-In the paper the extended modelling method with serial sands is used in an experimental re-search on the erosion patterns at the discharge outlet of a beach Hua-Neng power plant.The theoretical ba-sis for the extended modelling method with serial sands is systematically presented in the paper and themethod has been successfully employed in the sediment experiment of coastal works.According to theFroude Law,the model is designed to be a normal one with movable bed,the geometric scaleλ_L=λ_H=15,and three scales of sediment grain size are chosen,i.e.,λ_(d1)=0.207;λ_(d2)=0.393;andλ_(d3)=0.656.The median particle diameter of sea beach prototype sand d_(50p)=0.059mm and the dis-changed water flow of the power plant is 21.7m~3/s.Three types of natural sea sands have been chosen asthe serial modelling sands to extend the simulation of the prototype,thus replacing the conventional test inwhich artificial lightweight sands are used.As a result,this method can not only reduce the costsignificantly,but also it  相似文献

昒sually, the stepwise regression method is used to select the forecasting factors in the most forecasting problems and the double correlation coefficient is used as a standard for the judge ment of the forecasting function. In fact, it cannot be decided whether the forecasting function is to be adopted or not only according to whether the double correlation coefficient is large or small. Here, we used the freedom adjusting method of the double correlation coefficient to study the season forecasting and used the method to select the factors for the fishing season forecasting function of the Spanish Mackerel (Scomberomorus) at the estuary of the Changjiang River. The test result of reforecasting is satisfactory and the greatest error is only two days as compared with the real fishing season. The forecasting result of the fishing season is also satisfactory.  相似文献

In this paper,the characteristics of density current under the action of waves are describedwith the help of flume experiment and theoretical analysis.The study shows that turbid water under the ac-tion of the waves can present three types of motion,i.e.significant stratification,fragile stratification andstrong mixing.The motion of turbid water presents significant stratification when(H/D)/△ρ/ρ~(1/2)≤4.5,generally this state is known as density current.The formulas of motionvelocity,thickness,and discharge of density current moving on horizontal bottom are derived by use of ba-sic equations such as momemtum equation,equation of energy conservation and continuity equation offluid.The time-average velocity and the thickness of density current under the action of waves have a rela-tionship with such parameters as relative density(△ρ/ρ),wave height(H),and water depth(D).Whenthese parameters are determined,the time-average thickness and motion velocity of density current are al-so determined.The relat  相似文献

Spar technology has been applied to the deep-sea oil and gas exploitation for several years.From the first generation of classic spar,the spar platform has developed into the second generation of truss spar and the latest cell spar.Owing to its favorable adaptability to wide range of water depth and benign motion performances,spar has aroused quite a lot of interests from oil companies,universities and research institutes.In the present paper,a new cell-truss spar concept,put forward by the State Key Laboratory of Ocean Engineering(SKLOE)at Shanghai Jiao Tong University,is studied both numerically and experimentally.The numerical simulation was conducted by means of nonlinear time-domain fully coupled analysis,and its results were compared to the experimental data.Whereafter,detailed analysis was carried out to obtain the global performances of the new spar concept.Proposals for the improvement of numerical calculation and experimental technique were tabled meanwhile.  相似文献

-This paper presents the use of the hydrographic factors in short-term fishery forecasting of the spawning migration stock of the Spanish mackerel and salinity describes more concretely the correlativity of water temperature, salinity and air temperature with the fishing season in spring. The data have been collected from the hydrographic environmental investigation at the fixed position on the sea and the telegraph recordings of the drift net operation in the spring fishing season during the period of April and May from 1972 to 1980. The correlation coefficients of various factors with the data of the fishing season have been calculated by using the monadic regression method.The main reference targets of the forecasting are: (1) By using the upper-layer water temperature as the forecasting factor at the beginning of the fishing season, the accuracy is high; (2) the distribution and location of the isotherm of the upper-layer water at 10°C at the beginning of April are used as an important factor for d  相似文献

The influence of diffuser parameters, including the riser spacing, port number in a riser, injection angle, port arrangement, etc., on the surface initial dilution is experimentally investigated. The relative density difference between the effluent and the sea water in the model is the same as that in the prototype, and the effect of the cross current is simulated by an inverse model technique. Based on the result analysis, the arrangement with more ports in a riser and larger riser spacing is suggested to save construction cost. The relationship between the Reynolds number based on the port diameter and velocity, and the surface initial dilution is also explored, and the critical Reynolds number is proposed.  相似文献

A long-term spin-up and a subsequent interannual simulation are conducted for the ocean–ice component of the climate model intercomparison project (CMIP)-class earth system model of the Japan Meteorological Agency/Meteorological Research Institute. This experiment has three purposes: first is to assess the ability of our model with the Coordinated Ocean–ice Reference Experiments (COREs) forcing in reproducing the present ocean-climate; second is to understand the ocean-climate variability for the past 60 years; third is to present an example of evaluating an ocean–ice interannual variability simulation. The Pacific Ocean is focused on for the last two purposes. After integrating for about 1500 years with repeated use of a detrended CORE interannual forcing, the model reaches a quasi-steady state where the present climate is reproduced satisfactorily. Then, the interannual variability simulation is conducted with the retrieved forcing trend and the result is analyzed. The simulation is successful at reproducing the long-term variability in the Pacific and surrounding oceans. Brief analyses of the tropical and mid-latitude upper layer, deep circulation, and the Arctic sea ice are presented. A caveat in treating other parts of the globe is due to the recent intense convection in the Southern Ocean caused by a remarkably increasing trend of the Southern Hemisphere westerly. Overall, the current simulation with our CMIP-class ocean–ice model is shown to be useful for studying the present ocean-climate variability, specifically in the Pacific sector. It could also be used as a benchmark control experiment that facilitates further research, model development, and intercomparison.  相似文献
