采用放射性免疫(RIA)和组织学切片技术,系统地研究了虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)选育群体的血清性类固醇激素周年变化与性腺发育特点的关系,以及血清中性类固醇激素雌二醇(E2)和睾酮(T)在雌雄亲本中的周年变化规律和生理作用。结果表明,虹鳟性腺发育可划分为6期。雌鱼血清中E2在10月(V期性腺)达到峰值,T浓度在11月达到峰值,而进入繁殖期后(11—12月)E2开始下降。雄鱼血清T浓度在11月达到最大值,E2在6月份达到峰值,在11月之后T开始下降。在各月份,雌鱼E2浓度水平远高于雄鱼,而雄鱼T浓度个别月份低于雌鱼。这些研究揭示出,测定血清性类固醇激素浓度水平可用于准确判断鱼类的生殖状态,且可为虹鳟家系选育出早熟亲本群体提供重要技术依据。  相似文献

以酶联免疫吸附分析法测定了中华乌塘鳢和大弹涂鱼成熟产卵过程中卵巢液、精巢液、贮精囊液、雌鱼尿液和雄鱼尿液中的17α-羟基孕酮(17α-P)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)和前列腺素R2α(PGF2α)的含量。结果表明,中华乌塘鳢卵巢液中的17α-P和PGE,含量随着卵巢发育成熟而升高。性成熟前后卵巢液中的PGE,含量高于PGF2α。性成熟雄鱼尿液和贮精囊液中的PGE2含量显著高于精巢液或雌鱼尿液。性成熟前后雌鱼尿液中的17α-P、PGE2和PGF2α含量均显著高于卵巢液。性成熟和退化期雌鱼尿液中的PGE2含量明显高于PGF2α。性未成熟大弹涂鱼(第Ⅳ期)卵巢液中PGE2和PGF2α,含量极低;性成熟时(第V期)卵巢液中的PGE2、PGF2α和17α-P含量显著上升,PGF2α含量显著高于PGE2。  相似文献

本文研究了野生和养殖中华乌塘鳢血细胞的形态特征,测量了除血栓细胞以外的其他各种血细胞的大小,并计数了各种白细胞数量的百分比.结果表明,根据各种细胞不同的形态特征,血液涂片上的血细胞可以区分出红细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞和血栓细胞,其中淋巴细胞包括大淋巴细胞和小淋巴细胞.中华乌塘鳢雌雄同体和雌雄异体鱼红细胞的大小相似,但大淋巴细胞和单核细胞的大小有差异.在各种血细胞中,红细胞的数量最多.在各种白细胞中,中性粒细胞的数量最多,小淋巴细胞的数量次之,大淋巴细胞数量居第3位,单核细胞和血栓细胞数量最少.研究中还发现,中华乌塘鳢的红细胞较其他一些鱼类的小,在雌雄同体个体中出现大淋巴细胞减少的现象.  相似文献

紫红笛鲷繁殖特性及诱导产卵的初步研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
描述紫红笛鲷Lutjanusargentimaculatus繁殖特性及人工诱导产卵的试验结果。紫红笛鲷养殖群体具有不完全的先雄后雌的性转化现象。1、2龄鱼全部为雄鱼,性腺成熟系数(GSI)为2.07%—4.85%;3龄亲鱼80%为雄鱼,20%转化为雌雄同体;4龄亲鱼性别转化基本确定,多数亲鱼为纯粹具有生殖机能的雄鱼,而在雌雄同体的亲鱼性腺中具有明显雌性第一性征的雌鱼仅占30%左右;雌雄同体的亲鱼性腺GSI为4.12%—8.09%,其中的卵巢GSI小于2%,4龄雌鱼怀卵量约70—100万粒;紫红笛鲷卵母细胞属非同步性发育,一个生殖季节能多次产卵。试验结果表明:低剂量的LHRH A2(3μg·kg-1)多次注射能有效地促进性腺发育、逐步成熟,并最终产卵,但对卵径小于300μm的亲鱼卵巢没有明显的诱导效果。在5μgLHRH A2+1000I UHCG·kg-1或5μgLHRH A2+500IUHCG·kg-1两种不同剂量的混合激素作用下,亲鱼的性腺都能迅速发育成熟,并能在小型循环式产卵池中自然产卵和受精。在水温为26.0—29.5℃的产卵池中,激素效应时间为35—43h。LHRH A2和HCG混合激素对卵母细胞直径达到400μm以上的紫红笛鲷亲鱼具有良好的促熟和催产效果,催产率达100%。如何减轻亲鱼之间相互残杀是改善雄鱼生理状况、保证雄鱼质量和提高卵子受精率必需解决的重要问题。  相似文献

