The stability of mine waste dump is of paramount importance from economic and safety point of view. The present paper deals with the stability analysis of an internal dragline dump of an opencast coal mine by finite element method to classify input parameters in terms of sensitivity. Sensitivity analysis has been carried out for geometrical and geotechnical parameters of dump slope. It has been concluded from the results that ??friction angle?? is a more sensitive parameter as compared to the cohesion of dump material. The geometrical parameters of ??slope angle?? and ??height of dragline dump?? are classified as very high sensitive. The ??height of main dump?? could be classified as least sensitive, whereas, ??gradient of the seam?? and ??thickness of coal rib?? as medium sensitive parameters.  相似文献

Geosynthetic is widely used to reinforce the weak rock mass, mine waste dump, soil slopes road cut slopes, etc. The present paper discusses the effect of geogrids on the stability of mine waste dump. The stability of mine waste dump has been done by Fast Langrage Analysis of Continua (FLAC) slope software, which is based on finite difference method. Reinforcement by geogrids mainly depends on the tensile strength, aperture size of geogrids, and particle size distribution of dump rock mass. Different permutations and combinations of spacing between two geogrid sheets have been taken into consideration to study the stability of mine waste dump. The factor of safety is calculated to quantify the effect of geogrids on waste dump slope. It has been observed from numerical modeling that the maximum slope angle is 45° at a height of 10 m. The scope of increasing slope angle from 45 to 60° is evaluated using geogrids. It has been found from the study that the factor of safety increases as the spacing between geogrids decreases. Maximum strain is also plotted of each case to identify the slip circle. The positions of geogrids modify the probable slip circle or failure plane of mine waste dump. Using ten geogrids at a spacing of 1 m, the slope angle can be increased up to 60° with factor of safety of 1.4.  相似文献

为研究青藏高原东北部高寒地区冻融条件下,软弱基底露天煤矿排土场边坡变形破坏模式和边坡极限堆载高度,本文以青海天峻祁连山北缘江仓露天煤矿排土场作为试验区,采用二维有限元法模拟分析了5种不同堆载高度工况下排土场边坡变形破坏模式,基于折减系数法确定排土场边坡安全系数和稳定性评价。分析结果表明:在容许堆载高度范围内,随着排土场边坡堆载高度的增加,排土场边坡位移量表现出显著增长的变化趋势,其水平方向与垂直方向最大位移量分别为1. 631 m和6. 320 m,当超过容许堆载高度范围,排土场边坡位移量发生突变,呈显著性降低的变化趋势,其位移量降低幅度为64. 27%~102. 32%;塑性变形区表现出沿排土场边坡承载基底位置处的草甸型软弱界面,向排土场边坡坡底位置扩展;剪应力在坡底位置处出现应力集中现象,且剪应力集中范围由边坡承载基底向上、向坡体内部扩展且呈连通趋势,其结果形成后缘拉裂、前缘剪切滑移的整体边坡变形破坏模式;排土场边坡安全系数随着堆载高度的增加表现出二次函数降低(R~2=0. 9896)的变化规律,当排土场边坡高度为65 m时,则达到边坡设计容许高度,且其安全系数为1. 25。本次研究所得到的排土场承载由草甸构成的软弱基底在坡底位置处的变形结果,与野外试验区边坡堆载作用下所形成的实际情况基本吻合。研究结果可为高寒矿区排土场边坡变形破坏科学防治,提高边坡稳定性研究,提供理论支撑依据和实际指导意义。  相似文献

In opencast mining operation, the stability of waste materials stands at high priority from the safety and economic perspective. Poor management of overburden (OB) dump results the instability of slope in an opencast mine. The present paper deals with the stability analysis of dump material of an opencast coal mine at Talcher coal field, Angul district, Odisha, by means of different geotechnical parameters and mineralogical composition affecting the dump slope. The prolonged rainfall in the mining area causes dump failure and loss of valuable life and property. A recent dump failure that occurred in 2013 at Basundhara mines of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), Odisha, took 14 lives, and created problems for the mining industry. Most of the dump failure that occurs in the study area are mainly due to increase in pore water pressure as a result of rainfall infiltration. The stability of the waste dump was investigated using the limit equilibrium analysis to suggest an economical, sustainable and safe disposal of the dump in the study area.  相似文献

