复合人工湿地对氮的深度处理效果及影响因素 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
研究了2008年5~10月对废水中氮的深度处理效果,采用Monod动力学模型对该人工湿地进行模拟并验证,分析进水中NH4+—N和NO3-—N的含量与其去除率的相关性以及COD/NH4+—N、COD/NO3-—N对降解系数的影响。结果表明,①复合湿地组合形式对NH4+—N和NO3-—N的去除率分别介于66.0%~77.1%和46.2%~77.2%之间;②Monod模型对人工湿地中NH4+—N和NO3-—N去除率的预测值与实验观测值吻合程度较好;③NH4+—N和NO3-—N的去除率分别随着其在进水中的含量的增加而增大;④进水中的COD/NH4+—N与KNH4+—N呈负相关关系,而COD/NO3-—N与KNO3-—N呈正相关关系。人工湿地中硝化和反硝化作用受到进水中NH4+—N和NO3-—N含量的限制,氮的去除率随着进水中NH4+—N和NO3-—N浓度的增加而增大。有机物和NH4+—N在人工湿地中的降解可能存在竞争氧的关系,可利用碳源构成了反硝化作用的限制因素。 相似文献

分别以芦苇(Phragmites australis)、东方香蒲(Typha orientalis)、碗莲(Nelumbo nucifera)、水生美人蕉(Canna glauca)、睡莲(Nymphaea alba)—金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum demersum)、凤眼莲(Eichhornia crassipes—金鱼藻为人工湿地净化植物,以沸石和无烟煤作为基质,构建6种多介质人工湿地单元,分别对3种浓度生活污水中的总氮(TN)、氨氮(NH4+—N)、硝态氮(NO3-—N)和总磷(TP)的净化效果进行研究.结果表明,污水停留时间为5d时,4种有沸石和无烟煤作为基质的人工湿地单元,对TN、NH4+—N和TP的去除效率显著高于无基质的两种湿地单元(p＜0.05),其中香蒲、碗莲和美人蕉湿地单元对3种浓度污水的TN、NH4+—N、NO3-—N和TP的净化效率都达到90％以上,以美人蕉湿地单元的净化效率为最高.睡莲—金鱼藻湿地单元对氮和磷的净化效率总体上优于凤眼莲—金鱼藻湿地单元;但是,在凤眼莲—金鱼藻湿地单元处理后的污水中,溶解氧(DO)含量较高,出水清澈、透明.为此,在构建多级人工湿地时,美人蕉宜作为先锋种首先承载高浓度污水,香蒲、碗莲和芦苇次之,凤眼莲—金鱼藻适宜多级人工湿地的最后一级. 相似文献

An intact alkali marsh soil (MS) core and an agriculture soil (AS) core were studied by the simulated test in order to get the comparison of the nutrients retention in alkali MS and AS. The soil cores extracted from the Xiang-hai Wetland, western Jilin Province, China, were leached with solution contained carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus. Then the effluent water from the outlets of soil core with different depths was measured, including chemical oxygen demand (COD), total phosphorus (TP), phosphate (PO43-- P) and nitrogen existed as nitrate (NO3- - N), nitrite (NO2- - N) and ammonia nitrogen (NH4+- N) and the total nitrogen (TN) in the effluent water. COD and TP are decreased with the depth, the changing trends of TN, NO3- - N and NH4+ - N contents are similar to COD and TP, whereas NO2- - N in both MS and AS effluent have a little transition at 40cm depth. 滇池不同流域类型降雨径流对河流氮磷入湖总量的影响 总被引：25，自引：5，他引：20
通过对滇池三种不同流域类型的雨季初始期三场降雨径流的汇水河道的入湖口水质和流量监测 ,重点分析了典型城市纳污河流、城乡结合型河道和农业重污染区河道的营养盐携带状况与特征。研究结果表明 :不同流域类型河流的氮磷营养盐入湖总量受降雨过程及特征、流域类型特征、降雨径流流量、径流水营养盐浓度综合控制。城乡结合型河道 (大清河 )有最高的TP、KN (凯氏N)、NH3 N、NO3 N和NO2 N入湖总量 ,三场降雨累积量分别为11374 3、 12 7971 7、 85 36 5 4、 92 3 4和 84 1 2kg ;城市纳污河流 (乌龙河 )有最高的单位面积入湖总量负荷 ,TP、KN、NH3 N和NO2 N分别为 5 35 7、 5 86 0 5、 382 1 9和 2 4 6kg/km2 。 相似文献

2010年4月~2011年1月期间,在高潮位和中潮位下,分别对杭州湾南岸滩涂排水区和非排水区的5个断面进行桡足类丰度和生物量进行调查。结果表明,共发现15种河口桡足类,包括剑水蚤3种、哲水蚤5种和猛水蚤7种;第一优势种为汤匙华哲水蚤(Sinocalanus dorrii),第二优势种为四刺窄腹剑水蚤(Limnoithona tetraspina);研究区河口桡足类的平均丰度为15.3 ind./L,平均生物量为0.214 mg/L,主要分布在排水区的S3和S2采样断面。在春季采样日,滩涂水中的NO2—N和PO4—P营养盐通过浮游植物生物量影响桡足类群落,浮游植物生物量是河口桡足类丰度发展的决策因子和桡足类生物量波动的限制因子;在夏季采样日,水中的高浓度NH4—N通过NO2—N含量损害桡足类,成为桡足类丰度变化的限制因子;温排水通过减少海水溶解氧含量间接影响桡足类生长,成为桡足类生物量变化的限制因子;在秋季采样日,水中的Si O3—Si含量是桡足类丰度和生物量的决策因子。 相似文献

