本文描述了一秋龄性腺成熟中华绒螯蟹(简称河蟹)的外部特征并与一秋龄未成熟及二秋龄成熟河蟹进行比较,同时给出了体重与壳宽的回归方程,保安湖的研究结果表明,对于一秋龄雌蟹,体重大于29.8g全部成熟,而体重小于13.1g均不成熟,,体重在13.1 ̄29.8g之间,既有成熟又有未成熟,对于一秋龄雄蟹,体重大于26.0g,全部成熟,而于12.0g均未成熟,体重在12.0-26.0g之间,既有成熟者又有未成  相似文献

本文对池塘育成的一秋龄成熟中华绒螯蟹生殖行为的观察表明,其具有生殖洄游习性,当年10月是其活动高峰期,而湖泊放流育成的早熟河蟹其活动高峰在当年10月及翌年3月,在湖泊淡水水体中少数个体有交配的行为,翌年3月份发现部分雌蟹的纳精囊内有精液。  相似文献

利用对应分析约束下的重磁联合反演方法,计算了南北带北段4条地震测深剖面的地壳上地幔的密度和磁化率物性参数。结果表明:①自上而下区内存在中新生界地层与下伏地层(0.14 ̄0.30g/cm^3)、中上地壳与下地壳(0.10 ̄0.20g/cm^3)和下地壳与上地幔顶部之间(0.30 ̄0.40g/cm^3)3个密度分界面;②区内磁性参数随深度增加而增大,浅部中新生界地层几乎无磁性,中上地壳磁化率一般为10  相似文献

本文对河蟹幼蟹蜕壳过程及蜕壳后的特征进行了比较斩观察,并初步探讨了蜕壳与光照,温度及生境的关系。对于0.5-2g的幼蟹,蜕壳期大约需要3-6h,软壳期需要2h,薄壳期需要15h,幼蟹特别喜欢选择有草的生境作为蜕壳地点,也喜欢在池塘浅水区蜕壳,但是在2m以内水深对蜕壳成功没有影响。  相似文献

从南京地震台DK-1中长周期地震纪录,取得地震面波的尾波地动双振幅A随尾波推移时间τ(自图P波起算)的衰减关系,并以Ms(PEK)震级标度为基准,定义面波的尾波震级Msc=0.881gAH+1.51lgτH+0.73=0.861gAz+1.47lgτz+0.76,尾波的多点测量改善了Msc的精度,震级标准差S=0.12。  相似文献

研究了太平湖水库底栖动物群落组成(1992-1993年)定量样品出现26种(属),主要是寡毛类和摇蚊科幼虫,软体动物只有1种,现存量有明显的季节差异,本次调查结果与1985-1986年资料比较,种类数减少,现存量显著增加,生物量由0.562g/m^2增加到3.90g/m^3生物多样性指数偏低,底栖动物的参数与环境因素进行了相关分析,寡毛类的密度和生物量与总氮,总磷正相关,水生昆虫的密度和生理量与水  相似文献

Ge湖位于江苏省常州市西南13km处,水面面积164km^2,平均水深1.26m,是太湖湖洋的重要组成部分。其氮、磷平衡研究结果表明:①入湖氮、磷总量分别为4120.29t/a和270.03t/a;其中以河道入湖量最大,分别占入湖总量的71.9%和57.1%,其次是养殖投饵,分别占入湖总量的12.4%和29.9%;氮、磷的滞留系数分别为0.36和0.35,年滞留量分别为1481.6t和94.82t  相似文献

云南省泸沽湖,洱海^210Pbex的垂直分布受Fe,Mn循环下^210P;o和^210Pb沉积后再迁移的影响,分别表现为三种不同的剖面分布特征,^210Pbex计年的没积物堆积速率分别为0.050-0.051g.cm^-2a^-1和0.044-0.046g.cm^-2a^-1,反映百年时间尺度上的堆积结果,泸沽湖,洱海^137Cs的垂直剖面分布虽然受分子扩散作用的影响,并没有改变其峰值位置。  相似文献

