激光雷达技术(LiDAR)已广泛应用于数字高程模型(DEM)的快速获取和三维城市模型的建立中,但仍有许多不足之处,需要做更深入的研究。本文介绍了一种新的建筑物提取方法,称之为Fc-S法。该方法首先利用等高线特征进行滤波,从LIDAR数据内插的数字表面模型(DSM)中提取出DEM,利用DSM与DEM的高差阈值和DSM边缘特征参数去掉地面点和汽车等矮小物体,获得主要包含植被和建筑物的地物点群,然后对地物点群进行分割,利用二次梯度和面积等参数去掉植被点,并采用迭代逼近的方法精化建筑物。文章通过实验对所提方法进行验证,并借助高分辨率的航空影像对建筑物提取结果进行评估,评估结果表明该方法能够在地形起伏的区域中较准确地提取出建筑物。  相似文献

机载激光扫描系统是集成了GPS、惯性导航系统(INS)和扫描激光测距系统并利用飞机作为运行平台,来获取地面的三维位置,进而快速生成数字表面模型(DSM)。随着机载扫描激光测距系统的不断完善和发展,获取城市DSM数据也变得越来越快速,而且方便和经济可靠,地面激光点的密度也大大提高。目前国外激光扫描系统的激光点密度一般都达到了1~20点/m2,因此利用机载激光扫描系统获取的城市DSM提取建筑物也渐渐受到重视。利用激光扫描数据提取建筑物可以分为两大类,第一类是单纯以获取的机载激光测距数据来提取建筑物,第二类是融合激光测距数据和其他相关信息的建筑物提取,如融合航空影像、融合IKONOS高分辨率卫星影像来提取建筑物。本文对国际上利用机载激光扫描测距数据进行建筑物提取的最新研究进展进行了一些分析,同时也给出了应用我国研制的机载激光扫描数据提取建筑物的试验研究和初步结果。  相似文献

Due to the fast development of the urban environment, the need for efficient maintenance and updating of 3D building models is ever increasing. Change detection is an essential step to spot the changed area for data (map/3D models) updating and urban monitoring. Traditional methods based on 2D images are no longer suitable for change detection in building scale, owing to the increased spectral variability of the building roofs and larger perspective distortion of the very high resolution (VHR) imagery. Change detection in 3D is increasingly being investigated using airborne laser scanning data or matched Digital Surface Models (DSM), but rare study has been conducted regarding to change detection on 3D city models with VHR images, which is more informative but meanwhile more complicated. This is due to the fact that the 3D models are abstracted geometric representation of the urban reality, while the VHR images record everything. In this paper, a novel method is proposed to detect changes directly on LOD (Level of Detail) 2 building models with VHR spaceborne stereo images from a different date, with particular focus on addressing the special characteristics of the 3D models. In the first step, the 3D building models are projected onto a raster grid, encoded with building object, terrain object, and planar faces. The DSM is extracted from the stereo imagery by hierarchical semi-global matching (SGM). In the second step, a multi-channel change indicator is extracted between the 3D models and stereo images, considering the inherent geometric consistency (IGC), height difference, and texture similarity for each planar face. Each channel of the indicator is then clustered with the Self-organizing Map (SOM), with “change”, “non-change” and “uncertain change” status labeled through a voting strategy. The “uncertain changes” are then determined with a Markov Random Field (MRF) analysis considering the geometric relationship between faces. In the third step, buildings are extracted combining the multispectral images and the DSM by morphological operators, and the new buildings are determined by excluding the verified unchanged buildings from the second step. Both the synthetic experiment with Worldview-2 stereo imagery and the real experiment with IKONOS stereo imagery are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. It is shown that the proposed method can be applied as an effective way to monitoring the building changes, as well as updating 3D models from one epoch to the other.  相似文献

利用三维成像仪获取的DSM作为数据源,首先采用影像分割得到建筑物的平面轮廓线,再根据建筑物一般具有规则平面形状的特点,对建筑物的平面边缘线进行规格化处理,最后求出建筑物的平均高度值,从面得到建筑物的三维信息。试验表明,该方法是实用的。  相似文献

目前,在建筑物识别与监测方面,基于单幅高分辨率遥感影像的阴影测高法和基于多视角影像的立体像对法将建筑物轮廓或名称识别与高度监测相独立,因此导致其自动化水平较低、数据冗余度与成本较高。基于数字表面模型(DSM)和兴趣点(POI)数据,本文提出了一种机场净空区建筑物识别与监测集成的方法,并以某国际机场为试验区对该方法的可行性进行了验证。试验结果表明:①该方法在建筑物识别与监测方面的准确率只取决于DSM的精度,而对DSM的数据来源没有限制;②以潜在危险建筑物高程变化速率为依据进行不定期的动态监测,在确保监测间隔期间机场净空区安全的同时可以降低数据成本和重复识别与监测所有建筑物造成的数据冗余度。  相似文献

