针对透明度盘只能在白天开展海水透明度测量,易受自然环境和人为因素影响、客观定量性较差的不足,提出了基于海水固有光学性质的海水透明度计算方法。该方法仿真透明度盘测量海水透明度的基本原理,采用蒙特卡罗方法,利用海水固有光学性质,计算透明度盘所处位置海水上涌光相对量,结合对比度传输方程和人眼阈值,建立了基于海水固有光学性质的海水透明度计算模型。利用2006年1月至2月共37组海水透明度的观测数据与该模型数值实验结果比较表明,测量与计算值平均绝对误差为1.1 m。利用该方法可以客观、定量、准确地计算海水透明度,并且为夜间海水透明度要素计算增加了一种新途径。  相似文献

研究变截面劲性水泥土桩的几何特征对承载特性的影响,结果表明:具有1个扩大盘或2个扩大盘间距较大的变截面桩,盘下部的土体发生压缩和局部剪切破坏现象,上部的土体则发生梨形滑落;盘间距较小时,上下两盘之间的土体与两盘成为一体;变截面桩的桩侧荷载分担值均远大于桩端荷载分担值,盘的数量及间距对桩侧及桩端荷载分担值影响不大;1个盘时,其位置对承载力有一定的影响;2个等间距盘的变截面桩,盘位置越高承载力越高;盘间距对承载力影响不显著;3个盘的承载力大于2个盘的承载力,但结果相差不大;变截面桩的承载力得到显著提高,其承载力不小于与扩大盘直径相等的等截面桩;随着桩顶荷载的增大,盘承担的荷载增加显著,盘以下桩身的轴力因盘承担大部分而骤减,其降低幅度与盘的数量、位置及间距有关.  相似文献

皱纹盘鲍大规模EST的分析研究较少,为了研究其基因组转录本的基本特征并为皱纹盘鲍中开发EST-SSR功能性标记奠定基础,我们利用生物信息学手段对NCBI公共数据库中的5784条皱纹盘鲍EST序列进行EST-SSR特征分析。分析结果表明:(1)皱纹盘鲍EST中串联重复序列类型丰富;(2)皱纹盘鲍EST Gene Ontology注释序列SSR类型单一;(3)皱纹盘鲍EST-SSR分布广泛富,是EST-SSR标记开发的优良资源。  相似文献

皱纹盘鲍是我国重要的增养殖贝类,近年来养殖产量增长迅速,但现有养殖群体仍存在抗逆性不足、底播增养殖低效等问题。个体身份的标记技术对于皱纹盘鲍人工选育中谱系记录,以及对于底播增殖效果的精准评估等均具有重要作用。采用金属挂片和塑料黏贴标签两种标记方法,比较了标记后皱纹盘鲍生理、生长存活、标记脱落率及被敌害捕食死亡等方面的差异。研究结果表明,与塑料黏贴标签标记和无标记对照相比,金属挂片标记对皱纹盘鲍标记早期生理包括出现黏液时间、心率变化等产生显著影响,对小规格皱纹盘鲍(壳长<3 cm)造成生长下降、死亡率高等影响,而对大规格皱纹盘鲍(壳长>3 cm)标记生成60 d后长时期的生长、存活以及逃避敌害均无显著影响;塑料黏贴标签标记方法与无标记对照组相比,均未对皱纹盘鲍造成显著影响。验证了皱纹盘鲍个体水平下两种标记方法的有效性及适用性,特别是对大规格苗种标记后生长、存活等性状无显著影响。研究结果将为皱纹盘鲍人工选育以及底播增养殖等工作提供有益指导。  相似文献

在数字高程模型(DEM)数据处理和前人磷灰石裂变径迹测年(AFT)数据的基础上,分析和识别了红河断裂带中南段(弥渡至河口段)夷平面和河流阶地的展布特征,对断裂带两盘的构造地貌进行了定量、半定量研究。研究表明,弥渡-元江段、红河-河口段南西盘夷平面高于北东盘150~840m,元江-红河段北东盘夷平面高于南西盘140~230m。红河断裂带中南段经历了7.36~11.9、3.6~4.9、1.6~2.5Ma 3个主要构造活动期次。估算了元江-红河段上新世晚期以来的隆升速率,南西盘为1.38~1.53mm/a,北东盘为1.46~1.59mm/a。红河断裂带元江-红河段北东盘处于小江断裂带和红河断裂带交汇区,其构造隆升是后二者共同作用的结果。  相似文献

