自然资源监管是自然资源管理工作的重要内容。本文以延安市自然资源监管“一张图”系统为例,阐述了该系统的建设内容、应用情况及存在问题。系统梳理并建立了延安市自然资源数据目录体系,集成了土地利用监测分析、水源涵养评估等专题监管分析模型,搭建了云环境,以满足潜在的计算和存储性能扩展需求。系统为延安市自然资源监管提供了信息化支撑,也为今后开展更为深入的监管服务奠定了基础。  相似文献

Over the last four decades exploitation of natural resources to meet increasing societal demands for land based products has caused significant changes in land use and land cover not only in nature’s best gifted regions but also environmentally sensitive arid regions. Through digital interpretation of IRS LISS-III data of 2004 supported with field survey, the present land use map of Jhunjhunun district of arid Rajasthan has been prepared. Agriculture is the dominant land use constituting 84% (including 38% irrigated cropland) area. The land use changes over time and space are worked out by comparing with Landsat 2 MSS data of 1975 and Land use/land cover map of 1988–89. These changes are correlated by analyzing historical land use and cropping pattern data from 1957–58 to 2004–05. The region witnessed record increase in irrigated area but sharply depleted ground water and rendered hectares of irrigated double cropland into dry land agriculture. Strategies and technologies are suggested for sustainable use and management of different category of land.  相似文献

Realizing the potential of spaceborne multispectral measurements in providing spatial information on natural resources, and of Geographic Information System (GIS) in integrating such information with the socio-economic data and other collateral information to arrive at derivative information, we report here the results of a study which was taken up in a watershed in Charkhari block of Mahoba district, northern India, to generate the information on natural resources from Indian Remote Sensing Satellite (IRS-1B) Linear Imaging Self-scanning Sensor (LISS-II) images through a systematic visual interpretation, and its subsequent integration with the collateral information in a GIS environment to develop optimal land use plan/action plan for sustainable development of its land resources. Since permanent vegetation cover in the watershed has been dwindling due to population pressure, the need for establishing more vegetation cover has been stressed.  相似文献

本文基于哈尔滨市呼兰区1998—2018年Landsat TM影像数据和社会经济数据,通过ENVI、ArcMap等软件,采用监督分类、土地利用变化模型、典型相关分析法等方法,科学系统地分析了1998—2010、2010—2018、1998—2018年3个不同时段的土地利用覆盖变化特征,并对土地利用覆盖变化驱动因素进行了分析。结果表明,哈尔滨市呼兰区20年间呈居民地和水域面积增加、耕地变化不大、林草不断减少的土地利用覆盖变化格局,且前8年的变化速度和幅度大于后12年。该区土地利用覆盖变化的影响因素包括自然环境因素、社会经济因素及人口因素。  相似文献

Watershed prioritization has gained importance in natural resources management, especially in the context of watershed management. Morphometric analysis has been commonly applied to prioritization of watersheds. The present study makes an attempt to prioritize sub-watersheds based on morphometric and land use characteristics using remote sensing and GIS techniques in Kanera watershed of Guna district, Madhya Pradesh. Various morphometric parameters, namely linear and shape have been determined for each sub-watershed and assigned ranks on the basis of value/relationship so as to arrive at a computed value for a final ranking of the sub-watersheds. Land use/land cover change analysis of the sub-watersheds has been carried out using multi-temporal data of IRS LISS II of 1989 and IRS LISS III of 2001. The study demonstrates the significant land use changes especially in cultivated lands, open scrub, open forest, water bodies and wastelands from 1989 to 2001. Based on morphometric and land use/land cover analysis, the sub-watersheds have been classified into three categories as high, medium and low in terms of priority for conservation and management of natural resources. Out of the seven sub-watersheds, two sub-watersheds viz., SW1 and SW6 qualify for high priority, whereas SW7 has been categorised as medium priority based on the integration of morphometric and land use change analysis.  相似文献

