从生态城市的内涵、结构组成、功能及特点等生态城市有关的基本理论分析入手,探讨建设生态城市的理论依据.在分析中国建设生态城市所面临的问题和现状的基础上提出中国建设生态城市的基本立足点,可以概括为：（1）以城乡共同发展为准则;（2）以加大科研投入,提高教育水平,提高人口素质为先导;（3）以生态修复为基础;（4）以发展循环的经济为核心;（5）以加强环境立法,提高环境管理效率为手段. 相似文献

从生态经济位理论出发,提出了城市生态经济位概念及度量方法,并根据生态经济位计算模型,从社会、经济和环境因子三个层面归结了30个指标,建立了定量评价指标体系,依此测算了2002年、2003年西部干旱区6个省会城市的生态经济位,得出2002年和2003年在西部干旱区省会城市中,乌鲁木齐的生态经济位最大,西宁的生态经济位最小的结论。文章最后分析、解释了西部干旱区6省会城市生态经济位动态变化及其原因。 相似文献

生态城市是通过倡导生态理念，采用生态技术，建立生态化产业体系，从而达到社会、经济、环境的可持续发展，实现自然生态平衡、人文生态和谐的城乡统一体。从可持续发展的角度出发，利用生态学和社会学的观点，论述生态城市的内涵，提出科学的城市规划、合理的城市评价指标体系、完善的城市管理制度是实现生态城市的前提，强调只有自然生态、人文生态两手抓才能真正实现经济、社会、环境全面发展。 相似文献

作为城市地域自然生态系统服务供给的基本载体,生态用地基于土地利用/土地覆被的内在关联将人类社会发展与自然生态演替耦合关联在一起,已成为统筹解决城市建设扩展与自然生态保护矛盾的重要综合途径;城市生态用地的需求测算直接决定供需均衡分析结果,是城乡统筹生态用地规划与管理的关键环节。本文在系统梳理生态用地概念内涵的基础上,对比分析了生态需求与生态用地需求的概念异同;提出基于空间与功能的城市生态用地需求测算概念框架,并据此将已有测算方法归并为经验判定法、生态系统服务法、空间格局法3大类,从综合性、代表性、阈值与规模、位置等方面对比分析了法定定额法、历史趋势预判法、生态足迹法、碳氧平衡法、生态安全格局法等具体方法的基本特征及其优缺点;最后将下一步研究的重点趋向概括为基于土地生态功能的城市生态用地分类、基于土地生态格局的城市生态用地效益综合测算、基于多目标情景的城市生态用地功能综合权衡、基于生态用地供需平衡分析的城市生态腹地识别4个方面。 相似文献

随着丝绸之路经济带建设上升为国家战略,对经济带城市等级及城市类型进行科学定位迫在眉睫。以丝绸之路经济带陆路西北段为例,运用城市流强度模型和城市生态经济位模型对研究区18个地级以上城市的城市流强度和城市生态经济位进行测度,并将二者综合,划分城市体系和城市开放性类型。结果显示:研究区城市流强度介于3.80亿~1 158.92亿元,城市流强度不仅与城市规模息息相关,城市类型也是其重要影响因素;城市生态经济位介于0.020~0.231,超过半数城市位于系统底部,主要限制性因素为经济滞后;结合城市流强度和城市生态经济位,将城市划分为4级,西安为核心城市,乌鲁木齐和兰州为副核心城市,重要节点城市5个,一般节点城市10个;创建城市开放性指数,将城市划分为开放型和内敛型,西安、乌鲁木齐等6个城市为开放型,兰州等12个城市为内敛型。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
