同时震源(Simultaneous-source,SS)地震采集技术能有效地提高地震数据采集效率,但直接对SS混合数据偏移成像会在最后的成像剖面中引入很强的串扰噪声.将SS数据偏移成像看作一个反演问题,利用最小二乘(Least-squares,LS)求解是压制SS直接成像中串扰噪声的一种有效尝试.构造增强滤波(Structure-enhancing filter,SE)约束的最小二乘逆时偏移(LSRTM)方法可以有效地压制SS数据成像中的串扰噪声,但SE实质为低通滤波,会将成像中的陡倾角等细节信息平滑涂抹,降低成像分辨率.本文在利用SE对LSRTM约束的基础上,提出了基于加权构造增强约束的LSRTM方法(WSE-LSRTM)并应用于SS数据的反演成像中.该方法不仅能够有效地压制串扰噪声(cross-talk)、保留结构信息,而且可以保护成像中的陡倾角结构不被过度平滑而破坏.在对简单模型和复杂Marmousi模型的数值测试中,该方法都取得了良好的效果.  相似文献

Ill-posedness is one of the most common and intractable issues that arise when solving geophysical inverse problems. Ill-posedness could be induced by various factors such as noise, band-limited intrinsic property of seismic data and inappropriate forward operators. Regularization has been proven to be an effective method widely accepted for mitigating the adverse effects of ill-posedness. Aiming to improve the stability and fidelity of the pre-stack seismic inversion process, we implement the inversion in a Bayesian framework, with a logarithmic absolute criterion taken as a likelihood function, and an -norm metric as a priori constraint. Here, we exploit the linear approximation as the forward operator, and optimize the regularized misfit function by the alternating direction method of multipliers. Applications of the method to synthetic and real data sets yielded improved inversion results in terms of accuracy and resolution, and demonstrated the robustness of the method to noise.  相似文献

Prestack seismic inversion plays an important role in estimating elastic parameters that are sensitive to reservoirs and fluid underground. In this paper, a simultaneous inversion method named FMR‐AVA (Fluid Factor, Mu (Shear modulus), Rho (Density)‐Amplitude Variation with Angle) is proposed based on partial angle stack seismic gathers. This method can be used for direct inversion for the fluid factor, shear modulus and density of heterogeneous reservoirs. Firstly, an FMR approximation equation of a reflection coefficient is derived based on poroelasticity with P‐ and S‐wave moduli. Secondly, a stable simultaneous AVA inversion approach is presented in a Bayesian scheme. This approach has little dependence on initial models. Furthermore, it can be applied in heterogeneous reservoirs whose initial models for inversion are not easy to establish. Finally, a model test shows the superiority of this FMR‐AVA inversion method in stability and independence of initial models. We obtain a reasonable fluid factor, shear modulus and density even with smooth initial models and moderate Gaussian noise. A real data case example shows that the inverted fluid factor, shear modulus and density fit nicely with well log interpretation results, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

针对某复杂断块天然气目标储层,在岩石物理分析的指导下,综合利用地质、地震、测井等资料,提出了一套面向复杂天然气藏的叠前地震预测技术.首先基于地震岩石物理分析得到的初始横波信息,采用叠前贝叶斯非线性三参数反演得到了井旁控制点处精确纵横波速度和密度信息,然后通过叠前/叠后联合反演技术实现了面向目标的弹性阻抗体反演及含气储层敏感参数直接提取,最后结合小波变换时频谱分析的方法从叠前地震资料中估算地层吸收参数值,提高天然气藏识别精度.实际应用表明,综合各种叠前地震预测技术,可以大大提高对复杂天然气藏的识别精度,降低勘探风险.  相似文献

