近现代中国女性人才的地理分布和区域分异   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11

中国人文地理学研究中有关女性地理的研究基本缺失, 而以往人才地理学研究中对女性人才的忽视, 以及女性主义地理学研究中女性人才研究的薄弱, 都使女性人才地理研究有了自己的空间。利用人才数量、类型和籍贯三个指标对活动于1840~1949 年期间的中国著名女性人物资料进行了统计和分析, 在此基础上, 对近现代中国女性人才的数量和地位、分布 领域和特点以及地理分布格局进行了论述, 并对影响其数量、类型和区域分异的因素进行了探讨。研究发现: 与同一时期的男性人才相比较, 近现代女性人才数量仍然偏少, 但相对于过去, 其数量却有所增加, 影响领域也更扩大; 近现代女性人才集中分布于中国东部和东南沿海地区以及中部地区的少数几个省份, 西北地区较少; 湖南、广东、浙江、江苏四省女性人才尤为突出, 其中, 湘粤两省在社会政治领域影响较大, 江浙两省在科学、教育和文化领域占有较大优势。近现代女性人才数量的增加和影响领域的扩大受近现代中国政治改良运动和政治革命的影响, 而其区域分异特点则充分体现了中国近现代政治革命和妇女解放运动的地区差异。  相似文献

当前我国文武人才的地理分布与南北差异   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5  
作为一种文化现象,人才的空间分布规律体现着人才与经济、历史及地理环境之间的关联性。本文选取17000多名教授和1600多名将军作文武人才的地理分析。教授工作地集中的地区依次为北京、上海、四川、湖北、辽宁、江苏、陕西、广东、吉林、天津,籍贯集中的地区依次为江苏、浙江、四川、辽宁、广东、湖南、山东、河北、天津,主要流入地区为北京、上海、陕西、吉林、黑龙江、天津,主要流出地区为浙江、江苏、河北、河南、福建、广东、山东。将军籍贯分布集中程度比教授更为突出,主要集中在江西、湖北、湖南、安徽、河南、四川、山东、福建、河北、陕西。如以县计,则集中在江西的兴国、永新、吉安,湖北的红安、大梧,安徽的金寨、六安,河南的新县,前面三县属中央苏区,后面五县属鄂豫皖苏区。工作在南方和北方教授数基本平衡,但籍贯在南方的约为北方的两倍,籍贯在南方的将军数为北方的两倍多。这种格局反映了文化大革命前的人才流向。近十年,人才流向和人才格局发生变化,不仅国内毕业生,而且国外留学人员也被吸引到南方沿海开放地区,为此,需要新的办法和政策。  相似文献

湖南是一个人均工业产值明显低于全国平均水平的工业落后省,而且其工业化水平与全国平均水平的差距仍在进一步扩大。文中采用区位商分析和“偏离—份额”分析法揭示了湖南工业落后的内在原因,并在主导行业选择、工业中心建设、规模结构和所有制结构优化、人才建设与科技开发等方面提出了加速湖南工业发展的对策。  相似文献

德宏旅游起步早,发展不理想,少数民族地区旅游业发展需要一支综合素质高、业务能力强、具有地方特色的旅游专业人才队伍。通过问卷调查、访谈法,对德宏旅游人才现状的问题进行了分析,旅游人才总量不足,高层次,急需人才少,中缅旅游人才缺乏,组织建设薄弱。提出了加强组织建设力度,以产学研结合搭建旅游人才培养的平台,关注急需人才的培养与旅游高等教育的合作办学,建设一支旅游意识强、管理水平高、业务素质硬、服务态度好的旅游从业人员队伍,为德宏旅游二次创业提供人才保障。  相似文献

