化探样品微量银的光谱测定   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用氯化镉、氯化氨作反应剂,以背景为内标,在WSP-1型平面光栅摄谱仪上摄谱进行化探样品中微量银的测定。方法线性范围为0.02—5.0μg/ml,6次测定相对偏差为1.68%-3.39%,测定值与推荐值基本相符,能满足化探样品中痕量Ag的分析要求。  相似文献

2-(2-咪唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚与钒的显色反应及其应用   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
研究了新试剂 2 - (2 -咪唑偶氮 ) - 5-二乙氨基酚 (IZAPN)与V(Ⅴ )的显色反应 ,在pH 5的HAc NaAc介质中 ,V(Ⅴ )与IZAPN形成稳定的紫红色络合物 ,其组成比为nV∶nR=1∶2 ,最大吸收波长位于 575nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 96× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,V(Ⅴ )在 0~ 0 8mg/L内服从比尔定律。在NaF和硫脲联合掩蔽下 ,方法可用于铝合金和合成废水中V(Ⅴ )的测定 ,加标回收率 1 0 0 0 %~ 1 0 0 5% ,RSD(n =6)≤ 2 0 %。  相似文献

在沸水浴中用王水分解样品,以盐酸为还原剂,三价铁盐为干扰元素抑制剂(一般化探样品均含有铁,故无须另外加入),直接用氢化物一原子荧光光谱法测定化探样品中微量硒和碲。方法检出下限分别为:LD(Se)=0.1ng/L;LD(Te)=0.01ng/L。方法准确、简便、快速,可满足大批量化探样品中微量硒和碲的测定要求。用本分析方法测定不同基体成分的六个国家级化探标样中的硒、碲,测定结果与标准值基本一致,8次测定的标准偏差(RSD)分别为RSD(Se)=6.6%~9.5%,RSD(Te)=3.6%~8.4%。  相似文献

土壤中的营养元素是土壤肥力的重要组成部分。通过对吉林省主要水稻种植区稻田土壤中的主要营养元素N、P、K及土壤理化性质进行的测试分析 ,及对其与水稻产量之间的关系的探讨表明 ,当水解氮∶速效磷∶速效钾接近 1∶0 .0 6~ 0 .0 8∶0 .4~ 0 .6时 ,水稻单产水平较高 ,这为合理施肥、提高水稻产量提供了科学依据  相似文献

N-丙基-N′-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲与钯的显色反应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
考察了N-丙基-N′-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲与Pd(Ⅱ)显色反应的条件,结果表明,在pH5. 0~6. 4的HAc-NaAc体系中,钯和显色剂及溴化十六烷基三甲胺形成1∶4∶2的褐色水溶性配合物,其最大吸收波长为303. 0nm,摩尔吸光系数为5. 60×104 L·mol-1·cm-1。Pd(Ⅱ)在0~1. 000mg/L内遵从比尔定律,相关系数r=0. 998 7。该方法已用于催化剂中钯的测定,结果与标准值相符,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=4) <1%。  相似文献

在H3PO4介质中 ,Tween 2 0存在下 ,Ge(Ⅳ )与二溴邻硝基苯基萤光酮 (DBoN -PF)反应生成红色配合物。该配合物的最大吸收波长为 540nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 0 2× 1 0 5 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,稳定时间至少 2 4h。测得配合物的组成比为nGe(Ⅳ ) ∶nDBoN PF=1∶2 ,锗的质量浓度在0~ 2 4 0 μg/L遵守比尔定律。应用于煤矸石中微量锗的测定 ,结果与常用的苯芴酮法相符 ,6次测定的RSD≤ 2 5% ,加标回收率在 98 5%~ 1 0 1 5%。  相似文献

研究了在聚乙二醇 -硫酸铵 -亚硝基R盐体系中萃取光度法测定钯。在 pH 1 .3的NaAc-HCl缓冲溶液中 ,钯与亚硝基R盐形成橙色配合物 ,被萃取到高聚物相 ,其配合物的最大吸收波长位于 50 0nm处 ,摩尔吸光系数为 1 .58× 1 0 4L·mol- 1.cm- 1,Pd(Ⅱ )与亚硝基R盐的配位比为 1∶3,Pd(Ⅱ )的质量浓度在 0~ 2 .2mg/L内符合比尔定律。方法用于碳 -钯催化剂中钯的测定 ,6次测定的RSD为 2 .7%。  相似文献

合成了显色剂1-(4-甲基-6-羟基嘧啶)-3-(偶氮苯基)-三氮烯(MHPPAT),并研究了它与铜的显色反应。在pH11.0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,Triton X-100表面活性剂存在下,试剂与铜生成2∶1的紫红色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于540nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.02×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Cu2+的质量浓度在0~480μg/L符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定铝合金中微量铜,6次测定的相对标准偏差小于3%,结果满意。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Some olistolites reworked in a Tertiary flysch of Mount Parnon (Peloponnesus, Greece) exhibit a Late Permian assemblage, dominated by Paradunbarula (Shindella) shindensis, Hemigordiopsis cf. luquensis and Colaniella aff. minima. This association corresponds to the Late Wuchiapingian (=Late Dzhulfian), a substage whose algae and foraminifera are generally little known. Contemporaneous limestones crop out in the middle part of the Episkopi Formation in Hydra, but they are rather commonly reworked in Mesozoic and Cainozoic sequences. The palaeobiogeographical affinities shared by the foraminiferal markers of Greece, southeastern Pamir, and southern China, are very strong (up to the specific level), and are congruent with the Pangea B reconstructions.
