长江沿线样带农村宅基地转型 总被引：49，自引：3，他引：46
利用样带这一综合与集成研究的工具,选取无论是在社会经济发展程度还是自然环境要素变化等方面都存在明显梯度的长江沿线样带为研究区,采用横向比较的研究方法,基于一定的理论假设,研究了区内的农村宅基地转型。研究表明：1987~2001年研究区根据土地利用变化的聚集度指数划分的各区段农村宅基地在建设用地增加中所占比例总体上看,从上游至下游,从甘孜-玉树区到泸州-迪庆区、恩施-重庆区、铜陵-宜昌区直至上海-巢湖区,这一比例逐渐降低;长江沿线样带各区段所处的农村宅基地转型阶段与样带内各区段所处的经济发展水平相吻合,基本上验证了此前的理论假设。据此,目前由各省 (区、市) 自行制定农村宅基地标准不利于实现土地的集约利用,国家应根据区域经济发展水平和自然条件的差异分区、分类制定农村宅基地标准。针对研究区目前农村宅基地的发展现状,根据区域农村宅基地转型阶段提出了相应的管理对策。 相似文献

中国城市韧性综合评估及其时空分异特征 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
城市韧性对城市健康发展具有显著影响。本文从经济、社会、生态、基础设施等4个系统构建城市韧性综合测度指标体系,对我国地级以上城市韧性进行定量评估,揭示其时空分异特征,并对典型样带区进行影响因素探讨。结果表明：城市韧性子系统间逐步趋于均衡,但经济、生态、基础设施、社会子系统发展趋势存在显著差异,经济子系统占据主导地位,其他子系统位序转换加剧;城市韧性水平集聚趋势减弱,各子系统空间发展格局多样化;城市韧性发展空间异质性显著,中低、低韧性水平城市居于主导地位,东部地区整体高于中西部地区;城市韧性“集群化”空间分异特征显现,城市群地区的韧性高于其他地区;东部沿海样带受城市活力影响显著、在南北方向上变化相对缓慢,长江沿岸样带在经济大发展背景下呈现出明显的东西分异特征,而胡焕庸线沿线样带无明显差异、但其整体受城市扩张因素影响最为显著。 相似文献

中国城乡转型背景下农业综合区划研究——以106国道沿线典型样带区为例 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
在逐一考察和判断106国道沿线典型样带区农业发展现状和地域分异的形成条件及其主导因素基础上,构建了农业地域类型划分指标体系,利用研究区农村社会经济数据和土地利用数据,首先,采用层次分析、SOFM分析与聚类分析相结合的方法,将研究区划分为8个农业地域类型区。其次,界定农业地域多功能类型,从农产品供给功能、就业与社会保障功能、生态保育功能及休闲与文化传承功能等多维角度,构建农业地域多功能分区指标体系,并结合区位特征将研究区划分为8个主导功能亚区。最后,将农业地域类型划分结果与农业地域功能分区结果进行耦合与叠加,获得了106国道沿线典型样带区农业综合区划方案,并就综合区划方案的发展方向和不同类型区域发展策略进行了深入探讨。 相似文献

中国土地利用变化生态环境效应的空间分异性与形成机理 总被引：8，自引：1，他引：7
中国复杂的自然要素、社会经济要素、区域发展战略和政策调控形成了当前中国不均衡的经济发展空间格局、土地利用空间格局和生态环境质量空间格局。厘清中国生态环境质量的空间格局及形成机理对中国土地资源的可持续利用和生态环境的有效保护具有重要的实践意义和价值。以往研究缺乏对中国县域尺度土地利用/土地覆被变化生态环境效应的空间分异性及形成机理的相关研究,本研究基于1995—2015年间中国土地利用现状遥感监测数据,尝试采用生态环境质量指数方法测度中国土地利用变化的生态环境效应,并且综合运用重心分析、热点分析工具（Getis-Ord Gi*）和地理探测器等研究方法,分析1995—2015年中国生态环境质量时空演变特征及形成机理。研究结果如下：① 东部季风区生态环境质量指数高于青藏高寒区和西北干旱区,东部季风区生态环境质量低值区主要分布在人口和经济集聚的城市群以及省会城市周边地区。研究期间中国生态环境质量重心持续向西北方向迁移;② 1995—2015年间中国生态环境质量变化的热点区域主要分布在西藏地区、新疆、重庆、贵州以及位于黄土高原的省份（青海、甘肃、宁夏、内蒙古、山西、陕西以及河南）境内,冷点区域主要分布在长江经济带沿线地区省份以及东南部沿海地区省份;③ 土地利用程度对于生态环境质量影响力显著强于其他因子,东部季风区的社会经济和交通区位因子对生态环境质量影响力强于青藏高寒区、西北干旱区和生态大区过渡带;④ 影响因子之间相互作用主要包括非线性增强作用和双因子增强作用两种类型,以非线性增强作用为主。 相似文献

