与普通强地震动相比,长周期地震动的低频分量丰富,对长周期结构影响显著。隔震结构作为一类具有较长自振周期的结构,其在长周期地震动作用下的动力行为值得研究。选取远场长周期地震记录和远场普通地震记录作为外部激励,以某基础隔震结构作为研究对象,研究了远场地震记录的长周期特性,及其对隔震层和上部结构地震响应的影响。研究结果表明:远场地震动长周期特性对结构地震响应的影响显著,远场长周期地震记录下结构的地震响应明显大于远场普通地震记录,在隔震结构设计中应考虑其不利影响;地震动功率谱与结构地震响应之间存在明显联系,应进行深入研究。研究结果可为长周期地震动作用下隔震结构的抗震设计提供参考。  相似文献

隔震结构具有较长自振周期,且容易受地震动长周期特性的影响,因此其在长周期地震动作用下的抗震性能值得研究。以某基于规范设计的基础隔震结构为例,通过对该结构在规范规定地震作用和远场长周期地震作用下的地震响应进行分析和对比,研究长周期地震动对结构地震响应的影响;通过对钢筋和混凝土的损伤状态进行定义和标识,探讨长周期地震作用下基础隔震结构的损伤分布规律。研究结果表明,长周期地震动作用下隔震结构发生破坏的概率远大于具有相同峰值地面加速度的普通地震动,其中长周期地震动反应谱的谱峰值"后移"被认为是造成这种情况的主要原因,且长周期地震动作用下隔震结构的损伤分布并不均匀,其主要集中在结构的底层。  相似文献

本文在对实际地震加速度记录统计分析的基础上,给出了能够合理描述地震动强度非平稳特性的参数及其取值范围;然后引入实验设计方法,建立了适合于地震动强度非平稳特性参数分析的实验设计算法,用来分析地震动强度非平稳特性参数的变化对结构响应的影响;最后通过与近似技术相结合,建立了地震动强度非平稳特性参数与结构响应之间的近似定量关系模型.结果表明,本文提出的实验设计方法适合于对地震动强度非平稳特性参数进行分析,该方法在有效地减小计算量的同时,获得了结构响应与参数变化之间的对应关系.基于实验设计方法进行的特性参数方差分析结果表明:地震动的稳态持时对结构地震响应的影响比较显著;对于周期较小的结构,特性参数之间的交互作用对结构地震响应的影响显著,但当周期大于1 s时,则不显著.本文建立的近似定量关系模型能够较好地反映不同特性参数、不同周期结构动力响应之间的联系,为工程实践中基于结构特性合理设置地震动特性参数、合成或挑选地震加速度时程提供理论依据.   相似文献

基于有效的土-结相互作用有限元数值模拟方法,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对水平及竖向地震共同作用下双线盾构隧道的地震响应进行分析研究。地震动输入选取近场地震Loma、ChiChi、Mammoth和WoLong的基岩水平及竖向加速度时程记录。结果表明,不同近场地震记录对隧道结构的作用不同,隧道的地震反应与场地性质及地震动的频谱特性密切相关。对比隧道在水平及竖向地震动共同作用下的响应与单向水平地震动作用下的响应,发现隧道的最大地震附加内力及其分布均发生较大的变化,在隧道结构抗震设计中需引起重视。另外,分析中还考虑了在双向地震动共同作用下,隧道间距、土-结接触面的摩擦系数、土-结相对刚度、输入的地震记录和竖向地震动相对强度对隧道地震响应的影响等,研究结果对隧道工程的抗震设计具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

以某电厂主厂房为研究对象,以远断层地震动、近断层非脉冲地震动和近断层脉冲型地震动三组不同地震动作为输入,对主厂房钢支撑框排架结构开展弹塑性分析。对最大层间位移角、柱的残余位移、基底剪力等指标在不同地震强度下进行了统计对比。研究发现,在设防地震作用下,三类地震动引起结构响应差异不明显;在罕遇地震作用下,近断层脉冲型地震动引起的结构响应与远断层和近断层非脉冲地震动引起的结构响应差异显著。研究工作对电力厂房在近断层脉冲型地震动下的响应进行分析研究,通过对比说明考虑近断层脉冲型地震动对于电力厂房结构抗震分析的重要性。  相似文献

