研究了在pH4~6的弱酸性介质中,羟胺(HY)和溴化十二烷基吡啶(DPB)在钼、邻苯二酚紫(PV)配合物中的增敏作用和显色条件。有色配合物的最大吸收峰为718nm,表观摩尔吸光系数达1.2×106L·mol-1·cm-1,钼的检出限为0.6μg/L,反应在室温下瞬间完成,方法的线性范围在0.8~100μg/LMo,对w(Mo)在10-3水平的试样测定4次,RSD为4.6%~6.2%。对企业标准钢样的测定结果与推荐值相符。  相似文献

研究了碱性介质中,Mn(Ⅱ)被空气氧化生成H2MnO3,然后在H3PO4介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)和阳离子型有机相/水相微乳液(CTMAB/戊醇/正庚烷/水)的存在下,Mn(Ⅳ)与二安替比林对乙氧基苯基甲烷(DApEM)生成橙色产物,λmax为450nm,ε=1.95×105L·mol-1·cm-1。Mn(Ⅱ)的质量浓度在0~320μg/L内符合比尔定律。方法用于合金中锰的测定,结果与标准值符合,5次测定结果的RSD<3%。  相似文献

研究了新试剂N-间甲苯基-N′-(对氨基苯磺酸钠)硫脲(MMPT)与Cu2+的显色反应。结果表明,在pH4.6~5.6的HAc-NaAc介质中,Cu2+与MMPT形成的配合物至少稳定5h,其λmax=370nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.12×105L·mol-1·cm-1。Cu2+的质量浓度在0.08~1.4mg/L时符合比尔定律,相关系数r=0.9991。方法简便、快速,用于铅矿中铜的分析,测定结果与监控样推荐值相符,对w(Cu)=0.8%的试样测定6次,RSD=3.2%。  相似文献

在十二烷基硫酸钠存在下,于pH48~74的缓冲溶液中,2_〔2_(6_甲基苯并噻唑)偶氮〕_5_二乙氨基苯甲酸(6_Me_BTAEB)与Co(Ⅱ)发生显色反应,形成稳定的蓝紫色络合物,其组成为nCo(Ⅱ)∶n6_Me_BTAEB=1∶2,最大吸收波长为650nm,ε为138×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Co(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~032mg/L时服从比尔定律。方法可直接用于维生素B12和含钴分子筛中微量Co(Ⅱ)的测定,结果与原子吸收法相符。对于w(Co)=0.82%的含钴分子筛测定8次,其RSD为134%。  相似文献

在008~010mol/LHCl介质中,溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,Zr(Ⅳ)与5′_硝基水杨基荧光酮(5′_NSF)发生显色反应,形成1∶4的桔红色络合物,λmax=540nm,ε为146×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Zr(Ⅳ)含量在0~05mg/L符合比尔定律。方法用于氧化铝及陶瓷釉料中锆的测定,结果与ICP_AES法相符,RSD(n=5)在13%~37%。  相似文献

在H3PO4介质中,微量Pd(Ⅱ)能阻抑二安替比林对溴苯基甲烷(DApBM)与V(Ⅴ)的显色反应,阻抑程度与Pd(Ⅱ)量呈线性相关。据此建立了测定微量Pd(Ⅱ)的新方法。方法检测限为56.0μg/L,测定范围为0.0~480.0μg/LPd(Ⅱ)。阻抑反应的表观活化能为86.72kJ/mol,表观速率常数为5.57×10-4/s,反应终止后至少稳定24h。试样的加标回收率为91.7%~101%(n=4)。该法用于w(Pd)在10-3水平的冶金产品和催化剂中钯的测定,结果与原子吸收法测定结果相符,RSD(n=6)在2.8%~3.3%。  相似文献

在聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下,铌与硫氰酸盐形成配阴离子,再与罗丹明B阳离子形成能稳定3h的离子缔合物,可直接在水相中光度法测定Nb。体系的λmax=564nm,ε=78×105L·mol-1·cm-1,线性范围0~02mg/LNb。试验了近30种共存离子的影响,采用盐酸羟胺和EDTA掩蔽可消除干扰。经标样分析验证,结果与标准值相符,其RSD(n=6)在26%~43%。  相似文献

合成了新显色剂2(2咪唑偶氮)苯甲酸(简称IABA),分子式C10H8N4O2,分子量216.20,熔点213℃,各级酸离解常数pKa1为3.2,pKa2为9.8,研究了它的性质及其与钴显色反应的条件。在pH7的NH4Ac介质中,试剂与钴形成紫红色络合物,λmax为546nm,试剂的λmax为462nm,Δλ为84nm,Co2+与试剂络合比为1∶2,摩尔吸光系数1.61×104L·mol-1·cm-1,Co2+在0~0.8mg/L遵守比尔定律。所拟方法直接测定了工业废水及VB12中痕量钴,结果与原子吸收法相符,加标回收率为101.3%~102.2%,RSD(n=6)在2.0%~2.7%。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The geological site at Tercis is accepted by the Commission on Stratigraphy as the international reference for the stratigraphy of the studied interval. To cite this article: G.S. Odin, C. R. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Some olistolites reworked in a Tertiary flysch of Mount Parnon (Peloponnesus, Greece) exhibit a Late Permian assemblage, dominated by Paradunbarula (Shindella) shindensis, Hemigordiopsis cf. luquensis and Colaniella aff. minima. This association corresponds to the Late Wuchiapingian (=Late Dzhulfian), a substage whose algae and foraminifera are generally little known. Contemporaneous limestones crop out in the middle part of the Episkopi Formation in Hydra, but they are rather commonly reworked in Mesozoic and Cainozoic sequences. The palaeobiogeographical affinities shared by the foraminiferal markers of Greece, southeastern Pamir, and southern China, are very strong (up to the specific level), and are congruent with the Pangea B reconstructions.
