实验以凡纳滨对虾受精卵和各期幼体为试验材料,探讨了高盐和温度对受精卵孵化和幼体发育的影响,以及各期幼体对高盐的耐受性。结果表明,高盐胁迫和温度显著影响受精卵的孵化率、初孵时间和集中孵化时间(P0.05)。随盐度和温度升高,平均孵化率呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,盐度30和温度32°C时孵化率最高。盐度由33升至36时孵化率由74.67%下降到50.79%,盐度39时孵化率仅为3.42%,盐度42无幼体孵出。受精卵最早可在7.5h左右完成幼体破膜孵化。同一温度下,初孵时间随盐度的升高而延长。盐度27—33和温度30—33°C时,受精卵集中于胚胎发育后的7.5—11.5h完成孵化,时间最短;溞状幼体对高盐胁迫的耐受性随变态发育逐渐提高,表现为Z3Z2Z1;糠虾各期幼体及仔虾P1—P3间耐盐性均无显著差异(P0.05)。此外,幼体的发育指数也随盐度升高而下降,盐度越高,幼体发育越慢。结果说明,高盐和低温会抑制凡纳滨对虾受精卵孵化和幼体变态,受精卵孵化的盐度上限在39—42之间。  相似文献

温度及盐度是鱼类苗种生产当中2个重要的因子。研究了在不同水温、盐度条件下,半滑舌鳎胚胎发育的情况。通过对孵化时间、孵化率、初孵仔鱼畸形率、活力的比较,发现温度对受精卵的孵化影响显著。受精卵在18℃以下及28℃以上均不能孵化出仔鱼,在18~28℃水温条件下,受精卵可以孵化,其适宜的孵化水温为22~23℃,且随着温度升高受精卵孵化时间逐渐缩短。在水温23℃下,受精卵在盐度16以下及48以上均不能孵化出仔鱼,在盐度18~46的范围内,受精卵均可以孵化出仔鱼,盐度38以上均为畸形,且孵化时间不受盐度的影响,其适宜孵化盐度为28~32。  相似文献

为研究温度和盐度对黄姑鱼(Nibea albiflora)胚胎发育的影响,作者观察了黄姑鱼受精卵的形态和胚胎发育过程。实验结果表明,温度18~28℃范围内,温度对孵化时间和初孵仔鱼有显著影响,对孵化率影响不大,24~28℃是黄姑鱼胚胎发育的适宜温度范围;盐度低于24时受精卵下沉,26~28内悬浮于水体中,盐度高于34时受精卵浮于水面;黄姑鱼胚胎发育的最适盐度范围26~32,盐度超过或低于其适宜范围时,孵化率明显下降或者幼虫畸形率明显增大。另外,根据其Q10值推算的胚胎发育的适宜水温与实验结果相似。  相似文献

条斑星鲽(Verasper moseri)的受精卵为圆球形、分离透明、无油球的悬浮卵。卵膜具粗波纹状的纹络。卵黄均匀,浅黄色或米黄色。卵径平均为1.70 mm±0.02 mm。卵黄囊径1.57 mm±0.025 mm。卵黄间隙狭窄,约为0.11 mm。受精卵的可孵化水温为6.0~11.0℃,最适孵化水温8.0~10.0℃。可孵化盐度为27.00~36.00,最适孵化盐度为33.00~35.00。受精卵在不同盐度的海水中,呈现不同的生态分布特征。在水温8.0~10.0℃,盐度33.00,光照500~6000 lx,pH值7.5~8.4的孵化条件下,受精卵约历时216 h孵化出膜,出膜方式以头部首先破膜为主。优质卵的孵化率可达90%以上。在条斑星鲽胚胎发育过程中,原肠期及原肠期以前的时期对温度的敏感性明显强于原口关闭后各个发育时期。卵胚卵裂期的不同步分裂现象要比其他硬骨鱼类提前,出现在第三次卵裂时期。多细胞期的裂球均一程度较低。在孵化育苗生产中,出现大量带有"空泡"的不正常的卵胚和前期仔鱼。该研究结果为比较鲆鲽鱼类早期发育过程提供了基础参考资料,同时揭示作为冷温性鱼类条斑星鲽受精卵发育过程中出现的特殊规律,从而为该鱼种进一步大规模苗种生产提供了理论依据。  相似文献

在人工养殖条件下,进行环境调控及营养强化,诱导条斑星鲽(Verasper moseri)种鱼性腺成熟,通过人工授精获得受精卵,研究了受精卵的孵化,胚胎发育和苗种培育.结果表明,条斑星鲽受精卵在水温为8.6~10℃,盐度为31~33时,孵化时间需216 h,孵化率为29.0%~85.0%,苗种培育成活率为33.1%.  相似文献