The stability of mine waste dumps is of critical importance and an issue, the mining industry of Goa, India is continually facing. The State of Goa receives high rainfall of around 3,000 mm annually. This heavy monsoonal rainfall is often believed to be the cause of dump slope instability. In light of several dump collapses encountered in the State and their damaging effects on both mine operations and local geo-environmental conditions, this paper examines their stability considering various geotechnical factors and the downstream environmental effects of a slope failure. The mechanical properties of dump waste material are reported at different compaction levels. The effect of these properties and changes in pore-water pressure are specifically examined using limit equilibrium analysis. An empirical formula is developed relating dump height, material mechanical parameters and pore-water pressure to the factor of safety of the slope. It was found that the level of compaction experienced by the material had a significant effect on the factor of safety.  相似文献

为了确定顺煤层剪切带的煤与瓦斯突出机理,在对顺煤层剪切带的受力状态进行分析的基础上,应用Mohr-Coulomb理论研究了顺煤层剪切带的形成机制,并探讨了顺煤层剪切带内的煤层变化特征、瓦斯含量和瓦斯压力特征及地应力对煤与瓦斯突出的影响。结果表明:当煤层倾角接近剪切滑动的临界角时,易产生薄煤区,而远离临界角时,煤层厚度增加,煤层厚度剧烈变化部位为应力集中区并具有较高的应力梯度;顺煤层剪切带内的压应力、煤层的面理化结构和煤层厚度的剧烈变化使其在宏观上形成了高瓦斯含量和高瓦斯压力特征,微观上糜棱煤细颈瓶型的孔隙形态为发生煤与瓦斯突出提供了必要的介质条件;在紧闭褶皱区,煤与瓦斯突出类型以突出为主,在宽缓褶皱区和伸展型顺煤层剪切带内,煤与瓦斯突出类型以压出和倾出为主。顺煤层剪切带内的高地应力、高瓦斯压力和发育的构造煤等3个因素是煤与瓦斯突出发生的主要原因。   相似文献

The article describes a problem of considering the coal strata bedding for the scheming of dragline mining technology for open pits developing flat seams. For three flat coal seams strata processing the main criterion defining the choice of technology of their processing is the stratigraphic positioning rate for the middle coal seam. It is the ratio of the upper and lower interbeds height. Based on the fact that it is possible to process coal strata with two methods—the consequent and the simultaneous ones, it is necessary to define the limits of the effective using of these methods. The consequent method (with the shift of upper overburden cut) provides alternating explosion and excavation of the upper, and later—the lower interbeds with transferring the rock into internal dump. The simultaneous method is based on synchronous blasting and transfer of the upper and the lower interbeds. It is important that this method does not provide overburden cut shift. As the result the detailed analysis of the methods of excavation and re-excavation of rock array under dragline mining method allows optimizing technical and economic indicators of three flat strata processing. The research results are presented on the example of Southern Kuzbass (Kemerovo region, Russia) coal deposits being developed by several open pit mines.  相似文献

极限承载力一直是采矿、岩土等领域关注的难点和热点问题,严重影响着边坡与邻坡建(构)筑物的安全稳定性。基于极限分析上限定理,考虑边坡滑动溢出位置不确定性影响,建立3种模式的非均质成层边坡刚性多滑块破坏机制,推导出边坡极限承载力上限解,并采用序列二次规划算法(SQP)求其最优值。以三岔露天矿北帮为工程背景,通过与数值计算结果对比分析,验证本文方法的有效性,进而开展不同坡角和排土场距坡肩距离影响分析。结果表明:(1)本文方法计算结果与数值计算结果吻合度较好,表明本文方法边坡极限承载力上限解合理有效;(2)边坡极限承载力与坡角大小呈线性负相关,与排土场距坡肩距离呈线性正相关,相比于排土场距坡肩距离而言,坡角对边坡承载力影响更为敏感;(3)坡角变化对边坡失稳模式影响较大,而排土场距坡肩距离的变化对边坡失稳模式影响不明显;(4)坡角和排土场距坡肩距离均对滑裂面起始位置和溢出位置有影响,滑裂面起始位置受排土场距坡肩距离影响较大而受坡角影响较小,滑裂面溢出位置受坡角影响较大而受排土场距坡肩距离影响较小。相关研究成果有望为边坡及邻坡基础设计提供理论支持。  相似文献

