西双版纳热带季节雨林细根周转的研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4

研究了季节雨林0~20 cm土层中≤2 mm细根的生物量、分解量、死亡量、生长量和周转率,并比较了0~10 cm和10~20 cm土层细根生物量的差异。结果表明:0~10 cm的细根生物量明显多于10~20 cm的细根生物量;在0~20 cm土层中,季节雨林活细根和死细根生物量分别为5 418 kg.hm-2和707 kg.hm-2;细根生物量的季节变化显著,其中活细根生物量的最大值出现在5月,最小值出现在8月;年分解量、年死亡量、年生长量和年周转率分别为391 kg.hm-2,1 061 kg.hm-2,3 776 kg.hm-2和0.70 times.a-1。  相似文献

采用完整土块法,以千年桐(Aleurites montana)人工林为研究对象,测定了1~5级细根的形态、生物量和组织碳(C)、氮(N)含量,分析了不同径级和序级与细根形态指标的差异性,对序级与细根生物量、碳氮含量及它们之间的关系进行探讨。结果表明:直径≤1 mm的细根根尖数、根系累计长度、根系累计表面积分别占据总量的99.66%,88.42%,69.82%;随着根序从1级根到5级根升高,千年桐细根直径由0.86 mm增加到1.35 mm,组织密度由0.11 g/cm3上升到0.47 g/cm3,根表面积密度由0.46 m2/m3降低到0.085 m2/m3,比根长由32.04 m/g减少到16.41 m/g;千年桐细根直径、比根长、根表面积密度、根组织密度及生物量与序级之间回归分析发现它们与序级之间具有二次函数、指数函数、线性函数、三次函数及高斯峰值函数关系;1~5级细根生物量对总生物量的贡献分别为:18.7%,30.9%,27.1%,16.6%,6.7%;N含量随着根序升高由16.73 mg/g下降到11.83 mg/g,C含量则由454.97 mg/g上升到494.43 mg/g;千年桐细根C/N比的变异受根组织N含量的影响程度达到93%,而受C含量的影响程度仅为50%。上述结果证明,千年桐细根的结构特征、生物量和碳氮含量之间存在密切联系,为了解千年桐根系结构与功能提供重要依据。  相似文献

全球变化背景下研究增温和养分有效性对细根生物量的影响,对于理解林木养分吸收、生产力和碳吸存具有重要意义。选择杉木为研究对象,通过在福建省三明市陈大镇国有林场内设置土壤增温和氮沉降双因子试验,研究杉木幼树不同月份细根生物量的变化,结果发现:1)土壤增温、氮沉降分别对总细根生物量有显著的抑制和促进作用,土壤增温与氮沉降的交互作用对总细根生物量则无显著影响。2)增温对4月、7月、11月份细根总生物量均有极显著影响,增温对细根总生物量的抑制效应以7月最大;氮沉降对7月和11月细根总生物量有显著影响,7月份的促进作用大于11月份。3)土壤增温对0~1 mm细根生物量的抑制作用大于1~2 mm细根,表明0~1 mm根系对增温的响应更加敏感。4)土壤增温对表层0~10 cm细根生物量的抑制作用大于较深层的细根生物量;而氮沉降只对表层土壤细根生物量有显著促进作用,表明土壤增温和氮沉降均能显著改变细根的垂直分布。结论表明,土壤增温显著抑制细根生物量,而氮沉降显著促进细根生物量,并引起细根生物量在不同径级、不同土层分配格局的变化,从而可能对杉木适应性和生长产生影响。  相似文献

细根在城市绿地地下碳过程中扮演着重要的角色.本研究采用土芯法和WinRHIZO根系分析软件对福建省福州市区内城市绿地的细根现存生物量进行研究。结果表明:1)城市片林的细根生物量在1.15~2.60t/hm^2之间,低于草坪的细根生物量(1.34~4.45t/hm^2),总体上也低于多数亚热带天然森林的细根生物量.2)细根垂直分布总体规律是随深度的增加而减少,城市草坪上层细根生物量与下层细根生物量差异大于城市片林.城市草坪土壤中79%的细根集中于表层土壤(0—10cm),10~40cm土层中的细根生物量仅占20%,而各城市片林中仅有50%左右的细根集中于土壤表层0~10cm,10~30cm深度的土层中的细根生物量占30%,40~60cm的土层都仍有20%的细根存在.3)采用细根长度、直径建立双因素模型,对城市绿地细根生物量均有较好的拟合结果,但城市片林的模型拟合效果(R^2〉0.85)优于城市草坪(R^2为0.59~0.79).鉴于草坪具有可观的细根生物量,其对城市土壤地下碳过程有着不容忽视的作用,因此今后还需进一步引入其他变量优化其细根拟合模型.  相似文献

