2006年6月13日上午,内蒙古蒙西集团年产40万吨粉煤灰提取氧化铝项目正式开工建设。该工程是国内利用粉煤灰提取氧化铝的第一条生产线,标志着内蒙古资源综合利用高科技发展循环经济步入一个新阶段。内蒙古自治区党委副书记、自治区主席杨晶,自治区政府顾问周德海,自治区副主席赵双连出席了开工仪式,并为工程开工奠基剪彩。利用粉煤灰提取氧化铝工程,是蒙西集团经过7年研究、已具备自主知识产权的技术项目,2004年完成工业化试验工作,并通过自治区科技厅组织的成果鉴定,达到了国内先进水平。2006年1月获得国家发改委核准。该项目是利用氧化铝含…  相似文献

内电解法是通过内电解槽中铁碳微电池的电化学作用和填料的吸附作用处理废水。本论文以偶氮废水为处理目标,分别运用粉煤灰、铁屑和铁炭内电解法进行实验研究,实验结果表明,本处理实验的最佳工艺条件为:反应时间10min、反应开始体系pH4.0、铁屑与粉煤灰比例为3:1、废水原始浓度80mg/L、粉煤灰加入量5g/100mL,去除率83.08%。  相似文献

保水剂处理土壤的抗风蚀性能研究   总被引:7,自引:2,他引:7  
将不同浓度的保水剂,在不同风速和不同喷洒量的条件下施用于黄土、粉煤灰、风沙土中,对其胶结作用所具有的抗风蚀性能进行了野外及风洞实验。结果显示:在净风条件下,保水剂固沙、抑制扬尘效果显著;在风沙流条件下,保水剂大浓度(50g·m-3)时具有明显的抗风蚀、抑制沙尘的效果;不同土类在风力为20m·s-1内,保水剂对黄土、粉煤灰、风沙土的固定、抑制扬尘效果显著。20m·s-1以上时,保水剂对黄土、粉煤灰、风沙土的固定、抑制扬尘效果随保水剂浓度的增大抗风蚀强度随之增强。但保水剂和固沙复合材料共同施用于风沙土,防风蚀效果更为显著;生产应用中,建议保水剂对风沙土的应用浓度为560g·m-3,对黄土的应用浓度为140~280g·m-3,对粉煤灰的应用浓度为50~140g·m-3。  相似文献

近些年来,粉煤灰和盐湖老卤镁资源的综合利用逐渐成为人们关注的焦点之一,绿色制备低成本类水滑石是有效的解决方式之一。本文以Na2CO3和NaOH为沉淀剂和pH调节剂,以高浓度粉煤灰浸取液中Al3+和近饱和富镁卤水中的Mg2+为金属离子源,采用共沉淀-水热法,成功制备了镁铝水滑石。通过XRD和SEM的测试分析探讨了陈化温度、陈化时间、镁铝摩尔比、碱液浓度等因素对镁铝水滑石形貌结构的影响。结果表明用加料方式A:将铝源与镁源依次加入碱液中;陈化时间6h;陈化温度140℃;Mg/Al摩尔比为3;摩尔比为1;粉煤灰浸取液滴加速度为0.3mL/min(料液体积为9mL);富镁卤水滴加速度为0.6mL/min;反应温度60℃;NaOH浓度4mol/L时,合成的镁铝水滑石为六边形片层结构,形貌更为规整(颗粒粒径为100-200nm),结晶度更高。本文研究为粉煤灰浸取液和盐湖老卤废弃物的高值化利用奠定一定的理论基础。  相似文献

通过粉煤灰坝工程实例分析,探讨其灰体渗漏的原因,并分析渗漏的机理。根据反滤层土拱破坏效应和灰体-反滤体颗粒级配效应,提出渗流破坏的有效粒径比Ra=8和Ra=12作为阀值,来划分为渗流冲刷的稳定、敏感和破坏区域。认为灰体、反滤层和渗流坡降是一个相互作用的有机整体,并在此基础上确定了压密状态下反滤层破坏的临界渗流坡降Jcr的计算模式。  相似文献

在以往人工湿地基质脱氮除磷的吸附实验数据、实验条件和吸附基质的物理化学特性数据的基础上,对吸附性能较好的基质及影响其吸附能力的因子进行判定。基于单因素方差分析,筛选出对总磷吸附性能较好的基质为粉煤灰和工业废弃矿渣,对氨氮吸附性能较好的基质为沸石。偏相关分析和逐步多元回归分析结果显示,影响粉煤灰吸附总磷能力的主要因子为SiO_2含量与Al_2O_3含量比及Fe_2O_3、CaO和MgO含量和;影响工业废弃矿渣对总磷吸附能力的主要因子为pH及Fe_2O_3、CaO和MgO含量和;影响沸石对氨氮吸附能力的主要因子为SiO_2含量与Al_2O_3含量比及粒径。因此,在粉煤灰和工业废弃矿渣对总磷的吸附过程中,化学吸附起重要作用;在沸石对氨氮的吸附过程中,以物理吸附为主。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. This review aims to distill and synthesize the existing information on the use of models to describe and predict the distribution and movement of metals in lacustrine sediments. As such it examines the causes of metal diagenesis, the origin and form of the equations that govern these phenomena, and the predictability or measurability of the parameters that appear in the models. The paper concludes by highlighting some seminal results from modelling studies, including the determination of the factors controlling the formation of surficial Mn-Fe-enriched zone or layers, the substantial contribution possible from metal reduction to organic matter regeneration, the calculation of mixing-corrected metal input histories to lakes, and the prediction of growth rates and morphologies for both deep-sea and lacustrine ferromanganese nodules.  相似文献