以巨-子结构抗震体系、隔震体系以及智能隔震体系为研究对象,选择4组具有速度脉冲特性的实际地震动加速度记录及人工模拟的具有相同加速度反应谱而无速度脉冲的地震动时程分别作为地震动输入,采用数值分析方法分别计算在有、无速度脉冲的地震动激励下三种结构体系的地震响应,探讨地震动的速度脉冲对巨型结构体系在不同控制策略下地震响应的影响。研究结果表明:三种结构体系在速度脉冲型地震动作用下的地震响应大部分要大于无速度脉冲型的地震响应,近断层地震动的速度脉冲对巨-子结构抗震体系、隔震体系以及智能隔震体系的地震响应均有一定的不利影响。智能隔震体系对速度脉冲地震动较为敏感,但能有效地减小隔震层位移。  相似文献

研究了近断层脉冲型地震动作用下超高层结构的影响。选取了近断层脉冲型地震、近断层无脉冲型地震动和普通地震动,用三类地震动对超高层结构进行了7度(0.1 g)罕遇水准地震作用下的动力时程分析,对比分析三类地震动作用下超高层结构的动力响应。结果表明:近断层脉冲型地震动的脉冲特性放大了超高层结构的响应;近断层脉冲型地震动作用下结构响应在加强层处的突变值大于无脉冲型地震动及普通地震动作用下的突变值;近断层脉冲型地震动作用下结构的最大层间位移角出现下移的趋势。  相似文献

地震动输入是大跨度桥梁地震反应分析的重要一环。从明确大跨度拱桥的临界跨度入手,探讨了大跨度拱桥地震动输入模式中的行波效应、三向输入及其地震动选取问题。基于某大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥,建立了有限元分析模型,考查了行波效应及三向地震动输入对拱关键截面内力、减隔震支座位移及粘滞阻尼器冲程的影响。结果表明:给出的大跨度拱桥临界跨度确定方法合理,行波效应对拱顶轴力有重要影响,不考虑三向地震动同时作用会明显低估大跨度拱桥的地震反应。确定大跨度拱桥地震动输入模式时需考虑行波效应与三向地震动同时输入。  相似文献

由于大跨度桥梁的桥墩间距离较大,其地震响应分析应考虑地震动输入的空间效应。本文建立了多点激励下大跨度桥梁地震响应分析方法,采用损伤塑性本构模型模拟混凝土材料特性,考虑地震动空间效应对大跨度连续刚构桥进行非线性地震响应分析,从而分析地震动空间效应对大跨度桥梁地震响应的影响。研究表明:考虑行波激励或多点激励时桥梁地震响应较一致激励而言有所差异,考虑地震动空间效应时可能会夸大或减小桥梁结构的动力响应;多点激励时桥梁地震响应会随视波速的改变而变化。由此得出结论,对于大跨度桥梁地震响应分析应合理的考虑地震动空间效应。  相似文献

