高速铁路与出行成本影响下的全国陆路可达性分析   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
基于GIS技术与网络分析模型,应用可达性指数与标准交通经济成本参数(GTC),测度2020年规划高铁通车前后全国陆路可达性的空间格局与变化,探究高速铁路与出行成本影响下陆路可达性的特征。结果显示:从时间可达性看,高铁提高全国陆路可达性的整体水平与交通网络的客流运输效率,优化陆路交通网络,使跨区域中心城市之间联系日趋紧密,扩大中心城市的辐射范围,沿线重要城市人口覆盖范围急剧增长。高铁沿线站点、重要城市化地区与部分边远地区城市可达性获益最多,高铁对城市间中远距离关系影响突出,短距离影响主要局限于高铁沿线地区。此外,地区之间交通公平性差距结论并不统一。从经济可达性看,高铁对不同收入群体陆路可达性影响效果不同,对中低收入群体经济可达性影响有限,而对于高收入群体,随着旅行时间价值提高,经济可达性空间格局将不断接近时间可达性空间格局。  相似文献

西北地区是丝绸之路经济带建设的境内外重要结合点。通过考虑各城市铁路交通流的异质性,以西北各市(州)主要城市为研究单元,重要高铁线路开通时间为断面,以2011、2015年和2019年为时间节点,利用列车频次可达性测度方法与标准引力模型,采用列车频次加权平均旅行时间以及经济联系总量和经济联系强度等指标,对其铁路可达性及城市空间相互作用进行分析。结果表明:(1)铁路可达性及城市间经济联系强度整体上提升明显,高铁沿线更为显著,受列车频次的影响较大。(2)全区铁路可达性总体上东西梯度差异显著,向西北方向逐渐递减。各省(自治区)局部表现为以省会城市为中心,以铁路枢纽城市为次中心的圈层结构。(3)全区空间相互作用由传统的"极核式"转变为以枢纽城市为节点,以陇海线、宝兰线、兰新线等主干铁路为轴线纵向延伸的"点轴式",进而初步形成一定的"网络式"格局。各省(自治区)内部"区域中心城市—外围城市—边缘城市"经济联系总量梯度结构明显。深入剖析地区可达性及经济联系分布格局,建议应该进一步加强铁路建设,尤其是扩大边缘地区铁路网覆盖面,统筹东西梯度发展,非高铁沿线城市需要加强与沿线城市的交通接驳建设,积极主动融入高铁网络。  相似文献

高速铁路建设对沿线地区最直接的影响就是缩短地区间的时空距离,提升地区间的交通可达性水平,进而促进地区间社会经济联系和空间相互作用强度。从可达性和空间经济联系两方面探讨徐兰、京广客运专线建设前后河南省12个沿线地市的省内可达性和空间经济联系的变化状况,以及全国"四纵四横"高速铁路网络的构建对河南沿线城市的省际可达性和空间经济联系的影响。通过对河南省高速铁路沿线城市的省内和省际可达性及经济联系的对比分析,从客观上论证了高速铁路建设的重要性和必要性,也有利于廓清各地市经济发展的空间导向,有利于协调省内地区间和省际地区间的经济联系与合作,为区域空间发展战略的制定提供参考。  相似文献

"丝绸之路经济带"战略主要包括两轴、两带和两个辐射区的建设。作为重要的国家战略,发展丝绸之路经济带的重点在于"路",即通过交通轴线的建设实现经济集聚和辐射功能。本文通过文献调研和数据整理,从铁路、海运、航空三个角度分析中国与丝绸之路经济带中其他区域之间的交通格局现状,并针对三种运输方式面临的问题和发展前景,探讨跨大陆版块交通经济带建设模式。本文认为,在未来的丝绸之路经济带建设中,应通过跨区域合作,以中心城市为节点,以交通干线为发展轴,以线连点,点轴推进,海陆空并举,连线成网,打造信息化的交通经济带。  相似文献

京津冀地区民用机场交通可达性空间特征分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了定量研究京津冀地区民用机场交通可达性的空间特征,基于京津冀地区公路网数据、铁路网数据和城市地铁网数据,在总结前人研究的基础上,运用Arc GIS的空间分析模块,进行成本距离分析,生成京津冀地区民用机场可达性空间分布图并进行深入分析。结果表明,京津冀机场可达性呈现南高北低、东高西低、中间地区强于边缘地区的态势,其中东部机场可达性最好,北部机场可达性最差,机场时间可达性集中在1.5h-6h时段,约占整个区域的51.1%,京津冀地区机场可达性整体较差;按照本研究定义的有效服务面积,该地区机场有效服务面积分为三个梯队,第一梯队为正定机场、首都国际机场和滨海国际机场;第二梯队为邯郸机场、三女河机场;第三梯队为宁远机场和山海关机场。从该地区机场可达性时段来看,在0-1.5h范围内,首都国际机场的服务面积最大,约占该范围面积25.23%;在1.5-3h和3-4.5h范围内,正定机场的服务面积最大,约占23.5%和21.9%。从研究结果来看,京津冀地区民用机场发展不平衡,需要改善京津冀地区的机场布局,在北部和西部增加机场,扩展有效服务面积;其次着力改善机场所在区域的交通网络建设,扩大现有机场的有效服务区域;最后,明确京津冀区域现有和新建民用机场的功能定位,大力发展区域枢纽机场,提高航空服务资源使用效率。  相似文献

