以天然纳米矿物纤蛇纹石和酸浸二氧化硅为载体,钛酸四丁酯为钛源,在室温条件下采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备了负载TiO_2的复合光催化材料。采用气体吸附、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对载体和不同温度煅烧得到的样品进行微观形貌和结构分析,并在紫外光照射下,以10 mg/L罗丹明B为目标污染物评价不同样品的光催化活性。结果表明,750℃煅烧的酸浸二氧化硅负载TiO_2复合材料的光催化性能最好,光照40 min对罗丹明B的去除率达到91.57%,载体良好的吸附能力能够促进污染物的降解。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2/电气石复合光催化剂,通过光降解甲基橙实验考察复合光催化剂的活性,发现复合物中2%电气石的制备比例就可以显著提升TiO2降解有机物活性,降解率(0.5h)达99.87%,明显优于纯TiO2(0.5h)83.64%,提高了约20%。经XRD、BET、SEM等手段对样品进行分析得知:经800℃以下长时间热处理,电气石的结晶构造不变;900℃热处理使电气石结构破坏。SEM分析显示复合物中TiO2颗粒呈球簇状,均匀包覆在电气石表面形成颗粒膜层。  相似文献

掺铜TiO2/膨润土光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以天然钠基膨润土为载体,利用四氯化钛水解法制备了掺铜TiO2/膨润土复合光催化剂;比较了不同量Cu2+对TiO2/钠基膨润土的修饰作用及不同光照条件对光催化性能的影响。采用分光光度计、XRD、IR及TG-DTA等测试手段对试验结果进行表征。结果表明,铜的掺入对TiO2/膨润土光催化活性有显著提高:当掺铜量为原土阳离子交换量的10.9%时,紫外光下催化效果最好;16.4%时太阳光下催化效果最好。复合后样品热处理温度为500 ℃,获得较理想的光催化活性。  相似文献

Sol-gel法制备Fe3 掺杂TiO2催化剂的基础上,掺入SiO2纳米粉体,制备了一种改性Fe3 -SiO2-TiO2薄膜。以甲醛为降解对象,探讨金属掺杂和半导体复合量、活化温度、负载量等对该薄膜光催化活性的影响。结果表明,在500℃焙烧、质量比Fe3 ∶SiO2∶TiO2=1.0∶12∶100、镀膜5层时,Fe3 -SiO2-TiO2薄膜的光催化活性最高,150min后甲醛降解率达93%,是单纯TiO2薄膜的1.9倍。  相似文献

蒙脱石基纳米FeOOH/TiO2复合材料的制备与光催化活性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以蒙脱石为基底,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化钛/蒙脱石(TiO2/Mmt)复合光催化材料,通过Fe(NO3)3-HNO3体系水解生长纳米FeOOH,从而制备出负载型羟基氧化铁/二氧化钛/蒙脱石(FeOOH/TiO3/Mmt)复合光催化材料以改善材料在可见光下的光催化性能.高分辨透射电镜的表征结果显示,FeOOH/TiO2复合薄膜厚度约为10~40 nm,TiO2为晶粒粒径约为5~10nm的锐钛矿,FeOOH为长10~30 nm,宽约4 nm的针铁矿.以甲基橙为目标物,对FeOOH/TiO2/Mmt复合材料的光催化性能进行初探,在甲基橙初始浓度为5 mg/L,催化剂用量为1.875 g/L,H2O2初始浓度为2 mmol/L,pH值为6.5,350 W氙灯照射1 h,甲基橙脱色率达到99%,明显优于相同条件下TiO2/Mint对甲基橙的45%脱色率;同时甲基橙残液的红外光谱图显示FeOOH/TiO2/Mmt/H2O2/UV体系比FeOOH/TiO2/Mint/H2O2/Visible light体系具备更好的光催化氧化苯环的能力,降解更为彻底.  相似文献