Land is one of the prime natural resources. A city grows not only by population but also by changes in spatial dimensions. Urban population growth and urban sprawl induced land use changes and land transformation. The land transformation is a natural process and cannot be stopped but it can be regulated. Many geographical changes at the urban periphery are associated with the transfer of land from rural to urban purpose. There is an urgent need for fast growing areas like Delhi, which can be easily done by high-resolution remote sensing data. Land use/land cover of North West of Delhi has been analyzed for the time period of 1972?C2003. The remote sensing data used in study is Aster image of 2003 with a spatial resolution of 15?m and other data of 1972 Survey of India (SOI) toposheet at the scale of 1:50,000. Supervised digital classification using maximum likelihood classifier was applied for preparing land use/land cover. A change detection model was applied in ERDAS Imagine to find out the land use/land cover during 1972 to 2003. Eight land use classes was identified but main dominated classes were built up and agricultural land. A drastic change has been recorded during 30 years of time i. e. (1972-2003). In 1972, 92.06% of the land was under agricultural practice, which reduced to 64.71% in 2003. This shows 27.35% decrease in agricultural land in three decades. On the other hand built up area was 6.31% in 1972, which increased to 34% in 2003. One of the main cause of this land use change is the population growth due to the migration in the district from small cities and rural areas of Delhi.  相似文献

Desertification is a global challenge being experienced across countries irrespective of their levels of development. Desertification is a complex negative process involving both natural and human components in terms of their socio-economic attainments. Hence, for identification and assessment of the process, pattern, magnitude and possible impacts of desertification, a multi-disciplinary approach with inter-disciplinary framework of analysis is essential. This study has made such an attempt to develop a comprehensive desertification vulnerability assessment Model on the basis of multi-variate Principal Component Analysis along with the Geographic Information System framework by using natural and socio-economic resources data inputs from census, satellite data and other sources. Bellary district, located in a rapidly growing southern state of India, Karnataka which is afflicted with various natural and development issues such as droughts, backwardness, haphazard mining, over irrigation, and associated effects of land degradation, siltation and water pollution has been chosen for the study. The inter-disciplinary framework based desertification vulnerability assessment model has assessed that 1379.198 km2 area (15.55%) of Bellary district is prone to desertification (based on the satellite data IRS LISS III data of Dec 2005, Feb 2006, March 2006 and April 2006). In addition, 3229.337 km2 (36.40%) is under moderate vulnerability which is fragile. Hence, unless proper development intervention and conservation measures are taken well in advance, almost more than half of Bellary district (51.95%) will be vulnerable to desertification. Spatially, the talukas that are seriously affected and that require development intervention on high priority are: Sandur, Kudligi, Hospet and Bellary which are the prime talukas of the district.  相似文献

The rapid population growth and ongoing development activities has resulted in natural resources demolition. However, the dynamics of the natural resources in relation to different biophysical and socio-economic factors are still remains poorly understood. The present study investigates the basic natural resources i.e. forest, rangeland and surface water bodies’ status using satellite data for the years 1990, 1998, and 2006, and their change detection in relation to biophysical and socio-economic factors. Monitoring land-use/cover change detection using remotely sensed data has been a well recognized technique. The analysis of change detection revealed eleven important land cover changes, which occurred during the past 16 years (1990–2006) in the region. The rate of land cover change was observed to vary across the sub periods and a general decline of forest cover and increase in rangelands and water bodies was observed. Logistic regression model was employed to analyze the relationship between changes and explanatory factors. The land cover change results and logistic models developed in this study are useful in supporting natural resources management efforts and provide useful information for managers/policy makers in formulation of sustainable management strategies for the region.  相似文献

Runoff is one of the important hydrologic variables used in most of the water resources applications. The Soil Conservation Service-Curve Number (SCS-CN) method is adopted for the estimation of surface runoff in the Mehadrigedda watershed area, Visakhapatnam district, India using multispectral remote sensing data, curve number approach and normal rainfall data. The main source of water in the Mehadrigedda watershed area is by rain, most of it drains off and only a little percolates into ground. The weighted curve number is determined based on antecedent moisture condition (AMC)-II with an integration of hydrologic soil groups (HSGs) and land use/land cover LULC categories. An integrated approach is applied to delineate the land use/land cover information as adopted from NRSA classification. The recording of daily rainfall data during the years 1997–2006 is collected from Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) rainguage center at Kottavalasa. It is observed that the annual rainfall-runoff relationship during 1997–2006, which is indicating that the overall increase in runoff with the rainfall of the watershed area. Integration of remote sensing (RS) and geographical infomation system (GIS) techniques provide reliable, accurate and up-to-date information on land and water resources.  相似文献

