旅游地生命周期的定义和衡量都存在不确定性,从信息角度分析的旅游地生命历程测控性较好,应受到更多的重视。该文分析了旅游地产生过程的信息特征,必须具备充沛的信息量、顺畅的信息通道和及时的信息反馈,才能形成成熟的旅游地和稳定的旅游市场。引入信息论的哈特里公式核算信息量,通过海南省近13年的旅游统计数据,研究游客活动强度影响下的旅游有效信息量,能综合反映其旅游地生命周期所处阶段,并求算该阶段的旅游地有效信息量的回归方程,进一步做出2011年有效信息量的预测,为旅游目的地宏观调控提供依据。 相似文献

旅游地生命周期与旅游产品结构演变关系初步研究——以普陀山为例 总被引：30，自引：2，他引：28
通过旅游地生命周期的动力因子探讨,认为旅游地生命周期实质是在诸多外部因素影响下的旅游产品结构持续调整的过程,旅游产品结构调整贯穿于旅游地生命周期的各阶段。通过旅游产品结构双周期模型的建立和分析,论述影响生命周期的内在、外在因素及作用机制,阐释了Butler的S型旅游地生命周期演化模型,深化了旅游地演进规律的研究。实证研究表明,普陀山已走过探索阶段、参与阶段,正处于发展阶段,成熟阶段是今后理想演进阶段,普陀山旅游产品结构演化与调整验证、支持这一观点。最后,提出了普陀山旅游产品结构调整的若干对策。 相似文献

旅游地生命周期理论已经提出了很多年,这一理论的研究仍然在发展,尤其是对旅游地生命周期曲线的模拟做过很多有益的尝试。该文运用Logistic曲线对旅游地生命周期的发展阶段进行模拟,并应用Stella Ⅱ语言建立了模型,代入一定的数据进行处理,模拟旅游产品生命周期曲线,对这一曲线的主要影响因素进行了讨论。得出旅游市场预测的非线性规律,并讨论回头客对旅游地持续发展的重要性。 相似文献

通过对我国著名风景名胜区——张家界进行实证研究,以期寻求“旅游地生命周期理论”较好的运用途径,为张家界旅游开发提供理论依据。根据对张家界旅游地生命周期的考察、分析,划分和概述了旅游地生命周期的阶段及其特征,认为影响张家界旅游发展的因素主要有环境因素、竞争因素、管理因素,并有针对性地提出了处在发展阶段的张家界旅游开发策略：一要突出生态主题;二要增加旅游产品的文化内涵;三要加强市场营销手段。 相似文献