性类固醇激素对动物生长有一定的影响, 但其对鱼类雌、雄生长差异的影响机理尚不清楚。 为进一步了解动物雌雄生长差异的内在原因, 本文通过在体注射和荧光定量PCR 方法, 比较了性类 固醇激素(E2、MT)对尼罗罗非鱼雌鱼和雄鱼的生长及对垂体GH、肝脏GHR1、IGF-I mRNA 表达的 影响。结果表明: 性类固醇激素E2 和MT 对尼罗罗非鱼的生长及生长轴相关基因的表达均有显著的 影响, 并且这种影响存在明显的性别二态性。E2 明显促进雌鱼的生长但不显著影响雄鱼的生长, MT 显著促进雄鱼和雌鱼的生长; E2 可使雌鱼垂体GH 和肝脏GHR1 、IGF-I 的mRNA 水平显著升高 (P<0.05), 但降低雄鱼垂体GH和肝脏GHR1的mRNA表达; MT 显著提高雄鱼垂体GH和肝脏GHR1、 IGF-I mRNA 水平(P<0.05), 但降低雌鱼垂体GH 的mRNA 表达, 促进雌鱼肝脏GHR1 mRNA 的表达, 但对雄鱼肝脏GHR1 的促进作用明显大于雌鱼(P<0.05).上述结果表明, 性类固醇激素对不同性别尼 罗罗非鱼的生长及生长轴相关基因的mRNA 表达有不同的影响, 表现出明显的性别二态性, 提示不 同性别鱼体内性类固醇激素水平的不同可能是导致尼罗罗非鱼雌雄生长二态性的另一内在原因。  相似文献

于1984和1985年,运用放射免疫测定法研究了团头鲂(Megalobrama amblyce.phala)血清中睾酮(T)和11-氧睾酮(11-OT)的含量变化。结果表明,1.雄鱼血清中T在3月份和11月份各出现一次高峰,T浓度的周年变化与成熟系数(GSI)的周年变化之间无相关性;雄鱼血清的11-OT只在4月份出现一次高峰,11-OT浓度的周年变化与GSI的周年变化之间呈非常显著的相关性;成熟雄鱼经注射催产剂后,血清T水平明显上升,而11-OT水平略有下降。2.雌鱼血清T在4月份和7月份各出现一次高峰,T浓度的周年变化与GSI的周年变化呈显著相关性;成熟雌鱼经注射催产剂后,血清T水平极显著升高。  相似文献

雌二醇是与生殖相关的重要的性类固醇激素之一,它与雌激素受体相结合作用于靶器官从而发挥生物活性。为进一步阐明绿鳍马面鲀雌激素受体α(Estrogen receptorα,ERα)的生理功能提供了科学依据,同时也为其人工繁育提供一定的理论基础,作者利用简并引物扩增得到绿鳍马面鲀(Navodon septentrionalis)ERα部分cDNA序列,共1410bp,编码470个氨基酸。通过半定量RT-PCR技术分别检测了其在雌鱼、雄鱼中各组织的表达情况,结果表明ERα在雌鱼体内的表达较雄鱼更广泛,在雌鱼垂体、心脏和卵巢的表达量最高,在雄鱼的垂体、肝脏、肾脏、精巢也有较高的表达。采用实时定量RT-PCR技术,分析了ERα在性腺中的周年表达情况,卵巢中ERαmRNA在5月表达量最高,7月最低:精巢中在5月最低,9月最高。该项研究表明ERα与绿鳍马面鲀生殖周期存在密切关联,提示在性腺发育过程中发挥一定作用。  相似文献

