长江三角洲土地利用变化与粮食安全分析   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
定量描述粮食产量对土地资源波动响应的程度对理解区域土地利用变化与粮食生产关系具有重要意义。分析长江三角洲地区耕地面积变化与粮食生产相关性及耕地质量变化对粮食单产的影响,分析粮食生产对土地利用变化响应的敏感性。结果表明:粮食产出与土地利用变化具有强相关性,耕地质量和数量的变化对粮食生产的影响及粮食安全敏感系数在不同时间段呈规律性变化,且在波动中平衡,耕地数量与质量变化是粮食安全的重要制约因素。  相似文献

文章分析了湖南省耕地面积对粮食生产贡献率随时间变化的特点,以及耕地退化对粮食生产的影响状况。研究表明,耕地资源数量和质量的变化对粮食生产构成持久的约束作用,耕地资源稀缺已成为制约粮食安全的瓶颈。为了实现粮食安全,应采用的根本措施在于保持耕地数量平衡,防治土地资源退化,加强全民粮食安全意识,建立复合高效农田生态经济系统,合理开发后备耕地资源等。  相似文献

随着全球粮食贸易格局的日益紧张,如何利用有限的耕地资源保证中国粮食安全成为新阶段的难题。本文从耕地可持续利用视角提出粮食稳产、增产策略,以期为粮食安全、耕地保护等国家战略提供理论支撑。基于1985—2015年中国31个省(自治区、直辖市)统计数据,以农业生态区为基本单元,采用比较分析法和GIS空间分析法,对中国粮食生产时空演变及其影响因素进行规律性探究。研究结果表明:(1)中国粮食产量呈“波动-上升”的趋势,但长江中下游区、江南和华南区粮食增长率较低,甚至出现减产现象。(2)中国粮食产量主产区逐渐由长江中下游区、江南和华南区向东北区、黄淮海区转移。(3)中国粮食生产的影响因素呈现阶段性和区域性规律。例如,东北区、西北区粮食生产主要受粮食单产、耕地面积等影响;黄淮海区、内蒙古高原和黄土高原区、云贵高原和横断山区主要受粮食单产影响。(4)中国各区耕地存在不同类型和不同程度的耕地非持续问题,在西北区、内蒙古高原和黄土高原等生态脆弱区域较严重。  相似文献

阐述主要粮食作物的时空格局变化特征,对中国粮食安全决策意义重大。基于河北省县市近15 a (2001~2015年)的农业数据资料,采用分段线性趋势以及生产指标-产量波动系数来分析河北省主要粮食作物的时空变化特征,并对河北省粮食作物进行安全评价。结果表明:从产量与播种面积来看,近15 a河北省主要粮食作物变化趋势经历了由波动减少到稳步增长2个阶段,且变化趋势显著;从空间格局变化来看,大致呈由南向北逐渐递减的规律分布,其中不同农作物分布规律各有差异;从粮食安全方面来看,河北省70%以上年份粮食波动系数均超过中国粮食安全平均水平,粮食波动系数较高,粮食安全风险较大;但从人均粮食产量来看,安全程度相对比较乐观,粮食安全状况渐趋于平稳。研究可为河北省粮食生产时空布局的优化、结构调整与社会经济协调发展提供依据。  相似文献

1990年以来,在国家生态环境保护工程实施、经济快速增长等因素的影响下,中国耕地数量与空间格局发生了巨大变化,对粮食生产潜力造成了巨大影响。本文采用GAEZ模型,结合中国气象、地形、土壤等因素,定量分析了中国耕地粮食生产潜力空间特征以及1990-2010年中国耕地变化对粮食生产潜力的影响。主要结论如下:① 2010年全国耕地粮食生产潜力总量为10.55亿t,全国耕地平均粮食生产潜力为7614 kg/hm2。中国耕地粮食生产潜力存在显著的空间差异,总体表现为东部高而西北部较低的趋势,并且高值区主要分布在长江中下游地区和华南区。② 1990-2010年的20年间,中国耕地粮食生产潜力变化表现出明显的时空差异,总体呈现南减北增、总量减少的基本特征。新增耕地粮食生产潜力的重心逐步由东北向西北转移。耕地粮食生产潜力总量净减少297万t,占2010年全国实际粮食总产量的0.29%。③ 在1990-2000年与2000-2010年两个时期,耕地变化对耕地粮食生产潜力影响差异明显。前10年,耕地粮食生产潜力总量净增加1011万t,主要集中在东北平原区和北方干旱半干旱区;后10年,耕地粮食生产潜力总量净减少1308万t,主要集中在长江中下游地区和黄淮海平原区。从总体看,近20年来耕地粮食生产潜力总量增加主要是由林、草地和未利用土地开垦所导致,而耕地粮食生产潜力总量减少主要是由城市扩展和退耕还林还草所导致。  相似文献

