北京高科技产业价值链区域分工研究 总被引：22，自引：9，他引：22
在全面把握有关高科技产业分工尤其是基于价值链的区域分工理论与实践基础上 ,通过分析中关村企业调查问卷 ,验证了高科技产业价值链各增值环节对要素条件禀赋要求的差异和区位选好 ,以及中关村部分高科技企业价值链各活动环节的空间配置 ,得出北京高科技产业在发展重点和空间布局上已经显现出价值链区域分工雏形这一结论。北京在高科技产业价值链活动中 ,具有总部、研究开发以及销售总部特化的特征 ,同时也承担部分生产制造职能。这种价值链分工雏形一方面反映出了北京在国家尺度上的要素禀赋情况 ,一方面也说明了北京的优势所在。论文还进一步总结了北京高科技产业价值链区域分工模式 ,并结合北京高科技产业价值链分工的基础、要素禀赋及内部差异 ,探讨了北京高科技产业价值链区域分工的未来走向。 相似文献

本文主要基于2022年中国半导体企业投资与统计数据,从半导体产业的晶圆材料、封测材料、半导体设备、设计、制造与封测价值细分环节与网络外部性视角,研究了中国半导体产业投资集群网络的空间布局与区域组织。结果表明：(1)其中长三角是半导体材料、设备、制造与封测的总体高水平一体化集群区,珠三角是半导体设计的集群高地,制造环节连片集中在东部沿海地区,小范围分布在中西部成渝、关中、中原城市群。(2)半导体集群网络在借用规模和集聚阴影表现为正负外部性,通过区域外部性实现最终产品与中间产品的协同集聚和空间一体化。在区域异质性中,长三角集群网络为生产驱动型和技术拉动型,珠三角为市场导向型和需求牵引型,京津冀、辽中南和关中地区为国企军企和科研院所分拆型,成渝为对口援助型。(3)晶圆材料、设备与制造社群具有小范围的集群发育倾向,设计社群集群发育最显著,封测材料与封测环节社群没有明显的投资集群发育。从区域投资组织看,京津冀、珠三角和长三角的半导体投资布局分别主要为单核心、双核心和多核心区域关联形态。从价值链细分环节的区域布局看,半导体设计与设备环节更倾向单核心结构,半导体制造环节更倾向双核结构,晶圆材料、封测... 相似文献

苹果手机零部件全球价值链的价值分配与中国角色演变 总被引：1，自引：2，他引：1
产品内分工已成为支配当代企业分工与产品生产的重要模式。研究智能手机生产网络价值分配格局,对辨析中国大陆企业在移动通讯产业价值链中所处地位与演进具有重要意义。论文利用2012—2017年苹果公司供应商数据,以其零部件价值含量与技术要求为测度标准,分析了苹果手机零部件全球价值链的分配特征以及中国大陆企业在其中的地位变化。发现：高价值环节的供应商主要以美国、日本、韩国为主,而中低价值环节则以中国台湾、日本和中国大陆供应商为主,且中国大陆与中国台湾在中间环节占据重要地位。处于价值链高端的供应商分支数量在中国大陆和美国缩减明显,日本、韩国较为稳定,中国台湾增加明显。在价值链的中低端环节,供应商分支趋向中国大陆集中。印度、巴西以及越南等地成为新的中低端价值环节转移承接地。近年来,中国大陆在苹果手机价值链的高端环节得到了提升,长三角、珠三角、京津冀、成渝、中原地区等地逐渐形成了苹果供应商分支的集聚区域,呈现出零部件生产的区域分工特征。长三角(上海-苏州为核心)与珠三角(深圳-东莞为核心),承接了价值链多个生产环节,是中国大陆嵌入苹果手机生产网络的主要阵地。成渝地区既承接了芯片类企业布局,也承接了价值链低端的组装代工和包装服务环节,呈现出在价值链两端双向承接的特征。环渤海、福建及湖南等地主要承接苹果手机价值链的中间环节,而中原地区主要以苹果手机组装与包装服务为主,承接价值链的低端环节。最后,论文从创新驱动、政府作用与外资等方面探讨了影响中国大陆地位提升的因素。 相似文献

