针对传统反演方法存在的初始模型依赖、计算时间较长等问题,提出一种基于卷积神经网络的磁异常反演方法。该方法首先设计大量磁异常体模型,进行正演模拟产生样本数据集;接着借鉴经典的卷积神经网络VGG-13设计了一种全新的VGG磁异常反演网络(VGGINV);然后使用样本数据集训练该网络,并优化网络参数;最后对理论模型和实测数据进行反演实验。实验结果表明,该方法可以准确地反演出磁异常体的位置和磁化强度,具有较强的学习能力和一定的泛化能力,能有效解决磁异常数据反演问题。  相似文献

A method of representing surfaces and volumes by a set of geometric points and a small set of auxiliary parameters, based on generalization of Bernoulli’s notion of lemniscates is introduced. It provides for easy generation and modification of surfaces and volumes, which could be connected, disjoint or even with very irregular boundaries. This allows solving geophysical inversion problems, without constraining the anomalous volumes to some ideal or simple forms. This is illustrated by the example of joint inversion of gravity and magnetic data sets attributable to two-dimensional anomalous bodies. A nonlocal optimization algorithm calledsegmented Hamming scan is used for inversion. Comparison with nonlinear least-squares algorithm shows the advantages of the chosen approach. Aeromagnetic data covering an area of about 40,000 km2 at the west central Arabian Shield, Saudi Arabia has been collected and interpreted to provide structural map of the area. A number of normalized derivatives were used to help interpret the signature of magnetic data so that weak and small amplitude anomalies can be amplified relative to the stronger and larger amplitude anomalies. The interpretations obtained from these geophysical techniques of the field data demonstrated a strong correlation between magnetic anomalies and mapped subsurface geology. Based upon the variation in magnetic lineaments, shape amplitude, and trend structural map of the west central Arabian Shield on Saudi Arabia were obtained.  相似文献

The Shuangjianzishan deposit in Inner Mongolia is a typical Ag-Pb-Zn deposit of the southern Great Xing’an Range. Proven reserves of Ag, Pb, and Zn in this deposit have reached the scale of super-large deposits, with favorable metallogenic conditions, strong prospecting signs, and high metallogenic potential. This paper reports a study involving integrated geophysical methods, including controlled-source audio-frequency magnetotelluric, gravity, magnetic, and shallow-seismic-reflection methods, to determine the spatial distribution of ore-controlling structures and subsurface intrusive rock for a depth range of <2000 m in the Shuangjianzishan ore district. The objective of this study is to construct a metallogenic model of the ore district and provide a scientific basis for the exploration of similar deposits in the deep and surrounding regions. We used three-dimensional inversion for controlled-source audio-frequency magnetotelluric data based on the limited memory quasi-Newton algorithm, and three-dimensional physical-property inversion for the gravity and magnetic data to obtain information about the subsurface distribution of ore-controlling structures and intrusive rocks. Under seismic reflection results, regional geology, petrophysical properties, and borehole information, the geophysical investigation shows that the Dashizhai group, which contains the main ore-bearing strata in the ore district, is distributed within a depth range of <1239 m, and is thick in the Xinglongshan ore block and the eastern part of the Shuangjianzishan ore block. The mineralization is spatially associated with a fault system characterized by NE-, NW-, and N-trending faults. The magnetic and electrical models identify large, deep bodies of intrusive rock that are inferred to have been involved in mineralization, with local shallow emplacement of some intrusions. Combining the subsurface spatial distributions of ore-bearing strata, ore-controlling faults, and intrusive rock, we propose two different metallogenic models for the Shuangjianzishan ore district, which provide a scientific basis for further prospecting in the deep regions of the ore district and surrounding areas.  相似文献

铀矿体作为物性特征较为特殊的金属矿体,难以实现深部直接找矿,而研究典型铀矿体的物探异常特征,探索深部铀矿体的识别技术,可以为下一步铀矿找矿指明方向。芨岭矿床是龙首山成矿带较为典型的碱交代岩型铀矿床,文章以芨岭矿床29号勘探线为例,综合分析了航空、地面磁测、电磁法及钻孔揭露结果,总结了芨岭铀矿床空、地综合物探资料异常特征。研究结果表明:铀矿体在航空物探异常上表现为直立低阻、弱磁性特征;在地面物探异常中表现为团块状低阻,维度上具有明显的三维片状特征,在反演电阻率剖面上呈团块状低阻特征,并根据该特征预测了深部铀成矿远景区,为下一步铀矿找矿工作提供了方法参考。  相似文献

井中磁测离深部场源近,能避开浅部干扰,是一种有效的找矿手段,但其控制范围有限;地面磁测采集方便且控制范围大,但老矿区干扰因素多,深部矿体信号弱,不容易解释.文章充分利用地面和井中磁测资料的优点,以二度板状体模型为例,进行井地磁测资料联合反演.通过数值模拟说明了井地联合反演方法的优越性,同时还比较了马奎特法,广义逆法和遗传算法三种不同算法的优缺点,最后将其应用于大冶铁矿实际资料的处理解释,为危机矿山的深部找矿提供了一种有效的方法.  相似文献

在地质矿产调查、地球物理勘探中,高精度磁测以经济、实用、快捷等特点,在寻找铁磁类矿物及构造中被广泛应用,但在磁测工作中,资料预处理正常场梯度改正比较繁琐,误差又比较大,笔者通过论述和实列对比,指出了目前磁测规范中正常场梯度改正存在的问题,并对正常场梯度改正方法进行了一定的探讨,提出了精度较高的正常场梯度改正方法,同时还提出了一种快捷的磁异常计算方法,使得磁测资料预处理更加简便、准确。  相似文献

