对四川祁家河铅锌硫多金属矿采用优先浮选流程,实现了铅、锌、硫的有效分离回收,获得了的铅品位和回收率分别为55.50%和75.45%的铅精矿,锌的品位和回收率分别为50.58%和92.87%的锌精矿,硫的品位和回收率分别为47.22%和71.76%的硫精矿.  相似文献

老人峰多金属矿于1985年建矿。最初以重选法从矿区顶部含铜的铁帽中生产铜精矿。含铜矿石采掘完毕,即转入开采矿区下部铅、锌、黄铁矿矿石。矿山建立的选厂于1987年竣工,按无氰优先浮选流程试生产铅、锌、硫三种精矿。最初采用一段磨矿试生产,历时数月,始终未得到合格的铅、锌精矿。主要是铅、锌精矿中互相混杂严重,产品不符冶炼要求。当时认为矿石嵌布粒度细,  相似文献

铅精矿中铅银含量较高,对于此类样品,酸溶处理时存在难以完全溶解导致结果偏低的问题,且不能同时测定,本文从前处理方法入手,优化实验分析条件,解决了铅精矿难以完全溶解的问题,解决了一份溶液同时测定铅银的问题。选定国标物进行验证,测定铅、银结果与标准物质结果相符合,达到稳定性好,快速分析的要求。  相似文献

针对某地低铅高锌硫化矿,采用浮铅抑锌的优先浮选方法,通过条件试验对比确定最佳的药剂条件。试验结果表明,用优先浮选流程及所选的药剂条件处理铅品位为0.64%、锌品位为7.33%的原矿,能够得到铅品位52.75%,含锌7.71%,含银524g/t,铅回收率65.93%,银回收率8.91%的铅精矿;锌品位54.55%,含铅0.63%,含银286g/t,锌回收率91.91%,银回收率75.10%的锌精矿。  相似文献

小西沟锌铅矿床属于低温热液型矿床,矿石组成复杂,伴生铜和银,研究表明,该矿床矿石中的铅、锌、铜和银主要矿化元素以独立矿物产出,但部分黄铜矿与闪锌矿呈固溶体交生。根据矿石性质确定,该矿床矿石可采用混合浮选铜铅(铜、铅分离)—再浮选锌的工艺流程,通过试验获得符合标准的铜精矿、铅精矿和锌精矿,所用药剂没有环境污染,符合当前技术条件,可以开发利用。  相似文献

研究了利用银次灵敏线338.28nm测定高银物料中银的含量,克服了用银的灵敏线328.08nm测定高含量银的不足,采用冶金部标准物质铅精矿YT88011,锌精矿ZnS-02分析验证,测定结果与标准值吻合。方法精密度(RSD,n=10)为0.5%~1.5%。该方法适用于各种含铅高银物料和含银量高达1%~10%的铅阳极泥及需要大称样量的粗铅中银的测定。  相似文献

老挝某氧化铅锌矿中含Pb 2.87%、Zn 13.80%、Ag 143.90 g/t,矿石性质及结构较复杂,选别难度较大。为充分回收该矿石资源,对其进行了详细的浮选试验研究。通过对选别条件逐级优化,确定磨矿细度为-0.074mm占90.46%。选铅部分以Na2CO3为调整剂,水玻璃作为抑制剂,Na2S作为活化剂,丁基黄药和异戊基黄药为组合捕收剂,2#油为起泡剂;选锌部分以六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,Na2S为活化剂,KZF为捕收剂。通过选铅“二粗三精三扫”,选铅尾矿再选锌通过“一粗二精二扫”中矿循环返回的大开路小闭路流程,获得铅品位45.28%、回收率77.78%的铅精矿,锌品位34.13%、回收率89.38%的锌精矿。铅精矿中银品位为1016.38 g/t、回收率为34.82%;锌精矿中银品位为193.43 g/t、回收率为48.58%,较好地实现了对该矿石资源的综合回收利用。  相似文献

氧化铅锌矿通常是指在矿石中能回收的独立矿物:自铅矿、铅矾、菱锌矿、异极矿等等.而本文涉及的为火山喷气-火山热液交代矿床、氧化锰铁帽中,铅锌与锰铁结合的含铁锰的氧化铅锌矿.此类矿物种类多而繁杂,品位高低不等.冶金部中南冶金地质勘探公司地质研究所曾对湖北某含锰铁的氧化铅、锌矿石的化学选矿进行过大量的研究工作.本院对该类型矿石的研究结果表明,通过磁选-化选不但可以得到纯净的氧化锰精矿和锰铁原料,而且95%以上的铅、锌和70%的银可挥发至烟尘被回收.  相似文献

