选取泥石流一次(可能)最大冲出量(L1)、泥石流发生频率(L2)、流域面积(S1)、主沟长度(S2)、流域最大相对高差(S3)、流域切割密度(S6)和泥沙补给段长度比(S9)7个因子作为泥石流沟谷危险度评价因子,运用支持向量机理论,以云南省37条泥石流沟的259个基础数据为样本进行学习训练和测试,建立泥石流危险度评价的支持向量机模型,通过实例验证,取得良好效果。  相似文献

分析了现行泥石流危险性评价方法在因子选择,权重确定,危险度计算,区划原则和区划结果方面存在的问题,提出对泥石流危险性应进行三个层次的评价;泥石流存在环境的质量评价,泥石流活动性的评价和泥石流破坏能力的评价,并以势函数定义了泥石流危险度的统一形式,它可以满足不同目的的危险性评价。  相似文献

泥石流危险度评价是一个复杂的不确定系统问题,为了准确评价泥石流所处的危险度状态,进而为泥石流的防治提供科学依据,提出了基于分形维数权重的泥石流危险度评价方法.该方法首先选取影响泥石流危险度评价的10个主要因素,根据分类标准,采用在每级标准中随机内插的方法,得到40个标准样本,用于构建泥石流危险度评价的分形一插值模型;其次根据最大似然分类原则确定每个泥石流指标的评价分维数;然后利用加权求和法计算样本的综合评价值,并根据样本综合评价值与经验等级之间的关系建立分形插值评价模型;最后,通过实例分析表明:该方法的评价结果是准确和可靠的,与采用其他分类方法所得结论一致.此外,该模型可以得出每个样本的具体得分值,即使对属于同一级的样本也可以排出它们的优劣顺序,因而具有较高的分类精度,为泥石流危险度评价提供了一种较好的新方法.  相似文献

以川西地区60个县(市、区)为基本评价单元,在自然灾害风险评估基本框架下,基于国内现有区域泥石流危险度和易损度评价方法,结合研究区实际,对区域泥石流危险度8项评价指标中的3项进行了调整,用年平均降雨量取代洪灾发生频率,用流域相对高差取代≥25°坡地面积百分比,在多雨地区雅安市所属的8个评价单元中用年平均暴雨日数取代大雨日数。通过采集研究区15 a来自然、经济、人口和土地利用的基础数据,运用ArcGIS 9.0的成图技术,得出川西地区泥石流危险度、易损度和风险区划系列图。研究表明,川西地区泥石流高风险区共24个县(市、区),是四川省泥石流风险的重点防范区。  相似文献

在分别完成云南小江流域泥石流危险度区划、滑坡危险度区划和土壤侵蚀强度分区的基础上,对小江流域山地灾害进行综合区划。结果为,共分为三个不同等级的山地灾害综合区:(1)一级(高危险度)山地灾害综合区,(2)二级(次高危险度)山地灾害综合区和(3)四级(低危险度)山地灾害综合区;无三级(中危险度)山地灾害综合区。其中一级(高危险度)区面积1 425.34 km2,有泥石流沟84条,占区划区域泥石流沟总数的60.0%,有滑坡137个,占区划区域滑坡总数的77.4%,土壤侵蚀强度以轻、中度为主;二级(次高危险度)区面积756.79 km2,有泥石流沟35条,占区划区域泥石流沟总数的25.0%,有滑坡34个,占区划区域滑坡总数的19.2%,土壤侵蚀以轻、中度为主;四级(低危险度)区面积863.20 km2,有泥石流沟21条,占区划区域泥石流沟总数的15.0%,有滑坡6个,占区划区域滑坡总数的3.4%,土壤侵蚀以轻度为主。  相似文献

以云南泥石流形环境的区域调查为基础,提出了以11项因素作为泥石流沟判别与危险度评价预测的背景参数,依据关联性序列分析确定了因素的权重分析,应用数量化理论建立了泥石流沟判别模式和危险度评价预测的计算方法,实际应用结果表明该法可靠、简便和实用,适用蚶类泥石流沟判定与危险度的评价预测。  相似文献

随着全球变化研究的深入与防灾减灾各方面问题认识的不断深化,滑坡泥石流灾害风险评估与管理受到了国际社会的越来越广泛的关注。目前,山区泥石流灾害风险评估途径较为单一,主要为定性的分析。因此,选取武都区汉王镇嘴子沟为研究对象,利用单沟危险度及易损度作为基础评价指标,进行不同降雨频率单沟泥石流灾害风险评估。单沟危险度采用Flo-2d数值模型软件进行模拟,并利用GIS技术进行危险区划;易损度通过遥感解译技术和承灾体经济价值归一化处理相结合,得到各类承灾体易损度。通过危险度与易损度耦合,得到研究区风险等级,并进行风险区划;同时基于人员损失评估模型和财产损失评估模型,建立风险评估模型,评估结果表明:10a一遇损失价值1 043.51万元;20 a一遇损失价值963.36万元;50 a一遇损失价值1 356.91万元;100 a一遇损失价值1 322.44万元。通过对嘴子沟泥石流灾害风险评估,获得了该泥石流沟在不同降雨频率下的泥石流灾害损失价值,为地方各级政府在经济建设规划、生态环境管理和防灾减灾等方面提供科学依据和必要的技术支撑。  相似文献

广东省地质灾害较为常见,崩塌、滑坡、泥石流是其中比较严重的3种类型。基于现有的泥石流危险度评价原理和方法,建立了可用于广东省崩塌、滑坡、泥石流灾害危险性的评价模型。以全省88个县级评价单元为基础,根据崩塌、滑坡、泥石流灾害危险度评价结果,将广东省共分为3个危险等级区,其中高度危险区8个县,占总数的9.1%;中度危险区60个县,占总数的68.2%;低度危险区20个县,占总数的22.7%,据此制成广东省崩塌、滑坡、泥石流灾害危险等级图。高度危险区主要位于粤北山区,危险度数值介于0.6~0.72之间;中度危险区连片分布,是全省崩塌、滑坡、泥石流灾害的主体部分,危险度数值介于0.4~0.6之间;低度危险区集中分布在平原区及低平台地区,危险度数值介于0.31~0.4之间。采用1994―2009年广东省防灾减灾年鉴和广东省地质灾害防治规划(2001―2015年)中的统计数据,验证了本文的研究成果与实际情况具有较高的一致性。  相似文献

在建立东川区泥石流信息系统的基础上,根据泥石流形成原因,初步选择面积、相对切割度、主沟沟床比降、相对高差、主沟长度、圆状率作为评价指标,利用东川区21条典型泥石流沟的数据,通过主成分分析,选择出面积、圆状率、相对高差三个指标,由主成分载荷得到危险度评价公式,在ARC/INFO和ARCVIEW软件的支持下,把东川区划分为60个评价单元,计算出各个单元内的危险度总分值,依据分值划分为四个级别,重度危险区、危险区、轻度危险区和基本无危险区,最后根据泥石流危险度区划原则,得到东川区泥石流危险度区划图。  相似文献

本文应用数学统计方法探讨了泥石流扇形地危险性评价方法,根据专家综合调查,确定了泥石流堆积厚度,最大石块粒径,扇面沟道位置,扇面纵比降和扇面糙率五个主导因子参与泥石流危险度评价。应用德菲尔分析方法计算了和因子的权重,由此建立了泥石流扇形地危险度分区的简易模型。  相似文献