生物入侵的生态影响是入侵生态学的一个重要研究领域,但是,目前对于外来植物入侵造成的生态后果评价多集中在对于生态系统地上部分的影响,对于地下生态过程和生物地球化学过程的影响研究则相对较少.利用平衡式孔隙水采样器采集闽江河口鳝鱼滩土著种短叶茳芏(Cyperus malaccensis)沼泽和入侵种互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)沼泽高分辨率的原位土壤间隙水样,测定其营养盐含量.结果表明,短叶茳芏沼泽和互花米草沼泽土壤间隙水中营养盐含量都具有明显的季节变化,尤其是夏季与秋季的差异较大.短叶茳芏沼泽土壤间隙水中,PO43-—P含量随着剖面深度的增加而呈上升的趋势最为明显;溶解无机氮以NH4+—N为主,含量范围为35～200 μmol/L;NO2-—N和NO3—N含量总和在3～10μmol/L之间,其中NO3-—N含量占绝对优势.与短叶茳芏沼泽相比,互花米草沼泽间隙水中铵盐比例较高,氮磷比值较低.以上结果表明,互花米草入侵已对闽江河口鳝鱼滩土著种短叶茳芏沼泽土壤间隙水营养盐循环产生了一定的影响. 相似文献

于2010年4月大潮日(14~15日),连续24 h采样,测定闽江河口潮汐沼泽土壤间隙水中的N2O含量,同时测定了土壤间隙水中的营养盐含量和水温等。土壤间隙水中的N2O摩尔质量浓度日变化范围为14.65~16.42μmol/L,平均值为(15.25±0.09)μmol/L,且白天高、夜晚低,但差异不显著;在涨潮阶段,土壤间隙水中的N2O含量较高,表明潮汐水会增加土壤间隙水中的N2O含量;土壤间隙水中的N2O含量与土壤温度、电导率显著负相关(n=25,p0.05),与间隙水中的NH4+—N、NO3-—N含量显著正相关(n=25,p0.01)。春季大潮日闽江河口潮汐沼泽土壤间隙水中的溶解性N2O含量日变化受土壤温度、盐度、间隙水中的营养盐含量和潮汐的综合影响。 相似文献

基于可调式沉水植物网床技术,对江苏省苏州市贡湖金墅港断头浜河水进行了净化水质的生态工程修复实验,监测了修复前、后的水质指标(NO3-—N、NO2-—N、PO43-—P、DO、NH4+—N、TN、TP和CODMn的含量及透明度),采用综合水质标识指数法对沉水植物网床生态修复效果进行了评价。结果表明,沉水植物网床修复后,沉水植物损失率为20%,4~5 d网床中的水盾草(Cabomba sp.)开始生根分蘖,且20~25 d后长满整个网床,3个月后河道中的沉水植物覆盖率达95%,其中优势种水盾草所占比例达70%,水体透明度由0.45 m提高到0.97 m,河水清澈见底。到2012年6月,水中NO3-—N、NO2-—N、PO43-—P、NH4+—N、TN、TP和CODMn的含量分别下降82.8%、74.1%、90.1%、92.6%、71.8%、95.6%和48.6%,DO含量提高了65.3%;综合水质标识指数由5.1下降到2.7,降低了47%,与对照区相比差异显著(p0.05)。 相似文献

选取南京市玄武湖、莫愁湖、内秦淮河湿地为对象,通过定点、定时采样和水质分析等方法,对城市湖泊湿地水质的季节动态、水质影响因素及其富营养化评价等进行了研究。结果表明,TN、TP、BOD和COD是反映城市湖泊水体污染度的重要指标,TP含量过高是造成城市河湖湿地水体富营养化的主要原因。水体污染程度随季节动态表现为:夏季>春季>秋季>冬季。相对封闭的莫愁湖湿地水质的季节变化较小,但水质较差,各个季节均表现出重富营养化—严重富营养化状态;受工业或生活污水影响较大的内秦淮河湿地,水体受污染严重,全年均属严重富营养—异常富营养化;玄武湖湿地的水体,在春季和秋季均已达到富营养化水平,夏季相对较好,TN、TP为富营养化水平,其余指标为中—富营养水平。 相似文献

对长江口南翼上海滨岸带3个站点潮滩上覆水，沉积物和间隙水中的3态无机氮的含量分布的年度季节性监测研究表明：潮滩上覆水中溶解无机氮以NO3－N为主：表层沉积物中可交换态无机氮以NH4－N为主，约占70％－85％，沉积物间隙水中主要无机氮为NH4－N和NO3－N。潮滩水体中NH4－N的季节性变化幅度不大，而NO3－N和NO2－N的季节性变化明显，在冬季含量明显降低；但沉积物和间隙水中氮氨和硝态氮的浓度在冬季则有较大增加。初步探讨了潮滩水和沉积物中无机氮分布季节性变化的主要影响因素，估算了潮滩表层沉积物－水界面无机氮的扩散通量，指出NH4－N的扩散释放对滨岸水环境质量影响较大。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing. 相似文献