In this study the inelastic behavior of steel arch bridges subjected to strong ground motions from major earthquakes is investigated by dynamic analyses of a typical steel arch bridge using a three‐dimensional (3D) analytical model, since checking seismic performance against severe earthquakes is not usually performed when designing such kinds of bridge. The bridge considered is an upper‐deck steel arch bridge having a reinforced concrete (RC) deck, steel I‐section girders and steel arch ribs. The input ground motions are accelerograms which are modified ground motions based on the records from the 1995 Hyogoken‐Nanbu earthquake. Both the longitudinal and transverse dynamic characteristics of the bridge are studied by investigation of time‐history responses of the main parameters. It is found that seismic responses are small when subjected to the longitudinal excitation, but significantly large under the transverse ground motion due to plasticization formed in some segments such as arch rib ends and side pier bases where axial force levels are very high. Finally, a seismic performance evaluation method based on the response strain index is proposed for such steel bridge structures. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper presents the first of a series of case studies on the seismic design of long span bridges (cable-stayed bridges, suspension bridges and arch bridges) under a cooperative research project on seismic behavior and design of highway bridges between the State Key Laboratory for Disaster Reduction in Civil Engineering, Tongji University and the Multidisciplinary Center for Earthquake Engineering Research, University at Buffalo. The objective of this series of case studies is to examine the differences and similarities on the seismic design practice of long span bridges in China and the U.S., to identify research needs and to develop design guidelines beneficial to bridge engineers in both countries. Unlike short to medium span bridges, long span bridges are not included in most seismic design specifications, mainly because they are location dependent and structurally unique. In this paper, an available model of a steel tied half through arch bridge with a main span of 550m in China is discussed. Analysis is focused on comparisons of the seismic responses due to different ground motions. Seismic design criteria and seismic performance requirements for long span bridges in both countries were first introduced and compared, and then three near field earthquake records with large vertical components were selected as the excitations to examine the seismic behavior and seismic vulnerability of the bridge. Results show that (1) the selected near field ground motions cause larger responses to key components (critical sections) of the bridge (such as arch rib ends) with a maximum increase of more than twice those caused by the site specific ground motions; (2) piers, longitudinal girders and arch crowns are more vulnerable to vertical motions, especially their axial forces; and (3) large vertical components of near field ground motions may not significantly affect the bridge's internal forces provided that their peak acceleration spectra ordinates only appear at periods of less than 0.2s. However, they may have more influence on the longitudinal displacements of sliding bearings due to their large displacement spectra ordinates at the fundamental period of the bridge.  相似文献

为了揭示近断层地震作用下上承式钢筋混凝土拱桥的动力响应特点,以西南山区某上承式拱桥为背景,用OpenSEES平台建立了全桥非线性动力分析模型,探讨了近断层地震动的输入方式、脉冲效应和竖向地震动等三个关键因素对桥梁动力响应的影响规律。研究结果表明:地震输入方式对拱圈地震响应的影响较小,但对拱上立柱地震响应的影响很大,尤其是拱顶附近的短立柱,在抗震分析中,建议偏安全地采用三向地震输入方式;脉冲效应对拱桥地震响应的影响非常大,会导致拱圈、拱上立柱和桥面板地震响应大幅增加,桥面板残余平面转角甚至增大6倍以上;竖向地震动对拱圈轴力和面内弯矩、拱上立柱纵向弯矩和剪力的影响很大,拱顶处的面内弯矩放大倍数最大可达2.95,总体来说,采用规范所建议的方法考虑竖向地震是偏保守的。  相似文献

The probability that an earthquake occurs when a train is running over a bridge in earthquake‐prone regions is much higher than before, for high‐speed railway lines are rapidly developed to connect major cities worldwide. This paper presents a finite element method‐based framework for dynamic analysis of coupled bridge–train systems under non‐uniform seismic ground motion, in which rail–wheel interactions and possible separations between wheels and rails are taken into consideration. The governing equations of motion of the coupled bridge–train system are established in an absolute coordinate system. Without considering the decomposition of seismic responses into pseudo‐static and inertia‐dynamic components, the equations of motion of the coupled system are formed in terms of displacement seismic ground motions. The mode superposition method is applied to the bridge structure to make the problem manageable while the Newmark‐β method with an iterative computation scheme is used to find the best solution for the problem concerned. Eight high‐speed trains running over a multi‐span steel truss‐arch bridge subject to earthquakes are taken as a case study. The results from the case study demonstrate that the spatial variation of seismic ground motion affects dynamic responses of the bridge–train system. The ignorance of pseudo‐static component when using acceleration seismic ground motions as input may underestimate seismic responses of the bridge–train system. 基于OpenSees平台建立钢管混凝土拱桥动力分析模型,并与Midas Civil模型结果进行比对。通过一条强震记录下的IDA分析,得到钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋横桥向非线性地震性能,比较拱肋采用弹性梁单元和纤维梁单元两种模型的拱脚弯矩时程曲线和拱顶位移时程曲线,分析拱肋关键截面屈服机理,绘制它们的曲率IDA曲线和拱顶位移IDA曲线。研究结果表明:横桥向在强震作用下拱脚和拱顶不一定先屈服,而是在拱肋截面突变或有集中质量连接处,在设计时需重点考虑;随着地震动增大,先是与横撑连接处拱肋首先屈服,然后是拱脚和拱顶位置,最后向整个拱肋扩展,拱肋非线性性能良好,仍有一定的抗震储备能力。  相似文献