就盐度和温度对毛蚶(Scapharca subcrenata)受精卵孵化和幼虫生长的影响做了研究.结果表明,毛蚶受精卵孵化的最适温度为25~30℃,随着温度的升高,孵化速度成正相关;适宜盐度为18~30,在盐度18~26的条件下,盐度和孵化率成正相关,畸形率差异不显著.幼体生长的适宜温度为25~30℃,最适盐度为20~25.在温、盐都适宜的范围内,两者交互作用不显著,而当其中一个条件为极限时,交互作用显著,同时幼虫生长的温、盐范围比受精卵孵化适宜范围更广.  相似文献

为进一步阐明脊尾白虾(Exopalaemon carinicauda)的繁殖生物学习性, 作者分别以脊尾白虾受精卵和初孵幼体为实验对象, 研究了温度对脊尾白虾胚胎发育及幼体发育的影响。结果表明, 温度对孵化时间及胚胎孵化率影响显著(P<0.05): 在实验温度范围内(19~31℃), 胚胎发育进程随温度升高而加快, 19℃和31℃条件下胚胎孵化时间分别为(536.50±18.33) h 和(218.68±5.51) h; 胚胎孵化率在25℃下最高为64.11%±12.54%, 较高(28~31℃)和较低(19~22℃)温度下的胚胎孵化率显著降低。温度对脊尾白虾幼体发育影响显著(P<0.05): 在16~32℃范围内, 体长增长率随温度的升高而增加, 但幼体发育持续时间随温度的升高而减少, 16℃和32℃条件下幼体变态为仔虾所需时间分别为孵化后(27.60±0.22)d和(7.75±0.07)d, 较低温度范围内(16~28℃)P1变态存活率随温度升高而升高, 28℃的P1变态存活率最高达91.67%±7.64%。但当温度继续升高时, 幼体的变态存活率急剧降低, 36℃时幼体不能变态为仔虾。根据曲线拟合方程推算的最适胚胎发育和幼体发育温度分别为25.33℃和27.60℃。本实验结果可以为脊尾白虾人工育苗的管理提供参考和依据。  相似文献

就半滑舌鳎(CynoglossussemilaevisGünther)受精卵和早期仔鱼生长发育与盐度的关系作了初步探讨。受精卵在盐度低于25的海水中全部下沉,在高于29的海水中浮在水面,而当盐度在26~28.5之间时在海水中呈悬浮状态。受精卵孵化的最适盐度为25~35,此盐度范围内孵化率都可达88%以上,盐度低于20或高于40孵化率降低,初孵仔鱼畸形率升高。盐度对仔鱼生长有一定的影响:盐度在25~35时初孵仔鱼存活率最高,盐度32.5时生长最好;盐度30~32.5范围内刚开口仔鱼的存活率较高,生长最快;盐度低于20时变态期仔鱼的存活率与盐度高于25时没有显著差异(P>0.05),但两者体长存在显著差异(P<0.05)。盐度高于40或低于10会延滞胚胎发育速率,孵化时间在盐度低于10时会相对延长。  相似文献

将点带石斑鱼的受精卵置于不同盐度的水体中,观察受盐度胁迫下点带石斑鱼胚胎的沉浮 情况、卵径、油球径、孵化率、畸形率,以及卵黄囊仔鱼的形态变化和营养物质的消耗状况.结果 表明,点带石斑鱼受精卵在盐度25(含25)以下的水体中为沉性,在盐度35(含35)以上的海水中全部 漂浮于水表层,在盐度30和对照组31的水体中大部分胚胎浮在水上层.受精卵卵径随孵化盐度降低而减小.在水温26-28℃的条件下,点带石斑鱼受精卵经21-26h可孵化成仔鱼,盐度对孵化时间影响不显著(P>0.05).盐度在15-50范围内都能孵出仔鱼,但孵化率和畸形率因盐度不同而有显著差异.综合分析表明点带石斑鱼受精卵孵化的适合盐度范围为26.7-41.1.最适孵化盐度范围在30.5-32.5之间.盐度对卵黄囊仔鱼可量性状的影响主要表现在卵黄囊容积和全长的变化,高盐度(≥45)下胚后仔鱼卵黄囊容积、全长和体高显著减小(P<0.05),油球径不因盐度不同而改变.  相似文献

