Using the high-resolution spectra obtained at the 6-meter telescope of the SAO RAS over 2002–2013, we studied the spectral features of the lines of interstellar medium. The radial velocities of the Na I 5890 Å, Na I 5896 Å, Ca II 3934 Å and Ca II 3968 Å absorption lines were analyzed. Seven diffuse interstellar bands 4964, 5780, 5797, 6196, 6203, 6379 Å were identified in the optical spectrum of IRAS01005+7910. Radial velocities Vr and equivalent widths Wλ of these DIBs were measured, for which the values of the interstellar reddening EB?V and column density of neutral hydrogen log [N(H)] were calculated.  相似文献

Based on the material of multiple high-resolution R = 60 000 observations conducted on the 6-m telescope (BTA) of the Special Astrophysical Observatory in combination with the Nasmyth Echelle Spectrograph (NES), we closely studied the features of the optical spectrum of the star MWC17 with the B[e] phenomenon. In the wavelength interval of 4050–6750 Å, we identified numerous permitted and forbidden emissions, interstellar Na I lines, and diffuse interstellar bands (DIBs). Radial velocities were estimated from lines of different origin. As the systemic velocity, Vsys, the velocity of the forbidden emissions can be accepted: ?47 kms?1 (relative to the local standard Vlsr = ?42 kms?1). Comparison of the obtained data with the earlier measurements allows us to conclude on the absence of considerable variability of spectral details.  相似文献

We present photoelectric and spectroscopic observations of the protoplanetary object V 1853 Cyg, a B supergiant with an IR excess. Over two years of its observations, the star exhibited rapid irregular light variations with amplitudes $\Delta V = 0\mathop .\limits^m 3$ , $\Delta B = 0\mathop .\limits^m 3$ , $\Delta U = 0\mathop .\limits^m 4$ and no correlation between color and magnitude. Its mean magnitude has not changed since the first UBV observations in 1973 (Drilling 1975). Low-resolution spectroscopic observations show that the spectrum of V 1853 Cyg in 2000 corresponded to that of a B1–B2 star with T eff ~ 20000 K. High-resolution spectroscopic observations confirm the conclusion that the profiles of absorption and emission lines are variable. We identified the star’s spectral lines and measured the equivalent widths of more than 40 lines. The star’s radial velocity is 〈V r 〉= ?49 × 5 km s?1, as measured from absorption lines, and ranges from–50 to–85 km s–1 for different lines, as measured from shell emission lines. The velocity of the dust clouds on the line of sight determined from diffuse interstellar bands (DIBs) and from interstellar Na I lines is 〈V r 〉= ?16 × 5 km s?1. The P Cyg profiles of the He I λ5876 Å and λ6678 Å lines suggest an ongoing mass loss by the star. An analysis of the observational data confirms the conclusion that the star belongs to the class of intermediatemass protoplanetary objects.  相似文献

We analyze the space velocities of blue supergiants, long-period Cepheids, and young open star clusters (OSCs), as well as the H I and H II radial-velocity fields by the maximum-likelihood method. The distance scales of the objects are matched both by comparing the first derivatives of the angular velocity Ω′ determined separately from radial velocities and proper motions and by the statistical-parallax method. The former method yields a short distance scale (for R0=7.5 kpc, the assumed distances should be increased by 4%), whereas the latter method yields a long distance scale (for R0=8.5 kpc, the assumed distances should be increased by 16%). We cannot choose between these two methods. Similarly, the distance scale of blue supergiants should be shortened by 9% and lengthened by 3%, respectively. The H II distance scale is matched with the distance scale of Cepheids and OSCs by comparing the derivatives Ω′ determined for H II from radial velocities and for Cepheids and OSCs from space velocities. As a result, the distances to H II regions should be increased by 5% in the short distance scale. We constructed the Galactic rotation curve in the Galactocentric distance range 2–14 kpc from the radial velocities of all objects with allowance for the difference between the residual-velocity distributions. The axial ratio of the Cepheid+OSC velocity ellipsoid is well described by the Lindblad relation, while σu≈σv for gas. The following rotation-curve parameters were obtained: Ω0=(27.5±1.4) km s?1 kpc?1 and A=(17.1±0.5) km s?1 kpc?1 for the short distance scale (R0=7.5 kpc); and Ω0=(26.6±1.4) km s?1 kpc?1 and A=(15.4±0.5) km s?1 kpc?1 for the long distance scale (R0=8.5 kpc). We propose a new method for determining the angular velocity Ω0 from stellar radial velocities alone by using the Lindblad relation. Good agreement between the inferred Ω0 and our calculations based on space velocities suggests that the Lindblad relation holds throughout the entire sample volume. Our analysis of the heliocentric velocities for samples of young objects reveals noticeable streaming motions (with a velocity lag of ~7 km s?1 relative to the LSR), whereas a direct computation of the perturbation amplitudes in terms of the linear density-wave theory yields a small amplitude for the tangential perturbations.  相似文献

