地震数据本质上是非平稳的,如何解决复杂非平稳地震波场的数据缺失问题是地震勘探数据处理的重要环节之一。预测滤波器在地震数据处理和分析中具有重要的作用,该技术可以有效地解决地震数据缺失问题,但传统的平稳预测滤波方法无法很好地适应地震数据的非平稳特征;因此,开发高效的复杂地震波场自适应预测插值方法具有重要的工业价值。本文将预测滤波器加入"流处理"的概念,滤波器系数随着地震数据的变化同时更新,此计算过程仅需矢量点积运算,能够提高计算效率并降低内存空间;并以此为基础开发基于流预测滤波的地震数据插值方法。利用多次波的动力学信息,通过互相关技术构建虚拟一次波,有效地解决了缺失数据位置滤波系数估计不准的问题,为插值过程提供了更为合理的滤波器估计,更好地解决了非平稳地震数据的重建问题。对Sigsbee 2B模型和实际数据的测试结果表明,该方法可以合理地针对复杂地震信息完成缺失数据的重建。  相似文献

The neighboring coastal plain estuaries of the Elbe and Weser Rivers in Northern Germany exhibit pronounced estuarine turbidity maxima (ETM). Common features and differences between the longitudinal distributions of salinity and suspended particulate matter (SPM) in both estuaries are compared as well as the mechanisms effecting them. Monthly transects of the near surface SPM indicate that the long-term variability of salinity and the ETM is mainly influenced by the freshwater runoff. The variability is reduced to certain characteristic patterns by application of Empirical Orthogonal Functions analysis. The coefficients of these patterns are then correlated to runoff and the resulting functional regressions are used for the construction of a statistical model for the distribution of salinity and SPM along the estuaries; for SPM this has not been successful.  相似文献

To fulfil the need to generate more realistic solutions, stochastic inverse simulations in hydrogeology are now constrained on both piezometric head and hydraulic conductivity data. These inverse techniques, often based on geostatistics, allow modifications of an initial solution conditioned only on hydraulic conductivity data to arrive at a final solution that also matches observed heads. By repeating the process as many times as necessary with different initial solutions, one generates an ensemble of final solutions thereby addressing the uncertainty of the inverse problem. This requires a method able to handle the whole ensemble and to work on its relevant characteristics. From this standpoint, the analysis by Empirical Orthogonal Functions (EOF) appears promising. The method builds an orthogonal decomposition of the covariance matrix, calculated over the whole set of solutions, and the areas in space where the first functions have a greater influence corresponding to locations of maximum uncertainty in the solutions. These locations depend both on the hydraulic characteristics of the flow problem and on the spatial distribution of available data. The EOF analysis is used on a synthetic problem that mimics a possible behavior of the Culebra aquifer of the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP, New Mexico). The method also allows new solutions to be generated at lower computational cost by a random composition of the functions obtained by the EOF analysis. These new solutions keep the main characteristics of the initial ensemble and because they can be conditioned, they return very good results when they are used to solve the direct problem.  相似文献

The presence of clouds can restrict the potential uses of remote sensing satellite imagery in extracting information and interpretation. Automatic detection and removal of clouds which hide significant information in the image is an important task in remote sensing. Hence, our aim is to detect clouds and restore the missing information in order to make the image ready for further analysis and applications. Due to the difference in nature and appearance, thick and thin clouds are dealt separately. Thick cloud is detected using an efficient Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering algorithm, while thin cloud is detected using a simple region growing technique. In order to reconstruct the missing pixels, we utilize the prior knowledge about the statistics of the specific image class. Kernel principal component analysis (KPCA)-based image model is obtained using a set of training images. Missing area in the image is restored after an iterative projection operation and gradient descent algorithm. In short, an image lying out of the modelled image space is iteratively modified to obtain the restored image and that would be in the image space according to the obtained nonlinear low-dimensional and sparse KPCA image model. To illustrate the performance of the proposed method, a thorough experimental analysis on FORMOSAT multi-spectral images is done using MATLAB platform. When compared to the two recent existing techniques, our proposed method is superior and makes a promising tool for thick and thin cloud removal in multi-spectral satellite images.  相似文献

利用西北地区(73°~113°E,30°~50°N)157个气象站的1960—2004年日降水观测资料,通过非参数趋势检测和旋转主成分分析方法对年降水异常的时空特征进行研究.根据降水特征的差异,西北地区可以划分为西北东北部、东南部、西北部、西南部、中北部及中南部等6大区域.结果表明:西北地区降水自东南向西北逐步递减,降水变化趋势则是东南为负、西北为正,变化幅度东南大于西北.根据每个分区的降水序列标度特征,采用消除波动趋势分析方法,对6个分区45 a来降水时间序列所纪录的大气动力过程影响的时空差异进行分析,定量区分区域气候系统和局地要素对不同区域降水贡献的差异及其年代际变化.  相似文献

