华夏文明源远流长,家谱、正史与方志共同构成了中华文明史的三个重要成分,其中,家谱以家族中的个人信息为基本记录单元,以人与人之间的关系为框架,形成了富有中国特色的对家族从空间分布到时间演化的完整描述体系,家谱资料的蕴含信息和记录粒度是其他历史资料所不能比拟的。家谱GIS扩展了现有家谱信息描述的概念,通过强化其中蕴含的空间信息,以家族谱系为基础,在空间信息技术的支持下,重构个人的空间活动,重现一个家族的兴衰、繁衍与变迁,实现从宏观到微观角度家族历史的全面地反映。本文分析了家谱与GIS的关系,提出了家谱GIS构建所必须的统一的历史地理时空描述框架;在此基础上分析了家谱中信息的组织模式,设计了的家谱的核心数据模型;在Web2.0理念下,以公众参与的开放式系统构建为基础,设计了家谱GIS的系统架构并进行了系统实现。  相似文献

划拨土地使用权对单位和个人有无财产权关系,目前法律、法规尚无明确规定。1998年修订的《土地管理法》第五十八条中规定了对旧城改建中的私宅地应给予适当补偿,这个“适当”补偿有无理论基础,在事实上有无依据,对此若不研究清楚,恐怕在旧城改建中对单位和个人的“适当补偿”不会那么顺利,争议也不会那么容易解决。  相似文献

一、国土资源政务公开工作态势1.扩大公众参与,转变了部门立法的方式以《〈中华人民共和国土地管理法〉修订草案》征求全民意见的成功尝试为起点,几年来,国土资源部对关系人民群众切身利益的法律法规,积极采取听证会、论证会、座谈会等形式多方听取意见,奉行“开门立法”。对一些技术性较强的法规规章,组织专家论证,充分听取各方意见建议。《征用土地公告办法》、《国土资源信访规定》、《耕地占补平衡考核办法》等规章在出台前,都全文公布,向全社会征求意见。  相似文献

群体互动行为在人类社会生活中不可或缺,群体互动时空可达性旨在研究群体的时空条件下共同开展活动的自由度,长期以来一直受到地理学、交通学、规划学、行为学等不同领域的广泛关注。为弥补已有可达性方法对于活动开放时间及个人活动需求考虑的不足,本文拓展了时间地理学核心概念,基于群体互动时空路径与群体互动时空棱柱,进行群体互动时空可达性表达,并以活动地点兴趣度、互动时长可行度、活动地点吸引度、出行时间衰减度为评价因子,构建群体互动时空可达性评价模型,并以北京市为实验区验证了模型的有效性。该模型可为聚会活动地点推荐、移动社交网络、个人智能交通出行等应用提供一种有效的方案。  相似文献

The relationship between the East Asian winter monsoon (EAWM) and East Asian summer monsoon (EASM) during the Holocene is complicated and remains controversial. In this study, analysis of grain size and benthic foraminiferal oxygen isotope, as well as accelerator mass spectrometry 14C dating was performed on a sediment core retrieved from the newly revealed muddy deposit on the northern South China Sea continental shelf. The history of the EAWM and EASM were reconstructed for the last 8200 a BP. Further analysis in conjunction with previously published paleo-climate proxies revealed that the relationship between the EAWM and EASM during the Holocene is more complex than a simple and strict anti-phase one-both negative and positive correlations were identified. The EAWM and EASM are negatively correlated around 7500, 4800, 4200, 3200, and 300 a BP (cooling periods), while positively correlated around 7100, 3700, and 2100 a BP (warm periods). In particular, both the EAWM and EASM intensified during the three positive correlation periods. However, we also found that the relationship between these two sub-monsoons is anti-phase during the final phase of particularly hot periods like Holocene Optimum and Medieval warm period. The possible impact from variations of solar irradiance on the relationship between the EAWM and EASM was also discussed.  相似文献

Knowledge of both vegetation distribution pattern and phenology changes is very important.Their complicated relationship with elevation and accessibility were explored through a geographically weighted regression(GWR) framework in Fujian province,China.The 16-day time series of 250 m Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS) Enhanced Vegetation Index(EVI) dataset from 2000 to 2010 was applied.Wavelet transform method was adopted to decompose the original time series and construct the annual maximum EVI and amplitude of the annual phenological cycle(EVI).Candidate explaining factors included topographic conditions,accessibility variables and proportions of primary vegetation types.Results revealed very strong positive influence from parameters of elevation and accessibility to big rivers and negative effect from accessibility to resident on both maximum EVI and phenological magnitude through ordinary linear least square(OLS) regression analysis.GWR analysis revealed that spatially,the parameters of topography and accessibility had a very complex relationship with both maximum EVI and phenology magnitude,as a result of the various combinations of environmental factors,vegetation composition and also intensive anthropogenic impact.Apart from the continuously increasing trend of phenology magnitude with increasing altitude,the influence of topography and accessibility on maximum EVI and phenological magnitude generally decreased,even from strongly positive to negative,with increasing altitude or distance.Specially,the most rapid change of correlation coefficient between them was observed within a low elevation or close distance;less variation was discovered within a certain range of medium altitude or distance and their relationship might change above this range.Non-stationary approaches are needed to better characterize the complex vegetation dynamic pattern in Mountain-hill Region.  相似文献

