珠江口异养细菌时空分布特征及其调控机制   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
河口是海陆相互作用的重要地带, 往往呈现出独特的生物地球化学过程, 是研究碳循环过程的重要场所。在春季(2015年5月)、夏季(2015年8月)和冬季(2016年1月)分别对珠江口海域异养附生细菌和游离细菌时空分布及其各自高核酸(HNA)、低核酸(LNA)类群的相对贡献进行了调查研究, 并对其调控因子进行了相应探讨。结果表明, 珠江口异养细菌分布具有明显的时空差异。空间分布上, 珠江口异养细菌丰度自河口上游至下游呈递减趋势, 主要与上游污水输入以及珠江径流与高盐外海水在河口内的混合有关; 在雨季, 河口中下游盐度锋面区出现异养细菌丰度和叶绿素a质量浓度的高值区, 锋面区使营养物质停留时间增加, 促进浮游生物生长。垂直方向上, 表层异养细菌丰度略高于底层。时间尺度上, 异养细菌总丰度在春季最高(表层均值为2.94±1.23×109个 •L-1, 底层为2.81±1.50×109个 •L-1), 夏季次之(表层均值为2.32±0.43×109个 •L-1, 底层为1.90±0.50×109个 •L-1), 冬季最低(表层均值为1.06±0.33×109个 •L-1, 底层为9.76± 3.44×108个 •L-1)。珠江口海域异养细菌以附生细菌为主, 占异养细菌总丰度的16.56%~96.19%, 整体分布较稳定, 冬季最高(平均78.65%)、夏季(70.32%)与春季相近(68.17%)。附生细菌以代谢活跃的HNA类群为主, 游离细菌则主要以LNA类群为主, 代谢活性整体相对较低。  相似文献

Organic carbon (OC) and nitrogen (N) contents and δ13C and δ15N values in total organic matter (OM) were measured in sub-surface sediments (0–30 cm sub-bottom) from 21 cores raised from the Laurentian Channel of the Gulf of St. Lawrence and the Labrador Sea, to document OM fluxes and storage along the eastern Canadian margin. Storage rates as high as 2.5 g m−2 yr−1 for OC and 0.2 g m−2 yr−1 for N are observed in the Laurentian Channel, suggesting that the shelf plays a significant role in terms of OM storage (from 1 to 2% of the primary production). Based on the isotopic composition of the essentially marine OM of the Labrador Sea (δ13C/V-PDB=−21.9±0.4‰; δ15N/AIR=7.6±0.6‰; n=12), there is no isotopic evidence for a significant relative input of terrestrial OM along the Laurentian Channel (δ13C/V-PDB=−21.9±0.4‰; δ15N/AIR=8.0±0.9‰; n=10), either due to high relative fluxes of marine OM and/or to the trapping of continental OM in the estuary and upstream. High storage rates of OM are also observed on the continental rise of the Labrador Sea (as high as 1.1 g C m−2 yr−1 and 0.09 g N m−2 yr−1). They contrast with one order of magnitude lower rates on the slope, due to low sedimentation rates (SR) and sediment winnowing by the Western Boundary Undercurrent (WBUC). Reduced early diagenetic alteration of OM is observed, particularly in the Laurentian Channel. It results in discrete (i) losses of OC and N, (ii) shifts in C/N ratios, suggesting preferential removal of N-bearing OM also highlighted by losses in total hydrolysable amino acids (HAA). In the Labrador Sea slope records, due to low SR, OM concentration changes linked to long term temporal variations may superimpose on these diagenetic trends, and some influence of the WBUC is noticeable.  相似文献

