国内对于工业遗产的再利用研究目前仍然主要集中在介绍国际经验上,是单方向的吸收,
但实际情况是,国内经过多年的发展,在工业遗产再利用方面已经进行了一定时间和程度的实践,
研究也不应仅局限于单方面的介绍和“引进”,双方面的对比和总结更有利于准确而全面地找出中
外差距。本文通过归纳并分析国内外各类文献、媒体资料,将国际工业遗产再利用的模式分为整体
再利用和单体再利用两大模式,并基于功能角度又将单体再利用模式分为六类。接着,归纳总结了
国内工业遗产再利用的四种主要模式;最后,通过对比分析,找出我国在工业遗产再利用过程中存
在的褐色土地问题治理欠缺等四个主要问题。 相似文献

随着经济的转型,国内涌现出一定的闲置工业建筑和产业遗存,因此,越来越多的学者和研究机构投入到工业遗产的研究中来。自2006年后,工业遗产研究进入主题化研究阶段,最大的特征是朝着"体验"的主题方向发展,摆脱了单一博物馆再利用模式,走向了多元综合的工业遗产旅游开发,形成了一些"精细化"的研究方向,也出现了多学科研究方法协同的发展趋势。但研究工作还存在学科构成单一、研究对象时空分布不均衡、工业遗产管理研究不足的问题。在指出未来工业遗产研究发展的方向后,反思研究工作如何能够在商业过度复制的"绅士化"背景下平衡各方权益,从而为解决工业遗产保护与再利用的现实问题提供科学依据。 相似文献

以工业遗产资源游憩化利用为导向的产业空间更新,是工业衰退区域经济社会发展体系重塑的重要模式选择。当前研究多以德国工业遗产旅游为代表的利用方式和经验总结为主,缺少针对工业遗产资源利用带来的区域经济社会发展效应的深层规律研究。从旅游地理学角度研究工业遗产游憩化利用的适宜性和开发模式,揭示工业遗产资源利用产生的人地关系重构效应以及区域人地关系优化手段,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。本文采用Citespace分析、文献分析、数理统计等方法,系统总结工业遗产游憩化利用的国际前沿经验,发现该研究主题至今经历了初始阶段（1995年以前）、发展阶段（1995-2005年）、提升创新阶段（2006年以来）三个阶段,研究内容从单纯的工业遗产旅游开始转向工业遗产资源游憩化利用所带来的区域人地关系演变的研究;较受关注的研究主题包括工业遗产游憩化利用的国际化比较、资源分类体系与评价、游憩利用模式、发展措施与效应等方面,总体上偏向于工业遗产资源这一特定对象的分析,仍然缺乏关于工业遗产资源游憩化利用与区域转型和协同发展之间耦合关系、过程与效应的一体化研究。基于上述分析,提出未来研究应借鉴和基于国内外已有研究成果,建立面向游憩化利用导向下的工业遗产资源分类体系,科学评价工业遗产资源价值与开发适宜性,因此制宜地开展工业遗产资源的游憩化开发利用的多类型模式研究,并总结其基本特征、区域分异规律与形成机理,分类提出优化策略和调控措施,形成该领域的理论范式框架和方法体系。 相似文献

工业遗产作为一种文化遗产形式,因其具备特殊的价值而逐渐引起社会更多的关注.河南省拥有许多有价值的工业遗产,但对工业遗产的保护与再利用工作刚刚起步.通过对工业遗产保护现状和再利用情况进行分析,河南省还存在着诸如对工业遗产缺乏科学认识、近现代工业遗产保护相对落后、工业遗产再利用程度较低等问题,需要在借鉴国内外工业遗产保护与再利用的先进经验的基础上,采取一系列措施以充分挖掘河南省有价值的工业遗产,使其得到有效保护和合理利用. 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