西安白鹿塬北缘黄土边坡稳定的可靠度分析   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
在西安白鹿塬北缘实测了14个黄土自然边坡断面,建立了地质模型,通过采样测试并收集已有的测试资料,获得了各时代黄土地层的物理力学参数,将Morgenstern-Price法稳定性计算公式作为极限状态方程,分别采用Monte-Carlo法和Duncan法进行了边坡稳定的可靠度分析。结果表明:采用Monte-Carlo法和Duncan法得到的14个边坡稳定系数分别为1.11~1.41和1.09~1.33,显示这些边坡处于基本稳定—稳定状态;采用上述两种方法得到的边坡可靠指标分别为0.56~1.79和0.39~1.60,得到的失效概率分别为3.4%~29.0%和5.5%~34.8%,并且共有75%的边坡失效概率大于10%,失效可能性较大。统计结果表明:白鹿塬区边坡的坡高和坡度存在负相关性。低而陡的边坡潜在最危险滑面剪出口较高,失效概率较小;坡高达到50m及以上时,边坡高而缓,剪出口较低,失效概率较大,其中河流下切深,有N2泥岩出露的极高边坡,稳定性最差。Duncan法求解的稳定系数略小于Monte-Carlo法求得的结果,而前者求解的失效概率略大于后者,两种方法计算结果较为接近。由于Duncan法理论简单,计算量小,更宜于在实际工程中应用。  相似文献

地理对象之间的关联关系是地理对象之间的相互作用形式。任何地理对象都不是独立存在的,与其他的地理对象有一定的关联关系,并且这些关联关系是复杂多样的。地理场景就是在地理对象之间普遍存在的、复杂多样的关联作用下形成的一个统一的整体。传统GIS数据模型对地理对象之间关联关系的描述多侧重于空间关系,其他的关联关系往往需要经过比较复杂的计算和推理后求得,难以完整地表达地理对象之间复杂的相互作用关系,不完全符合人类对地理现象的认知情况。然而,在全空间系统中,可以根据常见的地理分析需求对多粒度时空对象间关联、作用关系进行分类表达,便于客观实体全方位的抽象与表达。对象间的关联关系可主要分为空间关系、时间关系、属性关系、因果关系、认知关系5大类。本文用地理实体作为案例,分析了关联关系的表达模型。  相似文献

以榆树沟定点形变数据为因变量,以气象因素为自变量进行相关、回归计算,得到各测项的回归方程,通过对回归残差的分析,总结典型震例。研究结果显示:1)地温是榆树沟定点形变(除水管NS向)年变信息的主要影响因素,地温与观测值之间呈现准线性关系;2)气温是榆树沟水管仪NS向年变信息的主要影响因素,气温与观测值之间呈现准线性关系;3)金属摆两分向观测数据与地温负相关;4)水管仪NE、EW向及伸缩仪的3个分向与地温正相关;5)水管仪NS向与气温具有高度正相关性,与气压也具一定负相关性;6)伸缩仪NE向除与地温高度正相关外,与气温也具有一定的正相关性;7) 回归分析能在一定程度上剔除气象因素的影响,有助于对地震异常的识别。  相似文献

Local governments have long been ardently pursuing the industrial specialization effect (MAR externalities) and industrial diversification effect (Jacobs externalities). Such a pursuit has resulted in severe distortion of resource allocation and negative effect on sustainability of local economic development. Regarding the effect from both MAR and Jacobs externalities on local economic development existing literature records notable disputes. Therefore, for local economic development, one important issue is which externality (MAR or Jacobs) can better bring the effect into play. By studying a panel data of 283 Chinese cities from 2003 to 2012 and applying dynamic plane data GMM method, this paper conducted a regression analysis of the relationship among industrial agglomeration externalities, city size, and regional economic development. The result indicates that with regard to the whole nation, MAR externalities are conducive to regional economy development whereas Jacobs externalities will, to an extent, restrain regional economic development. As regards eastern, middle, and western regions, MAR externalities are conducive only to the economic development of the eastern region; their effects on middle and western regions are insignificant. Moreover, the interaction item between MAR externalities and city size has a significant negative synergistic effect on national economic development and a certain acceleration effect on eastern region as well as a strong negative synergistic effect on the middle region and an insignificant effect on the western region. The interaction item between Jacobs externalities and city size has a positive synergistic effect on only the middle region and has an insignificant synergistic effect on both eastern and western regions. Capital stock and labor input have significant accelerating effects on GDP growth per capita of Chinese cities, whereas material capital and labor input remain primary driving forces for Chinese local economic development. Furthermore, human capital contributes to accelerating urban economic development, whereas government intervention restrains urban economic development.  相似文献

本文利用1966年~1983年冬季雪盖资料研究了欧亚大陆冬季(12~2月)雪盖面积同后期四川月平均气温和月降雨量之间的关系。研究表明:欧亚大陆冬季雪盖面积对四川省夏季月平均气温为负相关,同月降雨量为正相关。这种关系说明冬季雪盖面积对夏季气温和降雨量有重要的滞后影响,尤其是对川东伏旱地区的作用更为显著。还说明冬季雪盖面积大,夏季月平均气温比多年平均值偏低,月降雨量比多年平均值偏多,高温伏旱轻;相反 冬季雪盖面积小时,夏季月平均气温比多年平均值偏高,月降雨量比多年平均值偏少,高温伏旱严重。  相似文献