Based on our Hα interferometric observations and CO data, we analyze the structure and kinematics of the gas in an extended region of the Cygnus arm around the recently discovered star WR 142a. We have established that WR 142a and the ionized hydrogen in its immediate neighborhood are associated with the complex of molecular clouds observed in a region with l ~ 78°–80°30′, b ~ 2°–3°20′, and V LSR ~ 4–16 km s?1. Traces of the action of the stellar wind from WR 142a on the ambient gas have been found to the northeast of the star in a region devoid of dense absorbing foreground clouds. These include very weak thin gas and dust filaments as well as high-velocity components of the Hα profile, which can be interpreted as a possible expansion of the shell swept up by the wind with a velocity as high as 50–80 km s?1. Giant regions of reduced CO emission dominated by high-velocity motions of ionized hydrogen have been detected. Stars of the Cyg OB2 association and the cluster NGC 6910 can be responsible for these motions.  相似文献

Based on our H α interferometry and 21-cm and CO observations, we analyze the structure and kinematics of the interstellar medium around the stars WR 134 and WR 135. We conclude that the HI bubble found here previously is associated with WR 135, not with WR 134. High-velocity motions of ionized gas that can be interpreted as expansion of the gas swept up by the stellar wind with a velocity up to 50–80 km s?1 are observed around both stars. The line-of-sight velocity field of the ionized hydrogen in the Cygnus arm is shown to agree with the large-scale line-of-sight velocity distribution of the CO emission.  相似文献

We analyze the spectra of DR Tau in the wavelength range 1200 to 3100 Å obtained with the GHRS and STIS spectrographs from the Hubble Space Telescope. The profiles for the C IV 1550 and He II 1640 emission lines and for the absorption features of some lines indicate that matter falls to the star at a velocity ~300 km s?1. At the same time, absorption features were detected in the blue wings of the N I, Mg I, Fe II, Mg II, C II, and Si II lines, suggesting mass outflow at a velocity up to 400 km s?1. The C II, Si II, and Al II intercombination lines exhibit symmetric profiles whose peaks have the same radial velocity as the star. This is also true for the emission features of the Fe II and H2 lines. We believe that stellar activity is attributable to disk accretion of circumstellar matter, with matter reaching the star mainly through the disk and the boundary layer. At the time of observations, the accretion luminosity was Lac ? 2L at an accretion rate ?10?7M yr?1. Concurrently, a small (<10%) fraction of matter falls to the star along magnetospheric magnetic field lines from a height ~R*. Within a region of size ?3.5R*, the disk atmosphere has a thickness ~0.1R* and a temperature ?1.5 × 104 K. We assume that disk rotation in this region significantly differs from Keplerian rotation. The molecular hydrogen lines are formed in the disk at a distance <1.4 AU from the star. Accretion is accompanied by mass outflow from the accretion-disk surface. In a region of size <10R*, the wind gas has a temperature ~7000 K, but at the same time, almost all iron is singly ionized by H I L α photons from inner disk regions. Where the warm-wind velocity reaches ?400 km s?1, the gas moves at an angle of no less than 30° to the disk plane. We found no evidence of regions with a temperature above 104 K in the wind and leave open the question of whether there is outflow in the H2 line formation region. According to our estimate, the star has the following set of parameters: M* ? 0.9M, R* ? 1.8R, L* ? 0.9L, and \(A_V \simeq 0\mathop .\limits^m 9\). The inclination i of the disk axis to the line of sight cannot be very small; however, i≤60°.  相似文献