为了探究北部湾养殖区域香港牡蛎(Crassostrea hongkongensis)体内的异养细菌和弧菌数量及其耐药概况变化, 对不同养殖场牡蛎体内的异养细菌进行分离培养, 并统计其数量, 通过药敏纸片扩散等方法研究了细菌的耐药状况。结果显示: 牡蛎在高死亡率养殖环境中体内的异养细菌[(8.6±0.4)×106CFU·g-1]和弧菌[(9.5±0.4)×105CFU·g-1]数量较高, 在中死亡率环境中体内的异养细菌[(6.9±0.2)×106CFU·g-1]和弧菌[(4.5±0.6)×105CFU·g-1]数量次之, 在低死亡率养殖环境中体内的异养细菌[(3.3±0.1)×106CFU·g-1]和弧菌[(2.5±0.6)×105CFU·g-1]数量最低。耐药细菌主要为革兰氏阴性菌, 对β-内酰胺类(青霉素)、糖肽类(万古霉素)的耐药率较高, 对四环素类(四环素、多西环素)的耐药率次之, 对氨基糖苷类(链霉素、庆大霉素、妥布霉素、新霉素)、大环内酯类(红霉素)、喹诺酮类(诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星)的耐药率较低。在高死亡率环境中牡蛎体内的多重耐药菌占79.7%, 其耐药谱型(48种)较广; 在中度死亡率环境中牡蛎体内的多重耐药菌占66.2%, 其耐药谱型为30种; 在低死亡率环境中牡蛎体内的多重耐药菌占58.4%, 其耐药谱型为17种。本文探究了牡蛎死亡率与其体内异养细菌数量和细菌耐药性的关系, 结果显示牡蛎在高死亡率环境中体内的耐药细菌数量多、耐药谱型较广, 低死亡率环境中牡蛎体内的耐药细菌数量较少, 异养细菌数量与牡蛎死亡率呈正相关关系, 两者相关系数为0.996。  相似文献

利用Fluent软件模拟雷诺数为200时不同间距比G/D和直径比d/D情况下的圆柱绕流现象。根据模拟结果分析G/D和d/D对圆柱体的涡脱落形态,大、小柱体的升力,阻力系数和St数的影响,结果表明涡脱落形态随着G/D和d/D的变化呈现不同的形式,在G/D小于临界间距比时呈现单一涡脱落形态,在G/D大于临界间距比时,呈现双旋涡脱落形态;临界间距比随着d/D增大而增大。在临界间距比附近大、小柱体的升力和阻力系数值及St数变化较大,大、小柱体的St数具有相同的变化规律,St随着d/D的增大而减小。  相似文献

TOPEX and Jason were the first two dual-frequency altimeters in space, with both operating at Ku- and C-band. Thus, each gives two measurements of the normalized backscatter, σ0, (from which wind speed is calculated) and two estimates of wave height. Departures from a well-defined relationship between the Ku- and C-band σ0 values give an indication of rain. This study investigates differences between the two instruments using data from Jason's verification phase. Jason's Ku-band estimates of wave height are ∼1.8% less than TOPEX's, whereas its σ0 values are higher. When these effects have been removed the root mean square (rms) mismatch between TOPEX and Jason's Ku-band observations is close to that for TOPEX's observations at its two frequencies, and the changes in σ0 with varying wave height conditions are the same for the two altimeters. Rain flagging and quantitative estimates of rain rate are both based on the atmospheric attenuation derived from the σ0 measurements at the two frequencies. The attenuation estimates of TOPEX and Jason agree very well, and a threshold of-0.5 dB is effective at removing the majority of spurious data records from the Jason GDRs. In the high σ0 regime, anomalous data can be caused by processes other than rain. Consequently, for these low wind conditions, neither can reliable rain detection be based on altimetry alone, nor can a generic rain flag be expected to remove all suspect data.  相似文献

Two cores from the Bannock Basin in the eastern Mediterranean have been analysed for δ180 and the δ13C in planktonic foraminifera. One core (02-PC) was extracted from the anoxic brine, the other (08-GC) from a plateau east of the brine.

The absence of sapropelic muds in Core 08-GC from the two Holsteinian euxinic cycles, together with the presence of isotopic spikes, suggests that the plateau has risen during the last ca. 200,000 years by ca. 2.5 mm/yr.

The δ180 amplitude of Globigerinoides ruber in eastern Mediterranean cores is only ca. 0.5%. larger than for this species in North Atlantic cores. This suggests that the surface oxygen isotopic composition of both bodies of water followed each other fairly closely during the Late Pleistocene, except during the stagnant phases.  相似文献

Carbon and oxygen isotope ratios of 59 samples of Mesozoic ophicalcites from the north-central Apennines were measured. Strontium content and isotope ratios were only determined for selected samples.

