盆中丘陵区生态恢复重建的生态与经济效益亟待提高   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以紫色岩为背景的盆中丘陵区 ,是构建长江上游生态屏障的重点地区。近 10多年来 ,以林木植被恢复重建为主要内容的生态建设取得了显著成效 ,平均森林覆盖率已达到 2 2 %。但是 ,森林植被生态系统的生态与经济功能尚处于较低的水平 ,其中桤柏混交林生态系统开始出现退化的趋势 ,纯柏林面积日趋扩大 ,病虫害逐年增多。为此需应用生态学和经济学原理 ,实施农村生态经济工程建设的途径 ,把该地区生态建设推向一个新的水平。  相似文献

洞庭湖湿地资源退化的生态经济损益评估   总被引:21,自引:2,他引:19  
洞庭湖湿地是中国最大的淡水湿地生态系统之一,湿地资源十分丰富,但由于人类不合理的开发利用,导致湿地生态系统严重退化,湿地生态服务功能价值受损,制约了湖区经济的可持续发展。在实地调查和试验的基础上,依据生态经济学的理论和方法,对洞庭湖湿地因资源退化引起的一系列自然灾害和生态灾害所造成的湿地生态功能损失进行了价值损益评估,由此得出湿地资源退化对湖区经济可持续发展所造成的损失;并指出只有恢复洞庭湖区湿地生态环境,保护好洞庭湖区湿地资源,才能实现洞庭湖区湿地资源的可持续利用,保证湖区经济的可持续发展。  相似文献

退耕还林对岷江上游高山聚落区生态服务价值变化的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
岷江上游地处青藏高原向四川盆地过渡地带,是长江上游生态屏障核心区和成都平原重要水源地,生态服务价值变化是界定该流域生态位势的重要判据。基于1999和2009年SPOT4-5二期遥感数据,以山区聚落生态位为研究单元,采用土地利用类型单位面积生态系统服务价值赋值法,阐明岷江上游退耕还林前后的山区聚落生态位内部生态服务价值变化特征及其动因。研究结果表明:1999—2009年10 a间,山区聚落生态位生态服务总价值增加0.18×108元。1)农田面积减少108.20 km2,其生态服务价值减少1.1×108元,源于山区聚落人口空心化导致所需农田食物供给这一生态服务功能下降;2)森林面积增加23.19 km2,其生态服务价值增加0.75×108元;3)草地面积增加49.77 km2,其生态服务价值增加0.53×108元。森林/草地生态服务价值的变化,表明国家退耕还林工程生态环境效益显著。4)建设用地面积增加9.16 km2,其生态服务价值增加仅为0.0057×108元,这与城镇化背景下高半山区聚落内人走楼空态势相吻合。  相似文献

基于LY/T1721-2008((森林生态系统生态服务功能评估规范>,采用实证研究、意愿调查、文献研究等方法,估算了九华山森林生态系统生态服务价值,结果表明:2009年,九华山森林生态系统生态服务价值为84 208.50万元,实物生产价值为4 359.06万元,生态服务价值是实物生产价值的19.31倍.各项生态服务功能价值大小顺序为:涵养水源>保育土壤>生物多样性保护>固碳释氧>森林游憩>净化大气环境>积累营养物质.可为九华山管委会制定旅游、社会经济发展规划,合理开发九华山生态旅游资源,提供理论依据和数据支撑,也可增强人们对九华山森林资源保护的自觉性和主动性.  相似文献

分析和评估石羊河流域生态系统服务功能经济价值,培育和提升核心生态系统服务功能,为石羊河流域综合治理、确保生态安全提供理论依据。根据石羊河流域1999年和2006年土地利用情况,运用中国生态系统服务价值当量因子表,对该区域生态系统服务功能经济价值进行评估。1999年和2006年石羊河流域生态系统服务功能经济价值分别为1.1531×1010元和1.5650×1010元。2006年草地和森林生态系统对总价值的贡献率较高,分别为39.82%和25.96%;各项服务功能中土壤形成与保护功能经济价值最高。流域上游山区的水源涵养、气候调节和生物多样性保护等功能受到不同程度的破坏。  相似文献