总结了牛顿类地震反演方法中Hessian算子的作用,对其在地震反演成像中的数学物理含义进行了分析.Hessian算子是误差泛函对模型参数的二阶导数,反映了误差泛函对模型变化的二次型特征.分析声波方程下的Hessian算子的格林函数表达形式,发现其表达了整个观测系统和子波频带等因素对地震数据空间到模型空间投影过程的影响.提出了两种分别适用于最小二乘偏移和全波形反演的Hessian算子简化格式.平面波Hessian算子应用于最小二乘偏移能够得到相对保真的成像结果,改善了地震偏移成像的精度.地下偏移距Hessian算子应用于全波形反演能够加快反演迭代的计算效率.最后,对Hessian算子在地震反演成像中的价值进行了讨论和评价.  相似文献

有别于传统基于梯度信息的反演方法在正则化约束中用总梯度逼近海塞逆矩阵的技术,本文将正则化约束问题的数据拟合项和模型光滑项分开考虑,只利用数据拟合函数的梯度信息对数据拟合项的海塞矩阵进行逼近,通过求解类高斯牛顿下降方向方程得到不依赖前几次迭代正则化因子的更精确下降方向,在求解当前迭代下降方向的过程中,通过保证右端项中两个向量的二范数在同一数量级的原则,实现了正则化因子的自动更新.对理论模型的试算表明这种自适应正则化反演方案可以在拟牛顿反演框架下基本达到OCCAM的算法稳定性,反演结果对初始模型依赖性较小,同时又无需在一次迭代中多次搜索最佳正则化因子.本文还基于此算法讨论了大地电磁各参数对于反演结果的影响,由于本文的反演结果能得到充分的正则化约束,因而在此框架下讨论阻抗和倾子在反演中的作用相对更为客观.  相似文献

本文针对蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)生产中开发监测问题,发展了综合应用地震及重力数据反演储层密度的联合反演算法.通过测井数据建立纵波阻抗与密度的直接关系,并推导出这种关系下重力与纵波阻抗数据联合反演的计算方法,从而计算出蒸汽腔体密度分布规律.文中应用密度反演后验约束正则化方法,采用Tikhonov正则化模型,通过波阻抗数据作为约束进行联合反演,在算法上提高了稳定性,同时得到较高的反演精度.文中对SAGD生产中的理论模型进行了方法试算,并分析了算法的误差,最终应用于SAGD生产的实际数据中,通过最终反演结果分析,该方法取得了很好的应用效果.  相似文献

杨氏模量和泊松比是表征岩石脆性、评价储层可压性以及描述储层流体特征的重要参数,叠前地震反演是从地震数据中得到此类参数的有效手段.常规的叠前地震反演方法多使用Zeopppritz方程的近似式计算反射系数,近似式的误差影响了反演结果的精度.针对这个问题,推导了比值均方根形式的杨氏模量、泊松比和密度的Zoeppritz方程,并基于广义线性反演构建了杨氏模量和泊松比直接反演方法,有效地避免了使用近似式的局限性,提高了反演的精度.模型测试和实际资料试算结果表明:采用比值均方根形式构建的反演流程稳定,能够从叠前地震数据中获得可信的杨氏模量、泊松比和密度,提供了一种可靠的杨氏模量和泊松比直接反演方法.  相似文献

通过地震反演数据识别岩性,是地震反演的一项基本任务.由于不同岩性的弹性参数范围常常存在一定程度的重叠,所以给岩性识别带来了很大的困难.本文以叠前反演的弹性参数为基础,通过马尔科夫随机场(Markov Random Field简写为MRF)建立先验模型,按照解释好的测井资料,对不同岩性的弹性参数进行统计,得到计算所需的参数,在贝叶斯(Bayesian)框架下建立岩性分类的目标函数,达到岩性识别的目的.通过马尔科夫随机场建立先验模型,能够建立相邻点间的相互作用关系,得到横向上延续的岩性剖面.本文使用一个楔形模型和Marmousi Ⅱ模型对该方法进行了测试,结果表明,该方法有效可行.同时,本文通过加入误差的方法,检验了反演存在误差对识别结果的影响.  相似文献

