吉林省出海战略的铁路通道研究 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
本文从吉林省实施出海战略的目标出发,在对吉林省运输外贸出口物资的南部铁路通道及东部铁路通道的技术水平、运输能力、运营状态、运输价格进行全面比较的基础上,确定了吉林省外贸出口物资运输应以南京铁路通道为主体,以东部铁路通道为辅助的出海战略目标,并对接运吉林省外贸物资的东北南部以大连港为核心的港口群,朝鲜、俄罗斯日本海沿岸的港口群的技术水平、吞吐能力等情况进行了全面的分析与论证,提出了完善两大出海通道的规划与建设构想。 相似文献

基于中国省级行政区之间铁路货流数据（不含港澳台），采用社会网络分析及GIS空间分析等对1998—2016年中国省际网络联系结构特征进行分析。结果表明：① 1998—2016年中国铁路货流网络密度呈先增长后下降的趋势；② 中部地区和环渤海经济圈的省份在铁路货流网络中货运量处于领先地位，沿海省份之间铁路货运联系减弱；③ 山西和内蒙古在铁路货流网络中占有重要地位，而海南、西藏则在铁路货流网络中处于边缘地位；④ 广东密切联系华中地区和西南地区，西北省份相互联系及对外联系都较弱；⑤ 铁路货流网络中地域邻近性与经济联系很大程度上决定了凝聚子群的构成，随着中国经济发展和铁路货运的不断变化，铁路货流网络的凝聚子群增多，规模变小。 相似文献

在分析世界集装箱运输发展及集装箱网络构成的基础上，指出在海上集装箱运输发展过程中枢纽港与支线港的分离，干线航线与支线航线的形成是集装箱运输发展的必然结果；在陆上，集装箱中转站的分级是集装箱运输发展的客观要求，因此集装箱运输在发展的过程中形成了独特的空间运输网络体系。中国集装箱运输的快速发展在客观上要求合理布局与优化整个集装箱运输网络，在建立了中国集装箱运输GIS系统基础上，提出了中国集装箱港口及集装箱中转站的优化布局，同时提出了在港口与中转站布局基础上形成的中国集装箱运输几个重要运输通道。最后从经济发展对集装箱运输的客观要求出发，用模糊数学的方法，选择典型地区对集装箱运输通道进行不同约束条件下的评价。 相似文献

区域铁路公司是铁路运输市场组织的重要模式之一, 也是铁路改革中的焦点问题之一。 基于经济地理学功能区(结节区)的网络分析方法, 对1991～2005年我国城际铁路货流的空 间组织特征进行了系统分析, 发现我国铁路货物运输联系形成了较为稳定的功能区划, 形成 北京、广州、上海等城市枢纽节点。基于合理运输组织和减少交易成本的组织理念, 提出建 立东北、华北、西北、华中、华东、中南和西南7大区域铁路公司。该研究可以为铁路市场 化改革提供决策支持。 相似文献

北极海冰的加速消融为北极航线的开发利用带来了机遇，北极地区的经济价值凸显。北极东北航线为亚欧间的LNG运输提供了新的运输通道。为使亚欧间的LNG运输更为经济合理，基于海运里程和单船必要运费率两方面比较通过北极东北航线、苏伊士运河航线、好望角航线进行跨亚欧LNG运输的经济性。在此基础上，采用负指数网络配流方法计算不同路径的配流比例，研究东北航线的亚欧间LNG运输发展潜力。结果表明，整体而言，采用东北航线进行跨亚欧LNG运输的海运里程更短，单船必要运费率更低，配流比例更高，其中，日本袖浦使用东北航线的经济性最为显著。将跨亚欧LNG运输通道的经济性分析和交通分配相结合，为亚洲地区更为经济合理地进行LNG运输提供参考。 相似文献

铁路是重要的地理空间要素和基础设施类型,是在运输属性基础上不断拓展而包含社会、国防军事乃至政治内涵的物质要素,对地理系统具有分异和重塑功能。本文界定了铁路地缘系统的概念与基本特征,并以亚欧大陆为研究单元,分析其铁路轨距结构,探讨了其地缘系统分异格局,包括轨距差异、路轨系统、运输组织系统等;考察了亚欧铁路地缘系统的形成机理,重点从技术传播与路径依赖、地缘政治与国防军事、殖民扩张与殖民统治等角度进行揭示;最后,总结了亚欧大陆铁路轨距技术的地缘传播模式。研究发现亚欧大陆形成了复杂的铁路轨距分异格局,但主流轨距是1520 mm、1435 mm和1067 mm,其覆盖里程规模与空间范围、地理区位均形成明显分异,成为铁路地缘系统形成分异、网络形成割裂的物理基础和技术源头。亚欧大陆形成了8个铁路地缘系统,分别割据亚欧大陆的不同地区,覆盖不同数量的国家和空间范围,形成了不同的地缘关系,尤其是产生了“1435空间”和“1520空间”的地缘对抗,并形成了5种铁路轨距传播的地缘模式。 相似文献

借鉴复杂网络理论,以铁路列车时刻表为基础数据,探讨高速铁路的开通对东北地区铁路网络结构和城市网络结构的空间影响。结果表明：① 高铁强化了东北地区铁路网络的小世界、无标度等网络特征,各网络节点在可达性和辐射能力方面受到4种不同形式的影响;② 高铁强化了沈阳和哈尔滨的主-副双核心铁路网络结构,使得拓扑网络的离散程度大幅降低,长春、大连等城市的网络联系中心性显著提升;③ 铁路交通重心向西北方向偏移,区域间不平衡性增强,吉林省成为东北铁路客运联系强度最高的地区;④ 大连市拥有特殊的门户城市特征,即对外联通能力强,但未形成足够吸引力。 相似文献

作为一种新型的运输方式，集装箱运输不仅实现了运输的高效化，信息化，门对门,而且改变了传统的货源组织方式和运输体系，这种改变不仅体现在集装箱枢纽港和支线港的分化，而且体现在集装箱运输内陆网络体系的建设上，以集装箱港口，运输通道，内陆中转站为主而形成的内陆运输网络正在改变着传统的货源组织方式，集装箱运输网络发展滞后也在一定程度上制约着内陆运输的集装箱化水平和集装箱的运输效率，本文论述了集装箱运输网络形成和发展的一般规律，并在此基础上深入分析了东北集装箱运输网络的发展现状，存在问题及内陆运输的规划。 相似文献

系统以ArcGIS9.0、ArcIMS9.0为开发平台,应用WebGIS技术、数据库技术、多媒体技术和虚拟现实技术为基本的技术支撑,以及地图网络开发工具ArcIMS,设计了基于浏览器/服务器模式的赣东北网络旅游信息系统的总体结构与功能模块、数据库及建库流程、浏览器/服务器体系结构及实现技术方案,并利用JSP进行动态网页界面开发,该系统可实现信息查询、景点三维显示、空间分析与操作、旅游分析评价与辅助决策等功能,同时也阐述了该系统的构建对赣东北的旅游管理和旅游业发展的重要意义. 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