科技创新人才空间分布是科研实力、技术分布、发展潜力的表征。洞悉科技创新人才分布规律,从而科学制定人才战略,为科技创新驱动高质量发展和人才高地建设提供决策参考。论文通过粤港澳大湾区11个城市“十一五”至“十三五”期间科技创新人才的规模、密度、聚集指数、空间自相关性刻画其空间分布特征,结果如下:① 从“十一五”到“十三五”,粤港澳大湾区科技创新人才规模发展迅速,从约43万人增长到114万余人,但空间分布不均衡。② 深圳科技创新人才密度居粤港澳大湾区11个城市之首,单位人口人才密度约是最小值的7倍,单位面积人才密度约是最小值的190倍;江门、肇庆等地科技创新人才密度相对较低,低于大湾区平均水平。③ 深圳、东莞、广州有相对较强的科技创新人才聚集能力,而惠州、江门、肇庆聚集能力相对为弱。“十三五”期间,深圳、东莞、香港、珠海的聚集能力增强,澳门、中山、广州、佛山科技创新人才集聚能力有所下降。④ 粤港澳大湾区各城市科技创新人才分布特征与空间位置的关联性不强,大湾区人才高地建设各城市未有效联动形成合力。⑤ 城市生活基础保障的提升、科技创新发展环境氛围的营造和科技投入力度的增大会对粤港澳大湾区科技创新人才工作产生显著的正向影响,从而影响科技创新人才的分布特征。因此,结合国内外先进的理念做法,提出优化粤港澳大湾区科技创新人才分布格局,建设粤港澳大湾区科技创新人才高地的对策建议。  相似文献

中学地理是一门探讨人地关系的综合性强的学科,现代科学技术对其发展的影响日益增大。随着以高耨技术为核心、以知识创新为动力和源泉的知识经济时代的到来,人类必须以全新的观念来认识和发展人地关系,并构建符合知识经济发展要求的人地关系模式。因此,培养能驾驭高新技术的创新人才已成为地理教育工作的重要职责。而创新教育往往是中学地理教学的薄弱环节。研究现代教育技术对于培养创新能力的作用、掌握并运用现代教育技术设计地理教学方案、有效地培养学生的创新能力已成为中学地理教学改革的当务之急。下面结合中学地理教学实际就这一问题进行初步探讨。  相似文献

加强闽台创意人才开发合作,既是创意经济背景下区域经济转型与发展的内在要求,也是提升两地创意产业竞争力的必要手段.基于SOWT方法,在分析闽台两地“五缘”文化和产业互补优势以及自身发展瓶颈的基础上,以海峡西岸经济区的建设以及台湾产业升级为历史契机,对闽台创意人才开发合作的可行性和必要性进行了研究.在此基础上,提出了以政府为主导、产业为载体、高校和科研机构为支撑的政产学研四位一体策略,从建立官方协调机制、优化人才生态环境、加强产业对接合作、创新人才引进政策、闽台高校互补合作等方面进行两地创意人才的开发合作.  相似文献

采用CiteSpace计量分析和文献综述等方法,梳理与分析留学归国人才对区域发展影响的国内外研究进展,结果表明:1)相关研究已涉及区域创新、经济发展和社会分异等多个领域,受到经济学、管理学、社会学以及地理学等多学科、多视角的共同关注。2)研究内容不断丰富和深化,研究对象从泛化的留学归国人才不断聚焦海归创业者、海归高管、海归教师等类型的留学归国人才,其影响领域由技术进步、科技创新逐渐转向经济增长、企业效益等,并进一步转向社会结构、社会认知等,各领域的研究逐步系统化。3)留学归国人才对区域发展的影响主要源于海外经历所带来的人力资本优势和国际社会资本,在回流区域相对欠发达的背景下,对区域创新升级、经济发展和社会分异等产生广泛的影响,并且该影响呈现由区域、组织到个体的多尺度特征。  相似文献

明朝福建各类人才辈出,其中被收入《明史》的人物及全省的进士数量全国排名在前。但由于经济、政治、文化等方面发展不平衡,各地人才分布不均,沿海人才多于山区,各府中心县多于同府的其他县。这些现象同时反映了当时福建文化发展的状况。  相似文献

人才竞争力是区域经济社会发展诸多竞争力中的核心竞争力,打造区域性人才高地是强化人才竞争力的基本前提.本文从地理学的区域性、综合性学科特点出发,在研究构造了人才高地测度指数的基础上,以中国东北经济区为例,运用GIS的空间分析和Prism map专题地图(棱柱图)表达技术,对人才高地定量测度与表达进行了探索性研究.研究结果表明,本研究提出的人才高地测度指数与模型合理,可作为人才高地定量计算的依据;运用模型得出东北经济区人才高地优势明显的城市依次为沈阳、哈尔滨、大连、长春;人才高地优势较明显的城市依次为吉林、大庆和鞍山.  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