采用干法授精方法获得受精卵,在人工培育条件下观察了光唇鱼胚胎及仔、稚鱼发育过程。结果表明,光唇鱼受精卵呈圆球形,沉性、弱粘性。在水温23—25℃下,胚胎发育历时46h45min,经历了胚盘形成、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、器官形成和孵化等阶段。在水温24—27℃下,仔、稚鱼发育历时22d,初孵仔鱼具有较大的卵黄囊,胸鳍原基及肛门原基形成;4日龄仔鱼开口摄食,进入混合营养期;7日龄仔鱼卵黄囊消失,营外源性营养,体侧8条横斑形成,各鳍均已出现,进入晚期仔鱼阶段;14日龄仔鱼各鳍鳍条发育基本完成;16日龄仔鱼鳞片开始出现,进入稚鱼期;22日龄稚鱼全身被鳞,进入幼鱼期。  相似文献

The zoeas of the estuarine terrestrial crab Sesarma haematocheir hatch in synchrony with nocturnal high tides. Hatching is also highly synchronized among embryos: i.e., female-attached embryos would all hatch within 1 h, if the female is maintained at about 23°C. This study examined the factors affecting the timing of hatching in female-attached and detached embryos. The timing of hatching in the embryos detached from the female was somewhat affected by continuous light, salinity, and cluster size, but it was much more strongly affected by low temperature. In addition, a notable feature was that the influence of low temperature was markedly different between female-attached embryos and detached embryos. Hatching of this crab occurs after a special developmental process for hatching ("hatching program") that requires 48–49.5 h. This program would be mediated by a temperature-dependent process. Hatching of this crab cannot be fully explained in terms of osmotic effects. Since hatching of female-attached embryos was highly synchronized, the female should release an (unknown) stimulus enhancing hatching synchrony among embryos. Highly synchronized hatching among embryos would enable the female to release hatched zoeas into the water all at one time.  相似文献

犬齿牙鲆(Paralichthys dentatus)卵为端黄卵,受精卵浮性,卵径950~1100μm,油球径200~225μm.在水温20.5~22.0℃,盐度33条件下培育,受精后1 h 20 min 进入卵裂期,6 h 10 min 进入囊胚期,11 h 20 min 进入原肠胚期,19 h 10 min 发育到胚孔封闭期,胚体形成,26 h 50 min 尾芽出现,33 h 35 min心跳开始,48 h 10 min 开始孵化出仔鱼.初孵仔鱼平均全长2.59 mm±0.02 mm,在培育水温为17.0~21.0℃,盐度24~34条件下,胚后发育时序为:1日龄~9日龄为仔鱼前期,10日龄平均全长5.52 mm±0.05 mm,卵黄囊和油球完全吸收进入仔鱼后期;40日龄平均全长20.82 mm±0.67 mm,各鳍鳍条发育形成进入稚鱼期;65日龄平均全长41.13 mm±0.88 mm,全身鳞被完整进入幼鱼早期  相似文献

Larvae of the decapod Crangon uritai were reared in the laboratory in a factorial experiment employing three temperatures (9, 12 and 15 °C) and three salinities (29‰, 32‰ and 35‰) from hatching to the post‐larval stage. The effects of temperature and salinity on survival, intermolt period (IP) and molt increment (MI) were investigated. Larvae from one brood were subdivided into groups of 20 and reared in glass bowls containing filtered sea‐water at a number of temperature–salinity combinations. The reared larvae were transferred daily to the clean bowls prepared with newly hatched Artemianauplii, and number of molts and mortality within each bowl were recorded. The zoeal size (carapace length) was determined from exuvia and dead larvae, and the IP was also recorded. Larvae of C. uritai completed larval development only at 15 °C temperature. The first zoeal stage completed their development at all temperature–salinity combinations and exhibited the highest survival rate. IP at each stage increased with increasing size and greatly decreased with increasing temperature, and intermolt duration (range of days) increased with larval development especially at the lower temperature. Although the MI decreased with increasing size, it was little affected by temperature. This led to a better growth rate with increasing temperature.  相似文献