针对图像密集匹配生产的数字表面模型(DSM)进行点云滤波,算法对地形依赖大,参数设置复杂,精度不高,后续人工编辑修饰的工作量大、效率低的问题,该文设计了第一套针对DSM滤波、涵盖多种样本形式(栅格、矢量)的航空图像建筑物数据集。针对航空图像建筑物尺度较大等特点,将膨胀卷积加入U-Net构成Dilated U-Net,并综合运用其进行建筑物语义分割,利用分割结果在相应图像密集匹配得到的DSM上滤除建筑物点,然后采用投票插值策略得到过滤掉建筑物点的DSM。实验证明:利用该文网络DU-Net将DSM中非地面建筑物点滤除,Ⅰ类误差在5.8%以内,Ⅱ类误差在2.4%以内,其可以在30 s内完成超过9000万个建筑点与非建筑物点位置的预测,效率高、成本低。DU-Net网络建筑物语义分割过程不受地形、高差的限制,对于其他非地面点的滤波具有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

This paper presents a fully automatic framework to extract building footprints from a Digital Surface Model (DSM). The proposed approach may be decomposed in two steps, each of them relying on a global optimization solver. The first step aims to extract rectangular building footprints directly from the DSM using a Marked Point Process (MPP) of rectangles. We introduce an energy that prevents overlapping rectangles and aligns rectangle edges with DSM discontinuities. This energy is then embedded in a RJMCMC sampler coupled with a simulated annealing to find its global optimum. Then, the second step of our framework refines these extracted rectangles into polygonal building footprints. We first create an arrangement of line segments supporting the rectangle edges. The dual graph of this arrangement is then considered in a maximum flow optimization scheme to remove edges in the arrangement which do not correspond to building edges in the DSM. Finally, 3D results illustrate a fully automatic process to build a 3D city model from a DSM only.  相似文献

当前GIS软件中通视分析建立在DEM数据基础上,而DEM中不含植被和建筑物信息,从而会造成通视分析误差。通过Li DAR点云数据获取高精度植被和建筑物高度,提出一种顾及地物的插值算法,生成同一网格大小的DEM与DSM,在其上分别进行通视域分析,并将分析结果进行对比,发现DEM比DSM更容易扩大视域范围,从而产生了分析误差,验证了利用DSM进行通视分析的可行性。  相似文献

Mining natural resources serve fundamental societal needs or commercial interests, but it may well turn into a driver of violence and regional instability. In this study, very high resolution (VHR) optical stereo satellite data are analysed to monitor processes and changes in one of the largest artisanal and small-scale mining sites in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which is among the world’s wealthiest countries in exploitable minerals To identify the subtle structural changes, the applied methodological framework employs object-based change detection (OBCD) based on optical VHR data and generated digital surface models (DSM). Results prove the DSM-based change detection approach enhances the assessment gained from sole 2D analyses by providing valuable information about changes in surface structure or volume. Land cover changes as analysed by OBCD reveal an increase in bare soil area by a rate of 47% between April 2010 and September 2010, followed by a significant decrease of 47.5% until March 2015. Beyond that, DSM differencing enabled the characterisation of small-scale features such as pits and excavations. The presented Earth observation (EO)-based monitoring of mineral exploitation aims at a better understanding of the relations between resource extraction and conflict, and thus providing relevant information for potential mitigation strategies and peace building.  相似文献

OpenStreetMap (OSM) currently represents the most popular project of Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI): geodata are collected by common people and made available for public use. Airborne Laser Scanning (ALS) enables the acquisition of high-resolution digital elevation models that are used for many applications. This study combines the advantages of both ALS and OSM, offering a promising new approach that enhances data quality and allows change detection: the mainly up-to-date 2D data of OSM can be combined with the high-resolution – but rarely updated – elevation information provided by ALS. This case study investigates building objects of OSM and ALS data of the city of Bregenz, Austria. Data quality of OSM is discerned by the comparison of building footprints using different true positive definitions (e.g. overlapping area). High quality of OSM data is revealed, yet also limitations of each method with respect to heterogeneous regions and building outlines are identified. For the first time, an up-to-date Digital Surface Model (DSM) combining 2D OSM and ALS data is achieved. A multitude of applications such as flood simulations and solar potential assessments can directly benefit from this data combination, since their value and reliability strongly depend on an up-to-date DSM.  相似文献