退耕还林是黄土高原水土流失区改善生态环境的一种有效途径,但在一定程度上必然会影响到区域的粮食安全,其中最直接最主要的影响便是退耕带来耕地面积减少,引发粮食总产量的降低。根据黄土高原水土流失区的生态退耕规划,对退耕还林还草可能对当地造成的粮食生产影响进行分析。利用具有显著科学性和可操作性的最小人均耕地面积和耕地压力指数模型,对该区各亚区进行了粮食安全评价,并以此为基础提出了黄土高原水土流失区各亚区退耕还林还草与粮食安全的协调途径。  相似文献

分析研究当前区域性耕地资源数量与质量的变化格局和态势, 研究其耕地资源变化对粮食生产能力的影响, 具有重要的理论和现实意义。以东北地区为例, 利用“3S”技术, 着 重应用GIS 空间分析优势, 首先分层次开展耕地自然质量评价、耕地利用质量评价与耕地综 合质量评价, 分析耕地自然质量、耕地利用质量与粮食单产的关系, 研究区域耕地数量变化 引起的耕地综合质量空间分布变化; 然后从耕地数量、耕地质量、作物种植制度等方面, 探 讨东北地区耕地变化对粮食生产能力的影响。为本地区耕地资源可持续利用与管理, 制定科学合理的粮食生产发展规划提供借鉴, 为其他地区开展类似研究提供参考。  相似文献

粮食安全是国家战略安全的重要组成部分,在经济新常态下如何夯实农业基础地位、保障粮食安全成为政府与学界共同关注的命题。运用粮食产量变化系数、变异系数、空间分析方法研究了中国粮食产量时空演变格局与粮食安全问题。结果表明:2000-2003年受城镇化和工业化快速推进占用优质农田和大量青壮年劳动力进城务工的影响,粮食播种面积下降导致产量出现波动下滑;2004-2015年,粮食直补、农业税减免、基本农田保护、耕地红线等系列政策促进粮食产量实现“十二连增”。粮食作物类型时序变化表现为玉米产量大幅增长,由1990年的9 681.9×104 t增长为2015年的22 463.2×104 t,稻谷、小麦产量呈现小幅增长态势。2000-2015年中国粮食生产重心逐渐由西南向东北偏移。从各大区域对粮食总产的贡献率来看,1990-2015年南方沿海区对中国粮食总产的贡献率下降幅度最大,达-5.02%,东北地区对全国粮食总产的贡献率增幅最高,为7.75%。中国粮食产量安全区域范围在逐年增加,由2000年的11个省份增加至2015年的16个省,然而,未来粮食安全应关注粮食结构、粮食品质、食品安全、农田生态环境等方面的研究。  相似文献

基于生态位理论的耕地数量相对变化研究——以焦作市为例   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
生态位理论是生态学重要的基础理论之一。以生态位理论为基础,提出了耕地生态元和耕地生态位的概念,并对耕地生态位的特征及其演替规律作了系统阐述。在此基础上,构建了用以量度区域耕地数量相对变化的数学模型——耕地数量生态位熵数学模型,并运用该模型对焦作市1998~2004年期间耕地数量的相对变化时空动态特征进行了分析。结果表明:(1)焦作市耕地数量生态位熵逐年减小,表明焦作市各年耕地数量生态位扩充压缩度均小于河南省耕地数量生态位扩充压缩度,即焦作市各年耕地数量减少速度均大于河南省耕地数量减少速度。(2)焦作各县(市、区)耕地数量生态位熵存在扩大、减少和波动3种情形,表明焦作各县(市、区)耕地数量变化差异性较大。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
