对农村居民点布局适宜性评价方法的探讨,不仅能丰富农村居民点布局研究的理论体系,也有利于开展农村居民点规划和整理工作。以江苏省宜兴市为例,综合考虑其社会经济和农村居民点布局特点,从自然地理条件、区位条件、生产条件以及生态环境条件4个方面建立评价指标体系,基于灰靶模型研究农村居民点布局适宜性,并据此提出相应的分类调控对策。研究结果表明:宜兴市农村居民点适宜性等级总体较高;在空间上呈现中、北部平原地区的农村居民点布局适宜性整体高于南部丘陵山区的分布特征。针对不同适宜等级提出的分类调控对策可以为当地农村土地整治、村庄规划等实际工作提供一定的参考。 相似文献

农村居民点用地整理是新农村建设的重要内容。深入开展区域范围内待整理农村居民点分区研究,对于指导农村居民点用地的有序整理具有重要现实意义。以河北省136个县(市)为研究单元,选取农村居民点用地自然条件、区域经济实力和整理迫切度等8个指标,构建了农村居民点用地整理分区评价指标体系,利用熵值法确定权重,计算农村居民点整理的综合评价值。进一步基于人均农村居民点用地和综合评价分值,运用层次筛选法将研究区划分为优先整理区、重点整理区、适度整理区、生态型整理区和优化调整区。农村居民点整理分区,可为制定农村土地整理规划以及确定、实施土地整理项目提供决策依据。 相似文献

随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视生活环境,农村居民点整理是节约集约利用土地、优化空间布局和改善农村生产、生活条件的重要措施,大都市区农村居民点的整理是建设"宜居城市"的重要途径之一。综合北京市自然、社会、经济和土地利用规划等因素,围绕中心城区构建了城乡交错区、远郊平原区和生态山区3个农村居民点整理分区,并根据区位条件,确定了它们的功能定位,提出分区、分模式的整理方案,该方案对于加快北京城乡一体化进程,推动城乡统筹发展具有重要的现实意义。 相似文献

基于微观视角的农村居民点发展评价与布局优化——以陕西省重点示范镇沙河子镇为例 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
将生态位态势理论应用于农村居民点布局研究,从发展水平和发展潜力两方面选取指标分别作为发展"态"和发展"势"的评价因素,构建农村居民点发展评价模型,对居民点的发展实力划分等级。然后结合加权Voronoi图,明确各发展等级居民点的搬迁去向,从而实现全镇整治分区规划。沙河子镇农村居民点的发展实力可划分为高、中、低和不适宜发展4个等级;农村居民点整体发展较好,高、中发展实力级的居民点用地面积为304.07hm2,占全区的84.23%;具有明显的地形分异特征,其发展等级呈现由中部向南北两侧递减的趋势;全镇以农村居民点城镇化为整理重点,划分为城镇化区、优先发展区、改造发展区和控制发展区4种整治分区。结合生态位态势理论和加权Voronoi图的农村居民点合理布局研究具有较强的现实指导意义。 相似文献

农村居民点作为当前国土资源利用效率提升的重要潜力空间,对其进行调控研究是促进可持续乡村建设的重要内容。城镇作为区域社会经济文化中心,村城关系在一定程度上影响着农村居民点发展的空间潜力;土地作为农村居民点发展的支撑条件和空间载体,村地关系在一定程度上体现了农村居民点布局的适宜性及资源利用的协调性。在扎实推进新农村建设、统筹城乡发展、促进土地集约节约利用的背景下,将“城—村—地”纳入统一分析框架,有利于统筹不同空间尺度要素对居民点整理的影响。本研究立足农村行为主体的空间关联性,综合“城—村—地”三级空间对象,提出农村居民点整理策略分析框架;基于对农村居民点地域系统要素构成和结构层次的分析,从城镇发展辐射性、村域布局适宜性、土地利用协调性等三方面构建了农村居民点整理潜力评价体系,进而探讨了相应的农村居民点整理途径。最后选取江苏省新沂市进行实证分析,将其划分为优先整理区、重点整理区、适度挖潜区、优化调整区及特殊整理区等居民点用地整理类型,提出相应的整理模式及优化路径,以期为农村居民点的整理优化提供有益借鉴,助推可持续的城乡空间重构。 相似文献

农村居民点调控既要体现社会经济特征的差异,又要体现区位条件适宜性的差异。首先,通过运用最小累积阻力模型(MCR)评价农村居民点图斑的区位适宜性,通过适宜值加权求和汇总各县市单元微观区位适宜值。其次,运用多因素综合评价方法,从社会条件和经济条件等方面评价辽宁省各县市农村居民点调控的优先度,通过运用指标判别分析法,确定省域农村居民点分区调控方案。结果表明:(1)基于MCR模型的评价结果将农村居民点的适宜性划分为高度适宜类、较适宜类、一般适宜类和不适宜类,高适宜类主要集中在中部平原地区且较适宜类和一般适宜类围绕高度适宜类成带状或片状分布;(2)运用多因素综合评价模型,将优先度评价指标值按照1/3法分为强、中、弱3级,中部平原优先度条件好,东部沿海地区优先度条件也较好,西部山地丘陵区地区中有些县市由于农村居民点数量大,优先度也较高;(3)运用指标判别法综合考虑图斑层面的区位条件和宏观层面的社会经济状况,划分优先调控区、重点调控区、优化调控区和适度调控区。 相似文献

以济阳县域居民点用地为研究对象,根据农村居民点用地适宜性评价结果,将济阳县农村居民点划分为城镇转化型、发展型、限制发展型和迁弃型4种整理类型.从土地规划需要和济阳县实际情况出发,根据影响居民点空间扩展因素的限制等级,划分城乡居民点空间扩展优先等级区,结合2020年济阳县城乡居民点用地规模预测,对济阳县城乡居民点用地空间布局进行优化.结果表明:济阳县2010-2020年农村居民点用地可减少2878.47hm2,建制镇用地增加1094.15 hm2,农村居民点用地整理可以满足建制镇用地增加的需求.研究可为县级土地利用总体规划和农村居民点规划提供依据. 相似文献

城乡结合部是城乡争夺土地资源的核心区域,深入开展郊区农村居民点布局优化研究对于统筹城乡发展具有现实意义。本研究以重庆市渝北区古路镇为例,运用转移矩阵法剖析低山丘陵地区城乡结合部土地利用变化特征,从地形条件、生态环境、居民点规模、区位条件4个方面建立评价指标体系对古路镇农村居民点布局适宜性进行评价,结合规划政策导向归纳出5种农村居民点布局优化类型,并根据居民点空间扩展限制分区,制定差异化布局优化策略。主要结论为:(1)2009—2013年5年间古路镇城镇建设用地处于高速扩展之中,导致耕地面积缩减明显,表现出人类活动在城乡发展过程的不均衡性。(2)古路镇农村居民点布局适宜性与居民点平均规模呈现正相关关系;在空间分布上,适宜性等级沿主要交通线两侧逐渐降低。(3)基于规划政策导向、农村居民点空间扩展限制分区,制定差异化的优化策略,城镇转化型居民点逐步转变为城镇建设用地;村庄重点扩展类型居民点建设成为中心社区,承担对周围村落的服务职责;村庄挖潜型居民点集约利用土地,积极发展休闲农业产业;村庄合并型居民点整合零散用地,共享公共服务资源;迁移型居民点迁出新建,优化农村"三生"空间,以实现低山丘陵地区城乡结合部农村居民点的城镇化和集约化。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