Today Greece produces and exports raw bauxite and alumina, concentrates of galena and sphalerite and ferronickel. The indicated reserves of bauxite, located in the Mt Helikon-Mt Parnassus-Mt Giona-Mt Iti zone, are estimated at approximately 100 mt and those of aluminum 2.5 mt. The probable and indicated reserves of lead and zinc from Chalkidiki are approximately 3.125 mt. The total production of concentrates of galena and sphalerite is approximately 220,000 tpa. The proven reserves of nickel are approximately 1.392 mt and the production of ferronickel is approximately 18,500 tpa. Production of copper, silver and gold is pending in 2015. The probable and indicated reserves of copper from Skouries Chalkidiki are approximately 1.943 mt. In the Prefecture Units of Chalkidiki and Evros the probable and indicated reserves of gold are approximately 19.37 million ounces and those of silver 131.6 million ounces. Chromium, manganese and molybdenum present good prospects of exploitation. Calculated at current prices, the total gross value of the probable and indicated reserves of the metallic minerals of Greece is ?79.4 billion.  相似文献

Water, sediment and panned concentrate from active streams, together with some mosses and well waters, all from the vicinity of old Au operations in North Carolina, were analyzed to determine the extent of pollution from metallic Hg introduced into these areas in the 1800s and early 1900s and by modern “weekend panners”.Heavy mineral concentrates, Au grains, sediment and moss were all found to be indicators of Hg pollution, with concentrations of up to 784,000 μg/kg in heavy mineral concentrates, 7400 μg/kg in sediments, and 4900 μg/kg in moss. Surficial spots on Au grains contained as much as 44.8% Hg. Analyses of fish tissue from several of the drainage channels did not indicate Hg pollution with all values below the North Carolina average of 210 μg/kg. Mercury concentrations in stream and well waters were all below the LLD of 0.2 μg/l. In North Carolina, heavy mineral concentrates appear to be the best indicators of introduced metallic Hg.  相似文献

Extraction and subsequent loss of silver from leach liquor during oxidative ammonia leaching of complex sulphide and chalcopyrite concentrates have been observed. The lost silver value from the leach liquor was unrecoverable when the residues were treated with ammonia-ammonium sulphate buffer (pH=9.5) solutions at 27°C. However, when the same slurry was heated to 75°C in an autoclave under an atmosphere of oxygen, almost all the silver value could be redissolved. The leach residues lost their silver absorbance property from ammoniacal solutions on repeatedly heating and cooling the leached slurries in the presence of oxygen. In this work, silver losses from ammoniacal solutions on various leach residues, synthetic iron oxides, and freshly precipitated Fe(II) and Fe(III) hydroxides are reported. None of the major constituents present in the leach residues were responsible for the silver losses but small amounts of Fe(II) associated with the residues could take up silver from the leach solutions.  相似文献

Quartz vein-type gold mineralization in the Linglong deposit constitutes one of the important sources of gold in China. Here we report the first finding of anomalous enrichment of boron (B), oxygen (O), chromium (Cr) and niobium (Nb) in native gold and Ag–Te grains from the Linglong deposit. The oxygen content of gold and silver grains ranges up to 75.83 at.%, boron up to 97.85 at.%, chromium up to 26.23 at.%, and tellurium up to 33.4 at.%. The Au precipitation is mainly linked to pyrite precipitation under reducing conditions. The HFSE enrichment including chromium (Cr) and niobium (Nb) in the gold and silver grains indicate that the ore-forming fluids were derived from high temperature magmas sourced from depth. The enrichment of low temperature Te in the native gold and silver grains, combined with the typical features of fluid ‘boiling’ as inferred from fluid inclusion studies indicate that the ore-fluids derived from depth upwelled rapidly, and metal precipitation occurred through decompression at shallower levels. Our results suggest good prospect for gold and silver at depth in Linglong.  相似文献

Batch flotation tests on low- and high-rank Australian coals showed that it was difficult to reduce the original ash yield substantially whilst maintaining high recovery. The ash yield of the flotation concentrates was found to be mainly the result of the recovery of composite coaly grains containing both carbonaceous matter and mineral matter. Even 50 μm grains were composite in nature, the mineral matter being very finely disseminated. Separation of the flotation products using the heavy-liquid density-gradient technique showed that flotation recovery of coaly grains of a given size decreased with increasing relative density of the grains. The effect was much greater for coal of low rank. The fall in recovery correlated with an increase in the proportion of hydrophilic mineral matter in the composite grains, rather than with the changing proportions of the macerals vitrinite and inertinite.  相似文献

