位于广州海珠区西北部的漱珠涌在上世纪六七十年代已被覆盖改造成为地下排污渠,从此它作为一条河涌连同名字在广州地图上消失了。百年前,这条涌曾经十分繁华,时人称其不让秦淮。这一带是清代广州"河南"地区商业开发最早的区域,又是清代中国最早对外开放的旅游区之一,曾经蜚声海外。当年许多中外画家、摄影师、诗人和志书编撰者为后人留下了许多有关漱珠涌的文字与形象资料,使我们今天仍能窥得漱珠涌昔日的辉煌。为了让人们留住广州城市发展的这一份历史记忆,文中提出建设一个集休闲、娱乐、美食、购物、旅游于一体的漱珠涌历史文化旅游区,重现漱珠涌的历史文化风貌。这将是一个很大的系统工程。其中,如何治理漱珠涌污染,发挥漱珠涌在水利、生态、美学、休闲游憩等方面的综合功能,是一个困难而又必须解决的关键问题。 相似文献

对中山市5个区域的48条主要河涌水体与2间污水处理厂各工艺流程水体进行样品采集,运用固相微萃取进行前处理并结合气相色谱—质谱联用技术,检测各样品中佳乐麝香、吐纳麝香和酮麝香这3种合成麝香的含量,并分析其分布特征以及探讨污水处理厂处理工艺中合成麝香的浓度变化规律。结果表明：1）合成麝香已经普遍存在于中山市的河涌水体中。中山市西部地区和南部地区的河涌水体中合成麝香总含量相对其他区域最低,中部地区河涌水体中合成麝香含量亦较低。2）中山市雁企涌和魁魁涌等28条河涌水体中的主要合成麝香为佳乐麝香,一埒涌和乌沙涌等13条河涌水体的主要合成麝香为酮麝香,仅有苏埒涌和石军涌等7条河涌水体的主要合成麝香为佳乐麝香和酮麝香这2种合成麝香。3）氧化沟和A2/O工艺均能对合成麝香产生一定的去除效果。污水处理厂A对佳乐麝香、吐纳麝香和酮麝香的去除率分别为86.94%、72.15%和89.36%;而污水处理厂B对以上3种合成麝香的去除率分别为82.09%、85.73%和87.90%。4）2间污水处理厂的二沉池以及污水处理厂A的紫外消毒亦可对合成麝香产生进一步的去除效果;2间污水处理厂均能对酮麝香产生比佳乐麝香和吐纳麝香更高的去除率。 相似文献

从生态、经济和社会3个维度全面分析城市水环境治理效益并进行综合评价.以武汉市为例构建包括3项二级指标和27项3级指标的评价体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)和线型加权模型进行分析与评价;在此基础上,结合外部性理论,对武汉市水环境治理综合效益进行评价,结论如下:(1)生态效益水平的提高是城市水环境治理最直接的影响;(2)城市水环境治理经济效益及社会效益比重接近总效益水平的50％,凸显了水环境治理效益的正外部性以及政府建立合理的水环境治理机制的必要性;(3)从经济效益来看,武汉市水环境治理对于房地产及旅游业的影响最为明显;(4)水环境治理社会效益不明显,反映了公众对政府水环境治理认同感及自身环保意识的欠缺.据此,对改善城市水环境治理机制提出了对策建议. 相似文献

城市河涌综合整治和污染减排是我国城市发达地区面临的紧迫任务.选择广州市番禺区污染严重的市桥河流域为研究对象,对河涌综合整治和污染减排进行综合探讨.在分析市桥河流域自然环境、社会经济、水质现状评价和污染源摸查的基础上,提出布局减排、结构减排、管理减排和工程减排措施;认为在市桥河流域综合整治过程中除综合运用工程的、技术的、生态的方法进行整治外,还应强化环境社会学理论的运用,重点探讨政府、企业、市民、传媒等利益相关者在城市水环境污染与治理中的角色、作用及相互之间的互动与整合,为城市重污染河涌综合整治和流域水污染减排提供科学依据. 相似文献

于2007年和2014年的丰水期和枯水期分别测量了南沙红树林湿地公园一期、二期及其附近河涌8个采样点的水体温度、pH、DO、COD、BOD5、TP和TN等物化指标。通过对比监测结果和倍斜率聚类评价结果发现：研究区水质总体上处于Ⅱ级-Ⅲ级或Ⅱ级-Ⅳ级的“尚清洁”状态;红树林湿地公园一期2008年对外开放后至2014年,水环境指标中pH变化范围不大,DO、COD含量有所下降,BOD5、TP和TN含量均呈增加趋势;2007年南沙红树林湿地公园一期采样点W1、W2、W3水质优于河涌采样点W7和W8,河涌采样点W7和W8水质优于红树林湿地公园二期采样点W4、W5、W6;2014年南沙红树林湿地公园二期采样点W4、W5、W6水质优于红树林湿地公园一期采样点W1、W2、W3和河涌采样点W7、W8;8个采样点中水质改善最明显的是二期采样点W6,水质下降最明显的是一期采样点W3;丰水期河涌水质2014年较2007年有所好转,但红树林湿地公园水质无论枯水期亦或丰水期,多数情况下优于河涌水质;研究区域水环境质量的时空差异总规律为2007~2014年南沙红树林湿地公园二期水质好转,一期水质有所下降。 相似文献

城市水系治理经历了末端治理、综合治理、系统治理等发展阶段。从系统角度恢复城市水体生态环境是进行水污染治理与水环境修复的主要方法,末端治理与综合治理对生态的考虑比较少,而系统治理在强调工程设计生态化的同时又忽略了水系的景观要素。为实现水质、生态、景观的协同发展,本文在系统治理的基础上提出功能治理的方法框架,包括水系问题诊断、问题评价、功能治理、措施优化与管理等步骤,其优势在于借助一系列生态修复措施及景观设计原理,将生态工程景观化。汉阳水系治理的案例表明:对城市水系而言,水环境修复措施与工程景观的同步设计较生态修复与景观的分步设计有更明显的效果。 相似文献

历经2000多年,广州老城区的湿地环境变迁显著,广州珠江河道缩窄近9/10,不少古河涌今已改建成暗渠,面积广大的古湖泊及沼泽均已湮没.湿地在广州城市发展史上起着重要的作用,河涌担负着城市主要的交通运输及排水防涝功能,并引导着城市的发展与布局;各类湿地为城市提供了拓展空间和丰富的农产品;湿地还可以调节生态环境,美化城市景观,甚至为广州地方文化打上"水"的烙印.这一切对当今城市建设有着重要的启示. 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
