本文从最大后验概率密度观点出发,在数据噪音向量和待求模型向量为具有零均值的独立高斯随机过程的假设前提下,建立起了随机反演的非线性系统方程;给出了模型方差估计的函数表达式,并在文章最后,证明了反演解的稀疏性,即解释了随机反演的输出解的高分辨率特征。文章在最小二乘反演方法的基础上,发展并完善了随机反演方法的理论基础;揭示了随机反演方法与最小二乘反演方法之间的本质区别;阐述了随机反演方法的优越性,并指出了其广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

通过分析地基沉降预测模型,指出最小二乘的病态性会导致模型参数求解失败。应用正则化理论,基于矩阵求逆理论,提出了一种沉降预测模型参数的正则化无偏估计算法,说明了新算法的无偏性和方差最小性。在一定条件下,证明了新算法中正则参数的存在性,并给出了正则参数的计算公式。结合文献和工程实例进行的分析表明,新算法降低了矩阵条件数,减轻矩阵病态程度,能有效求得地基沉降预测模型参数。  相似文献

根据白山抽水蓄能泵站地下厂房开挖过程中的变形观测数据,提出了一种基于响应面法的岩体力学参数反演方法。该方法利用响应面函数建立了岩体力学参数与围岩变形之间的非线性关系。通过有限元数值模拟确立了响应面函数中的系数。定义参数反演的目标函数,将参数反演问题转化为优化问题。分别采用拟牛顿优化算法和遗传算法求解参数反演的目标函数,得到了地下厂房的岩体力学参数。根据反演确定的岩体力学参数,对地下厂房围岩的开挖变形进行了数值模拟,研究表明,有限元模拟的地下厂房与现场观测值基本一致,验证了反演方法的有效性。  相似文献

电阻率三维反演参数太多,将导致反演不稳定性和高度非唯一性等诸多方面的问题。比较传统的最小二乘反演方法,利用共轭梯度的电阻率三维最小构造反演显示了更好的效果。讨论了初始模型选择及数据误差对三维反演结果的影响,说明了反演方法的稳定性和可靠性。   相似文献

我国西部地区地势复杂,沟壑纵横,地下开采极易导致边坡失稳,引发采动滑坡。在地下采动沉降与滑坡体挤压上升的叠加影响下,谷底区域地表沉降值明显小于类似地质采矿条件下的平原地区。为准确预测山区谷底区域地表沉降值,基于简支梁的弹性变形理论,并借助概率密度函数建立了山区谷底区域地表沉陷预计修正模型,明确模型参数物理意义及其取值方法。依据修正模型,以实测值和预测值之差平方和最小为原则构建适应值函数,基于模拟退火粒子群算法提出新的模型参数反演方法,借助MATLAB语言编制了相应的参数反演程序。最后将研究成果应用于山西某矿,得到谷底区域预测结果中误差为73 mm,与实测值基本一致,取得了较好的工程实践效果。  相似文献

Geophysical surveying methods are of great importance in environmental exploration. Inversion-based data processing methods are applied for the determination of geometrical and physical parameters of the target model. The use of this geoelectric inversion method is advantageous in environmental research where highly reliable information with large spatial resolution is required. The 2D combined geoelectric inversion (CGI) method performs more accurate parameter estimation than conventional 1D single inversion methods by efficiently decreasing the number of unknowns of the inverse problem (single means that data sets of individual vertical electric sounding stations are inverted separately). The quality improvement in parameter space is demonstrated by comparing the traditional 1D inversion procedure with a 2D series expansion-based inversion technique. The CGI method was further developed by weighting individual direct current geoelectric data sets automatically in order to improve inversion results. The new algorithm was named combined geoelectric weighted inversion, which extracts the solution by a special weighted least squares technique. It is shown that the new inversion methodology is applicable to resolve near-surface structures such as rapidly varying layer boundaries, laterally inhomogeneous formations and pinch-outs.  相似文献

Traditional reliability-based design methodologies often involve selection of design which is of lowest cost and satisfies safety requirements. But, this design is sensitive to variation in statistics of input parameters (noise parameters) and might become unsatisfactory if an underestimation of coefficient of variation of input parameters is made. A relatively new design methodology known as robust geotechnical design (RGD) is applied for the case of reinforcement of rock slope using end-anchored rock bolts. This ensures selection of a cost-effective and safe design for which probability of failure (Pf) of reinforced rock slope is least sensitive to the noise parameters. Reliability-based RGD approach involves evaluation of Pf for each design with different possible noise parameters. Finding Pf for the complex geotechnical structure is computationally expensive, and thus an augmented radial basis function-based response surface is used as a surrogate to the finite element model of rock slope. This response surface, being very efficient, also performs well for a range of values of noise parameters. Later, minimum distance algorithm is applied to obtain a cost-effective and robust design. Finally, a comparison is made in the costs between two robust designs obtained for different target probability of failure for the same rock slope.  相似文献