采用交通网络维数法、相关系数法和格兰杰因果检验分析法等定量统计方法,系统分析了自1998-2015年丝绸之路经济带九省区交通运输投资额、交通网络发育程度、交通运输能力的时空变化特征及对国民经济发展的影响。结果表明:丝绸之路经济带九省区交通运输投资额总体呈增长趋势,交通网络密度明显低于全国平均水平;交通网络发育程度不高,但增长发育速度较快,道路密度和网络维数均有很大幅度的提升,公路网的通达性水平及增速明显优于铁路网;交通设施建设对经济发展的影响显著,对国民生产总值的促进作用时滞长度为两年左右,但各省区之间的交通基础设施建设造成了不明显的空间溢出效应,体现出丝绸之路经济带各省区之间的经济联系尚处薄弱阶段。  相似文献

城市经济联系是区域经济一体化发展的必要前提,选取东北老工业基地的长春市与吉林市为研究对象,采用节点分析、可达性分析、联系强度分析与地域系统分析等方法,定量分析长-吉地区经济联系的时空演变特征。研究结果表明:节点城市等级差异明显,且空间分布不均,长春市中心性职能最强。时间特征上,1995—2012年长-吉地区经济联系总量不断增加;空间格局上,经济联系强度呈以长春市和吉林市为双核的"中心-外围"式圈层结构。从提升中心城市职能、完善交通网络体系、促进产业关联互动与建立合理城镇体系等方面提出加强长-吉地区经济联系的对策。  相似文献

以福建省为研究区域,县(市)为研究单元,采用加权平均旅行时间指标,分析公路(区内与区外联系)、铁路、港口、航空等交通方式及区域综合交通网络的可达性空间格局,探讨各交通网络空间分布的均衡性。选取制造业中的28个行业,从资源集约度角度将其分为资源密集型制造业、劳动密集型制造业、资本密集型制造业,利用平均集中率测量产业集聚度。引入要素禀赋条件、外部性、规模经济、制度政策4个方面13个变量对福建制造业空间分布影响因素进行回归分析。结果表明:福建省路网可达性由沿海中部向四周降低,其中公路区内可达性呈明显的圈层结构,区外可达性为"井"字形分布,铁路、港口和机场形成以福州、厦门—泉州为可达性高值区的马鞍状格局,综合交通网络可达性呈带状分布。不同类型的制造业在空间分布格局上呈现不同的特征,制造业平均集中率高值区呈环状分布,而制造业集中率低值区呈点状分布,与交通可达性的"凹陷区"重合。可达性与制造业空间集聚呈现很强的相关性,并且与不同类型制造业空间集聚相关程度有所差异,与资源密集型制造业空间集聚相关性相对较低。此外,农业丰裕度、自然资源禀赋、知识溢出效应、相对企业规模等其他变量对制造业空间分布也有显著影响。  相似文献

城市轨道交通主要通过提高站点周边地区的可达性来引导区域发展,因此,对其可达性的评价一直是交通领域的重要议题。通过分析城市轨道交通网络本身的连接关系和站点与周边街道网络的连接关系,构建了度量城市轨道交通站点可达性的两个指标——站间可达性和站域可达性,并利用"节点—场所"模型对其可达性空间格局进行了综合评价。基于官方资料和现场踏勘数据,对天津城市轨道交通进行了实证研究,结果表明:天津城市轨道交通站点的站间可达性平均值高于站域可达性平均值,城市主中心区域站点的可达性值最高;根据站间可达性和站域可达性之间的不同特征,可将各站点分为5种类型;站间可达性与站域可达性的结合能够反映"出发地-城市轨道交通-目的地"完整的出行路径。科学评价城市轨道交通站点的可达性水平,对于指导城市轨道交通网络规划和区域交通发展具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

跨海通道建设可缩短海湾两岸城市间交通时间,提升城市间经济联系。提出跨海通道空间效益理论模型,并采用城市相互作用强度引力模型,基于GIS计算珠江口港珠澳大桥和深中通道开通前后两岸城市最短时间矩阵,定量分析两岸城市可达性、经济联系强度和空间格局,验证理论模型的科学性。基本验证了跨海通道效益理论模型,结果表明:① 珠三角加权可达性水平较高地区主要集中在核心地区,跨海通道对可达性影响较大地区主要分布在南部,从南向北逐渐减小。② 跨海通道显著提升区域经济联系总量,深圳与香港、中山与澳门分别成为珠江口两岸提升最高的城市。跨海通道改变城市经济联系空间格局,促进区域经济联系分布更加均衡。③ 大陆与港澳间的通关时间是区域城市经济联系的重要影响因素,通关时间对区域经济联系总量的影响约占四分之一,未来需建立更加便捷的通关程序。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