池养乌苏里拟鲿雌雄鱼生长及周年性激素与性腺发育研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
乌苏里拟鲿(Pseudobagrus ussuriensis)的种质资源保护和商品鱼养殖正在我国悄然兴起。本文首次研究了乌苏里拟鲿雌、雄鱼在池塘养殖条件下的生长规律以及性成熟鱼周年性腺发育与性激素变化特性。研究结果表明,乌苏里拟鲿随着年龄的增长,雌鱼和雄鱼之间的体质量、体长差异逐渐明显,雌鱼体长与体质量的关系式为:W=0.182 5L1.964 6(R2=0.944 5);雄鱼体长与体质量的关系式为:W=0.188 1L2.0059(R2=0.961 8)。在12月份(2龄鱼)至翌年10月份(3龄鱼)期间,雌、雄鱼丰满度呈下降趋势,成熟度、血清雌二醇(E2)和睾酮(T)水平均呈先升高后下降的变化规律。雌鱼的E2和T在5月份达到最高值,分别为(1 624.23±331.4)pg/mL和(1 320.85±279.12)pg/mL;雄鱼的E2在5月份达到最高值(323.17±147.36)pg/mL,而T的最高值则出现在4月份,为(758.33±100.47)pg/mL。雌、雄鱼性腺发育和成熟度基本同步,从外观和组织学观察对性腺的分期显示,2龄乌苏里拟鲿在12月份的精巢和卵巢已发育至第Ⅲ期,在次年6月份均达到第Ⅴ期。  相似文献

红树林因其独特的生长环境,具有重要的生态、经济和社会意义。中华乌塘鳢(Bostrychus sinensis)是我国优良的养殖品种。为提高红树林的生态与经济效益,对红树林下中华乌塘鳢铁笼养殖技术进行研究探讨,并分析比较红树林下养殖鱼、光滩笼养鱼与野生鱼肌肉的营养成分。结果显示:以上各组鱼体的粗蛋白含量均较高(74.65%~83.08%),粗脂肪含量较低(0.89%~1.63%),其中红树林下养殖鱼的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量分别高于光滩养殖鱼;各组实验鱼的氨基酸总量(71.72%~79.27%)、鲜味氨基酸总量(29.03%~30.92%)、必需氨基酸总量(27.47%~31.57%)、非必需氨基酸总量(44.25%~47.69%)均以野生鱼为最高,光滩投饵组最低,红树林下养殖组高于光滩养殖组;各组实验鱼肌肉必需氨基酸指数EAAI均较高(66.83~74.90),限制性氨基酸为缬氨酸、异亮氨酸和(蛋+胱)氨酸,支链氨基酸总量/芳香族氨基酸总量(F值)为2.17~2.22;红树林下养殖鱼肌肉中的n-3系列多不饱和脂肪酸含量和(EPA+DHA)含量均分别高于光滩养殖鱼,红树林下养殖的中华乌塘鳢肌肉脂肪酸组成比光滩养殖鱼具有更高的营养价值。  相似文献

根据2004年5月、8月、11月和2005年2月南麂列岛海洋自然保护区海域调查资料,阐述了该海域浮游动物丰度和生物量的时空分布,探讨了其与环境因子的关系,并分析了保护区建区14a后丰度和生物量的变化以及不同季节生态类群丰度的组成特点。结果表明,浮游动物丰度和生物量季节变化明显,8月丰度最高,为(267.05±100.94)ind./m3,其他依次为11月、5月和2月;5月生物量最高,为(403.64±331.41)mg/m3,其他依次为8月、11月和2月;相关性分析表明,浮游动物丰度与生物量之间存在明显的正相关,相关系数为0.763,丰度、生物量与水温呈显著的正相关;与无机氮、活性磷酸盐表现为负相关;与浮游植物细胞丰度和叶绿素a含量未表现出相关性;与1990年相比,2004年春季浮游动物丰度和生物量均有所下降,秋季变化不大;不同季节各生物类群丰度和百分比均有差异。  相似文献

