从孢粉角度对漳浦前湖湾古森林遗迹分布区所在的剖面QHP和钻孔QHZ-1的第四纪沉积物进行系统的分析.经过孢粉种属鉴定、孢粉浓度的统计,木本、草本、蕨类、藻类以及各科属孢粉百分比的不同,划分出7个孢粉组合带,剖面QHP自下而上为组合带Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅰ,其中组合带Ⅲ推知属晚更新世的中期产物,组合带Ⅱ属晚更新世中期接近晚期的产物,组合带Ⅰ属晚更新世晚期的产物;钻孔QHZ-1自下而上为组合带Ⅳ、Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅰ,其中组合带Ⅳ推知属晚更新世的早期的产物,组合带Ⅲ是一过渡层,组合带Ⅱ推知属晚更新世的中期的产物,组合带Ⅰ推知属晚更新世晚期的产物,而组合带Ⅰ以上的层位是全新世以来的产物.结合14C测年和沉积地层岩性等资料,得出该地区晚更新世以来沉积环境及其古气候演化的4次变迁过程:晚更新世早期的寒冷干燥;晚更新世中期的温和热湿,期间发生2次明显的海侵事件;晚更新世晚期过渡到全新世的冷暖干湿的动荡期;全新世以来与现代气候较为接近的气候.  相似文献

本文着重分析了查格勒布鲁剖面沉积物的粒度特征和孢粉组合特征,结合(14)C测年、古冰缘现象和沉积物化学元素的SiO2/Al2O3分子比值变化规律指出,晚更新世以来巴丹吉林沙漠南缘地区的气候条件随全球冰期气候的波动亦经历了由晚更新世早期的相对温湿阶段、晚更新世晚期尤其是末次盛冰期的干冷阶段向全新世温暖期的演化过程。东亚夏季风尾阎在晚更新世早期到达甚至越过本区影响到拐子湖一带,晚更新世晚期本区受冬季风的控制,全新世以来东亚夏季风尾闾又向本区推进,并于全新世大暖期对本区造成明显影响。  相似文献

选取位于珠江口万顷沙ZK316-2钻孔进行孢粉、硅藻和岩性等分析,重建了珠江口晚更新世以来的海侵海退旋回和古环境特征。孢粉和硅藻分析表明:晚更新世期间该区域主要经历了一次大的海侵海退,期间有2次小的海平面波动。晚更新世地层海相特征明显,孢粉组合指示了温暖湿润的气候环境,其植被以南亚热带常绿林为主,孢粉组合以青冈属、蕈树属、金缕梅科等亚热带种属为主,期间出现的海桑属推测为滨海相沉积,指示了当时海平面的位置。晚更新世的海相沉积尽管14C测年结果为老于30 ka左右,但经过区域孢粉组合、硅藻特征、海平面高度等因素的综合对比分析后认为:下部海相层的年代更可能属于MIS 5期,而期间2次短暂的低海面记录可能与5b和5d海平面波动有关。钻孔上部13.9 m以上为全新世2 232 cal. a B.P.以来的沉积,孢粉分析表明植被仍以亚热带常绿林为主,但人类干扰因素的禾本科、松属、芒箕和火灾记录(炭屑)大量增加,指示了沿海人类活动增强和大规模农业的发展,这与全新世晚期海平面下降和三角洲的快速加积作用基本同步进行。  相似文献

罗布泊东部八一泉剖面出露近7m厚的地层,从中系统进行孢粉组合分析,剖面可划分成三个孢粉组合带。通过多方面的综合分析和区域对比,确定其为中更新世晚期-晚更新世早期,该时代的确定为该区第四纪地层划分提供重要依据。孢粉组合特征表明,罗布泊地区中更新世晚期气候充温干为主,略有波动。  相似文献

