but they are rather commonly reworked in Mesozoic and Cainozoic sequences. The palaeobiogeographical affinities shared by the foraminiferal markers of Greece, southeastern Pamir, and southern China, are very strong (up to the specific level), and are congruent with the Pangea B reconstructions.
