In this paper, the self-consistent density wave theory containing both a gaseous shock and a linear stellar density wave is studied, and a quasi-stable, tightly-wound, two-arm solution is obtained. The solution is convergent if the incomplete, linearized hydrodynamic equations are used, and the solution then gives the same dispersion relation as the local, asympotic solution, but the density and field profiles will be non-sinusoidal. The stellar wave will be unstable if the complete, linearized hydrodynamic equations are used.  相似文献

Garfinkel's solution of the Ideal Resonance problem derived from a Bohlin-von Zeipel procedure, and Jupp's solution, using Poincaré's action and angle variables and an application of Lie series expansions, are compared. Two specific Hamiltonians are chosen for the comparison and both solutions are compared with the numerical solutions obtained from direct integrations of the equations of motion. It is found that in deep resonance the second-mentioned solution is generally more accurate, while in the classical limit the first solution gives excellent agreement with the numerical integrations.This article represents a summary of a much more extensive programme of research, the complete results of which will be published in a future article.  相似文献

The key purpose of this article is to introduce an efficient computational method for the approximate solution of the homogeneous as well as non-homogeneous nonlinear Lane-Emden type equations. Using proposed computational method given nonlinear equation is converted into a set of nonlinear algebraic equations whose solution gives the approximate solution to the Lane-Emden type equation. Various nonlinear cases of Lane-Emden type equations like standard Lane-Emden equation, the isothermal gas spheres equation and white-dwarf equation are discussed. Results are compared with some well-known numerical methods and it is observed that our results are more accurate.  相似文献

For Vinti's dynamical problem, there is proposed a new form of solution wherein all three coordinates are expressed in terms of one independent variable. The formulae for the three co-ordinates are clear generalizations of the corresponding formulae for the Kepler problem while the independent variable corresponds to the true anomaly. The solution is completed by the relation connecting the independent variable with time: the latter is a generalization of the well known Kepler time-angle relationship. From the form and method of solution the main qualitative features of the motion are readily derived.  相似文献

在天测与测地VLBI资料分析软件CALC/SOLVE中,对地球自转参数(ERP)高频变化的解算采用了附加约束的连续分段线性拟合方法,即要求在两个历元节点之间ERP变化率小于某事先约定值,并要求ERP在历元节点上连续.实测资料分析表明,当资料点密度较低时,引入约束条件和要求连续均有助于提高解的稳定性,但也人为降低了解的客观性,使各历元节点ERP解算结果之间相关.为此,基于CALC/SOLVE的用户偏导功能,实现了ERP高频变化的直接求解模块,不附加约束,也不要求连续.实测资料分析表明对ERP高频变化的直接求解模式更为可取.对于长时段VLBI资料的ERP高频变化求解,需要考虑岁差和章动模型偏差(天极偏移)的影响,编写相应的求解模块,并成功实现了1979至2003年长时段ERP高频变化求解.比较表明,在考虑了岁差章动模型偏差的影响时能够显著提高解的精度.为此,在基于VLBI资料解算ERP高频变化时,建议采用直接求解模式,并考虑岁差章动模型偏差的影响.  相似文献

The aim of the present work is to find the secular solution around the triangular equilibrium points and reduce it to the periodic solution in the frame work of the generalized restricted thee-body problem. This model is generalized in sense that both the primaries are oblate and radiating as well as the gravitational potential from a belt. We show that the linearized equation of motion of the infinitesimal body around the triangular equilibrium points has a secular solution when the value of mass ratio equals the critical mass value. Moreover, we reduce this solution to periodic solution, as well as some numerical and graphical investigations for the effects of the perturbed forces are introduced. This model can be used to examine the existence of a dust particle near the triangular points of an oblate and radiating binary stars system surrounded by a belt.  相似文献

An exact solution of the vacuum Brans-Dicke field equations is obtained for the metric tensor of a spatially-homogeneous and anisotropic Bianchi type I configuration. The exact closed-form mathematical solution for Schwarzschild black-hole fed by the Cosmic Micro-wave Background Radiance (CMBR) is obtained analytically. This unique solution holds for both growth (evolution) and decay, which are bifurcated by the critical initial mass, which depends on the temperature of CMBR. New determination of the Earth orientation parameters (EOP), based on optical astrometry observations since the beginning of the century, is now under preparation by the Working group established by Commission 19 of the IAU. The Hipparcos catalog is to define the celestial reference frame in which the new series of EOP are to be described, The novelties of the prepared solution are the higher resolution (5 days) and more parameters estimated from the solution (celestial pole offsets, rheological parameters of the Earth, certain instrumental constants). The mathematical model of the solution is described, and the results based on the observations made with 46 instruments at 29 observatories and a preliminary Hipparcos catalog are presented.  相似文献

Separable two-dimensional solutions to the isothermal magnetohydrostatic equations are presented which include the effect of gravity. Examples of three types of linear solution are given in which photospheric magnetic fields are prescribed and the field topologies are discussed. In addition, a new nonlinear solution is discussed. The functional form of the pressure distribution is restricted by the separable assumption. An analysis suggests that these are the only separable analytical solutions.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to the study of static axially symmetric spacetime with anisotropic fluid by means of structure scalars in the presence of electromagnetic field. The structure scalars in terms of physical variables are evaluated through the Einstein-Maxwell field equations and the inhomogeneity factors are identified. We also explore analytic solutions for isotropic as well as anisotropic fluids. It is found that isotropic solution turns out to be a charged solution which has no correspondence with the Weyl metrics while the anisotropic solution has the correspondence with the Weyl metrics.  相似文献

This paper is a sequel to an earlier article of the same title. The two formal analytical solutions of the Ideal Resonance Problem developed respectively by Garfinkel and Jupp are here compared, atsecond-order in the appropriate small parameter, with numerical integrations; the second-order circulation solution for Jupp's theory being presented for the first time. It transpires that throughout most of the deep resonance regime the second-mentioned solution provides greater accuracy. In addition, it is demonstrated that the first solution is not appropriate when general initial values of the variables are prescribed.  相似文献

Relative motion of binary asteroids, modeled as the full two-body planar problem, is studied, taking into account the shape and mass distribution of the bodies. Using the Lagrangian approach, the equations governing the motion are derived. The resulting system of four equations is nonlinear and coupled. These equations are solved numerically. In the particular case where the bodies have inertial symmetry, these equations can be reduced to a single equation, with small nonlinearity. The method of multiple scales is used to obtain a first-order solution for the reduced nonlinear equation. The solution is shown to be sufficient when compared with the numerical solution. Numerical results are provided for different example cases, including truncated-cone-shaped and peanut-shaped bodies.  相似文献

A non spherically-symmetric monoenergetic-point-source solution of the steady-state equation of transport for cosmic-rays in the interplanetary region, in which monoenergetic particles are released isotropically and continuously from a fixed heliocentric position is derived by a Laplace transform method. The solution is for a spherically-symmetric model of the propagating region incorporating anisotropic diffusion, with a diffusion tensor symmetric about the radial direction, and the solar wind velocity is radial and of constant speedV. The spherically-symmetric monoenergeticsource solution of Webb and Gleeson (1973) and of Toptygin (1973) is regained from the spherically-symmetric component of the point-source solution.  相似文献

This paper deals with the investigation of a closed form solution of a generalized fractional reaction-diffusion equation. The solution of the proposed problem is developed in a compact form in terms of the H-function by the application of direct and inverse Laplace and Fourier transforms.