The technique of seismic amplitude-versus-angle inversion has been widely used to estimate lithology and fluid properties in seismic exploration. The amplitude-versus-angle inversion problem is intrinsically ill-posed and generally stabilized by the use of L2-norm regularization methods but with drawback of smoothing important boundaries between adjacent layers. In this study, we propose a sparse Bayesian linearized solution for amplitude-versus-angle inversion problem to preserve the sharp geological interfaces. In this regard, a priori constraint term with two regularization functions is presented: the sparse constraint regularization and the low-frequency model information. In addition, to obtain high-resolution reflectivity estimation, the model parameters decorrelation technique combined with dipole decomposition method is employed. We validate the applicability of the presented method by both synthetic and real seismic data from the Gulf of Mexico. The accuracy improvement of the presented method is also confirmed by comparing the results with the commonly used Bayesian linearized amplitude-versus-angle inversion.  相似文献

深部储层地震资料通常照明度低、信噪比低、分辨率不足,尤其是缺乏大角度入射信息,对深部储层流体识别存在较大影响.Gassmann流体项是储层流体识别的重要参数,针对深层地震资料的特点,本文首先在孔隙介质理论的指导下,推导了基于Gassmann流体项与剪切模量的两项AVO近似方程.通过模型分析,验证了该方程在小角度时与精确Zoeppritz方程误差很小,满足小角度入射条件下的近似精度要求.然后借助Connolly推导弹性阻抗的思想,推导了基于Gassmann流体项与剪切模量的两项弹性阻抗方程.针对深部储层地震资料信噪比差的特点,利用奇偶反射系数分解实现了深部储层基追踪弹性阻抗反演方法,最后提出了基于基追踪弹性阻抗反演的Gassmann流体项与剪切模量的求取方法,并将提取的Gassmann流体项应用于深部储层流体识别.模型测试和实际应用表明该方法稳定有效,具有较好的实用性.  相似文献

提出三维Kirchhoff叠前时间偏移角度域共像点道集的改进算法,克服传统角度求取算法局限,可计算相对倾斜地层法线入射角;与Kirchhoff直射线叠前时间偏移求角度算法相比,本文方法考虑射线弯曲效应,包含层速度,角度范围加大,更接近真实入射角;计算走时采取弯曲射线或者适应线性横向变速介质的非对称走时等算法,角度道集在大角度处得到拉平;采用相对保幅的权因子以及覆盖次数校正技术,有利于叠前AVA反演.模型测试结果表明:叠前时间偏移角度道集,相对CMP、CRP所转化角度道集,更准确反应AVA效应;实际三维数据测试表明本文方法可以提供品质优良的角度道集,适用于AVA分析、反演,提高叠前反演分辨率.  相似文献

叠前地震反演技术能够将地震中振幅、偏移距和入射角等多种有效信息与油气的敏感参数结合起来,在有效识别油气藏"甜点"方面虽发挥了重要的作用,但对于煤层气的有效预测仍需研究.针对煤层气与石油天然气的赋存地质条件不同,本文以山西沁水盆地煤层气地震资料为例,借鉴叠前地震反演技术的多参数预测思想,通过模型正演和实测资料处理,得到纵波、横波速度和密度等不同的数据体,利用数据体和弹性参数关系式,采用AkiRichard近似公式与叠前宽角度反演联合的方法,寻找出富含煤层气储层的敏感参数.从而实现富含煤层气储层的有效预测.经与测井曲线结果对比,吻合率较高,说明了该方法具有可行性与实用性.  相似文献

