城镇用地扩展格局及驱动力研究对城市群发展规划与决策具有重要意义。以京津冀地区为例,基于城镇用地扩展强度指数、城镇用地扩展差异指数、分形维数、土地城镇化率和重心转移模型,多维解析了城市群城镇用地扩展格局特征,并耦合重心转移模型和时空地理加权回归(GTWR)模型构建重心-GTWR模型,在对空间格局进行长时间序列多维度指标分析的基础上,运用该模型依序对其特征进行驱动力解读,进而总结凝练京津冀区域发展的主导模式与城市核心驱动力。主要结论为:① 1990-2015年,京津冀城市群城镇用地扩展强度呈现“下降-上升-下降”的趋势,高峰时期在2005-2010年,在2005年之前高速发展城市集中在北京、天津、保定和廊坊,2005年之后集中在邢台和邯郸;② 城市群城镇用地重心虽呈现出发散态势,但城市之间的局部相互作用力逐渐增强,城镇用地扩展驱动力表现出空间溢出特征;③ 京津冀城市群空间发展模式由以北京和天津为中心的双核发展模式向多核发展模式转变,并出现北部资源运输核心、中部经济发展核心和南部投资发展核心三大功能核心组团,城市群趋向于多核功能协同发展模式;④ 重心-GTWR模型结合了时空非平稳性和城市空间相互作用,将城市群城镇用地扩展作为一个时空变化系统进行分析,经验证,该模型在城镇用地扩展格局驱动力分析研究中具有可行性。  相似文献

基于约束性CA方法的北京城市形态情景分析   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4  
约束性元胞自动机(Constrained cellular automata,Constrained CA) 在模拟城市增长方面已有诸多实践,已有文献常利用各种反映土地利用需要、区位影响、管理制度等的政策参数,设定不同的城市空间发展情景以反映未来的城市形态。在基于约束性CA进行城市形态情景分析时,以各种政策参数作为情景条件的研究实例较多。而在中国的城市规划实践中,城市规划用于建设管理的审批,对应明确的城市形态,因而如何利用城市形态作为情景条件分析所需政策,也有实践意义,可以解决一些广为关注的重要问题,例如已有的发展政策是否与期望的城市形态相匹配,不同规划方案所需采取的政策有什么区别等。本文提出了以城市形态作为情景条件(即形态情景分析) 的新方法,该方法基于约束性CA,改变了传统的约束性CA情景条件的设置方法,以期望的未来城市形态为目标,识别相应需要的发展政策。并将北京市域的4 个规划城市形态作为情景条件进行了实证分析,对多个规划方案实施的可能性和政策参数进行对比分析,证明该方法具有较好的适用性和可行性,是将约束性CA的应用扩展到城市规划领域的又一尝试。  相似文献

京津冀城市群是中国经济发展三大引擎之一,随着京津冀协同战略的深入推进,其空间拓展呈现出新趋势与新动力。首先,集成约束性元胞自动机、空间聚类、Logistic回归、时间迭代等算法,构建出以地理分区、宏观预测和微观分配为核心的多情景空间演化模型。然后,利用京津冀2000-2013年及规划预测的用地、交通、城镇、生态和社会经济等数据,进行模型参数识别与模拟效果验证,并从交通引导、城镇辐射、经济发展等定量揭示城市群地域空间演化的动力机制。最后,从城镇化发展速度、生态保护格局和规划政策引导三大角度进行多情景模拟,总体呈现城镇扩展速度减缓、京津用地疏解效应明显和交通引导趋势加强等特点,且主要沿京津、京保石、京唐秦和京张四条发展轴扩展。2014-2030年新增城镇建设用地共3851 km^2,年均增长量226.5 km^2,远低于2000-2013年的339.7 km^2;其中,京津两地新增用地占比由42%下降到26%,保定和廊坊则成为未来城镇扩展的主力军,四市总增量占比达56%。  相似文献

京津冀城镇用地空间结构的多分维谱分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
城市形态和城镇体系都具有分形性质,但简单分形模型不能有效揭示城市系统的复杂结构特征及其背后的问题。多分形模型及分析方法是研究城市空间复杂性和描述城市异质性的有效手段。利用城镇建设用地和总建设用地的多分维谱分析,可以发现京津冀城镇体系及主要城市的空间演化问题。主要结果如下:①京津冀总建设用地的全局谱线不正常,代表中心区的谱线收敛过快,而代表边缘区和乡村地区的谱线收敛位置严重越界;②局部谱线单峰左偏,左(趋向中心区)高密、右(趋向边缘区)低疏,且右边数值越界;③多分维增长曲线服从二次logistic函数,但不同区域和城市的增长曲线的拐点位置不同。深入分析谱线特征及其异常根源,得出如下结论:①京津冀主要城市的中心区填充过密,没有太多缓冲空间,而边缘区无序扩展,需要通过规划进行优化;②京津冀城市生长以外延扩展模式为主,但河北省总建设用地有中心集聚迹象;③京津冀地区特别是主要城市用地接近饱和,土地扩展速度高峰已经过去,只有河北省部分区域例外。  相似文献

