对主要岩浆作用过程中痕量元素协变方程和实例的分析表明,正确选择元素做图是应用协交图形判别岩浆作用类型的前提,并非任意元素-元素、比值-元素和比值-比值协变图形都能有效判别岩浆作用过程。文中给出了不同形式的协交图形中元素的选择标准,指出强相容元素与强不相容元素的元素-元素协变图形对判别岩浆分离结晶作用和部分熔融作用更为有效和实用,同时也是判别岩浆同化混染作用的重要图解。  相似文献

非实比部分熔融模型中P值的大小取决于熔融模式,不同的P值会造成熔体成分的改变。当P值不同时,相容元素和弱不相容元素在熔体中的浓度出现大的变化,因此,在模型中这些元素的P值不能用D0代替;然而,P值的变化仅造成强不相容及中等不相容元素的浓度小的变化,可以认为强不相容与中等不相容元素的P值约等于D0。在部分熔融程度相同的条件下,不同的P值可以使同种源岩熔出稀土元素模式亏损或富集的不同岩浆类型。自然界地幔的部分熔融过程存在着不同的方式与作用,如实比熔融与非实比熔融[1,2]。然而,目前对部分熔融岩浆作用地球化学问题的讨论,一般只考虑实比熔融过程。本文主要讨论非实比熔融作用在自然界的普遍存在,以及在地幔部分熔融过程中P值对熔融产物的影响。  相似文献

峨眉山玄武岩微量元素地球化学的初步研究   总被引:12,自引:1,他引:12  
峨眉山玄武岩的微量元素丰度显示区域性差异,西岩区(盐源—丽江拗陷)玄武岩总体上比中、东岩区(康滇隆起和滇黔拗陷)玄武岩富相容元素而贫不相容元素,主要是因为它们的母岩浆经历的结晶分离的程度不同。比较演化的石英拉斑玄武岩、安山玄武岩往往富放射成因锶,反映其成因还涉及一定程度的地壳混染。相对主体拉斑玄武岩,东川碱性火山岩贫REE特别是LREE,推测源区发生过先期熔融事件。主要元素和REE的模拟计算表明,二滩粗面岩可以由玄武质母岩浆经分离结晶衍生,最可能的主要分离相是该区似层状辉长岩的矿物组合。  相似文献

暗色微粒岩石包体可以提供花岗岩浆的起源和演化、壳—幔物质及能量交换、岩浆混合等重要信息。河北兴隆寿王坟闪长质暗色微粒岩石包体及其寄主花岗闪长岩的岩石学、岩石地球化学特征显示了岩浆的混合成因,并具有以下特征:(1)在基性岩浆中丰度大于酸性岩浆中的不相容元素在与SiO2的相关图中呈一向上凸的弧形型式;(2)在基性岩浆中丰度小于酸性岩浆中的不相容元素在与SiO2的相关图中呈正相关的线性趋势;(3)相容元素在与SiO2的相关图中呈一负相关的线性趋势;(4)在w(La) w(La)/w(Sm)图上微粒包体与其寄主花岗闪长岩为一下凹的型式。基性岩浆与酸性岩浆的两端元岩浆的简单混合模型不能解释以上特征,可以用三阶段混合模型来解释,即第一阶段为基性岩浆注入酸性岩浆中,第二阶段为基性岩浆演化并分离结晶形成微粒包体,第三阶段为演化了的基性岩浆与酸性岩浆混合,形成寄主花岗闪长岩。  相似文献

根据峨眉山玄武岩系岩石的稀土元素、不相容元素特征,估计了产生其母岩浆的地幔源成分。讨论了地幔平衡部分熔融和岩浆分离结晶过程中强不相容元素与一般不相容元素的比值变化后,提出用双对数图解来判别地幔成分、元素总分配系数及母岩浆形成时地幔熔融度的原理。根据La,Ce和Sc,Yb在地幔-岩浆过程中地球化学特征,运用上述原理,讨论了峨眉山玄武岩系母岩浆的地幔成分及其变化,计算了地幔矿物相组成和部分熔融度。  相似文献

本文报导了鲁东蓬莱地区五里桥—赤山剖面和鲁西临朐地区鹁鸽山—角页山—尧山剖面新生代大陆碱性玄武岩主要元素和稀土等25种痕量元素的含量。与海洋玄武岩化学体系对照,讨论了鲁东和鲁西玄武岩的成因及其地幔源区的特征。石榴石橄榄岩型地幔的部分熔融和镁铁矿物的结晶分异在两地玄武岩形成中有重要作用。鲁西玄武岩的地幔源区较鲁东的相对富Mg而贫Fe、Na、K和P,富相容元素Ni、Cr、V和Sc,贫不相容元素LREE、Sr、Zr和Nb。鲁东玄武岩的地幔源区曾在近期内发生过交代作用。  相似文献

