三种北极微藻对不同温度的适应性研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2       下载免费PDF全文
为了研究北极微藻对不同环境温度的适应性,对分离自北极王湾地区的三种微藻-玛氏骨条藻(Skeletonema marinoi)、小球藻(Chlorella sp.)和衣藻(Chlamydomonas sp.)在不同温度条件下(0℃、4℃和8℃)的生长曲线和抗氧化酶系统进行了测定.结果表明微藻对温度的适应性因种而异:玛氏骨条藻在4℃具有最快生长速率,最高的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)酶活性,及最低的丙二醛(MDA)含量;小球藻的最快生长速率及酶活均在8℃时,MDA含量最低值出现在0℃;衣藻生长情况相差不大,MDA含量的最低值出现在8℃.抗氧化酶系统变化规律也因藻种及温度而异--在0℃与4℃变化时,玛氏骨条藻抗氧化酶系统的三个指标的差异极显著(P<0.01);在0℃与8℃变化时,玛氏骨条藻与小球藻的SOD活性的差异显著(P<0.05),其余两个指标差异不显著;衣藻在三个温度下的三个指标差异均不显著.总体而言,三种藻对三个温度的适应性均较好:其MDA的含量均较低,三种藻各自具有独特的生理代谢机制来适应不同的温度环境.  相似文献

若尔盖高寒湿地土壤氮矿化对温度和湿度的响应   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
采用原状土矿化培养方法研究了温度和湿度及其交互作用对青藏高原若尔盖湿地土壤(沼泽土和泥炭土)氮矿化的影响。研究表明,氮矿化速率在5~15℃之间对温度的反应较弱,而超过15℃时矿化速率则明显增加;泥炭土的氮矿化速率对温度的响应比沼泽土要敏感;氮矿化速率对淹水和非淹水响应敏感;除了在淹水条件下土壤的温度系数Q10在15~25℃之间较大(4.4左右)外,其余温度和湿度下大致在1~2之间,说明了淹水条件下氮矿化对温度响应最敏感的范围在15~25℃之间。  相似文献

在50℃下用等压法研究了LiCl和Li2SO4的纯盐水溶液(浓度范围分别为0 8~8 1mol·kg-1,0 7~3 1mol·kg-1)以及LiCl-Li2SO4-H2O混合体系(离子强度范围为1 0~8 6mol·kg-1)的渗透系数和水活度等热力学性质,并与0℃,25℃的数据做了对比,揭示了渗透系数随离子强度、温度及Li2SO4离子浓度分数之间的变化规律。Zdanovskii规则非理想溶液表达式和扩展式可以用来描述该体系等压平衡浓度之间的关系。根据Pitzer离子相互作用模型对实验数据进行了理论分析,拟合求取了50℃下该体系的纯盐参数和混合参数,计算值和实验值相吻合,表明Pitzer模型能够较好的描述50℃下该体系的热力学性质。  相似文献

以800多块样地资料及森林和草地资源调查数据为基础,按县级为单位估算了青海和西藏两省区的自然植被总生物量,分别为2.586×108t和1.282×109t.建立的QZNPP模型显示,随着温度的增加,生物生产量呈S型曲面递增,且其递增速率随降水量增加而加快;当年均温度0℃~10℃和年降水量400mm~1000mm时,生物生产量增长最快;当年均温度>11℃和年降水量>1 100mm时,生物生产量趋向于20t/hm2·a;在年均温度<0℃时,相对降水量的增加,生物生产量呈缓慢的递减趋势,说明这时温度是影响生物生产量的主导因子。两省区115个县的生物量现实分布图显示,生物量最高值出现在西藏墨脱,其次是西藏的察隅、波密、林芝和米林,青藏高原中部及西北部的广阔地区最低。青藏高原自然植被净初级生产量最小值为0,最大值为20t/hm2·a,全区平均为6.03t/hm2·a,低于世界陆地植被的平均水平  相似文献

利用中国西北五省(区)1960-2004年129个台站逐日最低、最高温度资料,从中统计出年极端高温发生频次、年极端低温发生频次、年极端高温强度、年极端低温强度以及年极端高温和低温开始和结束日期,分析了它们近45 a来的变化情况。结果表明:近45 a来中国西北年极端高温发生频次的增加趋势是明显的,而年极端低温发生频次的减少趋势更显著;中国西北近45 a来年极端高温的强度在不断增强,而极端低温的强度在不断减弱;近45 a来中国西北年极端高温开始日期逐渐提前,结束日期逐渐推迟,而年极端低温的开始日期在逐渐推迟,结束日期在逐渐提前;年极端低温发生频次的减少对于西北区域增暖的响应比年极端高温发生频次增加更显著,而年极端低温强度的减弱要比年极端高温强度的增强对西北区域性增暖的响应偏弱,年极端高温发生频次的增加同年极端高温强度的增强对西北区域性增暖的响应程度基本相当。  相似文献