We present the results of our UBV and JHKLM photometry for the semiregular pulsating variable V1027 Cyg, a supergiant with an infrared excess, over the period from 1997 to 2015 (UBV) and in 2009–2015 (JHKLM). Together with the new data, we analyze the photometric observations of V1027 Cyg that we have obtained and published previously. Our search for a periodicity in the UBV brightness variations has led to several periods from P = 212d to 320d in different time intervals. We have found the period P = 237d based on our infrared photometry. The variability amplitude, the lightcurve shape, and themagnitude of V1027 Cyg atmaximum light change noticeably from cycle to cycle. The deepest minimum was observed in 2011, when the amplitudes of brightness variations in the star reached the following values: ΔU = 1 . m 28, ΔB = 1 . m 10, ΔV = 1 . m 05, ΔJ = 0 . m 30, ΔH = 0 . m 35, ΔK = 0 . m 32, ΔL = 0 . m 26, and ΔM = 0 . m 10. An ambiguous correlation of the B ? V and U ? B colors with the brightness has been revealed. For example, a noticeable bluing of the star was observed during the deep 1992, 2008, and 2011 minima, while the variations with smaller amplitudes show an increase in B ? V at the photometric minima. The spectral energy distribution for V1027 Cyg from our photometry in the range 0.36 (U)–5.0 (M) μm corresponds to spectral types from G8I to K3I at different phases of the pulsation cycle. Low-resolution spectra of V1027 Cyg in the range λ4400–9200 ?A were taken during 16 nights over the period 1995–2015. At the 1995 and 2011 photometric minima the star’s spectrum exhibited molecular TiO bands whose intensity corresponded to spectral types M0–M1, while the photometric data point to a considerably earlier spectral type. We hypothesize that the TiO bands are formed in the upper layers of the extended stellar atmosphere. We have measured the equivalent widths of the strongest absorption lines, in particular, the infrared Ca II triplet in the spectrum of V1027 Cyg. The calcium triplet (Ca T) with W λ(Ca T) = 20.3 ± 1.8 ?A as a luminosity indicator for supergiants places V1027 Cyg in the region of the brightest G–K supergiants. V1027 Cyg has been identified with the infrared source IRAS 20004+2955 and is currently believed to be a candidate for post-AGB stars. The evolutionary status of the star and its difference from other post-AGB objects are discussed.  相似文献

The evolution of a Population-I star with an initial mass M ZAMS = 60 M has been calculated. At the stage when a red giant turns into an early-type helium star, the vast bulk of the stellar mass is concentrated in a compact core surrounded by an extended envelope that is unstable with respect to radial oscillations. The range of effective temperatures within which the instability arises extends to T eff ? 105 K. For the models corresponding to the Wolf-Rayet evolutionary stage (5 × 104 K ≤ T eff ≤ 1.05 × 105 K), hydrodynamic calculations of self-exciting radial stellar pulsations have been performed. The pulsational instability develops in a time interval comparable to the dynamic timescale. Once the amplitude has ceased to grow, the pulsational motions are nonlinear traveling waves propagating from the core boundary to the stellar surface. The velocity amplitude of the outer layers is 500 km s?1 < ΔU < 103 km s?1, depending on the effective temperature. During the evolution of a helium star, the mean ratio of the maximum expansion velocity of the outer layers to the local escape velocity decreases and lies within the range 0.25 < U max/v esc < 0.6 for the models considered. The nonlinearity of the stellar pulsations is responsible for the increase in the mean radius \(\bar r\) of the Lagrangian layers compared to the equilibrium radius r eq. The effect of the increase in mean radius decreases with rising effective temperature from\(\bar r\)/r ~ 10 at T eff = 7 × 104 K to \(\bar r\)/r ≈ 2 at T eff = 105 K. The radial pulsation periods for the models considered lie within the range 0.1 day ≤ Π ≤ 1.6 day and the amplitude of the bolometric magnitude variations does not exceed 0 . m 2.  相似文献