地理加权回归在区域土地利用格局模拟中的应用——以常州市孟河镇为例 总被引：4，自引：0，他引：4
以江苏省常州市新北区孟河镇为研究区,在土地利用格局模拟的回归建模中考虑驱动因子对土地利用格局影响的空间不稳定性,实现基于地理加权的回归分析模型,并与基于全局最小二乘法(OLS)的Logistic回归模型进行比较。研究结果表明,运用地理加权回归(GWR)的建模方法,不但可以获得更好的拟合优度和更高的拟合准确率,而且可以获得各驱动因子对土地利用格局影响的空间分异特征。同时,研究结果也可以为孟河镇及其类似地区的土地利用规划决策提供科学依据。 相似文献

新型城镇化下中国城市土地集约利用格局与机理研究 总被引：4，自引：0，他引：4
基于城市土地集约利用内涵,文中从利用强度、投入水平和产出效益三个方面构建城市土地集约利用评价体系,并选取287个城市为研究单元,分析了2011年中国城市土地集约利用格局与机理。结果表明:中国城市土地集约利用水平呈现出由东向西依次递减的趋势;沿海地区、"T"字轴地区、长江流域沿线地区的城市土地集约利用水平高于其周围城市地区;城市土地集约利用水平分布的空间集聚性明显,集约利用城市和中度利用城市呈点状、间隔分布,低度利用城市和粗放利用城市呈面状、连续分布;总体来说,城市土地集约利用水平仍比较低;机理分析归结为经济因子、生态因子、社会因子和技术进步因子四个方面,并指出对现有体制进行完善是提高城市土地集约利用水平的根本途径。 相似文献

以江苏省204国道沿线15县(市)组成的典型样带为研究区域,根据农林牧渔业总产值及其增长率、农业产值占地区GDP比重、农业产业结构、农业优势度等多项发展指标,应用统计模型和GIS空间分析方法,研究了改革开放以来样带区农业发展的差异格局。研究结果表明:(1)近30年来样带内各县市农业发展的总体水平差距拉大,农林牧渔业总产值年均增长率呈现出北高南低的格局;(2)农业产值占地区GDP比重普遍下降,尤以苏南三市下降幅度最大,样带内各县市间农业比重的差距明显增大;(3)样带内各县市农业内部结构也发生了巨大的变化,其中种植业比重有所下降,渔业比重有所提高,并且各县市间种植业比重的差距和渔业比重的差距均有明显增大;(4)改革开放以来,样带区农业优势度北高南低的格局得到逐渐强化,苏南三市不具优势,苏北地区优势度最高。 相似文献

利用1995和2000年Landsat 5、4、3、2(RGB)波段合成影像解译结果,采用中国科学院资源环境数据库中的中国1:10万土地资源利用分类系统,对河西走廊中段的张掖绿洲的土地利用/覆被变化(LUCC)进行了研究。并运用典型相关分析方法对张掖绿洲LUCC及其影响因子进行了统计分析,诊断出各影响因子对该区LUCC的贡献作用大小,同时运用典型相关系数和冗余度分析,检验了分析结果。 相似文献

多流域降雨和土地利用格局对土壤侵蚀影响的比较分析——以陕北黄土丘陵沟壑区为例 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
土壤侵蚀是制约黄土高原可持续发展的瓶颈因素,为分析不同面积流域降雨和土地利用格局对土壤侵蚀影响的变化趋势,本文基于土壤侵蚀评价指数,发展了降雨和土地利用格局对土壤侵蚀影响的表征方法,探讨了多流域降雨和土地利用格局对土壤侵蚀的影响。结果表明：① 2006-2012年,研究区降雨侵蚀力因子R总体上呈现上升的趋势,植被覆盖与管理因子C呈现下降趋势;② 随流域面积的增加,研究区内降雨格局对土壤侵蚀的影响逐渐降低,而土地利用格局对土壤侵蚀的影响变大;③ 在流域面积较小时,降雨格局对土壤侵蚀的影响要大于土地利用格局对土壤侵蚀的影响,而在流域面积较大时,土地利用格局对土壤侵蚀的影响大于降雨格局对土壤侵蚀的影响;④ 随着流域面积的增加,研究区的林地比例有所下降,陡坡植被覆盖类型趋于单一,这是在流域面积增大时土地利用格局对土壤侵蚀影响增加的主要原因。同时,流域面积较小时,降雨对土壤侵蚀的影响较大,但随着流域面积的增加,松软的土壤性质和沟壑纵横的地形增大了发生重力侵蚀的可能性,土壤和地形对土壤侵蚀的影响增大。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