数字摄影测量技术正从单机工作方式向系统集成的工作方式转变,获取和处理空间数据已变得较为容易。在三维数字城市建筑物建模方面,要求必须快速有效地提取建筑物边界,才有可能进行快速的三维景观建模作业。本文提出了利用DSM和真正射影像相结合构建地形景观的一种新方法,首先从真正射影像上提取建筑物的边界线,对建筑物多边形进行三角化处理,视地面模型为一带洞多边形,同样进行Delaunay三角化处理,接着从DSM和DEM获取建筑物的高度信息,构建三维建筑物模型,最后通过纹理映射的方式,对整个建模场景进行纹理贴图,这一方法取得了较好效果,已经在生产实践中得到了应用。  相似文献

提出一种基于改进半全局匹配算法的高分辨率遥感影像数字表面模型(digital surface model,DSM)生成方法。首先利用影像间连接点几何约束关系对有理函数模型进行系统误差补偿,在补偿模型的基础上对影像进行分块,利用投影轨迹法逐块得到核线影像对;在密集匹配阶段,对影像建立金字塔后逐层进行半全局匹配,匹配过程中引入顾及影像纹理信息的视差图膨胀腐蚀算法约束每一层视差搜索范围,增加了视差图边缘处的有效像素数,同时减少了算法所需的内存开销和计算时间;在视差图后处理阶段,利用加权中值滤波算法保护了视差图的边缘信息;最后基于前方交会获取DSM。选取WorldView 3和资源三号立体影像进行试验,结果表明,本文方法获取的DSM精度在高程方向上接近于1.5倍GSD,并且较好地保持了地物的边缘特性,在计算效率和内存开销方面也具有较好的平衡。  相似文献

Semi-automatic building detection and extraction is a topic of growing interest due to its potential application in such areas as cadastral information systems, cartographic revision, and GIS. One of the existing strategies for building extraction is to use a digital surface model (DSM) represented by a cloud of known points on a visible surface, and comprising features such as trees or buildings. Conventional surface modeling using stereo-matching techniques has its drawbacks, the most obvious being the effect of building height on perspective, shadows, and occlusions. The laser scanner, a recently developed technological tool, can collect accurate DSMs with high spatial frequency. This paper presents a methodology for semi-automatic modeling of buildings which combines a region-growing algorithm with line-detection methods applied over the DSM.  相似文献

针对大范围内住宅建筑图斑自动识别较为困难的问题,该文提出基于决策树模型的分类方法,利用基础测绘中高精度的建筑数据、地理省情监测数据、POI数据、DSM、DEM、腾讯大数据等,以建筑物本身特征和建筑物不同邻域内建筑类型相关因素的空间特征作为决策变量,分别采用QUEST、CHAID、C&RT和C5.0算法构建用于住宅分类识别的决策树模型并进行优选。以济南市(不含原莱芜市)为研究区域进行了实验,结果显示4个模型均未出现过拟合现象,可以用于住宅建筑图斑识别。  相似文献

A global and consistent characterization of land use and land change in urban and suburban environments is crucial for many fundamental social and natural science studies and applications. Presented here is a dense sampling method (DSM) that uses satellite scatterometer data to delineate urban and intraurban areas at a posting scale of about 1 km. DSM results are analyzed together with information on population and housing censuses, with Landsat Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus (ETM+) imagery, and with Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP) night-light data. The analyses include Dallas-Fort Worth and Phoenix in the United States, Bogotá in Colombia, Dhaka in Bangladesh, Guangzhou in China, and Quito in Ecuador. Results show that scatterometer signatures correspond to buildings and infrastructures in urban and suburban environments. City extents detected by scatterometer data are significantly smaller than city light extents, but not all urban areas are detectable by the current SeaWinds scatterometer on the QuikSCAT satellite. Core commercial and industrial areas with high buildings and large factories are identified as high-backscatter centers. Data from DSM backscatter and DMSP nighttime lights have a good correlation with population density. However, the correlation relations from the two satellite datasets are different for different cities indicating that they contain complementary information. Together with night-light and census data, DSM and satellite scatterometer data provide new observations to study global urban and suburban environments and their changes. Furthermore, the capability of DSM to identify hydrological channels on the Greenland ice sheet and ecological biomes in central Africa demonstrates that DSM can be used to observe persistent structures in natural environments at a km scale, providing contemporaneous data to study human impacts beyond urban and suburban areas.  相似文献

提出一种基于图割算法的建筑物LiDAR点云与正射影像融合提取方法。首先,利用LiDAR点云计算3个几何特征:平整度、法向量分布和高程纹理一致性。同时利用航空正射影像计算颜色特征——归一化植被指数(NDVI)。然后将两类特征联合构建能量函数数据项,综合数字表面模型(DSM)和NDVI构建平滑项,采用图割算法优化得到初始的建筑物区域。最后利用初始建筑物边缘一定范围内的正射影像颜色信息,采用前后景分割的思想进一步优化建筑物边缘。应用ISPRS Vaihingen测试数据进行试验,结果表明本文方法具有较高的建筑物提取精度。  相似文献