Factors affecting the development of the embryos and production of larvae of the spiny lobster Sagmariasus verreauxi were investigated. Mature lobsters were collected from the fishery in New Zealand and held in captivity until they moulted, mated, and extruded eggs. For females, moulting took place in winter (July/August) and mating occurred 58–88 days later in early spring. The ovigerous females were then held at three temperatures and embryo development monitored at approximately weekly intervals. Mean times to hatch were 55, 75, and 130 days at 20°C, 17°C, and 13°C respectively. The total number of larvae that hatched from each female ranged from 0.97 to 1.4 million. The theoretical temperature at which embryo development ceases (a biological zero) for S. verreauxi, of 9.4°C, was calculated from data on the appearance of the median eye, the eyes and the chromatophores, and the time to hatch. An eye index formula was also derived to allow prediction of time to hatch at a range of temperatures using the cumulative difference between the rearing temperature and the biological zero. First instar phyllosomas from embryos reared at 20°C were significantly smaller than those from 17°C and 13°C but there was no significant difference in fitness. This study shows that hatching can be spread over a number of months, without significantly affecting larval quality, simply by manipulating holding temperature.  相似文献

用不同水平(分别为T1组:0 mg/L;T2组:50 mg/L;T3组:100 mg/L;T4组:150 mg/L)乳铁蛋白(lactoferrin,简称LF)强化的卤虫(Artemia franciscana)幼体投喂9~23日龄大黄鱼(Pseudosciaena crocea)仔鱼。结果表明,摄食LF强化卤虫幼体的大黄鱼仔鱼其生长无明显改善(P0.05),但大黄鱼仔鱼的成活率和抗应激能力显著提高,T3(60%)和T4(80%)组的成活率显著高于T1(40%)和T2(30%)组(P0.05)。T4组大黄鱼仔鱼的耐干露能力最强,T4组和T3组的抗高盐度(65)应激能力明显的强于T1和T2组(P0.05),T4组和T3组之间无明显的差异(P0.05)。经4 h高温(32°C)曝露后,T1和T2组的仔鱼全部死亡,T4组和T3组的成活率分别为30%和23.3%。即仔鱼的成活率和抗应激能力受卤虫强化LF水平的影响显著,LF强化的有效剂量为不低于100 mg/L强化水体。  相似文献

褐毛鲿(Megalonibea fusca)属石首鱼科(Sciaenidea),毛鲿鱼属(Megalonibea),是朱元鼎等(1963)命名的新种.其为近海暖温性底层大型鱼类,具有重要的经济价值.1998年福建省水产研究所开展褐毛鲿人工繁殖和育苗在国内首获成功,二批共培育出幼鱼6.667×105尾,其中第一批平均全长为32.55 mm和37.55 mm的幼鱼共8.680×104尾,第二批全长为24.0~35.0 mm的幼鱼共5.799×105尾.对1998年褐毛鲿室内人工催产、仔稚幼鱼的培育技术、仔稚幼鱼的食性和生长发育、生态习性,以及早期发育稚鱼阶段的适盐生存下限进行了分析.褐毛鲿适宜的产卵水温为23.0~26.0℃,盐度为29~32.催产激素以DOM剂量为3.5 mg/kg和LHRH-A3剂量为4.5μg/kg混合使用效果最好.仔、稚、幼鱼培育饵料依次为牡蛎幼虫、轮虫、卤虫、桡足类,在水温为24.5~29.5℃,盐度为18~28条件下培育,25d龄鱼苗全长为19.0~26.0 mm,80%完成变态进入幼鱼期,育苗成活率达25.3%.褐毛鲿稚幼鱼适盐范围为4~38,属于广盐性种类,可在海水和咸淡水中养殖.  相似文献

本研究建立中国刺参(♂)与日本红刺参(♀)杂交组合,通过对杂交子代的胚胎发育进行观察,详细描述其胚胎及幼体各个阶段的发育时序和形态特征,并比较在幼参培育期间杂交苗与中国刺参自交苗的生长和成活.结果表明,在20~22℃时,杂交子代发育至初耳幼体的时间为受精后24 h 38 min,发育至中耳幼体的时间为72 h 8 min,然后经过167h 8 min(约7d)发育至大耳幼体,到受精后第9天发育至樽形幼体.樽形幼体后期,纤毛环逐渐退化,浮游能力减弱,幼虫由浮游转至底栖生活.在幼参培育期间,受精后第38~51天,平均水温为25.2℃,杂交幼参的体重特定生长率(SGR)为2.58%,而自交幼参的SGR略高,为3.03%;从受精后第51~80天,平均水温达到27.17℃,杂交幼参的生长速度减慢,SGR减小至0.66%,但平均体质量明显增加,到第80天达到(0.34±0.035)g,而自交幼参活动能力减弱,摄食量明显减少,SGR减小至0.08%,生长近于停滞,到第80天平均体质量为(0.19±0.034)g.自交苗和杂交苗的成活率相差不显著,分别为82.2%和73.9%.这表明,在高温条件下杂交苗种比自交苗种生长优势明显.  相似文献