作为主导产业部门之一的电子信息产业在北京具有较强的产业实力及较好的发展前景。本研究通过分析电子信息产业和大型电子信息企业主要价值链环节在北京的分布情况, 总结了电子信息产业及其价值链的空间分布特征。研究发现:北京市电子信息产业郊区化趋势明显且呈集聚分布, 大型电子信息企业主要价值链环节也呈集聚分布, 生产环节的远郊化明显, 呈现多中心空间结构;北京市主要电子信息产业集聚区呈现明显的功能分工、大型电子信息企业主要价值链环节呈现明显的区域分工。 相似文献

中国城市群多中心网络的拓扑结构 总被引：6，自引：1，他引：5
在既有理论基础上扩展了城市群多中心网络的度量工具,考察中国12个城市群总部—分支机构的企业关联网络,比较梳理了地级城市空间联系的拓扑结构。实证研究发现：①包括长三角、珠三角和京津冀三大典型城市群在内,中国城市群内部网络系统的拓扑结构依然发育不完善,在联系数据方面均呈现出一定的稀疏矩阵特征,空间组合关系均为树状结构。②总部区位(出度)的层级性差异均高于分支机构区位(入度)的层级性差异,显示出城市群内部空间“流”的不对称性。③针对12个城市群内部网络的拓扑结构聚类分析表明：长三角、珠三角、京津冀、山东半岛、海峡西岸地区的城市群内部网络联系较为紧密,呈现出一定程度的一体化网络特征;其中三大典型城市群存在明显的企业总部集聚核心,其余城市群内部的网络联系松散,跨城企业联系比重较低,在拓扑结构上大多呈现出以省会或副省级城市为指向的向心式联系。 相似文献

大都市区产业集聚是共享市场资源、降低交易费用的地域分工结果。学术界和规划实践领域认为频密的功能联系有助于大都市区实现专业分工的多中心体系,即在多中心大都市区内部形成有机联系的专门化集聚,因而是一种理想的空间结构模式。基于理论辨析,以同城的多部门企业子母机构为参照组,试图检验企业空间组织总部-分支功能联系与产业部类专业分工的耦合性。在巨型城市功能性多中心理论回顾的基础上,梳理了企业内部功能组织的多中心与不同产业部类间专业集聚的概念模型、计量方法,引入集聚规模变量以弥补区位熵、克鲁格曼比较优势等统计量的不足,并对珠三角大都市区的多中心网络格局演化开展实证。研究发现：① 2008—2017年间,企业内部子母机构空间组织的功能联系明显促进了珠三角的网络密度,提升了大都市区整体的功能性多中心,并同步大幅增加了跨城企业的集聚功能强度;② 珠三角都市区企业空间组织从产业部类分工走向功能性分工,但是企业总部并没有全然集中于广州、深圳主城区,广深走廊尤其是龙岗、宝安等深圳近圈层地区总部机构的集聚功能强度明显提升,企业分支机构尤其是商业消费门店式并不趋于都市区/都市圈的外围地域;③ 珠三角制造业为主导的专业镇模式日益式微,随着全球化波动下的产业变动,珠三角区域的“世界工厂”角色正处于转型阶段。 相似文献

京津冀地区经历了从竞争、合作到迈向高质量协同发展的过程,在“双循环”新发展格局下,京津冀协同发展面临着新挑战和新目标,亟需实现创新驱动经济转型。本文从价值链分工和要素流动等方面入手,系统梳理了京津冀在“外循环”和“国内大循环”中的价值链地位和辐射能力,以及以“京津冀小循环”为表现的京津冀协同发展现状。结果发现,京津冀在“外循环”中没有形成世界级城市群相对应的技术分工和知识生产能力,处于价值链较低附加值环节;在“国内大循环”中,京津冀占据价值链高附加值环节,并向外输出技术和资本,但吸引和辐射力有限。进一步探究发现,京津冀在“外循环”中相对边缘化的重要原因之一是“京津冀小循环”尚未打通,创新成果难以在城市群内部转化,从而未能实现“创新驱动经济增长新引擎”的城市群定位目标。下一阶段京津冀城市群应以水平知识链、梯度创新链为驱动,构建城市群垂直产业链。具体来说,“内循环”中应着力打造“北京研发—天津高端制造—河北物流服务”协同格局,“外循环”中构建以知识转移和市场突破为核心的“北京创新集聚溢出—河北综合制造—天津研发、航运”分工模式,逐步实现“内循环”反哺“外循环”。 相似文献