In the present study, soil loss in Nagpur district of Maharashtra is predicted employing USLE method and adopting integrated analysis in GIS to prioritise the tahsils for soil conservation and for delineation of suitable conservation units. Remote sensing techniques are applied to delineate the land cover of the district and to arrive at annual cover factors. Results indicate that potential soil loss of very slight to slight (>5–10 tons/ha/year) exist in the valleys in north western, northern and in the plains of central and eastern parts of the district. Moderate to moderately severe erosion rates (10 to 20 tones/ha/year) is noticed in the southeastern and some central parts. Severe, very severe and extremely severe erosion types (20 to 80 tons/ha/year) are noticed in the northern, western, southwestern and southern parts of the district. The average soil loss is estimated to be 23.1 and 15.5 tons/ha/yr under potential and actual conditions respectively. Slight, moderate, moderately severe and extremely severe potential erosion covering about 41 per cent area of the district is reduced to negligible and very slight rates of actual erosion under the influence of present land cover leading to a reduction of 7421.2 tones of potential soil loss. Priority rating of the tahsils is evaluated from the area weighted mean quantum of soil loss. Multi-criteria overlay analysis with the parameters of soil erosion, slope, soil depth, land cover and surface texture with rating for the constituent classes has resulted in delineation of nine conservation units. Appropriate agronomic and mechanical practices are suggested in the identified units for minimizing the erosion hazard.  相似文献

The importance of groundwater is growing based on an increase in need and decrease in the availability of fresh surface water sources and adequate rainfall. Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System (GIS) has become one of the leading tools in the field of hydrogeological science, which helps in assessing, monitoring and conserving groundwater resources. This paper describes the results of a groundwater potentiality and quality assessment conducted in Koduvan ár sub-watershed of Meenachil river basin, Kottayam district of Kerala state, in the Republic of India. Shallow groundwater is the main source of drinking water in urban and rural areas, but reliable spatial data on its potentiality and quality are currently insufficient for developing the water-supply systems with standard designs. The methodology used in the present study includes an integrated approach of remote sensing and GIS for the construction of groundwater potentiality map and the assessment of water quality of identified wells. Different spatial data layers such as, geomorphology, lithology, slope and land use/ land cover are generated and the interrelationship between these layers were analyzed to identify and assess the groundwater potentiality of the area. The final result depicts the favourable prospective zones in the study area with its quality parameters and can be helpful to formulate recommendations to reduce the water scarcity and quality risks for public health.  相似文献

Remote sensing applications have been operationalised in most of the natural resources management themes and at present the trend is on integrated surveys to arrive at sustainable developmental packages. In accordance with the IMSD project, the Tehsil Talwandi Sabo in district Bathinda has been selected for integrated survey and resource management analysis. In the present study multidate remote sensing data has been analysed to map existing land use and temporal changes. The study in Talwandi Sabo suggests that land use pattern in the tehsil is not similar to that of general land use pattern prevailing in the State. The area under settlements show many fold increase while there is no increase in forest land. Sandy areas comprising sand dunes (levelled and unlevelled) require suitable management for proper ecosystem balance.  相似文献

