针对二维波动方程反问题,将大范围收敛的同伦方法引入速度参数的反演过程中,并将其与求解不适定问题的Tikhonov正则化有机结合,提出了一种新的、特别适用于非线性的、不适定的、多极值的地震勘探反演问题的反演策略:正则化-同伦方法. 为了充分利用测井资料和地震资料的互补特征,进一步提高反演分辨率并压制噪声,设计了正则化-同伦-测井约束联合反演方法. 大量数值试验结果表明了这两种方法的有效性.  相似文献

针对二维流体饱和多孔隙介质波动方程,设计了自适应同伦法和小波-自适应同伦法,在此基础上,将局域化思想引入时间推移地震反演,并使用小波-自适应同伦法和自适应同伦法反演两次监测数据,提出了一种适用于时间推移地震勘探的局域化反演算法.为了验证新方法是可行的,文中把它应用于同一地点不同时间的观测模型,通过数值实验表明了这种方法的有效性.  相似文献

本文针对时间推移地震本身包含不同时期的两次或者两次以上的勘探反问题,构造了一种快速有效的反演方法--多尺度全变分法.通过引入全变分正则化来代替传统的Tikhonov正则化,针对待反演参数不连续的情况,提高了算法精度.为了提高计算效率,引入了多尺度方法,从而构造了多尺度全变分方法.在数值模拟中,针对一个时间推移地震反演问题对多尺度-Tikhonov正则化法、单一尺度全变分法、以及本文所构造的多尺度全变分法进行了比较.结果表明,本文所提出的多尺度全变分法是一种稳定、快速和精确的反演方法.  相似文献

测井数据和地震数据是地震勘探中两种最重要的资料. 测井约束地震波形反演是在非线性波形反演的基础上,利用已知测井资料详细的垂直分辨能力和地震资料均匀密集的水平采样特点, 通过迭代反演来求取一个具有较高分辨率的速度参数.本文建立了测井约束反演模型,研究了测井约束下地震波形反演的同伦摄动求解方法.同伦摄动法作为一种新的、求解数学物理中各种非线性问题的有效方法,具有计算速度快、计算精度高的优点.这对于提高反演的精度和效率是十分有益的. 为了表征该方法的有效性和稳定性,分别对水平层状介质模型和逆冲断层带模型进行了数值模拟,并与Landweber迭代法相对比,结果表明该算法具有更好的收敛性,能够取得更为满意的反演效果.  相似文献

文中从地震勘探一维波动方程反问题出发,研究了一种反演地层参数的同伦方法,该方法把非线性方程组的求解转化成常微分方程初值问题的数值求解,从而给出一种稳定的计算速度快、抗噪能力强的全局收敛的反演方法.理论模型和实例试算的结果表明了同伦方法是一种有效的反演算法,特别适用于非线性、多极值的地球物理反演问题,在地球物理非线性反演中具有广泛的应用前景.  相似文献

文中在于鹏等提出的电阻率和速度随机分布的大地电磁与地震联合反演方法的基础上,将Tikhonov正则化思想引入到联合反演中,加入先验信息进行模型约束,以最小模型为稳定器,采用L曲线方法来确定近似最佳的正则化因子。考虑到线性寻优算法容易陷入局部极小,文中采用非线性的模拟退火方法来实现大地电磁与地震的同步联合反演。通过模型试验的对比分析,我们认为加入有效模型约束的正则化联合反演可以比单纯考虑数据拟合的联合反演和单独反演方法更有效地提高解的稳定性和计算效率,获得更接近实际而且稳定的解。  相似文献

本文提出了一种基于改进正则化方法的有限角度CT图像重建算法。该算法基于同伦映射的思想,改进了Tikhonov正则化方法。对于算法中的正则化参数,引入了一种下降速率可调的连续参数修正方法,有效地避免了由于试探正则化参数而带来的不便,从而提高了求解效率。实验结果表明,该方法可以快速地确定在该种条件下最优的正则化参数,进而得到较好的重建结果。  相似文献

本文针对蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)生产中开发监测问题,发展了综合应用地震及重力数据反演储层密度的联合反演算法.通过测井数据建立纵波阻抗与密度的直接关系,并推导出这种关系下重力与纵波阻抗数据联合反演的计算方法,从而计算出蒸汽腔体密度分布规律.文中应用密度反演后验约束正则化方法,采用Tikhonov正则化模型,通过波阻抗数据作为约束进行联合反演,在算法上提高了稳定性,同时得到较高的反演精度.文中对SAGD生产中的理论模型进行了方法试算,并分析了算法的误差,最终应用于SAGD生产的实际数据中,通过最终反演结果分析,该方法取得了很好的应用效果.  相似文献