Since 2003, the permanent failure of the scan line corrector (SLC) of the Landsat Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus (ETM+) sensor has seriously limited the scientific applications and usability of ETM+ data. While a number of methods have been conducted to fill the regular un-scanned locations in ETM+ SLC-off images, only a few researches have been developed to recover the large gap areas in such images. In this study, an innovative gap filling method has been introduced to reconstruct the large gap locations in SLC-off images via multi-temporal auxiliary fill images. A correlation is established between the corresponding pixels in the target SLC-off image and two auxiliary fill images in parallel using the multiple linear regression (MLR) model in two successive steps. In the first step, almost half the gap locations have been recovered using the MLR model, then in the second step a weighted multiple linear regression (WMLR) algorithm is proposed to recover the remaining missing values. The simulated and actual case studies show that the proposed approach may provide a powerful tool for recovering the large gaps in SLC-off images, especially when there is a long time interval between the auxiliary fill images and the target SLC-off image.  相似文献

主要介绍"火星快车(Mars Express)"搭载的"可见光及红外矿物制图光谱仪(OMEGA)"及其采集数据的特点、大气校正方法和矿物识别研究的新进展."经验传输函数法"(ETF)是目前O-MEGA数据大气校正普遍采用的方法.OMEGA数据已经成功揭示了火星表面矿物和组成的多样性和复杂性.OMEGA检测到与水蚀变相关的层状硅酸盐矿物绿脱石、绿泥石和蒙脱石等主要分布于古老的诺亚期的露头上,这些层状硅酸盐矿物可能是火成岩矿物长期持续与液态水系统作用的结果.含水硫酸盐类矿物石膏、水镁矾和多水硫酸盐等水合化学沉积矿物在亮色调层状地层区的发现,表明火星表面有大量与水作用相关的蒸发盐的存在.火星表面缓慢风化形成的无水铁氧化物主要分布于北半球铁镁质含量低的低地(lowland)地区.OMEGA可以识别辉石和橄榄石,能够区分高钙辉石和低钙辉石.高钙辉石主要分布于Hesperian期的低反照率的火山岩分布地区、黑色沙丘和撞击坑喷射物分布区;低钙辉石主要分布于老的诺亚期的亮色调露头分布区.OMEGA在反照率变化大的极地冰盖地区可以识别水冰和CO2冰.水冰主要利用1.08 μm、1.25 μm、1.51μm和2.0μm特征吸收波段来识别.水冰各吸收特征波段的吸收强度与水冰的粒度呈正相关.CO2冰主要利用1.43 μm、2.0 μm和2.6 μm特征吸收波段来识别.  相似文献

Anomaly separation using geochemical data often involves operations in the frequency domain, such as filtering and reducing noise/signal ratios. Unfortunately, the abrupt edge truncation of an image along edges and holes (with missing data) often causes frequency distribution distortion in the frequency domain. For example, bright strips are commonly seen in frequency distribution when using a Fourier transform. Such edge effect distortion may affect information extraction results; sometimes severely, depending on the edge abruptness of the image. Traditionally, edge effects are reduced by smoothing the image boundary prior to applying a Fourier transform. Zero-padding is one of the most commonly used smoothing methods. This simple method can reduce the edge effect to some degree but still distorts the image in some cases. Moreover, due to the complexity of geoscience images, which can include irregular shapes and holes with missing data, zero-padding does not always give satisfactory results. This paper proposes the use of decay functions to handle edge effects when extracting information from geoscience images. As an application, this method has been used in a newly developed multifractal method (S-A) for separating geochemical anomalies from background patterns. A geochemical dataset chosen from a mineral district in Nova Scotia, Canada was used to validate the method.  相似文献

Rapid warming in mid-latitude central Asia for the past 100 years   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
Surface air temperature variations during the last 100 years (1901–2003) in mid-latitude central Asia were analyzed using Empirical Orthogonal Functions (EOFs). The results suggest that temperature variations in four major sub-regions, i.e. the eastern monsoonal area, central Asia, the Mongolian Plateau and the Tarim Basin, respectively, are coherent and characterized by a striking warming trend during the last 100 years. The annual mean temperature increasing rates at each sub-region (representative station) are 0.19°C per decade, 0.16°C per decade, 0.23°C per decade and 0.15°C per decade, respectively. The average annual mean temperature increasing rate of the four sub-regions is 0.18°C per decade, with a greater increasing rate in winter (0.21°C per decade). In Asian mid-latitude areas, surface air temperature increased relatively slowly from the 1900s to 1970s, and it has increased rapidly since 1970s. This pattern of temperature variation differs from that in the other areas of China. Notably, there was no obvious warming between the 1920s and 1940s, with temperature fluctuating between warming and cooling trends (e.g. 1920s, 1940s, 1960s, 1980s, 1990s). However, the warming trends are of a greater magnitude and their durations are longer than that of the cooling periods, which leads to an overall warming. The amplitude of temperature variations in the study region is also larger than that in eastern China during different periods.  相似文献