石家庄市高温热浪与"三大火炉"城市的对比研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用1956-2009年逐日气温资料,分析了石家庄和"三大火炉"城市的高温热浪气候特征与变化趋势.结果表明,石家庄比"三大火炉"城市极端气温高、强高温(日最高气温≥40℃)日数多,但闷热天气相对少,热浪持续时间短.在季节内分布上,石家庄高温热浪6月最多,而"三大火炉"城市集中在7-8月.从年高温日数和年极端最高温度变化趋势看,近54年来石家庄高温热浪发展态势比"三大火炉"城市更为严峻;近20年来4市高温热浪都呈显著增加趋势.石家庄和"三大火炉"城市的高温热浪特征差异主要是由于地理地形条件以及东亚季风系统的季节变化规律所致,而全球变暖和快速城市化加剧了高温热浪的程度.  相似文献

利用2013年5月—2014年4月期间一整年各层温度及风观测资料进行统计分析,研究该地区近地面层气温梯度及风廊线规律的适用性,并通过散点图的形式寻找风速比随稳定度参数的变化特征。结果表明:(1)该地区观测期间100 m高度的多年平均气温为17. 6℃,70 m高度为17. 7℃,30 m高度为17. 9℃,10 m高度为18. 1℃;最冷月为2月,平均气温5. 3~5. 8℃,最热月为8月,平均气温30. 4~31. 1℃。(2)该地区四季气温有较大差异,秋季温差最大,冬季最小,四季中春、秋、冬季出现逆温次数较多,夏季较少;逆温强度冬季最强,夏季最弱。(3)非中性层结条件下风速比值随稳定度的增强而离散增大。综上表明,观测期间系统的性能基本上是稳定的,可为该地区今后开展的大气环境研究提供气象背景资料和理论数据参考。  相似文献

利用2015年9月采自青海北霍布逊湖区的原土样,自行配比进行了室内盐渍细砂土冻胀试验,研究了低干密度盐渍细砂土的低温特性变化规律,探讨了盐渍细砂土的冻胀机理,集中分析了土的冻缩特性。研究发现低干密度盐渍细砂土在不同含水率条件下土的冻胀规律差异很大。低含水率条件下会有冻缩现象,高含水率条件下只会有冻胀现象,临界含水率(含水率14%)条件下细砂土先出现冻缩,之后随着温度的降低又出现冻胀,且由于温度引起的体积变化均在-28℃~-30℃时达到稳定;土的冻缩随着含盐量增加先呈递增趋势,后又呈递减趋势,在中间含盐量10%达到最大;除临界含水率条件下,盐渍细砂土的冻胀、冻缩均与温度呈三次多项式关系,与含水率呈线性关系。研究结果能够为盐渍土地区的工程建设提供有价值的理论依据。  相似文献

广州市城区热岛效应的遥感应用研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用Landsat TM/ETM + 热红外波段数据,根据辐射传输方程的地表温度反演方法,定量计算了广州市城区1988年、1995年和2002年的地表温度,讨论了广州市热岛扩展的时空演变格局和热岛效应形成的主要因素.结果表明,广州市城市热岛效应明显,热岛分布区域广且范围在不断扩大,在空间分布上呈现"三线四区"的特征.通过地表温度对比分析发现,老城区温度比高温区低3.7℃~4.2℃,比低温区温度高2.9℃~3.3℃,热岛强度为6.6℃~7.6℃;城市的功能布局、人类活动和经济发展与热岛效应的空间分布有十分密切的关系,也是影响城市热环境的重要因素.  相似文献

温度对武夷山不同海拔土壤有机碳矿化的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用碱吸收法测定武夷山不同海拔土壤分别在15℃、25℃、35℃下培养35d时土壤有机碳矿化速率及矿化量的变化.结果表明,土壤有机碳矿化速率随培养时间延长而逐渐降低,尤以培养3d~7d时下降最为明显.各海拔土壤累积矿化量均随培养温度升高而逐渐增加.培养35d时15℃和35℃下土壤累积矿化量随海拔升高而增加,但25℃下黄红壤的累积矿化量高于红壤和黄壤而低于山地草甸土.各培养温度下,土壤有机碳平均矿化速率均以山地草甸土最高,红壤最低.而对于各海拔土壤,不同温度下土壤有机碳平均矿化速率大小顺序为:15℃〈25℃〈35℃.培养3d时温度为15℃/25℃黄壤的Q10值显著高于其他海拔土壤(P〈0.05),但培养35d时15℃/25℃下的土壤Q10值以黄红壤的最高.培养3d和35d时,25℃/35℃下不同海拔土壤Q10值差异均不显著(P〉0.05).根据土壤平均矿化速率计算的Q10值在温度范围为15℃/25℃时以黄壤的最高,但25℃/35℃时红壤的Q10值最大.  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
