现代服务业是伴随着科技发展而出现的一种新兴产业,对区域产业结构优化升级、促进经济发展等方面日趋重要。采用空间基尼系数、区位熵分析、EG指数和面板回归等方法,对2007—2017年河南省现代服务业集聚特征及影响因素进行分析,得出以下结论：①河南省现代服务业总体及其8个分行业集聚程度较高,其中科学研究和技术服务业集聚程度最高,教育最低;②河南省现代服务业总体及其8个分行业专业化水平较低,其中郑州市专业化水平最高,并在金融业,文化、体育和娱乐业2个行业表现出较强的集聚优势;③河南省现代服务业总体及其8个分行业空间集聚结构较差,发展还不成熟;④经济发展水平对河南省现代服务业发展影响最大,交通条件、资本支持、信息化水平和人力资本对现代服务业发展具有不同程度的促进作用,工业化水平、政府行为对其产生显著的负影响。 相似文献

以大连三次产业及其各产业主要部门为研究对象,从宏观上分析大连经济发展水平及产业结构高级化水平的变化趋势,从微观上运用灰色关联度研究一、二、三产业内部主要部门的发展情况。结果表明:大连市的经济发展水平和产业结构高级化水平与上海、深圳等发达城市相比仍存在较大的差距;农业发展现代化水平较低;第二产业发展急需转型,制造业与第二产业总产值的关联度最大,传统的制造业需要升级,战略性新兴产业需加快发展;第三产业内部结构需要调整,信息传输与计算机服务业、金融业和房地产业等现代服务业与第三产业总产值的关联度较低。 相似文献

香港的生产性服务业发展水平高于广州,广州的生产性服务业发展处于香港同行业的发展阴影区内。本文从实证调查入手,通过对生产性服务企业和制造业企业的分析,指出香港的生产性服务业对广州同行业发展的负面影响不大,并从供给和需求角度分析了其中的原因。进一步地,根据区域发展的需求、市场需求的层次差异以及穗港生产性服务业的发展水平,提出了穗港生产性服务业的协调互补发展思路。 相似文献

在工业化后期或后工业化社会,现代服务业发展水平是反映城市综合竞争力和现代化程度的主要参照。20世纪中期以来,纽约、伦敦、东京、芝加哥等国际发达城市随着低端制造业向发展中国家转移,现代服务业已发展成为其经济主体,大大提高了在全球城市体系中的地位。目前,国内外对现代服务业空间发展的一般性规律研究较多,但是鉴于中西方发展模式性差异,尚需结合我国大都市发展的现实,对现代服务业空间组织模式和布局机制作更深入研究。本文对国内外现代服务业相关研究进行了综述,在此基础上,将现代服务业空间组织机理归纳总结为自组织创新网络、市场和制度双驱动、人文和社会因素介入等,然后以南京为实证,定性与定量相结合,深入分析其现代服务业空间布局特征,并对上述机理进行了验证,以期为相关产业规划理论和方法的完善提供参考和借鉴。本文认为,在我国现行管理体制下,“自上而下”和“自下而上”相结合的现代服务业发展路径和动力机制研究应成为今后研究的重要方向。 相似文献

区域经济一体化已成为全球经济发展大趋势，一些经济一体化集团正逐步向政治协同化和军事一体化演进，将深刻地影响21世纪全球经济社会发展格局，在中国华南地区，港资北移推动了粤港经济垂直一体化，也造成了香港制造业空心化和粤港产业同构化，随着香港传统劳动密体型产业转移接近尾声，两地经济垂直一体化的动力正在消退，从资本流动视角，文章提出构建新的合作平台，通过两地联合设立发展基金，风险投资基金，为科技开发，传统产业技术改造和共同发展高新技术产业提供资金支持，共同推动粤港经济进入水平一体化的合作发展新阶段。 相似文献

生产性服务业发达是全球城市的最重要的特征。以旨在建设全球城市的北京和上海为研究对象,以投入产出表为研究基础,从生产性服务业的中间投入性、外部关联性、内部融合性和尺度影响性4个方面对北京和上海的生产性服务业进行比较研究,得出如下研究结论:在现阶段,北京和上海的服务型经济已经形成,生产性服务业均以流通、金融服务业为主体,生产性服务业发展水平正在有序提升。其中,金融服务业对城市经济的影响与其产业规模相比是不对等的。北京与上海的生产性服务业发展差异显著,原因在于市场化程度和城市功能的不同。 相似文献

工业化向后工业化过渡阶段,生产性服务业与制造业趋于融合,并重塑区域经济发展格局。利用投入产出表,已有研究侧重探讨单一行政区域内部生产性服务业与制造业产业互动,但省区间产业联系分析仍较薄弱。多省区城市群区域内部某地生产性服务业发展对其他地区制造业产生的波及效应如何,不同行业部门和不同地区间的生产性服务业与制造业供需关系有何差异,有待进一步厘清。京津冀协同发展自2014年2月上升为国家级战略以来,对区域经济体空间互动产生深刻影响。为定量评估京津冀协同发展战略实施对区内生产性服务业与制造业跨省协作的影响,本研究采用区域间投入产出模型,基于2012年、2017年投入产出表数据以及2013年、2018年经济普查数据,通过构建京津冀省区间投入产出表、优化区域间产业关联效应测算公式、完善区域间服务产品流测算方法,揭示京津冀地区内部生产性服务业与制造业的省域间产业关联与投入产出关系及变化特征。研究结果表明：(1)总体上省际生产性服务业与制造业的产业关联推动作用大于拉动作用。拉动作用方面,北京信息服务业较为突出,但动态看北京商务服务业作用明显增强,天津软件和信息技术服务下降明显。推动作用方面,三省较强的... 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