利用青藏高原69个气象台站的降水量资料,采用旋转经验正交函数分析(REOF)、线性趋势分析和累积距平法,系统地研究了1961-2010年青藏高原降水的时空变化规律,揭示了青藏高原不同区域降水变化的差异性.研究表明:近50 a来青藏高原降水量总体呈现增加趋势,增长率为6.7 mm·(10a)-1;青藏高原降水季节分配极不均匀,雨季和旱季非常明显,雨季降水占有主导作用;青藏高原降水由东南向西北递减,而且年际变化具有一定的多元化特征;青藏高原降水量变化空间分布差异显著,采用REOF法将整个高原划分为10个小区,每个小区降水变化都具有不同的特征,除了青海东北部区和青海东南部-川北区降水呈减少趋势外,其他8个小区降水均呈增加趋势.  相似文献

The three-dimensional high-resolution imaging of rock samples is the basis for pore-scale characterization of reservoirs. Micro X-ray computed tomography (µ-CT) is considered the most direct means of obtaining the three-dimensional inner structure of porous media without deconstruction. The micrometer resolution of µ-CT, however, limits its application in the detection of small structures such as nanochannels, which are critical for fluid transportation. An effective strategy for solving this problem is applying numerical reconstruction methods to improve the resolution of the µ-CT images. In this paper, a convolutional neural network reconstruction method is introduced to reconstruct high-resolution porous structures based on low-resolution µ-CT images and high-resolution scanning electron microscope (SEM) images. The proposed method involves four steps. First, a three-dimensional low-resolution tomographic image of a rock sample is obtained by µ-CT scanning. Next, one or more sections in the rock sample are selected for scanning by SEM to obtain high-resolution two-dimensional images. The high-resolution segmented SEM images and their corresponding low-resolution µ-CT slices are then applied to train a convolutional neural network (CNN) model. Finally, the trained CNN model is used to reconstruct the entire low-resolution three-dimensional µ-CT image. Because the SEM images are segmented and have a higher resolution than the µ-CT image, this algorithm integrates the super-resolution and segmentation processes. The input data are low-resolution µ-CT images, and the output data are high-resolution segmented porous structures. The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve state-of-the-art performance.  相似文献

In this paper, an IRI model assisted GPS-based Computerized Ionospheric Tomography (CIT) technique is developed to inverse the ionospheric electron density (IED) distribution over China. Essentially, an improved algebraic reconstruction technique (IART) is first proposed to reconstruct the ionospheric images with high resolution and high efficiency. A numerical experiment is used to validate the reliability of the method and its advantages to the classical algebraic reconstruction technique (ART). This is then used to reconstruct the IED images using the GPS data in China. The variations of the IED during magnetically quiet and disturbed days are reported and analyzed here. Reconstructed results during magnetically quiet days show some prominent ionospheric features such as the development of equatorial anomaly and the tilt of ionization crest. Meanwhile, ionospheric storm phase effects and disturbed features can also be revealed from the reconstructed IED image under storm conditions. Research shows that the positive storm phase effects usually happen in southern China, and the negative storm phase effects mainly occur in northern China. The equatorial anomaly crest moved to the north in the main phase of the storm. Ionosonde data recorded at Wuhan station provides the verification for the reliability of GPS-based CIT technique.  相似文献

Interoperability is becoming essential for the today’s geographic information systems. Geographic information is usually available as datasets stored in databases and accessible via GIS. However, these information sources are increasingly heterogeneous and show differences in data formats, database schema and object concepts. To satisfy the increased demand for the use and sharing of geographic data in common applications, considering the heterogeneity and the methods to support interoperability are required by the GIS community. The implementation of Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) such as the European INSPIRE (Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community) enables accessibility and the sharing of geographic data and interoperability among the systems. In addition to this, traditional GIS systems perform spatial queries using a keyword-based method. However, this approach remains incapable of fully expressing the users' needs due to a lack of geographic concepts (semantics) in the dataset. Different terms may refer to similar concepts, while the same terms may refer to different concepts. This causes semantic heterogeneity in the dataset. In this context, the most promising approach is the implementation of geospatial semantics by means of ontology in the geospatial dataset to overcome this kind of ambiguity. The aim of this research is to investigate the implementation of INSPIRE as a SDI standard and the use of Semantic Technology to empower the traditional GIS approach. In this regard, a public transportation geoportal has been developed for the experimental investigation which uses a revised sample transportation data complaint with the INSPIRE Transport Network Data Theme and a developed Transportation Ontology Domain, including concepts, relationships and individuals to provide a semantic spatial search.  相似文献