The optical spectrum of the post-AGB star HD56126 identified with the infrared source IRAS07134+1005 is studied in detail using high spectral resolution observations (R = 25000 and 60000) performed with the echelle spectrographs of the 6-m telescope. A total of about one and a half thousand absorptions of neutral atoms and ions, absorption bands of C2, CN, and CH molecules, and interstellar bands (DIBs) are identified in the 4012 to 8790 Å Å wavelength interval, and the depths and radial velocities of these spectral features are measured. Differences are revealed between the variations of the radial velocities measured from spectral features of different excitation. In addition to the well-known variability of the Hα profile, we found variations in the profiles of a number of FeII, YII, and BaII lines. We also produce an atlas of the spectrum of HD56126 and its comparison star α Per. The full version of the Atlas is available in electronic form from: http://www.sao.ru/hq/ssl/Atlas/Atlas.html.  相似文献

We present the results of the reduction of our observations for the spectroscopic binary ADS 2984A (B0 II–B0 III), which along with its visual component ADS 2984B (SZ Cam) are the brightest members of the open star cluster NGC 1502. The spectroscopic data were obtained with a fiber-fed echelle spectrograph (R = 15 000) at the 1.2-m telescope of the Astronomical Observatory of the Ural Federal University. The period of ADS 2984A (P orb = 57.24 ± 0.05 days) has been found for the first time. This spectroscopic binary is shown to belong to the SB1 type. We have determined the parameters of the radial velocity curve for the visible spectroscopic component, V 0 = ?5.5 ± 1.2 km s?1 and K = 41.5 ± 1.7 km s?1. The lower mass limit for the invisible spectroscopic component has been estimated to be ~\(5M_ \odot \). Evidence for the presence of a stellar wind outflowing from the surface of this blue giant is presented.  相似文献

We present the results of the reduction of our photometric and spectroscopic observations for the eclipsing binary SZ Cam performed with the telescopes at the Astronomical Observatory of the Ural Federal University and the Special Astrophysical Observatory of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 1996–2014. Based on an 11-year-long photometric monitoring of SZ Cam, we have obtained new elements of its photometric orbit and parameters of its components. We have detected low-amplitude periodic light variations in SZ Cam that are possibly related to the ellipsoidal shape of the components of the spectroscopic binary third body. Based on published data and our new spectroscopy, we have found new values for the mass ratio, q = 0.72 ± 0.01, and parameters of the radial velocity curves of the components, V 0 = ?3.6 ± 1.7 km s?1, K 1 = 190.2 ± 1.9 km s?1, and K 2 = 263.0 ± 2.4 km s?1. The component masses have been estimated to be M 1 = 16.1 M and M 2 = 11.6 M . We have obtained new light elements and parameters of the radial velocity curves for the third body, V 0 3b = 4.2 ± 0.6 km s?1 and K 1 3b = 26.6 ± 0.8 km s?1. We have improved the period of the relative orbit of SZ Cam and the third body, P orb = 55.6 ± 1.5 yr.  相似文献

We have studied the simultaneous and separate solutions of the basic kinematic equations obtained using the stellar velocities calculated on the basis of data from the Gaia TGAS and RAVE5 catalogues. By comparing the values of Ω'0 found by separately analyzing only the line-of-sight velocities of stars and only their proper motions, we have determined the distance scale correction factor p to be close to unity, 0.97 ± 0.04. Based on the proper motions of stars from the Gaia TGAS catalogue with relative trigonometric parallax errors less than 10% (they are at a mean distance of 226 pc), we have found the components of the group velocity vector for the sample stars relative to the Sun (U, V,W) = (9.28, 20.35, 7.36) ± (0.05, 0.07, 0.05) km s?1, the angular velocity of Galactic rotation Ω0 = 27.24 ± 0.30 km s?1 kpc?1, and its first derivative Ω'0 = ?3.77 ± 0.06 km s?1 kpc?2; here, the circular rotation velocity of the Sun around the Galactic center is V0 = 218 ± 6 km s?1 kpc (for the adopted distance R0 = 8.0 ± 0.2 kpc), while the Oort constants are A = 15.07 ± 0.25 km s?1 kpc?1 and B = ?12.17 ± 0.39 km s?1 kpc?1, p = 0.98 ± 0.08. The kinematics of Gaia TGAS stars with parallax errors more than 10% has been studied by invoking the distances from a paper by Astraatmadja and Bailer-Jones that were corrected for the Lutz–Kelker bias. We show that the second derivative of the angular velocity of Galactic rotation Ω'0 = 0.864 ± 0.021 km s?1 kpc?3 is well determined from stars at a mean distance of 537 pc. On the whole, we have found that the distances of stars from the Gaia TGAS catalogue calculated using their trigonometric parallaxes do not require any additional correction factor.  相似文献