利用GIS 技术和遥感图像分析技术对英国诺福克(Norfolk) 盐沼保护区的Google Earth 历史图像进行了盐盘形态特 征的提取和分析,并利用不同时间段的图像做了对比分析,获取了该试验区的盐盘变化特征。主要结论有:(1)通过 Google Earth 图像与现场GPS 数据以及航片的比对,发现在英国诺福克郡盐沼区Google Earth 图像能够反映盐沼地貌信息; (2) 利用Google Earth 图像对英国诺福克盐沼区的盐盘形态信息进行了提取,发现该地区盐盘面积平均值为18.14 m2,周长 平均为25.11 m,另外60 m2是盐盘面积的上限,80 m是盐盘周长的上限,同时盐盘基本呈现椭圆形; (3)通过1999年与 2006 年Google Earth历史图像的比较,发现在此期间诺福克地区的盐盘的主要变化是以新生盐盘为主,盐盘总面积也出现了 增加,盐沼净面积减少,说明由于盐盘的扩张导致盐沼内部的破碎化,使得盐沼出现了退化。  相似文献

针对福建等海域养殖皱纹盘鲍度夏死亡率高的现象,试验研究了不同盐度、温度和溶解氧条件,对皱纹盘鲍幼鲍和1龄鲍死亡率的影响,并根据试验结果设定了皱纹盘鲍海上养殖盐度、温度和溶解氧预警阈值。结果表明:低盐胁迫对皱纹盘鲍的死亡率影响显著,在水温24~27℃时,盐度20是幼鲍和1龄鲍试验组和对照组死亡率有显著差异的临界点,盐度预警阈值为22;高温胁迫对皱纹盘鲍的死亡率影响显著,温度28℃是幼鲍和1龄鲍试验组和对照组死亡率有显著差异的临界点,温度预警阈值为27℃;皱纹盘鲍有较强的耐低氧能力,在水温26℃,盐度为30,溶解氧低于2.0mg/L时,开始大量死亡,溶解氧预警阈值为3.5mg/L;高温胁迫和低盐胁迫对皱纹盘鲍的死亡率有显著的交互作用,温度升高,低盐耐受能力下降。  相似文献

This article describes systematic research on the tide dynamic system under the support of the Geographic Information System and ocean fluid dynamics model. Through the high-resolution numerical simulation, we found some previously unreported phenomena, such as a low tide amplitude zone of the M2 constituent near Zhoushan isles, a low tide amplitude zone of the K1 constituent near Taiwan island, and a circular flow point band. The results of this research also show that the formation of the tide system is affected by sea-bottom friction coefficient, topography under water, and shoreline morphology. The change of shoreline morphology and significant change of topography under water play important roles in the tide system. Under specified conditions on input tide waves, shoreline morphology has a dominant impact on the formation of the tide system. With the systematically reconstructed sea level and the coastal change of 30 periods since the Pleni Glacier, the evolution process of the tide system of the East China Sea was simulated. Based on the simulation analysis of relationships among topography, shoreline and tide flow, this study concludes that the characteristic of the tide dynamic system is a dominant influencing factor on the formation of large-scale sand ridge clusters. In this article, the integration of the Geographic Information System, tide numerical simulation system, and tide movement visualization system are discussed as an example for related studies.  相似文献

In applications of data assimilation algorithms, a number of poorly known assimilation parameters usually need to be specified. Hence, the documented success of data assimilation methodologies must rely on a moderate sensitivity to these parameters. This contribution presents a parameter sensitivity study of three well known Kalman filter approaches for the assimilation of water levels in a three dimensional hydrodynamic modelling system. The filters considered are the ensemble Kalman filter (EnKF), the reduced rank square root Kalman filter (RRSQRT) and the steady Kalman filter. A sensitivity analysis of key parameters in the schemes is undertaken for a setup in an idealised bay. The sensitivity of the resulting root mean square error (RMSE) is shown to be low to moderate. Hence the schemes are robust within an acceptable range and their application even with misspecified parameters is to be encouraged in this perspective. However, the predicted uncertainty of the assimilation results are sensitive to the parameters and hence must be applied with care. The sensitivity study further demonstrates the effectiveness of the steady Kalman filter in the given system as well as the great impact of assimilating even very few measurements.  相似文献