Time-lapse seismic data is useful for identifying fluid movement and pressure and saturation changes in a petroleum reservoir and for monitoring of CO2 injection. The focus of this paper is estimation of time-lapse changes with uncertainty quantification using full-waveform inversion. The purpose of also estimating the uncertainty in the inverted parameters is to be able to use the inverted seismic data quantitatively for updating reservoir models with ensemble-based methods. We perform Bayesian inversion of seismic waveform data in the frequency domain by combining an iterated extended Kalman filter with an explicit representation of the sensitivity matrix in terms of Green functions (acoustic approximation). Using this method, we test different strategies for inversion of the time-lapse seismic data with uncertainty. We compare the results from a sequential strategy (making a prior from the monitor survey using the inverted baseline survey) with a double difference strategy (inverting the difference between the monitor and baseline data). We apply the methods to a subset of the Marmousi2 P-velocity model. Both strategies performed well and relatively good estimates of the monitor velocities and the time-lapse differences were obtained. For the estimated time-lapse differences, the double difference strategy gave the lowest errors.  相似文献

The added value of the joint pre-stack inversion of PP (incident P-wave and reflected P-wave) and PS (incident P-wave and reflected S-wave) seismic data for the time-lapse application is shown. We focus on the application of this technique to the time-lapse (four-dimensional) multicomponent Jubarte field permanent reservoir monitoring seismic data. The joint inversion results are less sensitive to noise in the input data and show a better match with the rock physics models calibrated for the field. Further, joint inversion improves S-impedance estimates and provides a more robust quantitative interpretation, allowing enhanced differentiation between pore pressure and fluid saturation changes, which will be extremely useful for reservoir management. Small changes in reservoir properties are expected in the short time between the time-lapse seismic acquisitions used in the Jubarte project (only 1 year apart). The attempt to recover subtle fourth-dimensional effects via elastic inversion is recurrent in reservoir characterization projects, either due to the small sensitivity of the reservoirs to fluid and pressure changes or the short interval between the acquisitions. Therefore, looking for methodologies that minimize the uncertainty of fourth-dimensional inversion outputs is of fundamental importance. Here, we also show the differences between PP only and joint PP–PS inversion workflows and parameterizations that can be applied in other projects. We show the impact of using multicomponent data as input for elastic seismic inversions in the analysis of the time-lapse differences of the elastic properties. The larger investment in the acquisition and processing of multicomponent seismic data is shown to be justified by the improved results from the fourth-dimensional joint inversion.  相似文献

在现有研究基础上提出基于岩石物理模型和混合优化算法的时移地震反演压力、饱和度变化方法.介绍了混合优化算法原理和适用于疏松砂岩的岩石物理模型,建立了非线性反演油藏参数变化的流程.将本方法用于某油田实际数据标定的疏松砂岩岩石物理模型,分析三组地震属性组合与油藏参数的敏感性并进行油藏参数非线性反演,结果表明敏感性不同的三组地震属性组合均能得到正确结果,表明了方法的稳定性与有效性.油藏参数反演结果整体误差小,证明非线性反演方法不受油藏参数变化范围的影响,优于线性化反演方法.  相似文献

针对时移地震差异数据,给出了一种基于贝叶斯理论的AVO波形反演方法.该方法可以利用时移地震差异数据同时反演出纵波阻抗、横波阻抗和密度的变化.利用时移地震资料进行反演,由于采集和处理过程中存在一定的差异,不同年份地震资料在非注采过程影响区域也会存在一定的变化,而该变化会导致反演结果在非注采区域有较大的变化.针对这一问题,本文采用贝叶斯理论框架,将待求的纵横波阻抗、密度变化的先验信息和包含在地震数据中的信息结合起来,对于纵横波阻抗和密度变化,假设其服从Gauss分布,并以时移地震分别反演的结果作为其期望,同时,为了更好地表征储层属性变化,提高分辨率和抑制非注采区域弹性参数的变化,假设弹性参数变化的导数服从改进的Cauchy分布.数值模拟试验和实际资料处理结果皆表明,本文提出的反演方法能够有效地抑制假象,突出储层性质的变化,得到高分辨率的弹性参数变化信息,为研究储层属性的变化和优化开采方案提供更多的有效的信息.  相似文献

本文主要研究前期为常规三维地震勘探和后期为高精度三维地震勘探的这种典型非重复采集时移地震的可行性,主要使用正演模拟和匹配处理相结合的方法进行.本文推导了基于PML边界的三维声波波动方程时空域高阶有限差分正演方程,根据岩石物理流体替代分析方法计算得到时移前后储层的弹性参数,建立了时移地震地球物理模型,设计了常规三维和高精度三维观测系统,进行地震正演模拟,获得了非重复采集时移地震理论模拟数据.利用匹配处理法对非重复采集时移地震正演模拟数据和实际资料进行可行性分析,匹配处理过程主要包括初始数据匹配、一致性处理和互均化处理等.理论模拟数据和实际资料的匹配处理结果表明,通过针对性的分析和处理,利用非重复采集的地震资料进行时移地震研究是可行的,能够得到较好的时移地震响应,在一定程度上反映了油藏的变化情况.  相似文献