价值链的空间重组正在深刻的改变着城市体系的经济景观,建立在价值链分工基础上的城市功能结构的研究已经成为经济地理学的重要课题。将中国上市公司500强企业网络划分为公司总部、商务服务、研究开发、传统制造、现代制造、物流仓储和批发零售七种类型功能区块,研究了中国城市价值链功能分工及其影响因素。结果发现：沿着价值链的功能分工已经成为中国城市体系经济景观的显著特征,功能多样化城市和功能专业化城市并存于中国城市体系,东部地区和城市密集地区的城市在价值链分工中占据了更好的地位;中国城市按照价值链中的优势功能可以划分为九种类型,少数城市转变为承载公司总部、研究开发、商务服务等多样化功能的高等级中心城市,而大量中小城市则转变为传统制造专业化基地;市场潜力、关键资源、区位条件、营商环境等城市属性特征是城市功能分工的重要影响因素,城市资源、区位可达性等属性特征的增强将提高城市成为总部基地、商务中心和研究基地的概率,而降低城市成为传统制造基地的概率。 相似文献

随着交通通讯技术的发展,跨国公司在东道国内部实现功能空间分离.伴随中国渐进式的改革开放进程,全球500 强跨国公司逐步在中国实现地理扩张和功能扩张.本文基于1979-2008 年电子信息和医药化工产业的全球500 强跨国公司在华投资数据研究跨国公司功能区位.研究表明,跨国公司倾向于在已有投资的城市追加投资,不同功能呈现一定差异性地理分布,但功能之间共聚趋势明显.区域性总部和商务功能聚集在一线城市,生产功能布局于省会和一线城市周边地区,研发功能追随生产功能.条件逻辑模型分析表明,跨国公司功能区位存在显著的公司内集聚、跨公司集聚、来源国集聚以及跨功能共聚现象.市场潜力及城市行政地位也是吸引跨国公司投资的重要因素.随着全方位开放格局形成,集聚效应较制度优势更为重要.跨国公司分支机构地理集聚提升一线城市的功能,强化顶级城市的领导力和聚集力.跨国公司的功能片段化布局既依托我国的城市等级体系,又在一定程度上重塑我国城市空间结构,促进城市体系按价值链等级进行专业化分工并推动区域协作. 相似文献

对城市群而言,产业结构升级和竞争力提升需要以合理有序的产业空间组织模式作为支撑。本文从资金、技术、人脉维度构建城际网络,运用社区挖掘方法分析不同网络社区的内部联系和边界动态,并根据网络权力识别增长极,从城市群内、外双尺度剖析其虹吸-涓滴效应,透视马赛克隐喻下三大城市群生物医药产业的空间组织模式。结果发现：(1)在资金维度,京津冀城市群（京津冀）投资沿“分散化?集聚化?再分散化”演化;长三角城市群（长三角）投资沿“分散化?内部分割?一体化”演化;珠三角城市群（珠三角）投资沿“分散化?高依附性?去依附性”演化。(2)在技术维度,京津冀早期形成了星型拓扑结构,中期北京对周边腹地产生集聚阴影,近期技术一体化水平不断下降;长三角早期技术一体化初显,中期伴随投资的内部分割,技术流也呈现内部分割特征,近期则朝一体化反方向发展;珠三角的技术流始终保持分散化和内部分割特征。(3)在人脉维度,三大城市群均向一体化演进,长三角始终处于领先地位,珠三角次之,京津冀最末。(4)空间组织模式上,京津冀沿“单中心?一主一门户?一主双门户”演化;长三角沿“向心式?离心式?嵌套链式”演化;珠三角则始终为“一主双门户”模... 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
