本文运用数据包络分析（DEA)方法,对1999-2008 年山东省耕地利用效率进行测算,通过
Tobit模型分析影响耕地生产效率的主要因素。研究结果表明：近十年来山东省耕地利用的综合效
率均值为0.883,耕地生产效率较高;将山东省各地区耕地生产效率划分为三类,第一类地区耕地
生产效率最优,分布范围较广,集中分布于山东省中部。第二类地区纯技术效率低下,分布较分散,
主要包括济宁、德州、青岛和潍坊;第三类地区规模效率较低,分布于山东省东部沿海,主要包括滨
州、东营、威海;有效灌溉面积、耕地复种指数、单位功耗率等因素对山东省耕地利用效率具有不同
方向和不同强度的影响,其中耕地复种指数对耕地生产效率的影响作用最大且显著,单位耕地功
耗率与有效灌溉面积对耕地生产效率呈显著的负相关,而二、三产业比重对耕地生产效率的影响
不是很大;耕地生产效率的提高应针对本地区的实际情况,既要注重生产过程中的资源投入比列,

中国耕地利用效率及其影响因素的区域差异——基于281个市的面板数据与随机前沿生产函数方法 总被引：13，自引：0，他引：13
以耕地地均投入产出关系建立随机前沿生产函数模型,采用281个地级以上市的面板数据,研究了中国2001-2011年耕地利用效率及其影响因素区域差异。结果表明:2001年以来中国耕地利用效率稳步提升,但普遍较低。耕地利用效率按照东部、中部、东北、西北、西南的顺序递减,其中东北地区耕地利用效率增长最快。各区域耕地利用效率显著影响因素差异明显:信息化程度、农业贷款规模和免征农业税对五大区域有显著正影响,而作用程度存在差别;有效灌溉面积占比对中部、西北、西南地区有正影响;粮食种植面积占比对东部、中部有正影响,而对西南地区有显著负影响;劳均耕地规模对中部、西南地区正作用最大;交通条件对东部、中部、东北、西北地区有显著正影响。 相似文献

利用DEA模型对福建省的耕地生产效率进行计算,分析9个设区市的平均耕地生产效率,将9个设区市分为3个级别,并采用Tobit模型分析影响耕地生产效率的相关因素。结果表明,耕地复种指数对耕地生产效率影响最大,人均GDP以及单位面积机械动力与它呈正相关关系,而农药对耕地生产效率呈负相关关系。加强耕地生产的科研投入,以及新科技的技术推广,合理使用农药,适当实施轮作制度,才能提高耕地生产效率,合理高效地利用土地。 相似文献

1998-2012年中国耕地复种指数时空差异及动因 总被引：7，自引：0，他引：7
从国家、区域和省级三个层面上分析了1998-2012年间中国耕地复种指数的变化趋势,并基于Theil指数探讨了中国耕地复种指数的时空差异,利用计量经济学模型从人文视角探讨了耕地复种指数变化的影响因素。结果表明:1在全国尺度上,中国耕地复种指数总体上呈逐年增长的趋势。2在区域尺度上,复种指数最高的为中部地区,最低的为东北地区;而复种指数增长最快的是东北地区,最慢的是中部地区,东部地区呈下降趋势。3中国31个省份复种指数各不相同,且差距大,复种指数增长最快的是新疆、宁夏和云南。4由Theil指数值的大小可知,中国耕地复种指数的差异呈缩小态势,其主要原因为四大区域间的差异。5人口非农化比重对耕地复种指数产生了显著负向作用,产业非农化比重、农业政策、人均经营耕地和农村家庭人均经营纯收入对耕地复种指数产生了显著正向作用。最后,本文认为转移农村剩余劳动力,提高农民的经营性收入水平,促进土地流转,形成土地规模化经营,以及进一步加大对欠发达地区及粮食主产区农业发展的惠农扶持力度,充分发挥国家惠农政策的诱致作用,有利于全面提高中国耕地复种水平。 相似文献

1999-2013年中国耕地复种指数的时空演变格局 总被引：7，自引：0，他引：7
耕地复种是中国普遍的农业种植制度,对保障国家粮食安全和促进农村经济发展十分必要。本文基于1999-2013年1 km×1 km旬SPOT-NDVI数据和3期耕地数据,利用S-G （Savitzky-Golay）滤波方法,重建了农作物生长NDVI曲线;基于二次差分算法及相关阈值限定,提取了各时相复种指数;分析了1999-2013年中国耕地复种指数的时空变化过程。结果表明：① 中国耕地复种指数从北到南逐渐增加,其中种植制度上43.48%的耕地实行一年一熟,56.39%的耕地实行一年两熟,仅有0.13%的耕地实行一年三熟。② 1999-2013年间,中国耕地复种指数整体上呈现显著上升趋势,年均增加约为1.29%（P < 0.001）;但空间差异明显,复种指数显著降低（P < 0.1）的耕地仅占全国耕地的2.12%,主要分布在河北、北京、天津交界地区,安徽中部,四川的成都平原,江西的鄱阳湖平原,湖南的北部和南部以及广西的中部;16.40%的耕地复种指数显著上升（P < 0.1）,主要分布在甘肃的东部,陕西的渭河平原,山西的西部,河北、山东和天津交界处,山东的山东半岛和湖北的江汉平原。③ 耕地复种指数年际变化率与地形起伏和经济发展水平具有较好的相关关系：起伏度增强,复种指数上升;经济发展水平提高,复种指数降低。 相似文献