常规声波波阻抗由于缺乏横波的信息,使得它对于流体的变化很不敏感,而弹性波阻抗反演,除了与纵波速度,密度有关之外,还与横波速度、入射角度有关,由于考虑了AVO(Amplitude Variation with Offset)效应,使得对流体和岩性的预测能力增强.本文将弹性波阻抗反演应用于时移地震中,采用AVA(Amplitude Variation with Angle)约束稀疏脉冲反演来进行弹性波阻抗反演,得到纵横波阻抗等弹性参数,通过交会图分析,将弹性参数转换为油藏参数,如预测含水饱和度的变化,通过本方法可增强对储层流体的预测,提高储层管理能力.  相似文献

Co-seismic deformation results calculated by the observations of GPS continuous sites and precise leveling are used as three-dimensional constraints for the deformation field of Lushan MS7.0 earthquake on 20 April 2013.The inversion of seismic source parameters are calculated based on the consideration of different value-taking schemes and fault models. Seven data type selection schemes, three fault models and two data coverage selection schemes are designed in order to discuss the effect of data selection and fault model selection on the inversion results. The results show that the fault model using blind reverse fault for the inversion is superior to the model using the fault that ruptures from its upper boundary to the earth'surface, which may indicate that the Lushan earthquake fault is most likely a blind reverse fault; there are no obvious differences in the inversion results between the blind listric reverse fault models and the rectangle blind reverse fault models. The best inversion result of Lushan earthquake seismic moment is MW6.7.And it also shows that the distribution of dislocations on the fault plane is concentrated in the range of 30km×30km, the northern flank of the seismogenic fault of Lushun earthquake is of dextral faulting and the southern flank of the fault is of sinistral faulting, the sinistral component is larger that dextral component, showing a wedge deformation mode.  相似文献

Time-lapse monitoring is a powerful tool for observing dynamic changes in the subsurface. In particular it offers the potential for achieving inversion results with increased fidelity through the inclusion of complementary information from multiple time-steps. This inclusion of complementary information can reduce the need for spatial smoothing, without adding inversion artifacts to the resulting images. Commonly used time-lapse inversion methods include the ratio method, cascaded time-lapse inversion, difference inversion and differencing independent inversions. We introduce two additional methods in which both time-lapse data sets are inverted simultaneously. In the first, called temporally constrained time-lapse inversion, inversion of both datasets is done under a single optimization procedure and constraints are added to the regularization to ensure that the changes from one time to another are smooth. In the second method, called simultaneous time-lapse inversion, the inversions at time 1 and time 2 are performed simultaneously and constraints of smoothness and closeness to a reference model are applied to the difference image produced at each iteration, and subsequently, the constraints are updated at each iteration. Through both a numerical and a field example we compare the results of common time-lapse inversion methods as well as the introduced approaches. We found that of the commonly used time-lapse inversion methods the difference inversion method produced the best resolution of time-lapse changes and was the most robust in the presence of noise. However, we found that the alternative approach of simultaneous time-lapse inversion produced the best reconstruction of modeled EC changes in the numerical example and easily interpretable high resolution difference images in the field example. Moreover, there was less tailoring of regularization parameters with our simultaneous time-lapse approach, suggesting that it will lend itself well to an automated inversion code.  相似文献

Seismic inversion is an important tool that transfers interface information of seismic data to formation information, which renders the seismic data easily understood by geologists or petroleum engineers. In this study, a novel multi-trace basis-pursuit inversion method based on the Bayesian theory is proposed to enhance the vertical resolution and overcome the lateral instability of inversion results between different traces occasionally seen in the traditional trace-by-trace basis-pursuit inversion method. The Markov process is initially introduced to describe the relationship between adjacent seismic traces and their correlation, which we then close couple in the equation of our new inversion method. A recursive function is further derived to simplify the inversion process by considering the particularity of the coefficient matrix in the multi-trace inversion equation. A series of numerical-analysis and field data examples demonstrates that both the traditional and the new methods for P-wave impedance inversion are helpful in enhancing the resolution of thin beds that are usually difficult to discern from original seismic profiles, thus highlighting the importance of acoustic-impedance inversion for thin bed interpretation. Furthermore, in addition to yielding thin bed inversion results with enhanced lateral continuity and high vertical resolution, our proposed method is robust to noise and cannot be easily contaminated by it, which we verify using both synthetic and field data.  相似文献