探索城市扩展与生态位的空间变化关系有助于促进城镇化背景下区域的协调可持续发展。该文基于城市扩展研究现状及城市生态位理论研究方法,以京津冀结合部地区为例,提取土地利用空间信息以探索2005-2015年间城市扩展特征,建立城市生态位评价指标体系并判断城市生态位变化规律,结合耦合协调度模型定量研究两者关系,并利用空间自相关方法检验耦合协调度的空间格局特征。研究表明,2005-2015年,京津冀结合部城市建成区范围持续向外扩展且扩展形态呈离散特征;区域整体经济、社会与环境生态位宽度变化不一,且各区县发展差异明显;城市扩展与生态位变化的耦合协调发展状况总体上得到改善,但协调发展类型仍以失调衰退向协调发展过渡为主;应对京津冀结合部各县区发展进行精准定位,在释放潜能的同时加强区域联动。  相似文献

揭示区域旅游经济增长的时空演化特征并探究其影响因素有助于丰富区域旅游经济发展理论,也可为京津冀地区旅游协同发展政策的制定提供科学依据。在初步构建京津冀地区旅游经济增长时空演化研究框架及多因素分析模型的基础上,运用基尼系数、核密度曲线、双变量局域自相关等方法,从旅游空间的规模、等级和形态变化等方面考察京津冀地区2001—2019年旅游经济增长的空间格局及演化过程,并基于面板多元回归模型和空间计量模型对其影响因素进行深入剖析。结果表明:① 京津冀地区旅游经济增长的空间格局从双核心逐渐转为多核心,旅游区域中心城市和部分旅游节点城市逐步成为旅游经济增长的主要载体,京津冀旅游协同发展初见成效。② 京津冀地区旅游经济增长的时空演化过程大体可分为3个阶段:高速增长下的双核心极化缓解阶段;中速增长下的双核心向多核心转变阶段;快速增长下的多核心形成阶段。③ 影响京津冀地区旅游经济增长的主要因素有人均GDP、星级饭店的数量、到北京/天津高速公路距离、旅游发展政策和旅游大事件等,其中人均GDP对旅游经济增长有显著的空间溢出效应。④ 影响核心枢纽城市、旅游区域中心城市和节点城市的旅游经济增长因素有一定差异,星级饭店数量、旅游大事件和PM2.5浓度对核心枢纽城市和旅游区域中心城市旅游经济增长有较大影响,城市道路面积、到北京/天津高速公路距离、旅游发展政策、旅游大事件、年末实有出租车数量、PM2.5浓度等则是影响旅游节点城市旅游经济增长的主要因素。  相似文献

构建政府规划约束下的包含多种类型智能体和环境因素的城市空间增长多智能体模拟模型,通过居民、开发商和政府三类智能体之间以及智能体与环境之间的相互作用模拟了城市空间增长情况。模型将城市建设用地规划区纳入政府的土地利用政策,探讨了政府规划因素对城市建设用地增长的影响,并根据土地集约利用的原则对模拟结果进行了优化。在Repast和ArcGIS的实验环境下,以南京市中心城区(长江以南)为研究区设置了四组土地利用情景,模拟了2001-2007年研究区的城市建设用地增长情况,对比不同情景下模型的模拟精度,说明正确合理的政府规划引导对城市空间增长的重要作用以及对模拟结果进行优化的必要性。该模型有助于揭示城市空间增长机制,为政府宏观调控政策和规划制定提供参考。  相似文献

长江经济带建设是新时期中国经济社会发展的重大战略之一。城市群国土空间的合理规划与科学管理对长江经济带健康、可持续发展具有重要的意义。位居长江中游的长株潭都市圈经历了快速的城镇化过程,城市扩展对区域资源与环境产生了深刻的影响,但目前该区域国土空间格局及变化预测的研究不足,城市空间扩展对耕地保护的影响尚不明确。本文基于极限学习的城市扩展元胞自动机模型,在自然增长、规划发展、生态优先三种城市发展情景下,模拟预测了2030年长株潭都市圈城市空间格局,分析了城市空间演化对耕地面积及其空间分布的影响。研究结果表明:(1)在自然增长、规划发展、生态优先三种城市发展情景下,2030年长株潭都市圈建设用地将分别达到1295.08、1166.44、1104.78 km2。在三种城市发展情境下,长株潭都市圈建设用地均以边缘增长为主,向外扩展延伸,城市一体化趋势显著;(2)在自然增长、规划发展、生态优先三种情景下,2030年长株潭都市圈耕地将分别减少到2088.30、2134.94、2199.45 km2。城市建设用地的扩展导致区域耕地面积的减少,从粮食安全与可持续...  相似文献

依据农田保护区规划与城市发展模拟相耦合的新思路,开展农田保护区预警研究。以广东番禺为实验区,首先利用基于多智能体的空间优化配置模型(AgentLA) 自动生成农田保护区范围。AgentLA模型能避免产生分散、破碎的空间格局,有利于保护区的管理和维护。通过地理模拟优化系统GeoSOS中的神经网络CA模型对研究区2025 年的城市发展格局进行三个情景的模拟:低速增长情景、基准情景和高速增长情景。最后利用GIS空间分析方法将预测结果与农田保护区相结合,提取农田保护与城市扩张产生冲突的区域。总体上,冲突的严重程度随着空间上城市扩张强度的增大而加剧,高速增长情景中冲突区域的面积较大。冲突区域的存在一方面说明了农田保护区需要相应的法律、法规支持,否则可能会因城市扩张而被侵占;另一方面也反映了农田保护与地区发展之间的冲突。因此,可以根据所提取的冲突区域面积大小、空间位置等特征,采取某种形式补偿,以此取得农田保护与地方利益之间的平衡。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
