对地球定向参数的预报误差变化趋势和地球定向参数预报误差对自主定轨生成星历影响及由此给定位产生的影响的分析结果表明:地球定向参数预报误差对长期(110天)自主定轨轨道的径向误差和卫星钟差几乎没有影响,主要影响水平方向(切向和法向)误差,并且这种影响呈现一定的周期性,由此给定位带来的误差影响主要在东西方向和南北方向。  相似文献

The past decade has seen a growing interest in ocean sensor networks because of their wide applications in marine research,oceanography,ocean monitoring,offshore exploration,and defense or homeland security.Ocean sensor networks are generally formed with various ocean sensors,autonomous underwater vehicles,surface stations,and research vessels.To make ocean sensor network applications viable,efficient communication among all devices and components is crucial.Due to the unique characteristics of underwater acoustic channels and the complex deployment environment in three dimensional(3D) ocean spaces,new efficient and reliable communication and networking protocols are needed in design of ocean sensor networks.In this paper,we aim to provide an overview of the most recent advances in network design principles for 3D ocean sensor networks,with focuses on deployment,localization,topology design,and position-based routing in 3D ocean spaces.  相似文献

地面站导航电子地图是操作员用来监控无人驾驶装备的唯一平台,也是进行线路规划和自主决策的重要信息源。现有的导航电子地图一般存在价格昂贵、对高程数据支持不足以及依赖互联网等缺陷。本文提出了一种新的基于OpenStreetMap的地面站导航电子地图实现方法。首先,利用原始OSM数据搭建地图瓦片服务后台;然后将90 m SRTM高程数据处理成地形阴影和地形颜色渐变栅格文件;针对每个栅格文件,在瓦片服务后台的样式配置文件中添加相应图层并定义其渲染格式;最后,在地面站软件中实现地图客户端模块,向瓦片服务后台请求瓦片,并显示在地面站界面上。利用该方法实现的地面站导航电子地图可以提供0~18个缩放级别的中国范围的数据,显示0~13个缩放级别的立体地形地貌,并且无需互联网支持。本文使用该方法实现了某型无人机的地面站导航电子地图模块,并成功应用该无人机仿真系统。  相似文献

针对城市环境下GNSS车辆导航存在卫星信号易受影响的问题,利用GNSS/INS组合算法提高复杂环境下城市车辆定位性能。基于城市环境下实测GNSS数据评估分析定位结果,使用GNSS/INS组合的常规卡尔曼滤波算法实现卫星失锁区域导航。同时,提出一种基于新息的自适应卡尔曼滤波算法,可有效增强卫星数较少及信号干扰严重区域的车辆导航定位能力。该方法利用量测与预测的关系构造自适应因子,改善定位精度。结果表明,常规卡尔曼滤波可在20 s卫星信号失锁情况下保证亚m级导航精度,自适应卡尔曼滤波算法在卫星信号受到严重干扰时,其定位精度相比于常规卡尔曼滤波算法提高30%,可满足在城市复杂环境下的高精度、高可靠性车辆导航定位服务需求。  相似文献

针对导航星座自主运行期间因缺乏外部基准而导致自主定轨结果不能得到有效评估的问题,提出一种基于Bayes理论的自主定轨结果评估方法。一方面充分考虑定轨误差的先验统计特性,以提供先验位置基准;另一方面以卡尔曼滤波中定轨协方差的迹作为定轨URE的表征量,解决了自主定轨中对定轨误差没有观测信息的问题。利用自主定轨的仿真数据对该方法进行验证,结果表明,对于单颗卫星,在24 d内,由该方法得到的URE估计误差不超过±0.5 m,验证了该方法的可行性。  相似文献

