中国山区农村土地利用转型解析 总被引：39，自引：5，他引：34
山区土地开发及其导致的资源环境问题是农业社会人地关系紧张的体现,工业化、城镇化进程中劳动力转移减轻了山区农村土地的人为扰动,由此驱动土地利用发生转型,引发一系列自然和社会经济效应。按照“土地利用转型—驱动力—效应—响应”的分析框架,剖析中国山区农村土地利用转型的特征和规律,提出山区农村土地整治的响应措施。研究表明：① 山区农村土地利用转型体现出土地利用形态在长期变化过程中的趋势性转折,显性形态转型即由农业社会的耕地扩张和林地收缩演变为城镇化进程中的耕地收缩和林地恢复性增长,隐性形态转型即伴随上述过程发生的土地边际化及生态功能恢复;② 社会经济因素主导山区农村土地利用转型过程,劳动力转移引发土地人为扰动减轻是直接驱动力,务农机会成本上升、恶劣的生存环境等引发劳动力转移的因素是更为根本的驱动力;③ 山区农村土地利用转型降低了土地生态系统脆弱性并提高了其生态安全屏障功能,其社会经济效应应聚焦山区农村发展与农户生计安全层面,并亟需实证研究的支撑;④ 当前山区农村土地利用转型是自然恢复和生态优化的良性过程,有着经济社会发展的必然规律,山区农村土地整治要顺应其土地利用转型规律,目标导向从耕地数量增加转向生态环境保护与社会经济福祉协同提升。 相似文献

通过构建新型城镇化指标体系,得出壁山区新型城镇化综合发展指数,采用误差修正模型,揭示新型城镇化建设的旅游经济效应,得出以下结论:璧山区新型城镇化建设处于快速发展阶段,生态文明发展较为突出。璧山区旅游业发展与新型城镇化建设之间存在长期均衡关系;新型城镇化建设对旅游总收入变化的短期弹性稍低于长期弹性,表明新型城镇化建设对璧山区旅游业发展的持续影响更为显著;璧山区旅游经济与新型城镇化建设协调发展态势正以较快的速度走向正轨。持续推进大城市郊区在生态环境治理与保护、产业城郊融合、城乡一体化发展等方面的建设,是郊区新型城镇化与旅游经济良性互动发展的有效举措。 相似文献

从空间、人口、经济、社会生活4方面选取了17项指标构建了评价福建省县域城镇化发展水平的指标体系,通过主成分分析方法得出各县域城镇化水平的综合得分及各要素城镇化得分,以此为基础对福建省县域城镇化水平进行灰色关联分析;结果显示城镇化综合发展水平与经济城镇发展水平的关联度是最高的,提高福建省城镇化水平应积极发展福建县域经济。 相似文献

要“生态”还是要“发展”一直以来都是困扰山区的两难选择.“生态发展”为山区“既要生态也要发展”提供了一条现实的路径.文中从生态发展的思想渊源与内涵出发,对山区县生态发展的动力机制、总体路径进行了研究和探索,并将其理念融入广东省阳山县的生态发展规划.研究表明,生态发展是自然、经济、社会复合巨系统的正向演进过程,其动力来自于自然、经济、社会系统内部,其实现也有赖于自然、经济、社会三大系统的和谐统一、相互影响、相互促进.认为山区县在发展过程中必须十分重视生态保护、生态经济、城镇化以及民生保障等四项内容,四者作为 相似文献

长江三角洲地区是中国经济最发达、人口最密集、城镇化进程较快的地区。当下,面对全球化深入发展、国家及区域经济社会转型等背景及资源环境瓶颈压力趋大等因素交互影响,长三角城镇化发展特征和格局出现了新的变化。城镇化发展关系经济社会发展各个方面,更是与人口、资源、经济要素的流动及变化息息相关。因此对长三角城镇化发展态势的研究,从人口流动、用地变化、经济增长等要素演化及其互动协调关系入手,进而对城镇化与工业化进程、土地与人口城镇化的步调、城市外来人口的市民化走势、城乡关系中的乡村衰退与复兴趋势、城镇化发展的粗放与集约等关系问题进行了深入分析和探讨,并提出相应的发展路径与制度建议以及今后新型城镇化需要进一步研究的主要科学问题。 相似文献

采用回归分析、截面及时间序列相结合分析等方法,基于第五次、第六次全国人口普查数据及全国和河北省县域经济发展数据,采用比较的视角测度了河北省县域城镇化水平,分析了河北省县域城镇化与县域经济发展的互动关系。研究表明,河北省县域城镇化具有起点低、发展速度快、整体较落后的特点;通过实证分析发现在河北省县域层面上,城镇化与经济发展水平之间存在密切相关性,经济增长较产业结构优化更能促进城镇化进程,城镇化进步也有利于非农产业发展并促进经济增长;但经济发展对县域城镇化的作用较为直观,城镇化对经济发展的反作用比较复杂。 相似文献

运用熵值法对长江流域2008年、2013年及2018年3个时期105个地级市的人口、土地、经济城镇化水平进行多维评测;依托ArcGIS平台分析城镇化的时空演变特征及耦合协调性的时空集聚模式;采用多元线性回归模型,挖掘城镇化耦合协调性的驱动因子。结果表明：长江上中下游地区城镇化耦合协调度显著差异,呈现出：下游地区＞＞中游地区＞上游地区的格局。城镇化耦合协调度中等协调及以上水平的地级市主要位于长江三角洲、合肥与皖江沿线、武汉城市圈、长沙城市圈、成渝城市群、南昌、贵阳、昆明等地。耦合协调度处于失调水平的地级市主要位于长江源头地区、藏东—川西—滇北横断山区、甘肃陇南、乌蒙山区、武陵山区、南岭地区等地。城镇化耦合协调度的空间集聚模式可划分为热点聚集型、中部发展型、冷点聚集型、边缘游离型4种类型。在此基础上,构建出4种空间集聚类型的拟合模型,决定系数R2均大于0.800。立足于新型城镇化建设,对长江流域人口、土地、经济城镇化的发展提出了针对性的政策建议。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