The variability of shear characteristics of rock discontinuities is often difficult to ascertain. Thus, even with the reliability-based design (RBD) approach, which allows for consideration of the uncertainty of input parameters, the design of a rock slope system may be either cost-inefficient (overdesign) or unsafe (under-design), depending on whether the variation of input parameters is overestimated or underestimated. The uncertainty about the variation of input parameters is a critical issue in a RBD. This paper presents a feasible approach to addressing this problem using robust design concept. First, the uncertainty of the estimated statistics of input parameters (such as rock properties) is represented by fuzzy sets, which requires only the knowledge of lower and upper bounds of the estimated statistics. Then, the robust design concept is implemented to ensure that the final design is insensitive to, or robust against, the uncertainty of the estimated statistics of input parameters. The design methodology is demonstrated with an application to the design of a rock slope system with multiple failure modes. This design methodology, termed robust geotechnical design (RGD), aims to achieve a certain level of design robustness, in addition to meeting safety and cost requirements. In this paper, the RGD framework is realized through a multi-objective optimization, as it involves three requirements, safety, cost, and robustness. 全波形反演是一个高度非线性的优化问题,当地震数据中缺少低频成分而初始速度与真实速度相差较远时,反演容易陷入局部极小值。笔者提出一种新的目标函数,将模拟地震记录和观测记录的归一化互相关与最小二乘结合。互相关侧重相位匹配,具有更强的线性,能减弱"跳周"现象。通过设置权重因子,在反演前期利用互相关先恢复低波数的背景速度模型,再加入最小二乘约束恢复高波数的模型细节。数值模拟试验结果表明,基于该目标函数的全波形反演不依赖精确的初始模型和低频信息,向全局极小值迅速收敛,能有效改善反演的稳定性,并获得比基于常规目标函数的全波形反演更精确的结果。  相似文献

在地下水渗流场、应力场、损伤场的耦合作用下更易造成隧道围岩坍塌或涌水等灾害。首先,将围岩材料视作各向同性连续介质,基于Drucker-Prager准则建立岩石弹塑性损伤本构模型,采用完全隐式返回映射算法实现弹塑性损伤本构方程的数值求解。其次,以上述研究为基础根据岩石处于弹塑性状态时渗透系数动态演化公式,建立岩石弹塑性应力-渗流-损伤耦合模型,并给出三场耦合情况下的数值求解迭代方法。针对耦合模型中涉及参数较多且不易测定的问题,基于差异进化算法原理建立智能反分析方法,对耦合模型中的损伤参数进行反演。最后,利用C++语言编制相应的岩石弹塑性应力-渗流-损伤耦合程序和参数反演程序,利用所编程序进行以下计算:(1)对智能反分析程序的性能、正确性进行分析,对比不同差异策略、交叉因子、变异因子的反演精度和收敛速度。(2)分别采用弹性模型和弹塑性损伤模型进行隧道围岩位移场、应力场的计算。(3)不考虑力学作用的情况下进行孔隙水压力、渗流量的计算。(4)采用所建耦合模型计算得到隧道围岩应力场、渗流场以及损伤场的相互影响规律。研究结果表明,基于差异进化算法的智能反分析程序能够较好地解决耦合模型中损伤参数不易确定的难题,为实际工程中获得不易测定的计算参数提供了有效的方法,同时所建立的耦合模型通过应力、渗流和损伤的相互作用更能够真实地反映出岩石材料的宏观破坏现象,所编计算程序能够模拟地下水渗流场、应力场、损伤场之间的耦合特性,为受地下水影响严重的工程建设提供了方法,研究结论为后期对实际隧道工程进行耦合计算奠定基础。  相似文献

针对混凝土大坝坝体和岩基参数的区间不确定性,构造具有区间分析功能的RNN(粗糙神经网络)模型,并运用该模型反演坝体和岩基区间参数值。应用区间有限元对结构进行正分析,根据区间参数反演的需要选取相应的区间学习样本,利用RNN模型对样本进行模式学习直至网络收敛,最后通过网络回想和反归一法得到坝体和岩基力学参数的区间值。研究结果表明,该方法可用于反演混凝土坝坝体和岩基区间力学参数,反演得到的区间参数值是合理的。此外,基于RNN模型的区间参数反演方法经过一定的拓展和改进,理论上可应用于反演其他类型的区间参数。  相似文献

Dias模型是众多描述岩石复电阻率的频散特性模型中的一种,它不但参数少,且可由这些参数导出具有特定物理意义的参数。针对Dias模型参数的求取及反演解的不确定性评价,这里提出了一种模拟退火阻尼最小二乘联合反演方法。该方法首先将参数求解空间离散化,利用模拟退火找到全局最优解区间,然后利用阻尼最小二乘法在解空间进行求解。该方法有效地克服了原来两种方法的反演速度慢、反演结果依赖于初值的缺点,并实现了对反演结果多解性的评价。研究结果表明,对于岩石复电阻率数据的处理解释,Dias模型的使用比传统的Cole模型及其变形更具有潜在的优势。  相似文献