在分析矿区地形地貌、地层岩性、水文地质条件和影响排土场稳定因素的基础上,结合区内2#排场的监测资料,采用FLAC3D模拟软件和刚体极限平衡法中的毕肖普条分法,对排土场边坡变形、破坏的主要影响因素进行了分析,揭示了其滑坡机理;对3#排土场的稳定性做出预测,认为排土场边坡变形破坏模式是上部排弃物沿圆弧滑面剪切滑移与下部沿粉土、粉质粘土平面滑移的圆弧—平面组合滑移形式;基底土层的内摩擦角对排土场允许排高较为敏感,是决定允许排高的内在因素,基底粉质粘土的极限承载力是决定排土场允许排高的外在因素;基底土体极限承载力所决定的排土场的允许排高为90.60~91.60m。提出了填沟压脚、降低第一排台阶高度和基底排水等措施来满足排土场边坡稳定的要求。  相似文献

刘桥二矿在开采4煤过程中,七含突水次数达38次之多,严重影响煤矿安全生产。文章在系统地分析刘桥二矿七含涌突水概况的基础上,提出了该矿七含涌突水的主要机理为断裂构造的控制作用和矿山压力的促进作用;指出了砂岩含水层的裂隙发育程度和富水性强弱、煤层的厚度、断层的作用以及4煤与含水层之间隔水层厚度的大小等,是影响工作面涌水的主要因素。研究结果对煤矿砂岩水害的有效防治具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

宽级配废石的一坡到底的高台阶排土场具有明显的粒径分级特征,传统稳定性分析方法将其简化为多层各向同性的均质土体,却实质性忽略了排土场粗粒土各粒组分布的不均匀性和随机性,导致难以获得其边坡稳定性的合理结论。依托江西某铜矿高台阶排土场,借助自编元胞自动机程序EPOHHM,采用5组窄级配粗粒土表征了高台阶排土场的粒径分级现象,模拟了各粒组散体分布的不均匀性和随机性,分析了不同工况下排土场的位移场及塑性状态,系统地探讨了不同堆排模式下排土场边坡的安全稳定性,提出了一种宽级配废石的高台阶排土场稳定性的精细化分析方法。研究结果表明,排土场发生“拉-剪”破坏;土体中上部有圆弧形滑坡趋势,下部变形表现为沉降,顶部平台产生拉剪裂缝。仅考虑散体力学强度时,底部粗颗粒( 100 mm)含量的增加对排土场起显著的稳固作用,“单台阶全段高”的堆排模式比“全覆盖式多台阶”更有利于宽级配废石的高排土场安全稳定。研究成果将为保证明显粒径分级的排土场的长期安全稳定提供指导,也为今后分析此类工程问题提供借鉴。  相似文献

绿水洞井田可采煤层为龙潭组一段的K1煤层,通过煤层稳定性探采对比及其影响因素的探讨,认为地质勘查阶段在确定煤层稳定性时,应当剔除因褶皱、断层和陷落柱等因素引起煤厚突变的地质点。通过大量地质资料分析了影响矿区煤层稳定性的因素,认为褶皱在侧压力及垂直压力作用下分别导致褶皱核部煤层增厚和变薄;正断层和逆断层分别导致其附近煤层变薄和增厚;陷落柱多使其附近煤层变薄。勘查阶段煤层稳定性的合理确定为煤矿合理布置采掘巷道和选择合理的采煤方法都具有一定的实际意义。  相似文献