西藏工布自然保护区生态系统服务价值评估与管理   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
自然保护区已经成为西藏地区脆弱生态系统可持续发展的重要管理模式。本文以工布自然保护区为例,根据西藏森林清查数据、工布自然保护区的实际情况和国内外权威部门公布的生态服务参考价格,参照《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》,评估了工布自然保护区资源的经济、生态和社会价值。结果表明,工布自然保护区森林生态系统服务价值为1778.56亿元。其中经济价值为694.41亿元,主要是由林木价值和林副产品价值组成;生态价值主要包括水源涵养、保育土壤、固碳释氧、净化大气、森林防护、生物多样性和森林游憩,计算得到的自然保护区生态价值为1083.77亿元;工布自然保护区的社会价值中主要是增加就业与维持社会稳定的总价值3815.41万元。根据得到的评价结果,分析了西藏自然保护区在管理方面的现状及问题,并提出了相关建议。  相似文献

以阿尔泰山森林生态系统为研究对象并依据《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》(LY/T 1721—2008),通过利用空间分析的方法对阿尔泰山森林资源二类调查数据处理分析,得到了阿尔 泰山不同类型森林生态系统的生态服务价值和阿尔泰山生态服务价值的影响因素。结果表明:阿 尔泰山森林生态服务价值量为 47 957.79×106 元·a-1,价值量的大小为:涵养水源>固碳释氧>保护 生物多样性>净化大气环境>保育土壤>积累营养物质,其中涵养水源是主导服务功能;不同林 龄的生态服务价值量呈现为:成熟林>过熟林>近熟林>中龄林>幼龄林;按照林场划分,各个林 场的生态服务价值呈现富蕴林场>阿勒泰林场>新疆阿尔泰山两河源自然保护区>布尔津林场 >青河林场>哈巴河林场>福海林场的顺序。  相似文献

生态补偿是保护国家重点生态功能区的政策保障。评价生态补偿政策的生态效果则有利于分析生态补偿政策的合理性和可行性,从而为生态补偿政策的完善提供科学依据。论文以实施退耕还林还草的黄土高原丘陵沟壑水土保持生态功能区为例,通过研究生态系统对生态补偿的响应特征,反映生态补偿对生态系统的影响和生态效果。研究选择了反映生态系统结构、质量和功能6个指标,分析自1999年实施退耕还林工程以来,2000年到2010年研究区生态系统的变化。研究结果表明:(1)退耕还林(草)工程促使研究区坡耕地规模减少1571 km2,生态用地面积扩大了1337 km2,有效地改善了生态系统结构,减少了人类活动对土地的干扰,有利于自然植被的恢复;(2)退耕还林工程实施以来,研究区不同生态系统植被盖度和NPP均有增加。从2000到2010年,草地、荒漠和林地生态系统的植被盖度分别增加了10.89%、8.34%和4.24%。平均NPP在10年间增加了51%左右,年均增长达5%左右,表明生态补偿促进了生态系统质量的改善;(3)从2000到2010年,研究区总生物量平均增大了2倍,各县区生物量年均增长率达11%左右,说明生态系统固碳功能显著增大。水土流失面积减少和林地拦截的径流量增大则意味着水土保持功能正在增强。显然,生态补偿对生态系统服务功能的影响也是非常积极而显著的。  相似文献

基于1986年和2000年北方农牧交错带生态系统类型、NPP和植被覆盖度的分布,利用遥感和GIS技术,结合生态经济学方法,测算了北方农牧交错带生态系统服务功能的经济价值及动态变化.结果表明:(1)在生态系统服务价值的构成中,草地、农田和森林的贡献率最大;(2)从单位面积价值看,森林和灌丛服务功能的单位面积价值最高;(3)在水平分布上,生态系统服务价值的区域差异明显,其分布受气候和人类活动影响较大;在垂直分布上,地形因子对生态系统服务价值的影响较大,人类活动影响微弱;(4)1986-2000年间,各个生态系统服务功能的价值及其总价值都在下降,单位面积价值的最大值由东北向西南方向移动到交错带的中部.  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