The data obtained (−4.1 ≤ δ 13C ≤ + 3.0; 16.5 ≤ δ 18O ≤ 30.1; 0.7076 ≤ 87Sr/86Sr ≤ 0.7086; 60 ≤ Sr ppm ≤ 1140) suggest that the carbonate cement of the Apennines ophicalcites had a marine origin.

The 18O/16O values of most of the carbonates studied, however, indicate that the rocks have interacted with hydrothermal fluids, dominantly represented by sea water. In particular, the rocks from the northern section of the Apennines apparently reequilibrated their δ 18O content at higher temperature than those from the central zone.

Strontium isotope ratios, close to the Cretaceous—Cenozoic ocean water values, are well in agreement with such a kind of sea water/ophicalcites interaction, even if the carbonate cement formed earlier during the Jurassic period.  相似文献

叶绿素a浓度是估算海洋初级生产力的一个重要参数, 在海洋中垂向分布极不均匀, 其分布特征及影响机制是海洋生态学研究的重要基础问题。利用海洋光学观测的高垂向分辨率剖面数据, 系统地研究叶绿素a浓度垂向剖面的时空分布特征及其与海洋动力环境要素的关系, 可为揭示南海典型动力过程的生态环境效应提供重要基础。文章基于2015年夏季黑潮调查航次实测生物光学剖面, 利用676nm处吸收基线高度(aLH(676))与叶绿素a浓度(Chla)之间的关系, 建立了具有较高反演精度的叶绿素a浓度反演算法(Chla=49.96×(aLH(676))0.9339, 决定系数R2=0.87和均方根误差RMSE=0.16mg·m-3); 进一步结合观测期间物理过程, 揭示了叶绿素垂向分布对不同水动力过程的响应特征。研究结果表明, 近岸区域表层叶绿素a浓度变化范围为0.42~1.57mg·m-3, 随着水深增加, 叶绿素a浓度逐渐降低, 在沿岸上升流影响区域, 叶绿素a浓度明显增高, 垂向上相对趋于均一分布; 次表层叶绿素极大值(Subsurface Chlorophyll Maximum, SCM)现象在外海显著存在, 受中尺度过程影响明显, SCM深度在34m到100m之间变化, 在吕宋岛以西海域, 黑潮入侵加速了上层水体的混合, SCM所在水层被显著抬升至34m左右; 在冷涡影响区域, 次表层叶绿素极大值层被抬升, 涡旋中心比涡旋边缘抬升更为显著, 同时SCM的厚度增大。  相似文献

The velocity profiles under crest of a total of 62 different steep wave events in deep water are measured in laboratory using particle image velocimetry. The waves take place in the leading unsteady part of a wave train, focusing wave fields and random wave series. Complementary fully nonlinear theoretical/numerical wave computations are performed. The experimental velocities have been put on a nondimensional form in the following way: from the wave record (at a fixed point) the (local) trough-to-trough period, TTT and the maximal elevation above mean water level, ηm of an individual steep wave event are identified. The local wavenumber, k and an estimate of the wave slope, ε are evaluated from ω2/(gk)=1+ε2, where ω=2π/TTT and g denotes the acceleration of gravity. A reference fluid velocity, is then defined. Deep water waves with a fluid velocity up to 75% of the estimated wave speed are measured. The corresponding kηm is 0.62. A strong collapse of the nondimensional experimental velocity profiles is found. This is also true with the fully nonlinear computations of transient waves. There is excellent agreement between the present measurements and previously published Laser Doppler Anemometry data. A surprising result, obtained by comparison, is that the nondimensional experimental velocities fit with the exponential profile, i.e. eky, y the vertical coordinate, with y=0 in the mean water level.  相似文献

In this study, two- and three-dimensional numerical simulations were performed to investigate the effect of the flow structure in the wake of a square cylinder placed near a plane wall by applying a fully implicit finite-difference method to the Navier-Stokes equations. The gap ratio between the cylinder and the wall, G/D, was varied from 0.2 to 4 for the Reynolds numbers of 175, 185 and 250. The role of the 3D structure on the lift and drag coefficients and Strouhal number was investigated. The results were compared with those of the 2D numerical simulations. The deviations of the 3D flow structure of the cylinder-wall pair from that of a single cylinder were also reported. At Re=250, B type secondary vortices were determined in the wake region. At Re=175 and 185, transition from A type vortex to fully periodic B type vortices was observed when the cylinder was brought closer to the wall.  相似文献