China is a large marine country. Developing marine economy is an effective way to solve a series of problems with which man is faced, such as the want of natural resources, space limitation, the environmental deterioration, etc. This article analyzes the rich resources of marine biology, harbor, offshore oil and natural gas and coastal tourism resources in China and describes the developing features and regional differences of marine economy. 设计和编制海陆统筹的综合航海地图集服务于国家“构建海洋命运共同体”发展目标,同时也是促进海陆文化共融和海陆睦邻合作的重要推力,在当前地图学领域受到普遍关注。本文通过与航海专题图、陆地专题图的对比分析,从地图选题、比例尺、投影、地理分幅等方面探讨了海陆统筹地图集的表达特点,并从海陆并蓄视角出发,提出综合航海地图集基础地理框架的内容体系和构建策略。在此基础上,结合《世界航海地图集》的编制实践设计了其基础地理框架的具体建立方案:(1)中小比例尺地图使用WGS84坐标系,较大比例尺地图使用CGCS2000坐标系;(2)根据专题内容、制图区域、变形需要,制图单元可以使用等差分纬线多圆锥、墨卡托、古德等多种投影;(3)地理底图分为世界地图、典型区域地图、陆地地图、海域地图、航区地图、港口地图6种图型,其系列比例尺内容需按一定规则进行取舍和化简派生得到;(4)地图制图单元采用北方定向,联合地理分幅和地图分幅可生成灵活的图面布局。世界航海专题图集的编制实践表明,应用本文建立的基础地理框架能较好实现海洋与陆地的协调统一表达。  相似文献

《1421:中国发现世界》作者加文·孟希斯(Gavin Menzies)将中国的海洋文明推向15世纪初,这个历史命题令世界震惊,"郑和航海图"就是证据之一。"郑和航海图"记录了郑和舰队巡航南海,远航印度洋国家的探索过程。该地图发现于明《武备志》240卷,是一种传统的中国导航牵星图和针路图,充满了许多待解之谜。本文对郑和航海图中"更数"所代表的现代概念的距离和速度进行了研究,发现帆船航行"更数"的距离和速度在不同的地区存在差异;牵星图中的星座只能用来确定纬度坐标。将郑和航海图和现代地图做了实验对比,在进行大气折射校正后,郑和航海图的纬度坐标能够准确显示在现代Google地图中。在郑和航海图的许多航点上,我们可以在现代地图中准确找到带有明显中国特点的航海基地。  相似文献

China is a country with a vast marine territory whose area covers one third of the total land territory area. With the exploitation of marine resources and the development of marine economy, marine economic regions have been formed gradually. We shouldn’t ignore them when we divide economic regions throughout the whole nation, especially in our country. In this paper, we’ Il expand division principles, practice and methods of marine comprehensive economic region. Liaoning Province, facing the Yellow Sea and the Bohai sea, is not only a part of Round-the-Bohai Sea Economic Region, but a part of national marine econemic region. Through evaluating marine resources of Liaoning, and analyzing development of marine economy, composition of marine industries and distributional characteristic of marine economy, Liaoning marine region is divided into Bohai Sea marine economic region and Yellow Sea marine economic region based on differences of marine economy. Thereby we go further into the formation of regional marine economic region and distributional mechanism of regional marine economy. The advantages of using unmanned underwater vehicles in coastal ocean studies are emphasized. Two types of representative vehicles, remotely operated vehicle (ROV) and autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) from University of South Florida, are discussed. Two individual modular sensor packages designed and tested for these platforms and field measurement results are also presented. The bottom classification and albedo package, BCAP, provides fast and accurate estimates of bottom albedos, along with other parameters such as in-water remote sensing reflectance. The real-time ocean bottom optical topographer, ROBOT, reveals high-resolution 3-dimentional bottom topography for target identification. Field data and results from recent Coastal Benthic Optical Properties field campaign, 1999 and 2000, are presented. Advantages and limitations of these vehicles and applications of modular sensor packages are compared and discussed.  相似文献

The sources of marine oil spills are mainly from accidents of marine oil tankers or freighters, marine oil-drilling platforms, marine oil pipelines, marine oilfields, terrestrial pollution, oil-bearing atmosphere, and offshore oil production equipment. It is concluded upon analysis that there are two main reasons for marine oil spills: (I) The motive for huge economic benefits of oil industry owners and oil shipping agents far surpasses their sense of ecological risks. (II) Marine ecological safety has not become the main concern of national security. Oil spills are disasters because humans spare no efforts to get economic benefits from oil. The present paper draws another conclusion that marine ecological damage caused by oil spills can be roughly divided into two categories: damage to marine resource value (direct value) and damage to marine ecosystem service value (indirect value). Marine oil spills cause damage to marine biological, fishery, seawater, tourism and mineral resources to various extents, which contributes to the lower quality and value of marine resources.  相似文献