Based on the long-wavelength approximation, a set of parallel vertical fractures embedded in periodic thin interbeds can be regarded as an equivalent orthorhombic medium. Rock physics is the basis for constructing the relationship between fracture parameters and seismic response. Seismic scattering is an effective way to inverse anisotropic parameters. In this study, we propose a reliable method for predicting the Thomsen’s weak anisotropic parameters and fracture weaknesses in an orthorhombic fractured reservoir using azimuthal pre-stack seismic data. First, considering the influence of fluid substitution in mineral matrix, porosity, fractures and anisotropic rocks, we estimate the orthorhombic anisotropic stiffness coefficients by constructing an equivalent rock physics model for fractured rocks. Further, we predict the logging elastic parameters, Thomsen’s weak parameters, and fracture weaknesses to provide the initial model constraints for the seismic inversion. Then, we derive the P-wave reflection coefficient equation for the inversion of Thomsen’s weak anisotropic parameters and fracture weaknesses. Cauchy-sparse and smoothing-model constraint regularization taken into account in a Bayesian framework, we finally develop a method of amplitude variation with angles of incidence and azimuth (AVAZ) inversion for Thomsen’s weak anisotropic parameters and fracture weaknesses, and the model parameters are estimated by using the nonlinear iteratively reweighted least squares (IRLS) strategy. Both synthetic and real examples show that the method can directly estimate the orthorhombic characteristic parameters from the azimuthally pre-stack seismic data, which provides a reliable seismic inversion method for predicting Thomsen’s weak anisotropic parameters and fracture weaknesses.  相似文献

杨氏模量与密度乘积(Eρ)能够突显页岩气储层的异常特征,泊松比能够指示储层的含流体性.与常规叠前弹性参数反演相比,基于Eρ、泊松比和密度的叠前纵横波联合反演可以获得更加精确的弹性参数,为页岩气储层识别和流体预测提供可靠的依据.首先,推导了基于Eρ、泊松比和密度的纵波和转换波反射系数近似方程,利用典型模型对新推导的反射系数方程做精度分析,当入射角小于30°时,新推导的反射系数公式具有较高的精度;其次,充分利用纵波和转换波的信息,在贝叶斯的框架下,建立叠前纵横波联合反演流程,进行Eρ、泊松比和密度的直接反演,避免了间接反演带来的累积误差;最后,利用实际工区井模型数据进行算法测试,结果表明,该反演方法所获得的Eρ、泊松比和密度的估计值与真实值吻合较好,满足精细地震反演的精度要求.  相似文献

针对重力与地震联合反演存在的问题,结合已有的研究成果,本文研究实现了速度和密度随机分布共网格单元模型的建模技术,以适应密度和速度剧烈变化的复杂模型及联合反演的计算要求.重力正演利用了该网格的二度半体模型,并进一步改进了地震走时的二维射线追踪计算方法,以适用于速度随机分布的网格介质.结合改进的模拟退火算法,实现了这种共网格条件下的重力与地震资料的同步联合反演.模型试验证明了重力与地震联合反演可以准确确定复杂物性界面的密度和速度结构,适用于物性界面不完全一致和物性变化剧烈的复杂模型,并且联合反演结果要优于单独的重力反演.带先验信息约束下的实际资料的联合反演,进一步证明了该方法的适用性和效果,可提高反演精度并减少多解性.  相似文献

Regularization methods are used to recover a unique and stable solution in ill-posed geophysical inverse problems. Due to the connection of homogeneous operators that arise in many geophysical inverse problems to the Fourier basis, for these operators classical regularization methods possess some limitations that one may try to circumvent by wavelet techniques.
In this paper, we introduce a two-step wavelet-based regularization method that combines classical regularization methods with wavelet transform to solve ill-posed linear inverse problems in geophysics. The power of the two-step wavelet-based regularization for linear inversion is twofold. First, regularization parameter choice is straightforward; it is obtained from a priori estimate of data variance. Second, in two-step wavelet-based regularization the basis can simultaneously diagonalize both the operator and the prior information about the model to be recovered. The latter is performed by wavelet-vaguelette decomposition using orthogonal symmetric fractional B-spline wavelets.
In the two-step wavelet-based regularization method, at the first step where fully classical tools are used, data is inverted for the Moore-Penrose solution of the problem, which is subsequently used as a preliminary input model for the second step. Also in this step, a model-independent estimate of data variance is made using nonparametric estimation and L-curve analysis. At the second step, wavelet-based regularization is used to partially recover the smoothness properties of the exact model from the oscillatory preliminary model.
We illustrated the efficiency of the method by applying on a synthetic vertical seismic profiling data. The results indicate that a simple non-linear operation of weighting and thresholding of wavelet coefficients can consistently outperform classical linear inverse methods.  相似文献