Predicting the hydrodynamics, morphology and evolution of ancient deltaic successions requires the evaluation of the three-dimensional depositional process regime based on sedimentary facies analysis. This has been applied to a core-based subsurface facies analysis of a mixed-energy, clastic coastal-deltaic succession in the Lower-to-Middle Jurassic of the Halten Terrace, offshore mid-Norway. Three genetically related successions with a total thickness of 100–300 m and a total duration of 12.5 Myr comprising eight facies associations record two initial progradational phases and a final aggradational phase. The progradational phases (I and II) consist of coarsening upward successions that pass from prodelta and offshore mudstones (FA1), through delta front and mouth bar sandstones (FA2) and into erosionally based fluvial- (FA3) and marine-influenced (FA4) channel fills. The two progradational phases are interpreted as fluvial- and wave-dominated, tide-influenced deltas. The aggradational phase (III) consists of distributary channel fills (FA3 and FA4), tide-dominated channels (FA5), intertidal to subtidal heterolithic fine-grained sandstones (FA6) and coals (FA7). The aggradational phase displays more complex facies relationships and a wider range of environments, including (1) mixed tide- and fluvial-dominated, wave-influenced deltas, (2) non-deltaic shorelines (tidal channels, tidal flats and vegetated swamps), and (3) lower shoreface deposits (FA8). The progradational to aggradational evolution of this coastal succession is represented by an overall upward decrease in grain size, decrease in fluvial influence and increase in tidal influence. This evolution is attributed to an allogenic increase in the rate of accommodation space generation relative to sediment supply due to tectonic activity of the rift basin. In addition, during progradation, there was also an autogenic increase in sediment storage on the coastal plain, resulting in a gradual autoretreat of the depositional system. This is manifested in the subsequent aggradation of the system, when coarse-grained sandstones were trapped in proximal locations, while only finer grained sediment reached the coastline, where it was readily reworked by tidal and wave processes.  相似文献

The scarcity of tide gauges in a global scale and the variability of the tidal levels along contiguous coasts mainly due to changing hydrographic conditions make the determination of tidal levels, especially of the Mean Sea Level, not an easy task. Determination of such levels with a precision of about 10 cm, necessary for most coastal engineering works, is usually based on records of temporary tide gauges or on geomorphological techniques. In this paper we present an alternative approach permitting to accurately identify tidal levels with a precision suitable for civil engineering applications based on biological observations on rocky shores, including breakwaters and quays. More specifically, we present evidence that the biological zonation, i.e. the distribution of coastal species in well-defined sub-horizontal belts, is practically insensitive to seasonal and other small-scale fluctuations of the sea level and is clearly related to certain levels, mostly the Mean Low Water (MLW). This approach, somewhat similar to what has been used in the past (for instance for the determination of the geodetic vertical datum in the Republic of Venice, Italy, till approximately AD 1800), permits direct determination of the Mean Sea Level or of other tidal levels on the basis of biological observations without statistical analyses of tide-gauge records with an accuracy of 5–10 cm, especially in microtidal, low-energy coasts.  相似文献

The method is an extension of earlier work using the Newhaven tide gauge in the English Channel. However, the present analysis extends the research to a number of gauges around the UK and incorporates several improvements. The time-averaged TOPEX and POSEIDON biases are obtained with a precision of approximately 2 and 3 cm, respectively. The research complements work on bias determination by other groups in the T/P Science Working Team and can, in principle, be applied at other locations for which precise, local geoid-differences are available. The relatively sparse POSEIDON data set has been used as a test of our ability to perform an absolute calibration of upcoming Jason-1 altimetry as soon as possible after launch.  相似文献

An accurate tidal forecast is an important task in determining constructions and human activities in ocean environments. Conventional tidal forecasting has been based on harmonic analysis using the least squares method to determine harmonic parameters. However, a large number of parameters are required for the prediction of a long-term tidal level with harmonic analysis. Unlike conventional harmonic analysis, this paper presents an artificial neural network (ANN) model for forecasting the tidal-level using the short term measuring data. The ANN model can easily decide the unknown parameters by learning the input–output interrelation of the short-term tidal records. Three field data with three types of tides will be used to test the performance of the proposed ANN model. The numerical results indicate that the hourly tidal levels over a long duration can be predicted using a short-term hourly tidal record.  相似文献