利用计算流体力学软件Fluent开展了三维动波浪壁圆柱绕流的数值模拟,建立了三维运动波浪壁圆柱模型,通过C语言自编程序实现波浪壁面的运动控制,并保证壁面变形时网格的高质量。在来流速度u=0.125 m/s、雷诺数Re=12 500的情况下,开展了动波浪壁波动速度w=0、0.062 5、0.125、0.187 5 m/s四个工况的计算分析,并比较了不同波动速度对流场结构、升力、阻力特性的影响。结果表明:动波浪壁圆柱能有效抑制流动的分离,消除交替脱落的尾涡,从而消除周期振荡的升力;在消除卡门涡街的同时,圆柱后驻点处的涡量值随波动速度增加而增加,其原因在于波形移动加大了壁面流体的速度,从而减小了圆柱前后的压力差,减小了阻力;随着波动速度的增大,平均阻力系数呈明显下降趋势,当波动速度为来流速度的1.5倍时,平均阻力系数相对于光滑圆柱下降了53.76%。  相似文献

Aseries of boundary-layer measurements was made at three anchor stations on Campeche Bank, Yucatan. Measurements consisted of current speed at six levels within 1.5 m of the bed, current direction, and stereophotographs of boundary. Analysis of the drag coefficient revealed that the boundary-layer flow was hydrodynamically transitional and the magnitude of the drag coefficient varied between 2·10−3 and 6·10−2 as a function of the flow conditions and bed configuration. These data appear to be representative of flows of an intermediate nature, not only in the observed variations of the drag coefficient with respect to Reynolds number but in the way that the drag coefficient correlates with other measurements made in low- and high-velocity environments, respectively.  相似文献

根据2015年春季南海北部陆架海域的调查数据,分析了网采浮游植物群落结构特征及其与环境因子的关系。结果显示:共鉴定出浮游植物4门378种(含变种与变型),其中硅藻门209种,甲藻门157种,蓝藻门9种,着色鞭毛藻门3种。该海区的主要优势种有翼鼻状藻Proboscia alata、翼鼻状藻纤细变型Proboscia alata f. gracillima、佛氏海毛藻Thalassiothrix frauenfeldii、尖刺拟菱形藻Pseudo-nitzschia pungens、短角弯角藻Eucompia zoodiacus和洛氏角毛藻Chaetoceros lorenzianus等,各断面优势种差异较大,仅佛氏海毛藻在4个断面成为优势种。浮游植物丰度范围为(0.63~1 430.04)×104个/m3,平均为76.20×104个/m3,丰度较高的站点主要集中在湛江断面D近岸站位和汕头断面H。春季南海北部浮游植物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为1.06~5.56,均值为3.99。冗余分析显示,影响南海北部陆架海域浮游植物群落结构的主要环境因子为水温、盐度和活性磷酸盐。南海北部陆架海域浮游植物基本呈现近岸高离岸低的分布特点,水温和盐度是影响其分布的主要环境因子。  相似文献

利用中国地壳运动监测网络1999年—2015年GPS观测数据, 基于块体模型与弹性半空间下的螺旋位错模型, 反演红河断裂带不同区段的滑动速率与闭锁深度, 利用插值均匀网格法计算红河断裂带不同区段及周边地区应变积累状况。结果表明: 红河断裂带北段右旋走滑速率为4.76±0.78mm•a-1, 闭锁深度约为10.9km; 中段右旋走滑速率为3.24±0.56mm•a-1, 闭锁深度约为11.5km; 南段右旋走滑速率为2.83±0.34mm•a-1, 闭锁深度约为12.6km。红河断裂带北段与中段拉张应变特征明显, 南段挤压应变特征明显, 北段拉张应变值为(20~40)×10-9•a-1, 南段挤压应变值为(30~50)×10-9•a-1, 中段最大剪应变积累较弱, 量值为(0~30)×10-9•a-1, 北段、南段最大剪应变积累较强, 量值为(40~80)×10-9•a-1。北段和南段元阳地区出现最大剪应变高值区, 地震危险性较大。  相似文献

A shore-normal array of seven, bi-directional electromagnetic flowmeters and nine surface piercing, continuous resistance wave staffs were deployed across a multiple barred nearshore at Wendake Beach, Georgian Bay, Canada, and monitored for a complete storm cycle. Time-integrated estimates of total (ITVF) and net (INVF) sediment volume flux together with bed elevation changes were determined using depth-of-activity rods.