Efficient micro-watershed management needs characterization of it to optimize natural resources, which is especially important in drought prone areas. In the present study micro-watersheds of Gandheshwari tributary in Chotta-Nagpur Plateau are characterized based on physiographic properties towards agricultural potentiality. An algorithm interpolating elevation values using an empirical formula is proposed to obtain an improved Digital Elevation Model (DEM). IRS LISS-Ill Satellite data is used to acquire important parameters like landuse/ landcover and drainage. Image processing techniques like edge enhancement, edge detection, and principal components analysis are used for improving lineament detection. For characterization of watershed landform analysis using physiographic parameters is done in Geographic Information System (GIS). Detailed drainage network obtained from satellite image, the improved DEM and other GIS layers of land based information are used to delineate micro-watersheds. The Agricultural 1-lydrologic Response Units (AHRU) targeting agricultural use of the land are derived by overlaying the delineated parameters and are grouped into thirty response units based on their agricultural potential. Micro-watersheds are characterized based on the dominant Al-IRU giving spatial information about agricultural suitability, emphasizing availability and scarcity of water so that respective water conservation practices can be improved to use the potential AHRU.  相似文献

自然资源统一分类标准是自然资源调查监测体系构建的内容之一。针对长期以来土地、矿产、森林、湿地、草地、水等管理部门使用的分类标准之间存在语义不统一、分类冲突的情况,本文通过梳理我国常用的自然资源分类标准,对比分析了不同专业、不同时期自然资源分类标准的特点和存在的问题。结合广西桂林阳朔县自然资源调查监测试点工作,着眼于统筹山水林田湖草系统治理,依据现有的各类自然资源分类体系,兼顾科学性、适用性和衔接性原则,提出了自然资源统一分类标准的分类体系、分类编码、术语定义的编制思路;并从自然资源实体的自然属性、管理属性、生态属性角度重新梳理了分类标准体系。  相似文献

人口统计数据空间化是解决统计数据与自然要素数据融合分析的有效途径。本文以张家界市永定区为研究单元,对小尺度区域的人口密度空间分布模拟进行了初步研究。文章根据2005年《永定区统计年鉴》所统计的人口数据,分析了永定区各乡镇平均人口密度与土地利用类型指数及地形指数(平均高程和平均坡度)之间的相关性。基于相关性分析,以GIS软件与SPSS统计软件为工具,运用多元回归的思想建立了人口数据空间化模型,同时生成了永定区250m×250m空间分辨率的栅格人口密度图。结果表明,模型模拟的精度较高,模拟过程具有较强的可操作性,可为县域尺度人口空间分布的应用研究提供借鉴。同时,研究结果为永定区推进城市化进程,提高人口、资源和环境的科学管理提供了理论基础。  相似文献

激光雷达作为一种主动的三维遥感观测技术,在不同尺度的土地、矿产、森林、草原、湿地、水、海洋等自然资源的三维动态监测中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文将在简要介绍激光雷达技术发展现状的基础上,重点阐述激光雷达技术在各类自然资源三维动态监测中的应用现状,同时对激光雷达在自然资源调查中的应用潜力和局限性进行综合分析,最后探讨以激光雷达技术为基础的自然资源三维动态监测的未来发展趋势和方向。随着激光雷达技术和平台的不断发展以及激光雷达信息的深入挖掘,将不断促进激光雷达技术在自然资源三维动态监测应用中的纵深发展。然而单一激光雷达数据由于其本身存在的局限性,难以满足自然资源全要素、全流程、全覆盖、高精度、高效率的现代化动态监测的要求,如何将多源、多尺度、多平台遥感数据与人工智能相结合,构建“天—空—地”一体化的自然资源调查监测技术体系,是未来自然资源三维动态监测的发展方向。  相似文献

The exploitation of resources, if not properly managed, can lead to spoiling natural habitats as well as to threatening people’s health, livelihoods and security. The paper discusses a multi-scale Earth observation-based approach to provide independent information related to exploitation activities of natural resources for countries which are experiencing armed conflict. The analyses are based on medium to very high spatial resolution optical satellite data. Object-based image analysis is used for information extraction at these different scales. On a subnational level, conflict-related land cover changes as an indication of potential hot spots for exploitation activities are classified. The regional assessment provides information about potential activity areas of resource exploitation, whereas on a local scale, a site-specific assessment of exploitation areas is performed. The study demonstrates the potential of remote sensing for supporting the monitoring and documentation of natural resource exploitation in conflict regions.  相似文献