采用微根管法,在福建省三明米槠天然常绿阔叶林内布设96根微根管,分析细根形态特征随细根直径的变化及其空间变异,并估计细根变量所需的取样数量。结果表明:1)微根管法观测的细根直径较小,88%的根数量其直径≤0.5 mm,1 mm的根数量仅占3%;2)细根的根长和体积随根直径分布的特点不一致:≤1mm的根其根长占总根长的95%,而体积只占总根体积的50%;3)Shapiro-Wilk检验表明,细根根长密度和根体积密度在不同土层均是非正态分布,且均呈右偏分布;4)蒙特卡罗统计模拟分析表明:在95%置信水平、80%估计精度要求下,微根管法测定细根根长密度时需要的取样量达79个;而测定类似条件下细根体积密度所要求的取样量则远超出本研究的最大采样量(96个)。传统的微根管法仅能观测到直径较小的根,在估计细根参数时易因取样体积不足导致估计不准确,在今后的研究中,应扩大微根管的观测范围或采用根窗法。  相似文献

林木细根(≤2mm)是树木水分和养分吸收的主要器官,是陆地生态系统净生产力的重要组成部分,深入理解细根生长过程及其寿命是建立全球碳及养分循环模型的关键.本试验采用微根管技术对11年生杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)人工林细根生长、衰老、死亡的动态过程进行了为期1年半的监测,运用Kaplan—Meier方法估计细根存活率及中值寿命(Median root longevity,MRL),生成存活曲线(Survival curve).用对数秩检验(Log—rank test)比较不同直径、不同土层、不同季节出生的细根寿命差异程度.结果表明,细根主要出.现在雨季(3q月),以直径0~1mm的细根为主,并随观测期的延长,细根存活率下降,中值寿命为236d.直径0~1mm的细根累积存活率小于1~2mm的细根.土壤下层(20~40cm)的生存曲线在细根累积存活率达到50%以后始终高于上层(0~20cm),上下层中值寿命分别为236d和243d,这可能与土壤环境因素的垂直分布相关,下层土壤有利于延长细根寿命.不同出生时间的细根寿命不同,雨季与干季出生的细根中值寿命分别为86d和270d.  相似文献

极端干旱环境下的胡杨细根分布与土壤特征   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3  
以塔里木河下游的中龄胡杨为研究对象,采用开挖剖面分层取样法,对胡杨细根(D≤2 mm)的空间分布以及与土壤特征因子之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明:①在长期干旱胁迫下,胡杨细根(D≤2 mm)根长密度(RLD)、根表面积密度(SAD)从表层到地下100 cm土层内,呈逐渐增加趋势,100~140 cm土层内表现为减少的波动分布趋势;细根RLD、SAD集中分布在60~120 cm土层内,约占0~140 cm土层总细根RLD和SAD的74%以上;在水平方向上,距树干0.75~2.5 m范围内,呈逐渐减少趋势,而在3.5~5.5 m范围内呈波动的增加趋势。②胡杨细根(D≤2 mm)RLD和SAD与土壤总盐、土壤有效养分含量之间呈显著负相关关系,适合乘幂模型,与土壤含水率之间呈一定程度的正相关关系,适合三次曲线模型。  相似文献

 为了探讨沙地生态系统植物根系生物量的季节动态及其空间变化,采用根钻法,从2005年4月至2005年10月对毛乌素沙地天然臭柏、油蒿群落0—90 cm土层中细根(D≤2 mm, D为直径)生物量动态进行了测定,臭柏细根总生物量为13.87~18.22 t·hm-2,细根平均生物量占总根量的60.10%;油蒿的细根总生物量为1.173~1.389 t·hm-2,细根平均生物量占总根量的73.04%。臭柏细根平均生物量为油蒿的12.50倍(P<0.05)。臭柏、油蒿群落细根生物量动态呈双峰曲线,峰值分别出现在4月、8月和6月、10月。两者的活细根生物量大致呈上升趋势,死根生物量则相反。臭柏、油蒿群落细根生物量的垂直分布随土层加深,生物量明显减少,细根在不同层次上的动态变化与总细根量的季节变化有所不同。臭柏细根生物量从坡顶到坡底分别为16.8067 t·hm-2、16.1656 t·hm-2、10.9834 t·hm-2,呈下降趋势,其细根生物量比率从坡顶、坡中到坡底依次增大;油蒿细根生物量最高值出现在坡顶,坡中与坡底变化不明显,其细根生物量比率随坡位变化并不明显。  相似文献

以2 mm为粗、细根的划分界限,采用根钻法对毛乌素沙地的单株沙柳及沙柳林地的细根分布进行了调查研究,同时测量土壤含水率。结果表明,沙柳细根垂直分布深度为1.5 m左右,且随土壤深度的增加细根生物量逐渐减少,细根根量最大值出现在表层,在0~20 cm范围内集中分布,约占总根量的一半左右。沙柳水平根系发达,细根主要分布在冠幅半径3倍左右的范围内,表明沙柳通过水平扩展来获取分布于土壤浅层的大气降水;丘顶沙柳林地根量小于丘底林地根量,土壤水分的含量和分布决定沙柳细根根量的大小和分布。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