Orthogonal set of 2D geoelectrical resistivity field data, consisting of six parallel and five perpendicular profiles, were collected in an investigation site using the conventional Wenner array. Seven Schlumberger soundings were also conducted on the site to provide ID layering information and supplement the orthogonal 2D profiles. The observed 2D apparent resistivity data were first processed individually and then collated into 3D data set which was processed using a 3D inversion code. The 3D model resistivity images obtained from the inversion are presented as horizontal depth slices. Some distortions observed in the 2D images from the inversion of the 2D profiles are not observed in the 2D images extracted from the 3D inversion. The survey was conducted with the aim of investigating the degree of weathering and fracturing in the weathered profile, and thereby ascertaining the suitability of the site for engineering constructions as well as determining its groundwater potential.  相似文献

基于遥感图像1999-2010 年SPOT VEGETATION NDVI 数据,利用经验正交函数(EOF)分析方法,研究了近12a来三江源区植被变化的时空分布特征。结果显示近12a来源区植被覆盖呈整体增加趋势:(1)第一特征向量(方差贡献率为45.62%)及对应时间系数表明源区植被覆盖逐渐增加,且增速加快;(2)第二特征向量(方差贡献率为9.77%)及对应时间系数表明东南部和中部植被变化情况以退化为主,而东北部和西南部植被变化情况以增加为主。  相似文献

X-ray computed tomography (CT) has emerged as the most prevalent technique to obtain three-dimensional morphological information of granular geomaterials. A key challenge in using the X-ray CT technique is to faithfully reconstruct particle morphology based on the discretized pixel information of CT images. In this work, a novel framework based on the machine learning technique and the level set method is proposed to segment CT images and reconstruct particles of granular geomaterials. Within this framework, a feature-based machine learning technique termed Trainable Weka Segmentation is utilized for CT image segmentation, i.e., to classify material phases and to segregate particles in contact. This is a fundamentally different approach in that it predicts segmentation results based on a trained classifier model that implicitly includes image features and regression functions. Subsequently, an edge-based level set method is applied to approach an accurate characterization of the particle shape. The proposed framework is applied to reconstruct three-dimensional realistic particle shapes of the Mojave Mars Simulant. Quantitative accuracy analysis shows that the proposed framework exhibits superior performance over the conventional watershed-based method in terms of both the pixel-based classification accuracy and the particle-based segmentation accuracy. Using the reconstructed realistic particles, the particle-size distribution is obtained and validated against experiment sieve analysis. Quantitative morphology analysis is also performed, showing promising potentials of the proposed framework in characterizing granular geomaterials.

研究建立用多分量感应测井资料同时快速重建水平层状横向同性介质中横向与纵向电阻率和层界面深度的有效方法。首先,利用电磁场摄动方程、电导率函数与模型参数关系方程以及模式匹配算法得到电磁场并矢Green函数的半解析解,建立多分量感应测井响应的Frèchet导数矩阵的快速算法;在此基础上,借助于规范化处理和奇异值分解技术,给出同时反演水平层状地层中各个地层的纵、横向电阻率以及层界面深度的迭代过程,实现理论合成资料与输入资料的最佳拟合。数值计算证明,该反演算法能够取得较满意的反演效果。  相似文献

In this study, we combined the advantages of bitmaps and remote sensing data to reconstruct three-dimensional (3D) harbor models and establish a new simulation navigation system. The models employ triangular elements to reconstruct the topology relationships between the seabed and the harbor area contour map segmentation, thereby producing the grids and polygons of harbor models and the irregular triangular surfaces of land models. Subsequently, sonar data can be inputted repeatedly to detail the extrapolation operators of seabed geography and construct a complete 3D harbor model. The elements and characteristics of simulated environment technologies were included in this study. They enable 3D graphics to be applied in numerous fields and greatly increase the quality of project planning and design by reducing costs and risks, accelerating project implementation, and strengthening the awareness, understanding, and management of integration at various stages, thereby bringing substantial economic benefits to harbor areas.  相似文献