This paper presents slope stability evaluation and prediction with the approach of a fast robust neural network named the extreme learning machine (ELM). The circular failure mechanism of a slope is formulated based on its material, geometrical and environmental parameters such as the unit weight, the cohesion, the internal friction angle, the slope inclination, slope height and the pore water ratio. The ELM is proposed to evaluate the stability of slopes subjected to potential circular failures by means of prediction of the factor of safety (FS). Substantial slope cases collected worldwide are utilized to illustrate and assess the capability and predictability of the ELM on slope stability analysis. Based on the mean absolute percentage errors and the correlation coefficients between the original and predicted FS values, comparisons are demonstrated between the ELM and the generalized regression neural network (GRNN) as well as the prediction models generated from the genetic algorithms. Moreover, sensitivity analysis of the slope parameters and the ELM model parameters is carried out based on the two utilized evaluation functions. The time expense of the ELM on slope stability analysis is also investigated. The results prove that the ELM is advantageous to the GRNN and the genetic algorithm based models in the analysis of slope stability. Hence, the ELM can be a promising technique for approaching the problems in geotechnical engineering.  相似文献

边坡稳定性对露天煤矿安全高效开采至关重要。在系统总结蒙东地区露天煤矿赋存条件的基础上,提出了该地区露天煤矿边坡的工程地质特征及稳定性影响关键因子。采用正交试验与极差分析法,对该地区露天煤矿边坡稳定性影响因子的敏感度进行了研究。研究结果表明:软弱结构面分布特征、软弱结构面强度及变形特征、地下水疏排效果和综合帮坡角是控制该地区露天煤矿边坡稳定性的关键因子;不同开采阶段边坡稳定性影响因子的敏感性会发生变化,边坡防治策略及重点也应相应调整。   相似文献

平朔井工三矿煤系角砾岩成因和产状特殊,与煤层关系密切。通过补勘钻孔岩心观测,结合区域地质和以往钻孔资料分析,详细描述研究区角砾岩的成分、结构和构造特征,圈定角砾岩的层位、厚度和分布状况。发现平朔井工三矿角砾岩成分复杂、大小不一,其中泥岩砾径最大可达1.20 m以上,以棱角状为主,分选性极差;角砾岩体顶底界面明显,临近或出现在煤层中,横向连续性差。角砾岩破坏了煤层的连续性,总体北多南少,分布有限,呈透镜状产出,长轴指向西北物源区;垂向上,角砾岩自下而上减少。研究认为,聚煤期植物锚固作用强大,陆源边坡及碎屑受植被禁锢,只能在限定的范围内垂向加积,累积成边坡较陡的碎屑库;泥炭沼泽表层为植被泥炭交织在一起的泥炭网,底部深度降解的膏状泥炭提供了有利的滑移面。突发事件导致物源区边坡和角砾质碎屑库崩塌,冲越到泥炭网上,撕裂成“泥炭筏”,被泥炭筏载运移,断续沉积,并遭受改造。角砾岩成因及分布规律对煤层成因及厚度变化、煤炭资源/储量估算与开采具有重要指导意义。煤系、特别是煤层中沉积角砾岩的成因用泥炭筏载运移模式解释可能更为合理。   相似文献

为了解决煤层含气量定量解释问题,将煤层测井数据与煤心解吸数据作为输入和输出参数,构建深度置信网络(DBN),进而预测煤层含气量。研究以甘肃合水地区测井数据为例,筛选出该地区120组煤层样品作为DBN样本分析数据。选择短源距自然伽马、自然伽马、密度、长源距自然伽马和浅侧向5条测井曲线,作为DBN的输入参数,煤层气含量作为DBN的输出参数,研究RBM数量和隐藏神经元数量对计算结果的影响。并通过概率统计法、BPNN、DBN和SVM计算了30组煤层的煤层气含量,比较不同方法的预测效果。结果表明:①受限玻尔兹曼机(RBM)对DBN计算结果的精度有一定的影响,RBM数量达到7层时,预测结果准确性更高;②选择合适的隐藏层神经元数量,可以保证计算结果的精度和稳定性,神经元数量为20时,预测结果精度更高,稳定性更好;③RBM使得DBN的准确性高于BPNN,此外,DBN的计算准确性和稳定性高于概率统计法和SVM。  相似文献