反演问题一直是地球物理的重点研究问题之一。本文以长导线源半航空瞬变电磁为例,对时间域半航空数据进行一维反演研究。将自适应正则化(ARIA)反演方法和阻尼最小二乘(LM)反演方法相结合,提出一种改进的反演方法:自适应正则化-阻尼最小二乘(ARIA-LM)反演算法。本文选用三层理论模型对比阻尼最小二乘算法、自适应正则化反演算法与本文方法,并使用四层理论地层模型来验证算法的有效性和可靠性。结果表明:该算法在一定程度上对高阻分辨率增强,能有效提高反演的精度及稳定性。  相似文献

Measuring rock mechanical parameters is an essential step for support design in an underground project. To quickly obtain the surrounding rock mechanical parameters at a construction site in real time using a digital drilling rig, a quantitative relationship between the drilling parameters and rock mechanical parameters should be defined. In this paper, based on the fracture characteristics of rock cutting, a relationship model for the drilling parameters of the digital drilling rig versus the rock mechanical parameters (DP-RMP model) is created. Based on the multi-function rock drilling test system developed by the authors, rock drilling tests for different drilling parameters and theoretical results are compared and analysed to prove the validity and accuracy of the DP-RMP model. Additionally, the influence laws of the cohesion and internal friction angle on the rock cutting drilling torque are investigated. Drilling parameters from the digital drilling rig-based rock mechanical parameter inversion method is proposed; the feasibility of this method is verified by rock drilling test results. The study provides a theoretical basis for quickly obtaining the rock mechanical parameters using drilling parameters on site in real time.  相似文献

Summary. Uniaxial Compressive Strength (UCS), considered to be one of the most useful rock properties for mining and civil engineering applications, has been estimated from some index test results by fuzzy and multiple regression modelling. Laboratory investigations including Uniaxial Compressive Strength (UCS), Point Load Index test (PL), Schmidt Hammer Hardness test (SHR) and Sonic velocity (Vp) test have been carried out on nine different rock types yielding to 305 tested specimens in total. Average values along with the standard deviations (Stdev) as well as Coefficients of variation (CoV) have been calculated for each rock type. Having constructed the Mamdani Fuzzy algorithm, UCS of intact rock samples was then predicted using a data driven fuzzy model. The predicted values derived from fuzzy model were compared with multi-linear statistical model. Comparison proved that the best model predictions have been achieved by fuzzy modelling in contrast to multi-linear statistical modelling. As a result, the developed fuzzy model based on point load, Schmidt hammer and sonic velocity can be used as a tool to predict UCS of intact rocks.  相似文献

Evaluating the geological properties of a mineral deposit is a fundamental task for mine planning and it requires an assessment of reserve parameters such as thickness and grade. This paper presents a linguistic model for estimating bauxite thickness within a deposit in a fuzzy environment using indicator geostatistics and fuzzy modeling. The proposed model consists of two main stages: determining the orebody boundary and estimating the thickness. In order to estimate the thickness, a rule‐based fuzzy inference mechanism has been developed based on data statistics. Results and performance of the model have been compared with that of a well‐known conventional technique, geostatistics (kriging), and it is shown that the proposed model has bigger estimation power. In addition, the fuzzy approach is more flexible than the kriging approach. The fuzzy methodology used in the present paper is convenient for modeling reserve parameters.  相似文献

Soil damping ratio is an important parameter for modelling the dynamic behaviour of soil embankment structures, especially for the micro‐vibration analysis of hospitals and high‐tech industries, which have a very severe construction requirement for vibration. This paper explores using a least‐squares method to evaluate the Rayleigh damping parameters for the finite element analysis of wave propagation in soils. The least‐squares method was first used in Bornitz's equation to calculate the absorption coefficients of soils. Afterward, the best‐fit Rayleigh damping parameters were obtained using those coefficients in the least‐squares scheme again. Both three‐dimensional finite element analyses and field experiments were performed to validate the accuracy of this method. The comparison between experimental and finite element results demonstrates that the accuracy of this least‐squares method is acceptable. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

结构面产状分析是进行岩体力学分析及稳定性评价的基础,玫瑰花图、等密度图等传统的图形分析方法较为粗糙,无法对产状数据进行准确分析,采用模糊聚类方法则可以得到较为准确的优势产状,但需要事先指定分组数及初始聚心,且模糊聚类算法为局部寻优算法,初始划分对最终的数据分析结果影响较大。为了得到较为客观的分组结果及优势产状,同时能够针对大量结构面产状数据进行聚类分析,提出了基于粒子群算法的岩体结构面产状模糊C均值聚类算法。采用粒子群算法进行模糊C均值聚类算法初始聚心的求解,在计算过程中可同时确定最佳分组数,避免了人为指定的主观性,克服了模糊C均值聚类算法易陷入局部极小值和对初始划分敏感的不足。最后,通过工程实例中不同方法的聚类效果对比分析该算法的有效性,并将该方法应用于实测结构面产状数据的分析,得到较为符合实际的优势结构面分组。  相似文献