The three bars, ranging in height from 0.10 to 0.40 m accreted during the storm (0.03 m), and the troughs were scoured (0.05 m). Sediment reactivation depths reached 0.14 m and 12% of the nearshore control volume was mobilized. However, the INVF value for the storm was less than 1% of the control volume revealing a near balance in sediment volume in the bar system. Landward migration of the inner, crescentic and second, sinuous bars occurred in association with an alongshore migration of the bar form itself; the outermost, straight, shore-parallel bar remained fixed in location.

The surf zone was highly dissipative throughout the storm (ε = 3.8 × 102–192 × 102) and the wave spectrum was dominated by energy at the incident frequency. Spectral peaks at frequencies of the first harmonic and at one quarter that of the incident wave were associated with secondary wave generation just prior to breaking and a standing edge wave, respectively. The former spectral peak was within the 95% confidence band for the spectrum while the latter contributed not more than 10% to the total energy in the surface elevation spectrum even near the shoreline.

During the storm wave height exceeded 2 m (Hs) and periods reached 5 s (Tp k): orbital velocities exceeded 0.5 m s−1 (urm s) and were above the threshold of motion for the medium-to-fine sands throughout the storm. Shore-parallel flows in excess of 0.4 m s−1 were recorded with maxima in the troughs and minima just landward of the bar crest.

The rate and direction of sediment flux is best explained by the interaction of antecedent bed slopes with spatial gradients in the mean and asymmetry of the shore-normal velocity field. These hydrodynamic parameters represent “steady” flows superimposed on the dominantly oscillatory motion and assumed a characteristic spatial pattern from the storm peak through the decay period. Increases spatially in the magnitudes of both the mean flows and flow asymmetries cause an increasing net transport potential (erosion); decreases in these values spatially cause a decreasing net transport potential and thus deposition. These transport potentials are increased or decreased through the gravity potential induced by the local bed slope. Shore-parallel flow was important in explaining sediment flux and morphological change where orbital velocities, mean flows and flow asymmetries were at a minimum.  相似文献

It has recently been realized that the Arctic undergoes drastic changes, probably resulting from global change induced processes. This acts on the cycling of matter and on biogenic elements in the Arctic Ocean having feedback mechanisms with the global climate, for example by interacting with atmospheric trace gas concentration. A contemporary budget for biogenic elements as well as suspended matter for the Arctic Ocean as a baseline for comparison with effects of further global change is, thus, needed. Available budgets are based on the late Holocene sedimentary record and are therefore quiet different from the present which has already been affected by the intense anthropogenic activity of the last centuries.

We calculated a contemporary suspended matter and organic carbon budget for the Kara Sea utilizing the numerous available data from the recent literature as well as our own data from Russian-German SIRRO (Siberian River Run-off) expeditions. For calculation of the budgets we used a multi-box model to simplify the Kara Sea shelf and estuary system: input was assumed to comprise riverine and eolian input as well as coastal erosion, output was assumed to consist of sedimentation and export to the Arctic Ocean. Exchange with the adjacent seas was considered in our budget, and primary production as well as recycling of organic material was taken into account. According to our calculations, about 18.5 × 106 t yr− 1 of sediments and 0.37 × 106 t yr− 1 of organic carbon are buried in the estuaries, whereas 20.9 × 106 t yr− 1 sediment and 0.31 × 106 t yr− 1 organic carbon are buried on the shelf. Most sources and sinks of our organic carbon budget of the Kara Sea are in the same order of magnitude, making it a region very sensitive to further changes.  相似文献