对星叶石K_2Na(Fe,Mn,Mg,□),[Ti_2(St_4O_(12))_2| O_3](OH,F)_4进行了晶体结构的精测, 求得晶胞参数:a=0.535 9(2)um,b=1.1614(4)um,c=1.1861(4)um,α=113.16(2)°,β =103.04(2)°,γ=94.56(2)°.晶胞体积V=0.6495(5)nm~3.单位晶胞中的分子数Z=1,空 间群为P1.结构测定的精度,其偏离因子为R=0.057.根据其晶体结构的特征,与曾测 定的单斜星叶石 K_2NaNa(Fe,Mn)_4Mg_2Ti_2[Si_4O_(12)]_2(OH)_4(OH,F)_2对比,指出两者为不同种 矿物,建议单斜星叶石应重新命名.将星叶石、单斜星叶石、钡铁钛石及问叶石这一类 钛硅酸盐的结构与云母进行类比,提出了晶体化学中的功能性替代的概念  相似文献

通过对拉萨、日喀则地区两条基线的观测结果分析,得到了拉萨地块近南北向地壳形变率为(7.0±2.3)mm/a及近东西向(7.4±2.3)mm/a的形变速率,与震源机制解的结论十分接近。同时监测到相对于拉萨南北向7.3cm和东西向4.1cm的震后形变位移,显示出GPS在地震监测及与地震相关的地壳形变研究的广阔前景  相似文献

极大螺旋藻藻体SOD聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳呈现4条同工酶带,H2O2明显抑制该酶活性,KCN对酶活性无影响,确认为Fe-SOD。经硫酸铵分部盐析,离子交换柱层析及凝胶过滤,纯化到电泳单斑点均一程度。纯化的Fe-SOD分子量为39.3KD,亚基分子量为20KD,金属元素分析表明,每个亚基含0.55个Fe原子。该酶在紫外区最大吸收峰值为275.8nm,该酶氨基酸组成与蓝,绿藻和高等植物的Fe-SOD相  相似文献

Since it is often difficult to estimate possible adverse effects due to contamination in selected ecosystems, multi-species biomonitoring may provide more information, taking into account different routes of exposure, ecological roles and metabolic capabilities of animals. In this context, we exposed for 7 days the mussel Mytilus galloprovincialis and the crab Carcinus aestuarii to 4-nonylphenol (NP), a well-known xenoestrogen. In mussels (0-0.2 mg NP l(-1)), we measured NP bioaccumulation in soft tissues and vitellogenin (Vg)-like protein levels in digestive glands from both males and females by the alkali-labile phosphate assay (ALP). As no reference data were available for crab exposure, the NP 96-h LC(50) value was previously determined. Then, in sublethally exposed (0-1.0 mg NP l(-1)) male crabs, NP bioaccumulation and Vg levels were measured in hemolymph, gonads and digestive gland. Bioaccumulation of NP increased from 43 to 371 microg g(-1) d.w. in mussels, and from 3.6 to 37 microg g(-1) d.w. in crabs, depending on the NP concentration in water. Dose-dependent Vg-like protein induction was observed in both species, appearing to be related to NP bioaccumulation, although a partial decrease was recorded at the highest concentration tested. A similar trend was observed in both digestive gland and gonad of exposed crabs; Vg increased to a lesser extent, although significantly, in hemolymph. Results demonstrated that NP induces Vg synthesis both in male and female mussels, as well as in male crabs. On the basis of the responsiveness of both species investigated, a multi-species approach is indicated in biomonitoring programmes.  相似文献