以天然层状蛭石为载体,钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2/蛭石复合光催化材料,利用XRD、SEM、TG-DTA、FTIR和BET等分析技术对催化剂进行了表征,通过对甲基橙溶液的降解实验检测了其光催化活性。探讨了催化剂用量、甲基橙初始浓度、pH值、煅烧温度等对光催化效率的影响规律。结果表明:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的TiO2/蛭石经过200℃焙烧后,具有较好的光催化效率,利用300 W的高压汞灯紫外光辐照90 min,甲基橙溶液的脱色率达99%,COD去除率达81%。  相似文献

用醇盐水解法、硫酸亚铁-硝酸钾氧化法制备TiO2光催化剂、坡缕石/TiO2复合光催化剂和坡缕石/磁性铁氧化物/TiO2复合光催化剂.通过XRD、TEM、UV-Vis和MS分析光催化剂的物相组成、形貌特征、对紫外可见光的漫反射以及磁化率,并以甲基橙为处理对象,对比研究了TiO2光催化剂、坡缕石/TiO2复合光催化剂和坡缕石/磁性铁氧化物/TiO2复合光催化剂的光催化效果.结果表明:坡缕石/磁性铁氧化物的复合能降低复合光催化剂中锐钛矿的平均粒径,提高锐钛矿的分散性.铁的复合是否提高光催化剂的光催化效率与催化剂的煅烧温度有关.坡缕石的复合对光催化剂的最佳煅烧温度有影响.  相似文献

为弥补传统秸秆建筑材料在抗压强度、防火性能、保温能力等方面的不足,本实验将秸秆掺入地质聚合物中合成一种新型复合保温建筑材料,研究了不同秸秆含量对材料保温性能的影响,并考察了材料的耐高温性能。结果表明:秸秆地质聚合物具有良好的保温性能,秸秆掺量由1%增至6%时,材料的导热系数由0.0981 W/m·K减至0.0692 W/m·K。秸秆掺入量为4%时,抗压强度为32.78 MPa。耐高温实验结果显示,当煅烧温度低于250℃时,地质聚合物对秸秆具有一定的保护作用。当材料在600℃温度下煅烧120 min后,其抗压强度依然达到35.94MPa。温度在800℃以内材料具有稳定的矿物组成,热稳定性良好。  相似文献

采用水蒸气水解和直接加水水解方法制备了负载型坡缕石/TiO2,并以300W高压汞灯为光源,活性金黄BES的降解活性为实验对象,研究了催化剂的投加量、催化剂煅烧温度以及实验重复次数对活性金黄染料溶液光降解作用的影响,对制备的催化剂进行了光催化氧化对比实验。结果表明:催化剂的最佳煅烧温度是300℃,最佳投加量为1g/L,并且直接加水水解方法优于蒸气水解法,直接加水水解方法能得到锐钛矿型TiO2,而蒸气水解方法只能得到无定形态TiO2。2h后,直接加酸水解制备的催化剂对活性金黄BES的去除率可达93%。  相似文献

利用X射线粉晶衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜等方法分析煅烧温度、保温时间等因素对以溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米TiO2及掺铈纳米TiO2光催化剂的相组成、晶粒大小的影响,煅烧温度升高使晶粒粒径增大并使物相组成发生改变,保温时间增加使晶粒粒径增大以及结晶度增高;利用所制备样品对亚硝酸盐进行光催化降解试验研究,结果表明样品的制备条件、光催化剂的晶粒大小、光催化时间对亚硝酸盐的降解率有重要影响,铈的掺入有利于提高亚硝酸盐的降解率,掺铈量在1%~3%范围内,亚硝酸盐的光催化降解率随掺铈量的增加而提高。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Some olistolites reworked in a Tertiary flysch of Mount Parnon (Peloponnesus, Greece) exhibit a Late Permian assemblage, dominated by Paradunbarula (Shindella) shindensis, Hemigordiopsis cf. luquensis and Colaniella aff. minima. This association corresponds to the Late Wuchiapingian (=Late Dzhulfian), a substage whose algae and foraminifera are generally little known. Contemporaneous limestones crop out in the middle part of the Episkopi Formation in Hydra, but they are rather commonly reworked in Mesozoic and Cainozoic sequences. The palaeobiogeographical affinities shared by the foraminiferal markers of Greece, southeastern Pamir, and southern China, are very strong (up to the specific level), and are congruent with the Pangea B reconstructions.
