15N示踪技术在湿地氮素生物地球化学过程研究中的应用进展 总被引：4，自引：0，他引：4
稳定性同位素技术是现代生态学研究中的一门应用技术,它几乎在生态学研究的各个领域都有着广泛的应用。其中15N技术由于具有示踪和区分氮素物质的源与去向等优越性而在生态系统氮循环研究中发挥了极为重要的作用。文章主要从湿地氮素的输入过程、转化过程以及归趋过程三方面综述了该技术在当前国内外湿地氮素生物地球化学过程研究中的应用进展,特别指出当前基于该技术的湿地氮素生物地球化学过程研究尚缺乏一定的系统性、深入性和广泛性。最后,文章就该技术在湿地氮素生物地球化学过程研究中的应用前景进行了展望研究。 相似文献

高寒草甸是广布于青藏高原的主要植被类型,它是青藏高原大气与地面之间生物地球化学循环的重要构成部分,在区域碳平衡中起着极为重要的作用。基于对青藏高原主要高寒草甸生态系统类型CO2通量研究方面的综述,系统分析了高寒草甸生态系统CO2通量日、季、年等不同时间尺度的变化特征以及温度、光合有效辐射、降水等主要环境因子对高寒草甸生态系统CO2通量的影响;同时,结合其他地区草地生态系统,就青藏高原三种典型高寒草甸生态系统类型源汇效应和Q10值进行了比较;最后,结合青藏高原高寒草甸生态系统CO2通量研究的现实与需要,提出了当前存在一些不确定性和有待深入研究的问题。 相似文献

为了探索高寒草甸土壤理化性质对海拔和坡向的响应及其与植被的关系,以东祁连山高寒草甸为研究对象,分析了7个海拔和2个坡向高寒草甸的土壤养分含量和生态化学计量比变化规律及其与植被的关系。结果表明：（1） 土壤含水量、电导率、有机碳、全氮、全钾、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量、碳磷比（C/P）和氮磷比（N/P）随海拔的升高呈先升高后降低的趋势,土壤容重、全磷和碳氮比（C/N）呈先降低后升高的趋势。（2） 同一海拔,大部分海拔梯度阳坡的土壤土壤容重、速效钾、电导率和全磷高于阴坡,阳坡的土壤含水量、速效磷、C/P和N/P低于阴坡,海拔3200 m梯度以下阳坡的土壤有机碳、全氮、碱解氮和C/N低于阴坡。（3） 不同海拔和坡向的高寒草甸土壤C/N、C/P和N/P处于14.55~38.13、12.61~87.94和0.27~5.01之间。（4） 冗余分析（RDA）发现,土壤容重、全氮和速效磷是影响高寒草甸植被的关键土壤因子,聚类分析发现海拔3200~3400 m的阴坡和阳坡聚为一类。综上所述,东祁连山高寒草甸土壤养分和生态化学计量比随海拔和坡向的变化呈规律性变化,基于对N/P比的分析发现,该区域高寒草甸类草原的初级生产力主要受土壤氮限制且低海拔和高海拔区域尤为明显,基于聚类分析发现,海拔3000 m和3400 m是该区域草地植被和土壤特征发生变化的临界线。建议在高寒草甸类草原的管理过程中,应该充分考虑海拔和坡向的分异性特征。 相似文献

流域生态系统的水文和生物地球化学循环通过水文通量的物理作用紧密耦合,其时空尺度的物质和能量耦合为流域生物地球化学过程的物质平衡和能量流动提供重要基础。通过研究流域尺度生物地球化学循环—水文耦合过程,将更加深刻揭示水循环驱动下陆地—水生生态系统碳氮循环与人类活动及气候系统的生物学、物理学和化学过程的耦合机制。本文综合阐述了流域生态系统的时间、空间以及时间—空间尺度的生物地球化学循环与水文耦合特征,揭示营养元素循环在时间—空间尺度上的耦合特征,通过大气、陆地、河流、河口和海洋系统形成了一个连续体并由水、气体和气溶胶通量进行物理连接;分析流域营养物质的生物地球化学循环与水文耦合过程随着时空尺度在大气—陆地界面、陆地—河流界面以及河口—海洋界面的耦合变异性;最后通过流域生态化学计量特征及水陆交错带对营养物质输出的调控分析耦合过程的生物学调控机制,以提高对流域景观水平的生态水文、生物地球化学和生态动力学的理解。 相似文献

高寒草甸草地退化对土壤水热性质的影响及其环境效应 总被引：2，自引：2，他引：0
青藏高原高寒草甸草地的大面积退化,将改变浅层土壤的水热性质,影响地表水热交换,甚至导致区域生态环境的变化。本文通过系统分析典型原生高寒草甸与中度退化高寒草甸的植物群落特征、地上地下生物量和土壤理化特征的差异,研究高寒草甸草地退化对土壤水热性质的影响及其环境效应。结果表明:随着高寒草甸草地退化,植被覆盖度显著降低(p<0.01),适应旱生、深根系的杂草侵入适应湿润生境、浅根系的以莎草科植物为主的原生植被,生物多样性显著增加(p<0.01);草毡表层(0～10 cm)地下生物量显著减少(p<0.01),30～50 cm地下生物量显著增加(p<0.01)。草毡表层变薄降低了土壤容重的垂向异质性,使表层土壤容重显著增加(p<0.01),土壤颗粒显著变粗(p<0.01)。受浅层土壤有机质降低和土壤容重增加的影响,中度退化高寒草甸土壤的持水量和饱和导水率降低,土壤导热率升高。高寒草甸草地植被退化,土壤持水量、饱和导水率降低和导热率增加将加速地表水热交换,对高寒草甸草地退化和下伏多年冻土消融都可能是正反馈。 相似文献

潮滩湿地是一种特殊类型的海岸湿地,其生态系统表生环境生物地球化学过程以及特殊生态与生物多样性保护的基础研究已经日益成为海岸生态系统相关研究的热点问题之一。由于其独特的演化过程、地理位置、地理环境、和所受的动力条件,使N、P在其生态系统内的生物地球化学过程不同于其他湿地类型。通过对潮滩湿地N、P生物地球化学循环特点和循环过程、盐沼植物在N、P生物地球化学循环中的作用以及潮滩湿地生态系统N、P的输入和输出等几个问题进行了概述,分析了当前国内外潮滩湿地N、P生物地球化学过程的研究特点和存在问题,提出了今后相关问题的主要研究趋势。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