On the basis of the previous quantitative modeling of trace element behavior in magmatic pro-cesses such as fractional crystallization ,batch melting and magma mixing,the author has shown the covariance relationship between compatible and incompatible elements. The discussion of the covariance relationship among trace elements indicates that the covariance relationship can be used to study the petrogenesis of igneous rocks and that the relationship be-tween compatible and incompatible elements are most important in distinguishing equilibrium process(melting and crystallization )from other magmatic processes, i.e.,the former shows a hyperbola trend on C1^i vs .C1^i diagrams,and however, the fractional process gives an exponent curve and magma mixing presents a straight line .On the other hand ,log C1^i vs .C1^i diagrams are also discussed here. Alkaline rocks from Zijinshan, Lin County, Shanxi Province are taken for example in our study ,indicating that the rocks were derived from batch melting of the upper mantle.  相似文献

A primary magma not only represents the starting point of a fractional crystallization process, but also is the product of an equilibrium or fractional partial melting process in a mantle.Element abundance relationships in the primary magma obey both law of power function for fractional crystallization and the law of fractional linear function for equilibrium partial melting .Based on this double nature of the primary magma, the authors advanced a principle to restore the primary magma composition from that of an igneous rock series with petrogenesis of fractional crystallization and put forward an approach of estimating the element abundance of the primary magma, exempli-fied by the rar-earth elements in the Andes volcanic rock series.  相似文献

在岩相学和岩石地球化学研究的基础上,结合对主要造岩矿物辉石、长石和霞石的电子探针研究,揭示山西临县紫金山岩体成因。研究表明,紫金山岩体为一套富钾碱性-过碱性岩石。根据各期岩石中矿物组合,可将紫金山杂岩体7期岩石分为两种岩石系列:经典碱性岩浆系列和非经典碱性岩浆系列。经典碱性岩浆系列中均出现似长石(霞石或白榴石)和钾长石,而不出现斜长石,除第三期霓霞钛辉岩外均含霓辉石(钠质辉石);非经典碱性岩浆系列岩石中均出现透辉石(钙质辉石),而不出现似长石,部分期次岩石中出现斜长石。结合两个岩浆系列中全岩Sr-Nd同位素数据及区域地质资料,推测紫金山岩体成因为:吕梁地区中生代软流圈地幔的上涌及扰动促使来自软流圈、岩石圈地幔和下地壳物质部分熔融产生的岩浆发生多次不同比例的混合,所形成的各期混合岩浆分批上侵依次定位在地壳浅部环境形成7期岩石。因各期岩浆源区中所含壳源物质比例不同,故它们可分为具有不同矿物组合的两个岩石系列。  相似文献

本文提出了一种如何从分异的派生岩浆追溯和反演演化前的原生岩浆的微量元素初始比值的方法。据分离结晶方程logaC_1~q=k·loga C_1~p b,得广义初始比值:C_0~q/(C_0~p)~k=a~b。它与已公认的原生岩浆的判别参数如~(87)Sr/~(86)初始比、δ~(18)O‰、SI、Mg′值及微量元素丰度等有极好的一致性。并将这种方法应用于两个实例,得出大宁花岗闪长岩及其暗色微粒包体分属壳源和幔源;五大连池富钾火山岩的原生岩浆为白榴苦橄碧玄岩浆,而其中的超镁铁质岩包体则是分离结晶的火成堆晶体。  相似文献

The last 10,000 years of activity at the Medicine Lake volcanic center in northern California is characterized by bimodal mafic and siliceous volcanism. Interflow element variations are complex and exhibit a discontinuity for most elements between 57 and 62 per cent SiO2. No simple linear or curvilinear element trends exist between the mafic (Modoc) and siliceous (glass) volcanics.The geochemical variation patterns exhibited by volcanic rocks from the Medicine Lake volcanic center preclude any simple model for magma origin involving either varying degrees of melting or of fractional crystallization. A model is tentatively invoked for the andesites and basalts involving ? 35 per cent melting of eclogite (of altered rise tholeiite composition) in a descending slab followed by varying amounts of fractional crystallization and perhaps magma mixing. Up to 20 per cent of shallow fractional crystallization of plagioclase and minor Ti-magnetite seems to be required by the Sr, Eu anomaly, and TiO2 distributions.Compositional variation and high δO18 values in most dacite glass flows are best interpreted in terms of a crustal origin involving up to 50 per cent partial melting of average continental crust. Rhyolite glasses may have formed by small degrees of melting (20–30 per cent) of this crust followed by 5–10 per cent of shallow fractional crystallization (removing dominantly plagioclase) or by 40–50 per cent fractional crystallization of a dacite parent (~63 per cent SiO2) produced in the crust. The shallow fractional crystallization is necessary to explain the low Sr contents and large negative Eu anomalies in the rhyolites. Dacites from the Composite Flow are tentatively interpreted to have formed by shallow mixing of a hybrid magma (composed of varying amounts of andesite and dacite) with rhyolite prior to and during eruption.  相似文献