结合光学显微镜鉴定、扫描电镜、X射线能谱探针、筛析等技术手段,系统研究了青海省玛温根矿区产出的有代表性的氧化铅矿石的工艺矿物学特征。结果表明:矿石主要有价元素是Pb(2. 76%)和Ag(204. 4×10-6);矿石中铅的赋存状态较复杂,主要赋存于铅铁矾等难溶铅中,其次赋存于氧化铅、硫酸铅中,矿石中的铅矿物主要是铅矾、白铅矿、砷铅铁矾,少量方铅矿、砷铅矿等;银的赋存状态亦较为复杂,独立银矿物为硫铜银矿,含量甚微,部分银呈类质同像赋存于其他的金属硫化物中。通过偏光显微镜和扫描电镜分析发现,主要的铅矿物如铅矾、白铅矿等相互交代连生现象明显,且嵌布粒度细小,这与筛析检测结果相一致,同时矿石中As含量较高,达到了5. 43%,含砷矿物主要为毒砂、臭葱石,经X射线能谱分析,部分铅矿物与砷元素关系密切,并形成了砷铅铁矾、砷铅矿等复杂砷铅矿物。所以预测在选矿过程中,砷会随铅矿物同步富集,银的独立银矿物主要是硫铜银矿,且嵌布粒度微细,大部分银矿物以微细粒包裹态赋存于石英、褐铁矿等硅酸盐或氧化物中。根据以上研究成果,可判定该氧化铅银矿属于极难选矿石,建议采用浮选-化学选矿工艺综合回收铅、银金属的技术路线。  相似文献

New data on mercurial mineralization are presented, and a detailed characteristic is given for the first discovery of mercurous silver in ores of the Rogovik gold–silver deposit (the Omsukchan trough, Northeastern Russia). It was found that native silver in the examined ores occurs as finely-dispersed inclusions in quartz filling microcracks and interstitions. It also occurs in associations with kustelite, Ag sulfosalts and selenides, selenitic acanthite, and argyrodite. The mercury admixture varies from “not detected” in the central parts of grains to 0.22–1.70 wt % along the edges, or, in independent grains, to the appearance of Ag amalgams containing 10.20–24.61 wt % of Hg. The xenomorph form of grains of 50 μm or less in size prevails. It is assumed that the appearance of mercurial mineralization is caused by the superposition of products of the young Hg-bearing Dogda–Erikit belt upon the more ancient Ag-bearing Omsukchan trough.

Bodies of cryptovolcanic rocks (fluidolites) play a significant role in the structure of the Poperechnoe ferromanganese deposit, Lesser Khingan, Russia. Fe-Mn ores in association with fluidolites are localized in ancient carbonate rocks. PGM, gold, and silver minerals up to tenths of a millimeter in size are established in the rocks and ores of the deposit. Characteristic admixtures in the platinum are iron (9-11%), with less common copper, iridium, and osmium. An intergrowth of isoferroplatinum polycrystal with forsterite is observed. There are also individual grains of Os-Ir-Ru-Rh intermetallides. The gold grains (up to 93% Au) are characterized by dendritic and clumpy morphology, frequently showing faceting elements. The grains are frequently rounded and sometimes have an almost perfect spherical shape. Native silver is distributed among the dolomites, as well as in the dolomitic fragments from the fluidolites. Ubiquitous admixtures in the silver are copper, iron, and more rarely zinc; single grains contain admixtures of molybdenum, nickel, gold, and palladium. PGM and high-fineness gold are related to the fluidolites, which are the only magmatic rocks in the studied range of the deposit. Silver, its minerals, low-fineness gold, and sulfides are confined to the rocks and ores subjected to the regional dolomitization, low-temperature hydrothermal reworking, and silicification. Samples contain up to 11.3 g/t platinum, 2.35 g/t gold, 296.2 g/t silver, which allows us to consider the studied object as economically promising for noble metals.  相似文献

Laboratory batch flotation tests were carried out to determine the effect of grain size on the recovery of four Australian bituminous coals of high and low rank. The flotation concentrates, taken over successive time intervals, and the tailings, were sized and the recovery-size curves plotted. A method was developed for determining the proportions of liberated and composite grains in the various flotation products. Flotation tests were carried out in the presence of methylisobutylcarbinol (MIBC) and MIBC + kerosene. The shapes of the recovery-size curves depended on the rank of the coal and whether or not kerosene was present. The variation of the recovery with size was explained in terms of the joint effect of rank and size on the floatability of composite grains.  相似文献