依据重力、磁力异常数据及其处理结果( 水平梯度模和斜导数) ,对敦化盆地边界、基底起伏、断裂位置及以火成岩为代表的磁性体分布进行了研究。盆地重力异常的分析和水平梯度模及斜导数的计算结果表明,盆地基底具南部凹陷、中央凸起和北部凹陷的“两凹一凸”的起伏形态特征,盆地内断裂以SW--NE 向为主,盆地为单断半地堑式盆地。依据航磁异常,将盆地划分为4 个异常区: 东北部磁异常区、中部低磁异常区、西南高磁异常区和西南边部相对低磁异常区。结合磁异常水平梯度模和斜导数的计算结果显示,以火成岩为代表的磁性体受SW--NE 向构造控制。  相似文献

近几年来,随着战略性矿产远景调查项目的开展,地面高精度磁测一直是主要的物探方法之一,为区域地质调查、成(控)矿地质构造研究、矿产资源评价等工作提供了丰富的地球物理场信息,同时,在金属矿产勘查中能依据矿体与围岩的磁性差异、伴生的磁性矿物直接或间接确定矿体,尤其在铁矿勘查中,磁测更是一种直接找矿的不可或缺的方法。本文总结了磁异常的数据整理及数据处理中一些方法在使用中的问题,并尝试针对解释推断结果提出可靠的、较可靠的、可供参考的三级评价要求。  相似文献

对某地区高精度磁测数据,为了有效分析地下场源的异常特征,作者采用小波分析方法对磁异常进行多尺度分析,获取不同深度层次的场源信息,结合平面、剖面资料的反演处理解释,利用2.5维模型反演建立了地下场源的地球物理模型.通过分析,认为小波多尺度分析可以更好的揭示深部场源的赋存信息,计算精度可靠,较传统的延拓、滤波等方法有更高的分辨率.  相似文献

杨桥孜铜金矿是皖北覆盖区以地质理论为指导通过综合物探手段发现的一处中型矽卡岩型矿床。该矿床是皖北地区迄今为止发现的规模最大金矿床,对三铺岩体成矿预测、皖北地区找矿、研究华北陆块找金方向具有重要意义,为覆盖区综合找矿方法提供了成功经验。重磁勘探在该矿床的发现过程中发挥了重要作用,重磁组合异常特征倍受关注。杨桥孜金铜矿位于重力梯级带的次级鼻状重力高异常区,重力二阶导数异常与矿体分布相吻合;地磁场以正异常为背景,局部叠加明显的强磁异常,强磁异常与铁矿体分布一致,铜金矿体对应于磁力梯级带。重高磁高、重高磁梯组合异常在矿床普查过程中发挥了作用。  相似文献

An integrated survey program involving geological, hydrogeological and geophysical techniques has been employed to characterize the aquifer geometry, recharge and circulation dynamics of thermal springs within a shallow aquifer system in Ethiopia. The selected springs for the case study are Sodere and Gergedi, which are situated within the tectonically active Main Ethiopian Rift (MER). Geologically, the studied springs are located on Plio-Quaternary volcanic rocks. The geophysical results indicate the presence of subsurface weak zones represented by extensional tectonics and weathering zones which are responsible for thermal water circulation and facilitate recharge from the adjacent surface-water bodies. The structures inferred by the resistivity survey, both sounding and electrical tomography, present contrasts in rock resistivity response. The anomalous zones in the magnetic data are in good agreement with the zones that are revealed by geological mapping and surface manifestation of the thermal water discharge zones. The shallow aquifer of the central MER is under the influence of thermal water, which increases the groundwater temperature and mineral content.  相似文献

在地表覆盖严重的地区开展地质工作,勘探方法的选择非常重要,高精度磁法是寻找磁性矿物的首选物探方法,目前在祁漫塔格地区的地质找矿工作中起到了非常重要的作用。那陵郭勒河西地区分布有大面积砂梁,高数米至十余米。依钻孔数据,厚度为160~314m,所有形迹都被沙漠覆盖,地面磁异常宽缓不明显。由于缺乏本区地质资料,这给磁测资料的解释带来困难,使得不能给验证钻孔准确定位,这时异常解释手段的选择显得非常重要。通过实例说明综合采用磁法地-井资料的精细反演技术,在沙漠覆盖区实现找矿重大突破。  相似文献

文章以青海中-南祁连山察汗诺北部的青C-2012-280和青C-2012-281号航磁异常检查为例,在综合前人地质、物化探和矿产资料的基础上,采用地质剖面测量、高精度磁法剖面测量、岩石磁参数测量和岩石地化剖面测量方法进行航磁异常地面检查。分析磁异常形成的地质原因,对航磁异常做出定性判断,对异常的成矿潜力进行评价,对下一步的工作提出了建议。综合物化探方法在青海省中-南祁连山的航磁异常检查和找矿工作中取得了良好的效果。  相似文献

A specially designed 700-km2 grid survey, deploying 1000 regularly distributed low-frequency seismic recording systems, successfully investigated one of the most complex geologic environments of the Pannonian basin. The wide-angle signals penetrated through over 1000 m of multi-phase igneous lithology and recognized, for the first time, the underlying enigmatic Permian to Early Triassic basement rocks. Tomographic inversion of the first arrival grid data resulted in determination of an accurate three-dimensional (3-D) velocity field, to a depth of 4 km. The anomalous changes of the spatial velocity data outline the regional extent of the Late Miocene magmatic intrusions, which are covered by over 2000 m of Mid-Miocene to Pleistocene clastics. Complex relationship was found between the surface potential data and the intrusive bodies. This multi-faceted geophysical data analysis established a functional technique for mapping a subsurface with intricate acoustic and structural complexity.  相似文献