对湖北郧县辽瓦店剖面的沉积学特征及磁化率、粒度、Rb、Sr含量等理化指标进行了研究。结果表明:辽瓦店剖面自下而上具有马兰黄土(L1)-过渡层(Lt)-古土壤(S0)-全新世黄土(L0)-表土(TS)地层序列;不同地层单元的风化成壤差异明显,其成壤强弱顺序为古土壤S0成壤最强、全新世黄土L0和过渡层Lt次之、马兰黄土L1最弱。成壤强弱的变化揭示出该区晚更新世末期(11 500 a BP以前)气候干冷,全新世早期(11 500~8 500 a BP)气候处于晚更新世干冷向全新世中期暖湿的过渡阶段,全新世中期(8 500~3 100 a BP)气候最为温暖湿润,全新世晚期(3 100 a BP以来)气候转为干冷且逐渐恶化的变化过程。  相似文献

汉江上游谷地全新世风成黄土及其成壤改造特征   总被引:9,自引:1,他引:8  
对汉江上游郧县-郧西段一级阶地物质上堆积的黄土状覆盖层的剖面构型、粒度、矿物组合、元素分布、微形态及形成时代进行了研究,并与渭河谷地全新世黄土-古土壤序列对比。结果表明,这些“黄土状覆盖层”是晚更新世以来沙尘暴在区内连续堆积的结果,具有TS-L0-S0-Lt-L1-AD剖面构型;这些风积物在不同时期受到了不同程度的成壤改造作用,晚更新世受到弱成壤改造→全新世中期受到强烈成壤改造→全新世晚期较弱成壤改造。汉江上游地区在晚更新世末期(11500 a BP),气候比较冷湿,沙尘暴频繁出现,形成较厚的黄土层L1;全新世初期(11500-8500 a BP),气候从冷湿向暖湿方向转变,沙尘暴活动减弱,形成了过渡黄土层位Lt;全新世中期(8500-3000 a BP),气候达到全新世最为暖湿的阶段,沙尘暴沉积物受到强烈成壤改造而形成了古土壤S0;全新世晚期(3000 a BP以来),气候暖湿程度降低,越过秦岭的沙尘暴又明显增强,形成了近代黄土L0。  相似文献

对南极普里兹湾NP93-2和NP95-1两柱样沉积硅藻进行了定量分析。两柱样分别可划分出3个和7个硅藻组合带。前者的优势种是Nitzschiacurta和Thalasiosiraantarctica,次优势种是N.kerguelensis和N.ritscheri;后者常见的优势种有N.kerguelensis,N.curta,Denticulopsisspp.和T.lentiginosa,常见的次优势种有Eucampiabablaustium,T.antarctica和T.gracilis。利用N.curta/N.kerguelensis比值并结合14C测年数据,可将15000年以来南极气候的变化划分出8个古气候带,其中完好地记录了Heinrich1事件、波令-阿德罗暖期、新仙女木冰期、全新世低温期等重大的气候变化事件,而南极的全新世低温期是首次报道。  相似文献

依据生物多样性和社会经济发展方面的 2 0个指标 ,应用模糊聚类算法对汶川县的综合地域划分研究表明 ,汶川县可以划分为 4个综合地域类型 :发展主导型 (Ⅰ ) ,占县域面积的4 3% ;特色开发型 (Ⅱ ) ,占县域面积的 2 3 5 % ;发展支持型 (Ⅲ ) ,占县域面积的 6 5 % ;生态保育和限制性开发型 (Ⅳ ) ,占县域面积的 6 5 7%。县域水平上协调生物多样性保育和区域发展关系的空间策略是东西分治 ,东部 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ )以社会经济发展为主 ,西部 (Ⅳ )以生态保育为主。在区域发展的产业选择上应重视产业的生态化 ,突出地域优势与特色。  相似文献