环渤海地区耕地复种指数时空变化遥感反演及影响因素探测 总被引：4，自引：0，他引：4
利用SPOTNDVI数据,对环渤海地区2000、2004、2008年耕地复种指数进行遥感反演。并利用地理探测器方法对影响复种指数动态变化的因素进行定量探测。结果表明:①从南至北,复种指数从平原地区最高280%降至北部山区最低70%,呈现出一定南北递减的纬度地带性。丘陵、高原、山区的复种指数比同一纬度地区偏低40%~60%,表现出一定垂直地带性。②2000~2004年,平原传统农区的复种指数上升,高原、山区、丘陵地区局部出现下降;2004~2008年,下降区域的复种指数反弹上升,平原农区保持平稳。③粮食单产水平是影响复种指数动态变化的主要因素,人均耕地面积、农村劳动力转移程度、农业生产条件、农业现代化水平、区位条件等因素等对其变化起着一定影响。 相似文献

农村劳动力老龄化问题越来越严重,其对耕地利用效率的影响路径与效应尚未厘清,而健康状况作为影响农户耕地利用行为的重要因素,却很少被纳入到分析框架中。基于1 992户种植业农户的微观数据,运用超越对数随机前沿生产函数,在考虑健康因素的前提下,分析了老龄化对农户耕地利用效率的影响。结果表明:老龄化与健康状况均对样本农户的耕地利用效率具有显著影响,其中,务农劳动力年龄越高,农户耕地利用效率越低,健康状况越差,耕地利用效率越低。此外,健康状况对农户耕地利用效率的影响存在年龄差异,对"中年户"与"老年户"具有显著影响,对"青年户"的影响却不显著。但是,上述结果并不意味着老龄化必然带来农户的耕地利用效率下降,如果健康状况良好,即使年老,其耕地利用效率同样有可能高于中青年农户。 相似文献

本文评价与分析了辽宁省14 个地级市能源效率的空间等级与结构特征,分别从DEA能源综合技术效率、单位GDP能耗及融合二者的能源利用效率三方面来进行研究。在对各地级市产业结构高级度、合理度、集中度测度与分析的基础上,采用耦合度评价模型总结了辽宁省能源效率与产业结构的耦合特征。研究结果表明：① 辽宁省各地级市能源效率差异显著,沈阳、大连、鞍山、锦州属于高能效地区,低能效高能耗地区集中在辽西北地区与抚顺、本溪等重工业城市;② 能源综合技术效率、单位GDP能耗、能源利用效率的高能效区域分别呈现“π 型”、“二字型”、“工字型”的空间结构特征;趋势分布面上,能源利用效率自东向西呈现先上升后下降的趋势,自北向南呈现先下降后上升的趋势;经济发展的双核结构特征等因素对能源效率空间格局的形成有重要影响;③ 产业结构高级化发展水平高的地区集中在辽东南沿海城市,产业结构合理度的空间分布呈现以沈阳、大连为两极的“工字型”特征,产业结构集中度高的城市主要分布在辽中南城市群;④ 全省能源效率与产业结构整体耦合度较低,沈阳大连两极高度耦合,产业结构高级度与能源效率的耦合度相对较高。 相似文献

为克服现有耕地集约利用评价中存在权重设置主观性强、高维数据不易处理等不足,在构建耕地集约利用评价指标体系的基础上,以长株潭城市群地区1996-2009 年各年度和2009年各县（县级市、市辖区）为数据样本,采用基于遗传算法的投影寻踪模型对长株潭城市群地区耕地集约利用时序变化和空间分异进行定量综合评价。结果表明：①复种指数、单位耕地面积化肥施用量、单位耕地面积农业机械总动力、单位耕地面积种植业产值已成为长株潭城市群地区耕地集约利用的主要影响因素;②1996-2009 年,长株潭城市群地区耕地集约利用程度以2002 年为分界点呈现出“平稳—快速增长”的阶段性发展态势;③2009 年,长株潭城市群地区耕地集约利用程度表现为由近郊区向中郊区、再向远郊区梯度式降低的空间分异特征;④与常规评价方法相比,投影寻踪法客观可靠,信息表征丰富,结果合理,在耕地集约利用评价方面具有有效性 相似文献

基于农户利用效率的平原和山区耕地利用形态比较 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
土地利用形态是土地利用转型研究的核心内容。农户土地利用决策是引起土地利用系统变化与土地利用转型的深层因素,当前学者从多个视角对耕地利用形态展开了系列的理论与实证研究,但从农户层面深入探讨耕地利用隐性形态及其形成机理的研究相对较少。为揭示农户耕地利用隐性形态的差异及其影响因素,本文以农户耕地利用效率为切入点基于平原区寿光市和山区沂源县农户调研数据,从农户家庭劳动力要素变动与农业生产决策视角对农户的耕地利用效率进行了测算,构建结构方程模型探讨了农户耕地利用效率的驱动机制。研究表明,寿光市和沂源县耕地利用效率较低,并且存在地貌类型和农户类型上的差异,平原（寿光市）耕地利用效率要高于山区（沂源县）,老年农户耕地利用效率低于年轻农户。在影响路径方面,农户耕地经营规模、生产要素投入和耕地产出直接影响耕地利用效率,而种植结构对耕地利用效率的影响不显著。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