The origin and petrogenesis of the Cameroon Volcanic Line(CVL),composed of volcanoes that form on both the ocean floor and the continental crust,are difficult to understand because of the diversity,heterogeneity,and nature of available data.Major and trace elements,and Sr-Nd-Pb isotope data of volcanic rocks of the CVL spanning four decades have been compiled to reinterpret their origin and petrogenesis.Volcanic rocks range from nephelinite,basanite and alkali basalts to phonolite,trachyte and rhyolite with the presence of a compositional gap between Si O258e64 wt.%.Similarities in geochemical characteristics,modeled results for two component mixing,and the existence of mantle xenoliths in most mafic rocks argue against significant crustal contamination.Major and trace element evidences indicate that the melting of mantle rocks to generate the CVL magma occurred dominantly in the garnet lherzolite stability field.Melting models suggest small degree(3%)partial melting of mantle bearing(6e10%)garnet for Mt.Etinde,the Ngaoundere Plateau and the Biu Plateau,and5%of garnet for the oceanic sector of the CVL,Mt.Cameroon,Mt.Bambouto,Mt.Manengouba and the Oku Volcanic Group.The Sr-Nd-Pb isotope systematics suggest that mixing in various proportions of Depleted MORB Mantle(DMM)with enriched mantle 1 and 2(EM1 and EM2)could account for the complex isotopic characteristics of the CVL lavas.Low Mg number(Mg#100 Mg O/(Mg O t Fe O))and Ni,Cr and Co contents of the CVL mafic lavas reveal their crystallization from fractionated melts.The absence of systematic variation in Nb/Ta and Zr/Hf ratios,and Sr-Nd isotope compositions between the mafic and felsic lavas indicates progressive evolution of magmas by fractional crystallization.Trace element ratios and their plots corroborate mantle heterogeneity and reveal distinct geochemical signatures for individual the CVL volcanoes.  相似文献

Deciphering the contribution of crustal materials to A-type granites is critical to understanding their petrogenesis. Abundant alkaline syenitic and granitic intrusions distributed in Tarim Large Igneous Province, NW China, offer a good opportunity to address relevant issues. This paper presents new zircon Hf-O isotopic data and U-Pb dates on these intrusions, together with whole-rock geochemical compositions, to constrain crustal melting processes associated with a mantle plume. The ∼280 Ma Xiaohaizi quartz syenite porphyry and syenite exhibit identical zircon δ18O values of 4.40 ± 0.34‰ (2σ) and 4.48 ± 0.28‰ (2σ), respectively, corresponding to whole-rock δ18O values of 5.6‰ and 6.0‰, respectively. These values are similar to mantle value and suggest an origin of closed-system fractional crystallization from Tarim plume-derived melts. In contrast, the ∼275 Ma Halajun A-type granites have higher δ18O values (8.82–9.26‰) than the mantle. Together with their whole-rock εNd(t) (−2.0–+0.6) and zircon εHf(t) (−0.6–+1.5) values, they were derived from mixing between crust- and mantle-derived melts. These felsic rocks thus record crustal melting above the Tarim mantle plume. At ∼280–275 Ma, melts derived from decompression melting of Tarim mantle plume were emplaced into the crust, where fractional crystallization of a common parental magma generated mafic-ultramafic complex, syenite, and quartz syenite porphyry as exemplified in the Xiaohaizi region. Meanwhile, partial melting of upper crustal materials would occur in response to basaltic magma underplating. The resultant partial melts mixed with Tarim plume-derived basaltic magmas coupled with fractional crystallization led to formation of the Halajun A-type granites.  相似文献

对赣东北鹅湖岩体进行了SHRIMP 锆石U-Pb 年代学、元素和Sr-Nd-Hf 同位素地球化学及岩石成因研究。SHRIMP 锆石U-Pb 定年结果表明,鹅湖岩体形成于早白垩世的(121.7±2.9) Ma;岩相学及元素和Sr-Nd-Hf 同位素特征表明鹅湖花岗岩属于S 型,主要是由地壳深处(至少40 km)的古元古代变质沉积岩发生部分熔融形成的,成岩过程中并没有发生强烈的分离结晶作用和幔源岩浆混合作用,赣东北地区早白垩世伸展构造背景造成的软流圈地幔上涌可能是下地壳岩石发生部分熔融的诱因。  相似文献