Geomorphic, lithologhic, and stratigraphic field studies as well as pollen data and mineralogical study have been used to propose Pliocene and Pleistocene paleogeographic reconstructions of the El’gygytgyn meteorite crater area. The moment of impact is recorded above the early Pliocene hill denudation plain as a “chaotic horizon” consisting of fragments of impactite rocks. This chaotic horizon lies between layers of late Pliocene alluvial sediments. During the second half of the late Pliocene, the region was tectonically active, when the Anadyr lowland was uplifted causing alluvial sediments to accumulate in the basins to the south of the crater. Regional climatic cooling, which supported the spread of tundra and the formation of permafrost is characteristically to late Pliocene. The 35–40 m high terrace that roughly follows the 530 m contour interval along the Enmyvaam River formed during the middle Pleistocene. This terrace represents the maximum lake level. Erosion and incision of the upper Enmyvaam River increased due to another wave of uplift. Additionally, El’gygytgyn Lake discharge increased causing lake level to begin to drop in the Middle Pleistocene. Cooling continued, which led to the development of herb-dominated arctic tundra. middle and late Pleistocene glaciations did not reach the El’gygytgyn lake region. The 9–11 m high lacustrine terrace was formed around the lake during the late Pleistocene and the 2–3 m high lacustrine terrace formed later during the Holocene. During the last 5000 years, the lake level has continued to drop as the modern coastline developed. This is the third in a series of eleven papers published in this special issue dedicated to initial studies of El’gygytgyn Crater Lake and its catchment in NE Russia. The Present foraminiferal distribution (live + dead) in Freemansundet between Barentsøya and Edgeøya, Svalbard, has been compared with assemblages in raised marine Holocene deposits in Guldalen on Edgeeya. Four distinct foraminiferal assemblages were identified in Freemansundet, the Elphidium excavatum-Cassidulina reniforme assemblage, the Elphidium hallandense assemblage, the Cibicides lobatulus assemblage and the Elphidium incertum-Haynesina orbiculare assemblage. Four assemblage zones (Zones A-D) have been established in the glaciomarine to marine sediment sequence in Guldalen. Only two of the recent fauna! types were represented here. The Elphidium excavatum-Cassidulina reniforme assemblage, which reflects a proximal glacier environment, was found in the lowermost Zone A (the Elphidium excavatum Zone) and in Zone C (the Elphidium excavatum-Cassidulina reniforme Zone) in the Guldalen stratigraphy; the Elphidium incertum-Haynesina orbiculare assemblage, which reflects ameliorated shallow water conditions, was found in the uppermost Zone D in Guldalen. The marine sequence in Guldalen represents a relatively short period of time during the Early Holocene (ca 9700 to 8300 BP). The succession of the foraminiferal assemblages suggests that the deglaciation was interrupted by a cold period with glacial stagnation just after 9600 bp (Zone B. the Astrononion gallowayi-Nonionellina labradorica Zone).  相似文献

Both radiocarbon and optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dating methods were applied to test their suitability for establishing a chronology of arid-zone lacustrine sediments using a 5.88-m-long core drilled from Lake Ulaan, southern Mongolia. Although the radiocarbon and OSL ages agree in some samples, the radiocarbon ages are older than the corresponding OSL ages at the 550-cm depth horizon (late Pleistocene) and in the 100–300-cm interval (early to late Holocene). In the early to late Holocene, radiocarbon ages are consistently older than OSL ages by 4,100–5,800 years, and in the late Pleistocene by 2,700–3,000 years. Grain-size analysis of early to late Holocene sediments and one late Pleistocene sediment sample (550-cm depth) indicates that eolian processes were the dominant sediment-transport mechanism. Also, two late Pleistocene sediments samples (from 400- to 500-cm depths) are interpreted to have been deposited by both eolian and glaciofluvial processes. Accordingly, the radiocarbon ages that were older than the corresponding OSL ages during the Holocene seem to have been a consequence of the influx of 14C-deficient carbon delivered from adjacent soils and Paleozoic carbonate rocks by the westerly winds, a process that is also active today. In addition to the input of old reworked carbon by eolian processes, the late Pleistocene sediments were also influenced by old carbon delivered by deglacial meltwater. The results of this study suggest that when eolian sediment transport is suspected, especially in lakes of arid environments, the OSL dating method is superior to the radiocarbon dating method, as it eliminates a common ‘old-carbon’ error problem.  相似文献