The stable isotope stratigraphy of Planulina wüllerstorfi in three box cores from Ontong Java Plateau in the western equatorial Pacific shows that there existed a bathyal thermocline near the depth of 2000 m during glacial time. Waters below the boundary were colder by about 1°C, those above were about the same as now. The deep waters were slightly enriched and the upper waters depleted in nutrients, compared with present values. The differences in δ13C to the present (after correcting for the global change) are of the order of 0.1‰ more positive (above 2000 m) and 0.1‰ more negative (below), corresponding to changes in phosphate of the order of 0.1 μmol/kg (less phosphate above, and more below the boundary).  相似文献

New light-stable carbonate-carbon isotope and lattice-bound CO2 data from Quaternary Peru-Chile margin phosphatic nodules, crusts and pelletal grains, and from associated dolomicritic concretions, are presented, which provide constraints on the timing and mechanisms of growth of these phases in organic carbon-rich sediments. Comparison of δ13C values from carbonate fluorapatite (CFA) nodules and pelletal grains (−4.8 to 0.0‰ and −2.9 to +1.0‰ PDB, respectively) with pore-water total dissolved δ13C values from these sediments suggests early authigenic CFA precipitation from pore waters within a few centimeters of the sediment-water interface in association with suboxic to perhaps anoxic microbial degradation of organic matter. In contrast, the dolomicritic cores of nodules recovered from about 12°S display both strongly negative to positive δ13C values (−10.8 to +6.1‰) characteristic of formation deeper in the sediments in association with methanogenic and perhaps sulfate reduction microbial processes.

The amount of structural carbonate in CFA suggests that carbonate substitution generally increases as δ13C in CFA decreases, a probable consequence of increasing carbonate and accompanying charge-balancing substitutions in the CFA lattice in response to increasing pore-water carbonate ion concentrations with depth below the sediment-water interface. In one buried upward-growing nodule, decreasing CFA δ13C and increasing structural CO2 also correspond to decreasing CFA growth rates. These data suggest that in addition to other constraints such as pore-water phosphorus and fluoride availability, the lower limit of CFA precipitation in suboxic to anoxic sediments may be controlled by lattice poisoning due to excessive dissolved carbonate ion concentrations. In organic-rich Peru-Chile margin sediments this depth threshold appears to be at approximately 5–10 cm below the sediment-water interface where maximum CFA CO2 contents of about 6 Wt.% occur; in less organic-rich settings, greater depths of precipitation of CFA may be anticipated. Below this relatively shallow depth of CFA precipitation on the Peru shelf, high pore-water alkalinity and associated elevated total dissolved carbon and carbonate ion concentration apparently favor the precipitation of authigenic carbonates.  相似文献

利用2008年夏季和冬季的海流资料分析了红海湾西北海区潮流性质、运动形式、涨落潮流特性、余流特征。结果表明: 红海湾西北海区属不规则半日潮海域, 潮流性质属往复流, 大致呈东—西向往返运动, 具有一定的旋转流性质; 平均涨潮流最大可达17.8cm·s-1, 平均退潮流最大可达19.3cm·s-1; 实测流受风和地形影响明显。余流受风和地形的影响也比较明显, 在偏北风作用下, 余流流向西偏南; 在偏南风作用下, 余流流向东偏北, 余流最大可达18.9cm·s-1。潮能主要由东部向西传播至红海湾西北海区, 潮能进入量值可达4.8×103W·m -1。  相似文献

在三亚海域设置3个站位, 分别于各站位连续采集12个月表层水样。利用流式细胞仪进行浮游病毒及浮游细菌丰度的测定, 并对两者及其与环境因子之间的相关性进行研究, 同时对不同站位之间进行差异性分析。结果表明, 调查海域浮游病毒丰度(平均7.63×106viruses·mL-1)高于浮游细菌丰度(平均1.52×106cells·mL-1)。浮游病毒及浮游细菌丰度在三亚河口最高, 且有明显的季节变化, 冬春季高于夏秋季, 并且其与鹿回头半岛西侧、小东海之间均有极显著差异(P<0.01), 不同类群病毒代表的宿主类群也有所不同。调查海域总体水平浮游病毒丰度与浮游细菌丰度显著正相关(r=0.800, P<0.01); 叶绿素(Chl a)和氮盐(NO- 2、NO- 2+NO- 3、NH+ 4)是影响两者的关键因子。  相似文献