对2010年2、5、8、11月份长江口海域水体中的悬浮颗粒物进行稳定氮同位素分析。根据不同季节、不同区域内悬浮颗粒有机物的稳定氮同位素组成(δ15 Np)值的变化研究水体中氮的迁移、转化等生物地球化学过程,揭示其环境行为,从而对该海域的氮循环机制进行探索。研究发现:长江口海域悬浮颗粒物的稳定氮同位素组成具有较宽的分布范围,δ15 Np值分布范围为-1.1‰~8.6‰,具有明显的时空分布特点,反映了不同程度的陆源输入和氮的生物地球化学过程的影响。其中,2月份生物反应较弱,δ15 Np分布体现了陆源和海源的混合特征;5月和11月份上层水体δ15 Np随叶绿素a升高而降低,指示了生物的同化吸收作用;8月和11月δ15 Np和总溶解无机氮呈现极显著正相关关系,说明该海域发生了氮的矿化再生。  相似文献

Investigations on seasonal variation in oxidative stress biomarkers were carried out on the natural population of green-lipped mussel Perna viridis collected from Bambolim beach area of Goa. Oxidative stress indices such as lipid peroxidation (LPX), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPX), glutathione transferase (GST), glutathione reductase (GR), reduced glutathione (GSH) and ascorbic acid (ASA) were measured in gills and digestive gland of P. viridis during February, May, August and November. The present study reveals two important aspects regarding the antioxidant defence status of tissues of P. viridis. Firstly, antioxidant capacity of tissues of P. viridis exhibits seasonal variation. Secondly, various components of antioxidant capacity such as oxidative stress markers, levels of antioxidant enzymes and small antioxidant molecules vary differently in tissues with respect to different seasons. Although the oxidative stress status of gills and digestive gland of P. viridis expressed in terms of LPX and H2O2 was the lowest in February, its level was maximal in gills and digestive gland during May and November, respectively. While activities of SOD and GPX of tissues of P. viridis were found to be low in August, activities of CAT and GR were recorded to be low in February. GST activity in gills although remained high in February, in digestive gland elevated values were recorded in August and November. A seasonal variation in the levels of small antioxidant molecules was also noticed. Among non enzymatic antioxidants ASA content of tissues was maximal in May and August in comparison to February and November, but GSH remained high in November. It therefore appears that environmental factors may play a crucial role in regulating the oxidative stress capacity of tissues of P. viridis.  相似文献

The annual reproductive cycle and the cyclical changes in the gonad of the New Zealand rock oyster, Crassostrea glomerata (Gould, 1850), during the breeding period of 1970–71 and 1971–72 have been described. The gonad passes through an intermediate phase, after a post‐spawning period, when sex is indeterminate. Gametogenesis begins in July and August, but follicles ripen mostly during the spring months of October and November. Maximum development is seen in November, and nearly all oysters are in spawning condition in December and January. Major spawning takes place in January or February depending upon water temperature, and spawning continues until the end of March. Larvae may be found in the‐ plankton until late in the season, to the end of April or even May. Following spawning, gonadial regression sets in, with leucocyte infiltration and phagocytosis of residual gonial cells. A greater percentage of oysters more than 1 y old are females. The majority of oysters of age 1 y and below are males.  相似文献

Abstract. Seasonal variation of temperature effects on photosynthesis and respiration of Cymodorea nodosa (Ucria) Ascherson was investigated in a 1 m depth meadow in the Mar Menor lagoon (SE Spain). Light-saturated net photosynthesis (Pmax)and dark respiration (R) rates were linearly correlated with water temperature between 10 and 30°C. and 10 and 35°C, respectively, during the year. Water temperature had a similar effect on R rates in August, November, and February, but increased Pmax rates in August vs. those in February, thus promoting a shift of the maximum Pmax/R ratio values from 15°C in February to 30°C in August. P-I curves had higher Pmax values in May and August than in November or February, while Ic values remained relatively constant throughout the year. Whole-plant carbon balances suggested that C. nodosa might not be able to survive in the central basin of the lagoon and that the spatial distribution of this seagrass in the Mar Menor might be controlled by light availability.  相似文献