We consider stars with radial velocities, proper motions, and distance estimates from the RAVE4 catalogue. Based on a sample of more than 145 000 stars at distances r < 0.5 kpc, we have found the following kinematic parameters: \({\left( {U,{\kern 1pt} V,{\kern 1pt} W} \right)_ \odot }\) = (9.12, 20.80, 7.66) ± (0.10, 0.10, 0.08) km s?1, Ω0 = 28.71 ± 0.63 km s?1 kpc?1, and Ω0 = ?4.28 ± 0.11 km s?1 kpc?2. This gives the linear rotation velocity V 0 = 230 ± 12 km s?1 (for the adopted R 0 = 8.0 ± 0.4 kpc) and the Oort constants A = 17.12 ± 0.45 km s?1 kpc?1 and B = ?11.60 ± 0.77 km s?1 kpc?1. The 2D velocity distributions in the UV, UW, and VW planes have been constructed using a local sample, r < 0.25 kpc, consisting of ~47 000 stars. A difference of the UV velocity distribution from the previously known ones constructed from a smaller amount of data has been revealed. It lies in the fact that our distribution has an extremely enhanced branch near the Wolf 630 peak. A previously unknown peak at (U, V) = (?96, ?10) km s?1 and a separate new feature in the Wolf 630 stream, with the coordinates of its center being (U, V) = (30, ?40) km s?1, have been detected.  相似文献

The well-known shell supernova remnant (SNR) HB3 is part of a feature-rich star-forming region together with the nebulae W3, W4, and W5. We study the HI structure around this SNR using five RATAN-600 drift curves obtained at a wavelength of 21 cm with an angular resolution of 2′ in one coordinate over the radial-velocity range ?183 to +60 km s?1 in a wider region of the sky and with a higher sensitivity than in previous works by other authors. The spatial-kinematic distribution of HI features around the SNR clearly shows two concentric expanding shells of gas that surround the SNR and coincide with it in all three coordinates (α, δ, and V). The outer shell has a radius of 133 pc, a thickness of 24 pc, and an expansion velocity of 48 km s?1. The mass of the gas in it is ≈2.3 × 105M. For the inner shell, these parameters are 78 pc, 36 pc, 24 km s? 1, and 0.9 × 105M, respectively. The inner shell is immediately adjacent to the SNR. Assuming that the outer shell was produced by the stellar wind and the inner shell arose from the shock wave of the SNR proper, we estimated the age of the outer shell, ≈1.7 × 106 yr, and the mechanical luminosity of the stellar wind, 1.5 × 1038 erg s?1. The inner shell has an age of ≈106 yr and corresponds to a total supernova explosion energy of ≈1052 erg.  相似文献

Open star clusters from the MWSC (Milky Way Star Clusters) catalogue have been used to determine the Galactic rotation parameters. The circular rotation velocity of the solar neighborhood around the Galactic center has been found from data on more than 2000 clusters of various ages to be V 0 = 236 ± 6 km s?1 for the adopted Galactocentric distance of the Sun R 0 = 8.3 ± 0.2 kpc. The derived angular velocity parameters are Ω 0 = 28.48 ± 0.36 km s?1 kpc?1, Ω0 = ?3.50 ± 0.08 km s?1 kpc?2, and Ω0 = 0.331 ± 0.037 km s?1 kpc?3. The influence of the spiral density wave has been detected only in the sample of clusters younger than 50 Myr. For these clusters the amplitudes of the tangential and radial velocity perturbations are f θ = 5.6 ± 1.6 km s?1 and f R = 7.7 ± 1.4 km s?1, respectively; the perturbation wavelengths are λ θ = 2.6 ± 0.5 kpc (i θ = ?11? ± 2?) and λ R = 2.1 ± 0.5 kpc (i R = ?9? ± 2?) for the adopted four-armed model (m = 4). The Sun’s phase in the spiral density wave is (χ)θ = ?62? ± 9? and (χ)R = ?85? ± 10? from the residual tangential and radial velocities, respectively.  相似文献