In the 1990s, several major earthquakes occurred throughout the world, with a common observation that near fault ground motion (NFGM) characteristics had a distinct impact on causing damage to civil engineering structures that could not be predicted by using far field ground motions. Since then, seismic responses of structures under NFGMs have been extensively examined, with most of the studies focusing on structures with relatively short fundamental periods, where the traveling wave effect does not need to be considered. However, for long span bridges, especially arch bridges, the traveling wave (only time delay considered) effect may be very distinct and is therefore important. In this paper, the results from a case study on the seismic response of a steel arch bridge under selected NFGMs is presented by considering the traveling wave effect with variable apparent velocities. The effects of fling step and long period pulses of NFGMs on the seismic responses of the arch bridge are also discussed.  相似文献

The high-speed railway in China has to pass through the site surrounded by several known faults. Different earthquake mechanics of those faults and propagation paths cause different ground motions, including different peak ground accelerations (PGA), durations and characteristic periods, acting on the high-speed railway bridges. However, the previous seismic vulnerability analysis mainly aimed at the influence of PGA instead of characteristic periods on the seismic fragilities of bridge structure rather than track–bridge system. By taking a typical and common continuous bridge recommended in Chinese criterion as example, the effects of the uncertain characteristic periods of ground motions on the seismic responses and fragilities of track–bridge system were analyzed based on a numerical method. The results indicate that the probabilities exceeding any damage state of most components, including the bridge and track parts, increase with the characteristic period of ground motions. The uncertain characteristic periods of ground motions should be fully considered for the seismic design of track–bridge system, especially when the uncertain characteristic periods change around a small value. In the seismic vulnerability analysis, the uncertain of the designed characteristic period of ground motions should be developed by considering the different earthquake mechanics of several known faults surrounding the bridge site and the complex propagation paths of ground motion waves through different soils. Using a constant characteristic period of ground motions only considering the soil profile at the local site of bridge possibly leads to an unsafe result in the current criterion.  相似文献

This paper presents a theoretical nonstationary stochastic analysis scheme using pseudo-excitation method (PEM) for seismic analysis of long-span structures under tridirectional spatially varying ground motions, based on which the local site effects on structural seismic response are studied for a high-pier railway bridge. An absolute-response-oriented scheme of PEM in nonstationary stochastic analysis of structure under tridirectional spatial seismic motions, in conjunction with the derived mathematical scheme in modeling tridirectional nonstationary spatially correlated ground motions, is proposed to resolve the drawbacks of conventional indirect approach. To apply the proposed theoretical approach readily in stochastic seismic analysis of complex and significant structures, this scheme is implemented and verified in a general finite element platform, and is then applied to a high-pier railway bridge under spatially varying ground motions considering the local site effect and the effect of ground motion nonstationarity. Conclusions are drawn and can be applied in the actual seismic design and analysis of high-pier railway bridges under tridirectional nonstationary multiple excitations.  相似文献

作为一种特殊的地震动,长周期地震动对结构的危害已引起国内外学者的关注。选取10条KiK-net、K-NET台网中典型的长周期地震动,以及10条国内外的短周期地震动,对比分析两者时程特征和反应谱特征的差异。将所选长、短周期地震动输入钢框架结构模型;通过非线性时程分析,研究钢框架结构在长、短周期地震动作用下的响应差异。结果表明:短周期地震动的平均地面峰值加速度是长周期地震动的3.26倍,而平均地面峰值位移比长周期地震动低10.89%;短周期地震动作用下,钢框架结构顶点加速度响应平均值是长周期地震动的5.16倍,结构顶点位移响应平均值仅比长周期地震动多0.91%;长周期地震动作用下,钢框架结构层间位移角响应较大,结构底部受影响范围更广。对于长周期地震动隐患地区的高层钢框架结构,应对长、短周期震害分别进行考虑;对于中、长周期钢框架结构,建议选用峰值位移作为抗震分析指标。  相似文献