Abstract. Routine monthly samples of the commercially important portunid crab Liocarcimtx puber and the sympatric but ecologically separated L. holsatus were collected from the waters and shores around the Gowcr Peninsula, South Wales, between November 1983 and September 1985.
The pubertal moult in L. puber occurred at 38 mm CW (carapace width) (females) and 42 mm CW (males). In L. holsatus this occurred at 17 mm (females) and 18.5 mm CW (males). The median size of ovigcrous females was 49.2 ± 6.7 mm CW in L. puber and 26.5 ± 2.0 mm CW in L. holsatus.
Moulting and copulation occurred between spring and autumn, the moulting period of males being earlier than that of the females. Ovigcrous L. holsatus were recorded throughout the year, with highest proportions between February and April. L. puber were ovigcrous mainly between January and March; none was recorded between September and November. The number of eggs of the wild brood (range: 39,000–280,000 for L. holsatus and 40.000–262.000 for L. puber ) was related to female body size as y = 3.099.51 c0.1126x, r = 0.90, n = 21 and y = 6,335.98 c0.051x, r = 0.88, n = 23, respectively, where y = number of eggs and x = carapace width (mm).
Following successful copulation, females of both species were able to spawn more than once during an intcrmoult period.  相似文献

Between 1966 and 1989,255 shortfin mako sharks Isurus oxyrinchus were caught in the gill nets which protect the tourist beaches of Natal. The catch rate showed no trend, fluctuating about a mean of 0,34 sharks·km-net?1·year?1. Catches were highest between May and November, when the water tends to be cooler. The sex ratio was 1,4 males to 1 female. Specimens ranged in size from 84 to 276 cm precaudal length, with a mode of 191–195 cm for males and 251–255 cm for females. Males matured at 160-170 cm and females at approximately 220 cm. Catches included two recently fertilized females and two with well-developed embryos. External injuries were found on 14 per cent of males examined and 41 per cent of females. Elasmobranchs were the most common prey category, occurring in 60 per cent of stomachs containing food, followed by teleosts at 40 per cent. Most of the elasmobranch prey were sharks shorter than 1 m.  相似文献

Upogebia deltaura was collected quantitatively and qualitatively between June 1980 and August 1982 from a level, sandy bottom at a 12 m depth in the archipelago of Lysekil (on Gullmarsfjorden) about 70 km north of Göteborg, in western Sweden. A total of 347 individuals were obtained. The deepest burrows reached a depth of more than 65 cm into the substrate. During the cold season, U. deltaura was situated much deeper in the substrate than it was during the summer, probably as a result of ‘hibernation’. The average density was 5·0 individuals 0·1 m−2, and the maximum of 10 specimens was found in one 0·1 m2 sample. Out of the 341 individuals identifiable as to sex, 186 (54·6%) were females and 155 (45·4%) were males. Berried females were found between May and August, and the average number of eggs carried was 4757. Ecdysis took place between May and August; most females moulted in the middle of June and most males about one month later, in mid July. The chelipeds of large males were proportionally bigger than were those of large females. Maximum total body length of the females was 65·7 mm, and that of the males was 65·3 mm.  相似文献

The seasonal trait of Nitzschia population was studied between May 2004 and February 2005 in Zhelin Bay. Twenty-five Nitzschia taxa were identified from samples. Among them, Nitzschia delicatissima, Nitzschia hybrida, Nitzschia longissima, Nitzschia panduriformis, Nitzschia paradoxa and Nitzschia pungens appeared all year round. The average population density of Nitzschia was 20.29 × 103 cells/dm3, contributing 16.59% to total phytoplankton. Comparing with other regions, Nitzschia population of Zhelin Bay have high species richness and intermediate population density. Nitzschia species richness of May and August was apparently lower than that of November and February, and this may be caused by water temperature and interspecific competition; Nitzschia population density was high in warm seasons (May and August) and low in cold seasons (November and February), and this may be caused by water temperature and zooplankton community structure; and underwater light intensity was important factor influencing spatial distribution of Nitzschia density.  相似文献