The axial rotation of a star plays an important role in its evolution, the physical conditions in its atmosphere and the appearance of its spectrum. We analyzed the CCD spectra of two stars for which their projected rotational velocity differs remarkably when derived from Ca II λ3933 Å and Mg II λ4481 Å lines. We estimated the projected rotational velocity of HD182255 to be 15.5 kms?1, although in various spectra of this star the line widths correspond to values as high as 28.5 km s?1. We found the HeI λ4471.498 Å line to be shifted to longer wavelengths by 0.046 Å, thus indicating a presence of the 3He I isotope in the atmosphere of this star with the 3He : 4He ratio from 0.2 to 0.6.We also found an absorption feature at the position of the forbidden line He I λ4470.02Å. We found the lines ofMg II and CII originating from higher excited levels to be missing in the spectra of HD 182255. For HD 214923 we determined the projected rotational velocity v sin i = 165km s?1 from the profiles of the metallic lines and Ca II λ3933Å, whereas for helium lines v sin i ≈ 130km s?1 is more appropriate. Radial velocity analysis results in three long periods of ≈ 105, 34, and 15 days, and a short period of ≈ 22 hours, close to the pulsational one mentioned earlier in the literature.  相似文献

We consider two samples of OB stars with different distance scales that we have studied previously. The first and second samples consist of massive spectroscopic binaries with photometric distances and distances determined from interstellar calcium lines, respectively. The OB stars are located at heliocentric distances up to 7 kpc. We have identified them with the Gaia DR1 catalogue. Using the proper motions taken from the Gaia DR1 catalogue is shown to reduce the random errors in the Galactic rotation parameters compared to the previously known results. By analyzing the proper motions and parallaxes of 208 OB stars from the Gaia DR1 catalogue with a relative parallax error of less than 200%, we have found the following kinematic parameters: (U, V) = (8.67, 6.63)± (0.88, 0.98) km s?1, Ω0 = 27.35 ± 0.77 km s?1 kpc?1, Ω′0 = ?4.13 ± 0.13 km s?1 kpc?2, and Ω″0 = 0.672 ± 0.070 km s?1 kpc?3, the Oort constants are A = ?16.53 ± 0.52 km s?1 kpc?1 and B = 10.82 ± 0.93 km s?1 kpc?1, and the linear circular rotation velocity of the local standard of rest around the Galactic rotation axis is V 0 = 219 ± 8 km s?1 for the adopted R 0 = 8.0 ± 0.2 kpc. Based on the same stars, we have derived the rotation parameters only from their line-of-sight velocities. By comparing the estimated values of Ω′0, we have found the distance scale factor for the Gaia DR1 catalogue to be close to unity: 0.96. Based on 238 OB stars of the combined sample with photometric distances for the stars of the first sample and distances in the calcium distance scale for the stars of the second sample, line-of-sight velocities, and proper motions from the Gaia DR1 catalogue, we have found the following kinematic parameters: (U, V, W) = (8.19, 9.28, 8.79)± (0.74, 0.92, 0.74) km s?1, Ω0 = 31.53 ± 0.54 km s?1 kpc?1, Ω′0 = ?4.44 ± 0.12 km s?1 kpc?2, and Ω″0 = 0.706 ± 0.100 km s?1 kpc?3; here, A = ?17.77 ± 0.46 km s?1 kpc?1, B = 13.76 ± 0.71 km s?1 kpc?1, and V 0 = 252 ± 8 km s?1.  相似文献