We studied mineral magnetic properties of a 6-m-long, late Pleistocene through Holocene sediment sequence from Lake Aibi in Dzungaria (Zunggary, Junggar), northern Xinjiang, China. Results were used to infer environmental changes and are compared with previously studied cores from Lake Manas. Both water bodies occupy the deepest parts of the Dzungarian Basin and are remnants of large Holocene lakes. During the Late Pleistocene, the magnetic mineralogy in both lakes was dominated by detrital, iron oxide minerals. Oxic conditions, which dominated during sedimentation and early diagenesis, persisted over the Pleistocene–Holocene transition. Later, during the middle Holocene, lake bottom conditions enabled authigenic formation of iron sulphide minerals such as pyrite (FeS2) in Lake Aibi, and pyrite and greigite (Fe3S4) in Lake Manas. This iron sulphide mineralogy suggests increased biological activity in stagnant, anoxic bottom waters. Anoxic bottom conditions started about 9.8 cal kyr BP in Lake Manas and at about 7.2 cal kyr BP in Lake Aibi. A short dry event recorded in Lake Manas between 6.8 and 5.2 cal kyr BP is not clearly observed in Lake Aibi. In the late Holocene, i.e. the last 2.8 cal kyr, sediments of both lakes are again characterised by iron oxides, suggesting well-mixed, shallow water bodies. For this recent period, it seems that the detrital material in the two lakes had a common origin. Magnetic properties of sediments in Lakes Aibi and Manas show broadly similar environmental evolution during the late Pleistocene and Holocene. Nevertheless, despite the close proximity of the two lakes (~200 km) in the same basin, they display some different magnetic properties and record environmental changes at different times.  相似文献

Paleoenvironmental studies have documented the late Pleistocene to Holocene evolution of the lakes in the central and southern parts of the basin of Mexico (Texcoco and Chalco). No information was available, however, for the lakes in the north-eastern part of this basin. The north-eastern and the central and southern areas represent, at present, different environmental conditions: an important gradient exists between the dry north and the moister south. To investigate the late Pleistocene to Holocene characteristics of the north-eastern lakes in the basin of Mexico two parallel cores (TA and TB) were drilled at the SE shore of Lake Tecocomulco. Stratigraphy, magnetic properties, granulometry, diatom and pollen analyses performed on these sediments indicate that the lake experienced a series of changes between ca. > 42,000 yr BP and present. Chronological control is given by five radiocarbon determinations. The base of the record is represented by a thick, rhyolitic air-fall tephra that could be older than ca. 50,000 yr BP. After this Plininan event, and until ca. 42,000 yr BP, Lake Tecocomulco was a moderately deep, freshwater lake surrounded by extended pine forests that suggest the presence of cooler and moister conditions than present. Between ca. 42,000 and 37,000 yr BP, the lake became shallower but with important fluctuations and pollen suggests slightly warmer conditions. Between ca. 37,000 and 30,000 yr BP the lake experienced two relatively deep phases separated by a dry interval. A second Plinian eruption, represented in the sequence by a dacitic an air-fall tephra layer dated at 31,000 yr BP, occurred in the area by the end of this dry episode. Between ca. 30,000 and 25,7000 yr BP Tecocomulco was a fresh to slightly alkaline lake with a trend towards lower level. After ca. 25,700 yr BP very low lake levels are inferred, and after ca. 16,000 yr BP the data indicate the presence of a very dry environment that was persistent until the middle Holocene. After 3,500 yr BP lacustrine conditions were re-established and the vegetation cover shows a change towards higher percentages of herbaceous taxa.  相似文献
