城市现代化要以特形式表现出来，必然要求改变城市原来的物质载体，产生新与旧，现代与历史之间的矛盾与冲突，但是，在对待城市物质载体的认识上存在着许多误区，使许多城市在许多现代化的名义下遭到破坏，历史文化名城得不到应有的保护，在匆匆的现代化进程中付出了沉重的代价，我们要记住“建筑性破坏”的教训，处理好发展与保护的关系。 相似文献

东北地区城市的产生与发展有着悠久的历史,并形成特有的文化,但由于历史的原因,城市发展水平长期落后于中原地区。东北地区近现代城市的产生与发展是近100年的事情。20世纪以来,东北地区经历了清政府的移民实边,俄、日等帝国主义的殖民侵略与掠夺开发,新中国成立后的工业化重点发展。伴随着经济的发展和经济结构的剧烈变革,东北城市发展进入鼎盛时期,并后来居上成为我国除几个直辖市外,城市化水平最高的地区。与全国其他地区城市相比,东北城市发展有着特定的社会政治与经济背景,但也清晰而集中地反映了城市化与交通发展、工业化相互促进,同步发展的特征。本文试图把东北地区近百年来城市的发展置于区域社会政治与经济发展的进程中进行考察,着重探讨东北辽宁、吉林、黑龙江三省城市发展的动因,同时阐明它的发展对区域经济及全国经济产生的影响,分析当前存在的主要问题。 相似文献

城市生产方式转变、文化变迁与历史环境保护——对珠江三角洲历史环境保护的启示 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
首先分析20世纪晚期西方社会经济文化转变,带来折射人类社会文化特征的建成环境风格的转变,从而导致作为建成环境一部分的历史环境保护受到全面重视,保护内容和手段不断拓展。继而揭示了珠三角地区历史环境种类丰富、分区明显、涵盖面广的特点,及保护与经济发展不同步、保护体系单一的问题。并分析21世纪珠三角主要城市也出现后工业化趋势,而文化大省战略将进一步带来对多元文化和地方特色的重现,促使区域重新审视和重视历史环境保护问题。最后借鉴西方的经验,提出通过保护的跨学科、多部门融合,保护内容的多样性和保护主体的多元化,实现多元文化背景下珠三角历史环境保护。 相似文献

在我国，城市跨界发展是近几年才出现的城市空间类型，它们主要是由传统计划经济体制下以切块设市方式形成的城市发展演变而来，其中以长江三角洲、珠江三角洲等经济发达地区为突出。跨界城市的发展向传统的以城市为主体，以物质形态规划为核心的城市规划提出了挑战，本文以苏锡常地区为例，分析了跨界城市发展的若干特征与问题，并对其规划发展进行了初步的探讨。 相似文献

论城市实体空间变化与历史地名保护的关系——以北京二环以内地区为例 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
本文对近20年来北京二环以内地区历史地名消失的程度以及原因进行了统计,发现城市实体空间变化是历史地名消失的主要原因,但城市实体空间变化不是历史地名变化的充分条件。本文最后提出延续城市历史地名文化的三点建议:第一,城市实体空间的建设没有改变原来中地名所指示的空间的“点、线、面”形状时,原来的历史地名必须保留。第二,由于实体建设改变历史地名指示的空间的“点、线、面”形状的,要求实体开发建设者在设计方案中,将原来的历史地名的“专名部”以可见形式体现出来。第三,在变更城市历史地名的前期,应引入公众参与机制,从而确定成为当地“地方性”组成部分的历史地名并给予保留。 相似文献