Preferences by the Japanese mitten crab Eriocheir japonica of three mesoscale environments within a river unit (pools, riffles and runs) were investigated in a freshwater river by pot fishing and hand-net collecting during the fall. In addition, E. japonica’s life modes during each growth stage were elucidated by comparing data obtained by hand-net collecting into three size groups (20 mm < CW, 20 mm ≤ CW < 40 mm, and 40 mm ≤ CW). Both the number of crabs caught per pot and per 10 m stretch sampled along the river by hand-net collecting indicated that mean catch values varied in the following manner runs < pools < riffles, and that this variation was large in riffles and small in pools and runs. Only large crabs of 40 mm ≤ CW could be collected by pot fishing; in contrast, small juveniles were only caught by hand-net collecting. Results of the hand-net collecting indicated that small juveniles (CW < 20 mm) preferred to be in riffles, while the mid-size class crabs (20 – 40 mm CW) presence in the riffles decreased and once they became adults (40 mm ≤ CW) they chose to be in pools. In all size classes, runs were not a preferred choice. These results suggest that the small juveniles are oriented by their positive rheotaxis. Their movement is probably affected by flow regimes, creating large variations in their density in the riffles. In contrast, adults can freely move within a stream unit and use pools as their resting site, thus they are steadily captured in large numbers with a small variation in the pools by pot fishing. However, the adults can actively wander around riffles and runs, searching for animal food, and are attracted to the riffles by bait odors depending on the water flow. Therefore, the most effective catching method is to set the pots in riffles when the river is swollen.  相似文献

Current study presents the application of chemometric techniques to comprehend the interrelations among sediment variables whilst identifying the possible pollution source at Langat River,Malaysia.Surface sediment samples(0-10 cm)were collected at 22 sampling stations and analyzed for total metals(~(48)Cd,~(29)Cu,~(30)Zn,~(82)Pb),pH,redox potential(Eh),salinity,electrical conductivity(EC),loss on ignition(LOI)and cation exchange capacity(CEC).The principal component analysis(PCA)scrutinized the origin of environmental pollution by various anthropogenic and natural activities:four principal components were obtained with 86.34%(5 cm)and88.34%(10 cm).Standard,forward and backward stepwise discriminant analysis effectively discriminate 2variables(84.06%)indicating high variation of heavy metals accumulation at both depth.The cluster analysis accounted for high input of Zn and Pb at LA8,LA 10,LA 11 and LA 12 that mergers three(5 cm)and four(10cm)into clusters.This is consistent with the contamination factor(C_1)that shows high Cd(LA 1)and Pb(LA 7,LA 8,LA 10,LA 11 and LA 12)contaminations at 5cm.These indicate that Pb and Zn are the most bioavailable metals in the sediment with significant positive linear relationship at both sediment depths.Therefore,this approach is a good indication of environmental pollution status that transfers new findings on the assessment of heavy metals by interpreting large complex datasets and predicting the fate of heavy metals in the sediment.  相似文献

Summary Researches have been made on 141 river-trouts of the Rhine to find out some connection between length, size, weight, age and sexual maturity. Immature fish were only found among those whose bodies (without the tail-fin) were shorter than 25,5 cm (the full length being about 29 cm). Large specimens of fish show only a rather slight increase of weight. Only the females up to a length of 30 cm and only the males up to about 31 cm give a favourable utilization of the food. For the economical management of the trout-stock in the Rhine the width of net-meshes of 34 mm and the lowest length of catchable trouts of 28 cm, as appointed by law, seems to be effective and favourable.   相似文献

The effect of different organic-rich sewage concentration (0%, 20% and 60% diluted in seawater) and absence or presence of mangrove trees on the survival, bioturbation activities and burrow morphology of fiddler crabs species was assessed. After 6 months, males of both species always showed higher survival (80%) when compared to females (20%). Crabs inhabiting pristine conditions achieved higher survival (67–87%) than those living in sewage-exposed mesocosms (40–71%). At 60% sewage loading, fiddler crabs processed less sediment (34–46%) during feeding and excavated slightly more sediment (45–80%) than at pristine conditions. While percent volume of the burrow chambers increased (13–66%) at contaminated mesocosms for both vegetation conditions, burrows were shallower (33%) in bare cells loaded with sewage. The results show that fiddler crabs presented moderate mortality levels in these artificial mangrove wetlands, but mainly in sewage impacted cells. However, they still function as ecosystem engineers through bioturbation activities and burrow construction.  相似文献
